<p>Broiling is at the top of our list. You can cook meat, fish, and chicken without adding fat to the ingredients by broiling them. Creating lovely dishes is certainly easy this way, plus the fat from chicken or meat you are broiling will drain into the bottom of the pan.</p>
<p>Grilling is also a healthy cooking method. If you love barbeque, you can take your love to the next level by switching to grilled dishes instead of fried ones. You still need to pay close attention to other ingredients such as the sauce you are using when drilling, but in general you will be consuming less fat when the dishes are grilled.</p>
<p>If you really need to fry your dishes, make sure you opt for low-fat, non-saturated oil or frying butter. You can also consider using a microwave as an alternative; when you search online, there are numerous articles showing how microwave can be used to cook a lot of interestingly delicious dishes and substitute frying altogether.</p>

<p>Water is your friend, especially since over 70% of your body is actually water. Make sure you drink at least 2 liters of water each day to maintain an optimum body metabolism. Consuming enough water each day will also help your body regenerate.</p>
<p>Watch your carb consumption closely and avoid consuming too much carb at night. If you still eat heavily in the evening, now is the best time to switch to lighter meals or fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p>Getting enough sleep during the night is equally important. Bear in mind that taking a nap can’t really replace nighttime sleep; your body only regenerates during the night when you are asleep, so make sure you maintain a steady rate of at least 4 hours a night to allow your body to rest properly.</p>
<p>On the other hand, taking 1 hour of nap each day will also help keep your stamina up. It is difficult to take a nap during the first few days – since your body needs to adjust to the changes – but after the adaptation period you will start feeling the benefits of taking a short nap each day.</p>
<p>With these simple tips, you can live healthily and keep your metabolism at an optimum level easily.</p>
