<p><a href="http://originalsbyoliveira.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Side-Mirror.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-673" title="Side-Mirror" src="http://originalsbyoliveira.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Side-Mirror-464x377.jpg" alt="" width="464" height="377" /></a></p>
<p>The stencil I used was cut from my Silhouette SD machine on adhesive vinyl.  It&#8217;s the <a href="http://inspireswapchat.com" target="_blank">Inspire Swap Chat</a> logo. </p>
<p>After you adhere the stencil to the mirror you cover it in the <span style="color: #800080;">etch all</span> cream, leave it for 15 minutes and remove.  The best thing about <span style="color: #800080;">etch all</span> is it&#8217;s reusable. </p>
<p>I reassembled the mirror and decorated it.  The lettering was cut from my Silhouette SD machine on adhesive vinyl.</p>
<p><a href="http://originalsbyoliveira.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Front-Mirror.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-674" title="Front-Mirror" src="http://originalsbyoliveira.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Front-Mirror-464x347.jpg" alt="" width="464" height="347" /></a></p>
<p>It&#8217;s amazing how a little time and effort transforms a dollor store mirror.</p>

<p>I was inspired by<a href="http://inkspiredtreasures.com/cards/split-step-card/" target="_blank"> Connie at Inkspired Treasures spilt step card</a>.  She gave the layout to make our own.  I used my <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?u=292980&amp;b=33086&amp;m=7429&amp;afftrack=&amp;urllink=store.scrapbook.com%2Fqk-silhouette2.html" target="_blank">Silhouette SD machine</a> to make the layout and cut the card for me.  I used other elements from my die cut library to put this Happy Birthday Card together for my 4 yr old&#8217;s friend.</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-622" href="http://originalsbyoliveira.com/blog/?attachment_id=622"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-622" title="DSCN2267" src="http://originalsbyoliveira.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/DSCN2267-464x429.jpg" alt="DSCN2267" width="464" height="429" /></a></p>
<p>I even added a cute paint set for him to use as well.  Kids usually don&#8217;t like cards but when you add a toy of some kind they love them.</p>
