New Utility: Portable XLS Printer for Excel

This utility is a COM add-in or add-in (.xla) programmed in VBA that makes it possible to generate an XLS (or XLSX) file from a sheet in an another XL file opened in Microsoft® Excel® that summarizes only the printable data in the set print area. The generated XLS and the original look the same in print as they do on the screen, but the generated XLS is more portable, because it contains only the data necessary to produce the print-out. Portable XLS generation is similar to PDF generation, but dealing with a spreadsheet offers some advantages: (1) Programs able to visualize basic XLS files are more widely installed than PDF viewers. (2) It's most faithful to the original, because it is still a spreadsheet. (3) Because it is spreadsheet, it allows greater editing flexibility if any changes or additions are necessary.

This utility is a COM add-in or add-in (.xla) programmed in Microsoft® Visual Basic® for Application (VBA) that allows selectively resetting or copying from a sheet to another sheet or to a batch of sheets all the page settings defined by the Excel 'Page Setup ...' command including all the header and footer picture settings of the sheets previously saved. Therefore, you can set up all and any page setting in a sheet and save to be copied indefinitely in the future for other sheets, similar to a template.
It also manages the header and footer pictures, making it possible to insert picture in any of six header/footer positions (18 positions, differentiating the first page and even pages in Excel 2007-10) and to move them along the page, down, up, right or left and under or over the sheet contents (ideal to simulate up to nine printed watermarks and nine printed stampmarks). It inserts picture from files saved on the disk, from texts inserted by the user, or from selections pointed by the user on any open sheet. Everything can be done via user interface or via functions provided to the user VBA project.

- A picture can now be made from any selection on any open sheet and inserted as a watermark. The selection can be a cell, a cell range, an object, or a group of objects over the sheet (e.g., a chart, WordArt, a diagram, a shape, or AutoShape)
- The picture can be centered now in three different area options: the total area of the paper, the area under cell sheet plus the header and footer area, or just the area under the cell sheet
- In Excel 2007 or 2010, after the picture is centralized, it now can be optionally anchored on the left margin of the print area to follow any changes in its size
- Forms and the code were reviewed and were more consistent to run on the different Excel versions (from the 2002 up to the 2010)

- A converted EXE file that has in your name the text "Instl-", "-instl", "Runas-", or "-runas" in any position and form is always going to start asking for privilege elevation for Windows user account to administrator level. The EXE file can also be restarted automatically via VBA project to ask for elevation, making possible your VBA project start and work normally without administrator privileges, but with power to require elevation if necessary to execute some action or special feature
- The converted EXE file now accepts command line and passes entirely to your VBA project
- The EXE file can be closed and scheduled via VBA project to be reopened automatically after some time. In addition, a command line argument can be set to execute an action immediately and automatically after reopening.

Implemented a new tool, Online Dictionary, to define in a Web dictionary the word selected in the document or next to the cursor. If the word in the document is formatted as a text in English, the definition will be in Dictionary.com. If it is formatted as a text in Portuguese, the definition will be in iDicionário Aulete, but the code is open and ready for you insert or suggest other online dictionaries or other languages supported by Word.

In the second, it was erasing earlier changes if it opens and exit without saving changes when using 'Save changes in a single DOC file' conversion option. Improved Useful Tools for Word installer and uninstaller, becoming them more easy and stable. The original Word DOC was duly converted to EXE by the DOCtoEXE to make fully easy the installation by macro laymen.

Improved Text Box to Input Dates in VBA Code. Since it is not necessary to type separators, now, if it is typed or mistyped, it is interpreted as a wish to advance the cursor to the next position, in cycle, afterwards immediately after a separator. This is better to navigate along the date format than using arrow keys or mouse.

Improved Text Box to Input Numbers in VBA Code. Since it is not necessary to type thousand separators, now, if it is typed or mistyped point, comma or semicolon in any keyboard, all are interpreted as the decimal separator.
