sugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;125g butter, softened &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;2-3 large mashed bananas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;100ml buttermilk &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;2 large eggs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;1 1/2 cups/ 225gr self raising flour &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;I use a springform pan (22cm diameter) for easy removal of the cake, and grease the side and base and line base of the pan with non-stick baking paper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;How to make :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Sift flour and bicarbonate soda together into a large bowl, put aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;With food processor, place butter, sugar, banana, vanilla and eggs ( if you dont have food processor , use your mixer).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Process for about 2-3 minutes, and scrape down side of food processor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Add in buttermilk, process again with the processor to combine&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Add flour mixture to food processor and process until just combined.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Pour batter into prepared pan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Leave cake to cool on a wire rack, best if you spread with cream cheese icing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div Siapkan wajan untuk menumis isi kroket dan panaskan 3 sendok margarin, tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih dengan margarin hingga harum. Masukkan daging sapi, wortel, seledri, garam, merica bubuk, pala bubuk, gula, kecap manis, dan air, aduk rata dan masak hingga setengah matang kemudian masukkan tepung terigu supaya kental (lebih baik dalam keadaan setengah matang) aduk2 rata dan masak kembali hingga isi kroket matang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;color:#ffcccc;"&gt;2.
