Primeiro preparar a Nutella Branca.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pulverizar a amêndoa e o açúcar 30 seg, Veloc. Turbo.&lt;br /&gt;3. Juntar o chocolate branco e triturar tudo durante 20 seg, veloc. 5&lt;br /&gt;4. Juntar o óleo e o leite e programar 5 minutos, 50ªC, veloc. 4&lt;br /&gt;5. Colocar no frigorífico para solidificar de um dia para o outro.&lt;br /&gt;6. No dia seguinte, prepara-se os Raffaellos.&lt;br /&gt;7. No copo da Bimby, colocar as Waffers e dar uns golpes de turbo.&lt;br /&gt;8. Juntar a Nutella e programar 10 seg, veloc 3&lt;br /&gt;9. Colocar o preparado no frigorífico durante 10 minutos (se for mais tempo, a massa fica demasiado rija).&lt;br /&gt;10. Fazer bolinhas, colocar as amêndoas ou avelãs no centro.&lt;br /&gt;11. Passar por côco ralado e colocar em forminhas de papel frisado. Guardar no frigorífico mas retirar momentos antes de servir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espero que gostem! Optei por fazer simples apenas aromatizados com baunilha!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de sopa de manteiga amolecida&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de sopa de açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;1/2 vagem de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;4-5 colheres de sopa de água&lt;br /&gt;1 gema de ovo&lt;br /&gt;200g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Preparação na bimby:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Pulverizar o açúcar com a baunilha, alguns segundos na velocidade 10.&lt;br /&gt;2. Juntar os restantes ingredientes e seleccionar 15 segundos velocidade 4. Se necessária re-ajustar a quantidade de água ou farinha.&lt;br /&gt;3. Fazer uma bola com a massa, embrulhar em película aderente e levar o frigorífico por meia hora.&lt;br /&gt;4. Estender a massa, cortar com um corta bolachas e levar ao forno cerca de 12 minutos a 180º (quando os bordos começarem a ficar tostadinhos).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois decorei com pasta de açúcar! Deitar no copo, o leite o sal e a manteiga. Programar 1 minuto, temperatura 37º, velocidade 3.&lt;br /&gt;2. Juntar as gemas e a levedura, misturar uns segundos na velocidade 2.&lt;br /&gt;3. Incorporar a farinha e misturar 15 segundos, velocidade 6, e de seguida programar 1 minuto velocidade Espiga.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tirar do copo, verter a massa numa tigela, se possível de plástico, tapar com película transparente e deixar de repouso até dobrar o volume.&lt;br /&gt;5. Preparar a coroa: Uma vez dobrado o volume dispor a massa numa bancada entre dois plásticos. Formar um rectângulo com a ajuda de um rolo. Retirar o plástico superior. Pintar a massa com manteiga derretida. Cobrir a massa com o recheio. Enrolar com muito cuidado, ajudando com o plástico, selar as pontas com um pouco de água e com os dedos.&lt;br /&gt;6. Colocar num tabuleiro de forno, forrado com papel vegetal para forno e dá-se a forma de coroa.&lt;br /&gt;7. Fazer uns cortes, com uma faca afiada, sem cortar tudo.&lt;br /&gt;8. Dobrar um pouco cada pedaço&lt;br /&gt;9. Pintar com clara de ovo, polvilhar com queijo ralado (não coloquei, por opção).&lt;br /&gt;10. Colocar no forno, pré-aquecido a 50º, com uma tigela de água e deixar que dobre o volume.&lt;br /&gt;11. Trabalhar e ser mãe a tempo inteiro parece um contra-senso porque é. Os Quadrados de côco que estão na foto, também nunca podem faltar, mas a receita já &lt;a href="http://ostemperosdaargas.blogspot.com/2010/08/bandeja-de-coco.html"&gt;postei aqui&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Bolo&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100g de manteiga à temperatura ambiente&lt;br /&gt;250g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;100g chocolate preto, com o máximo de % de cacau possível&lt;br /&gt;200g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres chá de fermento para bolos&lt;br /&gt;1/2 colher chá de bicarbonato&lt;br /&gt;1/2 colher chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;300 ml de buttermilk (também pode ser usado leite)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cobertura:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 g de chocolate de culinária&lt;br /&gt;100 g de leite&lt;br /&gt;30 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Bolo:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Pré-aquecer o forno a 180ºC.&lt;br /&gt;2. Deitar a farinha, o fermento, o bicarbonato e o sal no copo; 4 seg, vel 5. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;3. Colocar o chocolate no copo e triturar com uns toques de turbo. &lt;br /&gt;4. Colocar a borboleta e bata os ovos inteiros com o açúcar (e o chocolate que ficou no copo): 5 min, temp 37º, vel 2½ + 5 min mas desta vez sem temperatura. &lt;br /&gt;5. Juntar a manteiga: 2 min, temp 50º, vel 4.&lt;br /&gt;6. Marcar 2 min, vel 3 e introduzir pelo bocal a farinha e o leite alternados.&lt;br /&gt;7. Deitar a massa numa forma previamente untada e polvilhada de farinha e levar ao forno por 20-30 minutos ou até que ao espetar um palito este saia seco.&lt;br /&gt;8. Se se optar pela cobertura, colocá-la sobre o bolo quente. Desenformar morno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cobertura:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Colocar o chocolate no copo e dar 4 golpes de Turbo.&lt;br /&gt;2. Programe 15 seg/vel 9.&lt;br /&gt;3. Assim, para o aniversário dela, aventurei-me na massa folha caseira.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Já tinha feito algumas vezes pelo método tradicional do estica, espalha manteiga, estica de novo. Mas esta receita que vi &lt;a href="http://nosoup-foryou.blogspot.com/2009/09/massa-folhada-caseira.html"&gt;no blog da gasparzinha &lt;/a&gt;é tão mais fácil e rápida. O passo-a-passo podem ver no blog &lt;a href="http://nosoup-foryou.blogspot.com/2009/09/massa-folhada-caseira.html"&gt;No Soup for You&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200g de manteiga sem sal, gelada&lt;br /&gt;200g de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;40 a 90ml de água gelada (usei 40ml)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 colher café de sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Colocar todos os ingredientes no copo: 15 seg, vel 6.&lt;br /&gt;2. Formar uma bola, enrolar em película aderente e levar ao frigorífico por 20 a 30 min.&lt;br /&gt;3. Retirar a massa do frigorífico e esticar com o rolo sobre uma superfície levemente enfarinhada (eu estico sobre papel vegetal). Quando necessário polvilhar a massa com farinha.&lt;br /&gt;4. Formar um rectângulo com 20x40cm e dobrar em três, em envelope: a parte de cima até o meio e a parte de baixo para cima da primeira, formando uma dobra de carta.&lt;br /&gt;5. Virar a massa dobrada de modo que ela fique perpendicular a si e abra a massa dobrada mais uma vez até formar um novo rectângulo igual. Repetir a dobra em carta, marque a massa com os dedos para deixar claro que já a dobrou duas vezes e enrolar na película para ir ao frigorífico por mais 20 a 30 min.&lt;br /&gt;6. Repetir este processo pelo menos mais uma vez, idealmente mais duas. E ela comeu uma bela fatia toda contente! Colocar  a farinha e o fermento no copo e programar 30 seg, vel 3, para serem peneirados. Retirar e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;2. Colocar o açúcar e pulverizar durante 30 seg, vel 9.&lt;br /&gt;3. Juntar  as cenouras  e triturar durante 15 segundos, velocidade 6.&lt;br /&gt;4. Colocar a borboleta, juntar os ovos e o buttermilk e programar 6 min, vel 4 .&lt;br /&gt;5. Retirar a borboleta, adicionar o azeite e misturar 10 seg, vel 4.&lt;br /&gt;6. Adicionar a farinha com o fermento, reservados e envolver 3 seg, vel 4.&lt;br /&gt;7. Colocar a borboleta, deitar o ovo no copo, programar 5 min. veloc. 3,5.&lt;br /&gt;3. Retirar a borboleta e juntar: mel, sal, baunilha, gengibre e canela, 15 seg. veloc. 3;&lt;br /&gt;4. Depois e mantendo a mesma velocidade, adicionar a manteiga derretida (micro-ondas);&lt;br /&gt;5. Por fim a farinha com o fermeto misturado, 30 seg. veloc. 5.&lt;br /&gt;6, Embrulhar a massa em película aderente e levar ao frigorifico no minimo 2 horas. &lt;br /&gt;7. Forrar um tabuleiro com papel vegetal, com o rolo estender a massa fininha e com cortantes especificos fazer os cookies.&lt;br /&gt;8. (2 colheres de sobremesa aprox.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Ligar o forno a 200ºC.&lt;br /&gt;2. Num processador ou na bimby, processar todos os ingredientes excepto as natas até ficar com uma textura arenosa. Juntar as natas (se necessário juntar mais) e misturar mais uns segundos.&lt;br /&gt;3. Esticar a massa (se necessário podem levar ao frio alguns minutos - no meu caso não foi necessário) e cortar com cortadores.&lt;br /&gt;4. Esmagar os dentes de alho e as sementes de coentros. Cortar o limão, com a casca, em pedaços pequenos.&lt;br /&gt;2. Misturar todos os ingredientes num recipiente, colocar nos frascos, cobrindo completamente com o azeite.&lt;br /&gt;3. Deixar as azeitonas ficar à temperatura ambiente durante 24 horas, a seguir colocar no frigorífico durante pelo menos 1 semana, mas preferencialmente durante 2 semanas antes de as servir. Colocar todos os ingredientes pela ordem adequada na vossa MFP e seleccionar o programa massas.&lt;br /&gt;2. Deixar a massa repousar, tapada com um pano seco, até dobrar de volume.&lt;br /&gt;3. Esticar a massa num rectângulo mais ou menos do comprimento que terá o Bolo Rei, cobrir com chila, polvilhar com canela e cardamomo. &lt;br /&gt;4. Formar um circulo com a massa (atenção em deixar o buraco central suficientemente grande), fechando bem para que a chila fique toda no interior e deixar levedar mais 30 minutos-1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;4. Pincelar com gema de ovo e decorar a gosto. E com parte da massa enrolei, recheei com doce de chila, polvilhei com cardamomo e canela e ficam uns bolinhos deliciosos e lindos para oferecer no Natal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;70 g de açúcar Rar&lt;br /&gt;Raspa da casca de 1 laranja e de um limão&lt;br /&gt;120 g de leite&lt;br /&gt;70 g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;3 gemas&lt;br /&gt;20 g de fermento fresco&lt;br /&gt;20 g de sumo de laranja&lt;br /&gt;30 g de vinho do Porto&lt;br /&gt;420 g de farinha com fermento&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;300 g de mistura de frutos secos (miolo de noz,pinhões,amêndoa,avelã,passas) e cristalizados&lt;br /&gt;Doce de chila&lt;br /&gt;Cardamomo e canela moída&lt;br /&gt;Gema de ovo diluída num pouco de leite para pincelar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Utilizando a massa toda ou a parte reservada para fazer os cupcakes, esticar sobre uma folha de papel vegetal ou tapete de silicone polvilhado com farinha, até ficar com um pouco menos de 1 cm de espessura.&lt;br /&gt;3. Cobrir a massa esticada com doce de chila, polvilhar com canela moída e cardamomo moído. Cortar tiras de aproximadamente 2 cm de largura e 10-15 cm de comprimento. Enrolar, apertando ligeiramente, e colocar numa forma de cupcakes devidamente untada e polvilhada (uso formas de silicone com spray espiga).&lt;br /&gt;4. Deixar levedar mais 30 minutos-1 hora. &lt;br /&gt;5. Pincelar com gema de ovo e decorar a gosto. Temperar o entrecosto com a massa de pimentão e a massa de alho.&lt;br /&gt;2. Saltear ligeiramente a cebola num fio de azeite. Adicionar a carne com o seu tempero. Deixar a carne tomar cor. Adicionar então a água e deixar cozer um pouco (usei a panela de pressão para todo o processo).&lt;br /&gt;3. Adicionar os bróculos ou os grelos e a salsa e deixar cozer mais alguns minutos adicionando agua que for necessária. &lt;br /&gt;4. A pequenita adorou, queria mais e mais :) Com as alterações que fiz à &lt;a href="http://ostemperosdaargas.blogspot.com/2009/10/brownies-de-abobora-e-especiarias.html"&gt;receita,&lt;/a&gt; saíram em jeito de queijada, diferente, mas delicioso para todos!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;350g de puré de abóbora (cozi ao vapor)&lt;br /&gt;137 g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;150 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de fermento&lt;br /&gt;1/2 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;br /&gt;1/2 colher de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de canela&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de erva-doce moida&lt;br /&gt;1 iogurte natural&lt;br /&gt;20 g de azeite&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Juntar todos os ingredientes com a batedeira até a massa ficar homogénea.&lt;br /&gt;2. Levar numa forma rectangular ao forno a 180 ºC durante aproximadamente 15-20 minutos. Deixar arrefecer antes de desenformar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espero que gostem! A receita do creme e da cobertura de amêndoas dá para aproximadamente 2 bolos como os da foto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Ingredientes (4-6 pessoas):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bolachas tostadas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Para demolhar as bolachas:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leite&lt;br /&gt;Café instantâneo&lt;br /&gt;Chocolate em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Creme de mascarpone:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250g de mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;50 g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;Sementes de 1/2 vagem de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;200  g de açúcar em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cobertura de amêndoas:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 chávena de açúcar amarelo&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de canela moída&lt;br /&gt;1/4 colher de café de noz moscada moída&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de água&lt;br /&gt;1/4 - 1/2 chávenas de amêndoa picada (ou outro fruto seco a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparar o creme:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Bater a manteiga com a mascarpone até que se obtenha uma mistura cremosa.&lt;br /&gt;2. Adicionar o açúcar a pouco-e-pouco até que fique bem incorporado.&lt;br /&gt;3. Adicionar as sementes de baunilha e misturar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparar a cobertura de amêndoas: &lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Untar uma folha de papel vegetal com óleo (usei o óleo em spray espiga)&lt;br /&gt;2. Levar os ingredientes da cobertura, excepto as amêndoas, num recipiente ao lume. Deixar ferver uns 3 minutos, até que a mistura atinja uma cor mais escura.&lt;br /&gt;3. Nesse momento adicionar as amêndoas e envolvê-las bem no caramelo.&lt;br /&gt;4. Colocar sobre o papel vegetal e deixar arrefecer por completo. Colocá-las num saco com fecho e bater bater com um rolo de amassar até que se quebre em pedaços pequenos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Montagem:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Demolhar as bolachas numa mistura de leite com café instantâneo e chocolate em pó. Formar uma camada de bolachas. Cobrir com uma camada de creme e repetir sucessivamente. Terminar cobrindo o bolo com o creme polvilhando com a cobertura de amêndoas, calcando-a sobre o creme.&lt;br /&gt;2. Reservar no frigorífico antes de servir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E cá fica como sugestão para o Natal. Colocar tudo na bimby excepto o limão/canela/baunilha, e triturar 10 segundos na velocidade 5.&lt;br /&gt;2. Adicionar o aromatizante escolhido e seleccionar 12 minutos, temp. 90º, vel. 2 1/2.&lt;br /&gt;3. Quando terminar o tempo, retirar rapidamente e colocar em travessa baixa.&lt;br /&gt;4. Depois de arrefecer um pouco e formar a pele, decorar com canela ou polvilhar com açúcar e queimar com um ferro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Espero que gostem! Colocar o alho e o azeite na bimby e triturar 5 segundos na velocidade 5.&lt;br /&gt;2. Juntar a cebola em meias luas e refogar 5 minutos, velocidade 1, temperatura varoma.&lt;br /&gt;3. Juntar o tomate e o pimento e refogar 6 minutos, velocidade colher inversa, temperatura varoma.&lt;br /&gt;4. Juntar o vinho, os temperos, colocar as ameijoas na varoma e programar 25 minutos, velocidade colher inversa, temperatura varoma.&lt;br /&gt;5. Cortar com uma tesoura o cebolinho em tiras, misturar com os restantes ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;2. Esmagar o requeijão, juntar o queijo-creme e o doce e misturar bem.&lt;br /&gt;2. Juntar os ovos e o buttermilk e bater bem, juntar a manteiga derretida e a farinha e misturar até ficar homogéneo.&lt;br /&gt;3. Lavar bem, retirando o máximo de terra possível&lt;br /&gt;- Espetar em 3-4 sítios com um palito (entrando 1-2 cm).&lt;br /&gt;- Meter na actifry (sem espátula) e seleccionar 35 minutos. A meio do tempo, virar. Findo esse tempo verificar se estão cozidas (apalpando ou espetando um palito) e se necessário seleccionar mais alguns minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tão boas que ficaram! No tacho a ideia é a mesma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 g água&lt;br /&gt;1 gema de ovo&lt;br /&gt;30 g natas frescas&lt;br /&gt;30 g cacau em pó (fiz a olho)&lt;br /&gt;40 g açucar em pó&lt;br /&gt;200 g chocolate preto&lt;br /&gt;30 g licor (facultativo)&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sobremesa de café instântaneo em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Pulverizar o açucar, 20 seg, Vel 9 e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;2. Partir o chocolate em pedaços e pulverizar 20/25 Seg, Vel 9.&lt;br /&gt;3. Juntar a água e o café instântaneo e programar 3 Min, temp 50º, Vel 4.&lt;br /&gt;4. Adicionar os restantes ingredientes com excepção do cacau e programar 5 Min, Temp 50º, Vel 4, (a massa deverá ter consistência de uma pomada).&lt;br /&gt;5. Reserve no frigorifico durante umas horas.&lt;br /&gt;6. Quando a massa estiver devidamente dura, com uma colher de café fazer bolinhas e passar por cacau amargo. Deixo aqui como fiz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Bolo:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 g de manteiga (não usar margarina)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 chávena de açúcar branco&lt;br /&gt;1/2 chávena de açúcar amarelo&lt;br /&gt;3 gemas&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 chávena de puré de abóbora&lt;br /&gt;2 chávenas de cenoura ralada&lt;br /&gt;6 claras&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 chávenas de farinha (usei Branca de Neve com fermento)&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres de café de fermento&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de canela moída&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de gengibre em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de cardamomo moído&lt;br /&gt;1/4 colher de café de noz moscada moída&lt;br /&gt;1/4 colher de café de erva-doce&lt;br /&gt;1/4 colher de café de cravinho moído&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Recheio:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;125 g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;250 g de queijo creme&lt;br /&gt;125 g de mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;Sementes de 1 vagem de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;450 g de açúcar em pó (usei um pouco menos)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cobertura de amêndoas:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 chávena de açúcar amarelo&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de canela moída&lt;br /&gt;1/4 colher de café de noz moscada moída&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de água&lt;br /&gt;1/4 - 1/2 chávenas de amêndoa picada (ou outro fruto seco a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Bolo:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Bater a manteiga com a batedeira até que fique cremosa. &lt;br /&gt;2. Adicionar o açúcar e bater até que fique uma mistura fofa 8aproximadamente 3 minutos).&lt;br /&gt;3. Adicionar as gemas e bater mais uns 3 minutos em velocidade média.&lt;br /&gt;4. Adicionar a abóbora e bater mais uns 3 minutos, obtendo-se uma mistura espessa e arejada.  &lt;br /&gt;5. Adicionar a cenoura e misturar.&lt;br /&gt;6. Noutro recipiente, misturar todos os pós (farinha, fermento, bicarbonato, especiarias e sal) e peneirar muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;7. Adicionar estes últimos à mistura anterior e misturar em velocidade baixa até que fique bem misturado. &lt;br /&gt;8. Bater as claras em castelo, adicionar a pouco-e-pouco à mistura anterior misturando ao de leve. &lt;br /&gt;9. Colocar em forma untada e polvilhada com farinha (usei apenas o óleo em spray espiga) e levar ao forno a 170ºC até que fique cozido (aproximadamente 1 hora no meu caso). Segui o conselho do Ben e coloquei 1 recipiente com água no tabuleiro de baixo com o objectivo do bolo crescer mais direito e de facto assim aconteceu.&lt;br /&gt;10. Deixar arrefecer antes de desenformar. Para ajudar a cortar, colocar no congelador alguns minutos (30-45 minutos).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Recheio (o suficiente para uma camada e a cobertura):&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Bater a manteiga com o queijo creme e a mascarpone até que se obtenha uma mistura cremosa. &lt;br /&gt;2. Adicionar o açúcar a pouco-e-pouco até que fique bem incorporado. &lt;br /&gt;3. Adicionar as sementes de baunilha e misturar.&lt;br /&gt;4. Rechear e cobrir o bolo com este já frio e reservar no frigorífico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Cobertura de amêndoas:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Untar uma folha de papel vegetal com óleo (usei o óleo em spray espiga)&lt;br /&gt;2. Levar os ingredientes da cobertura, excepto as amêndoas, num recipiente ao lume. Deixar ferver uns 3 minutos, até que a mistura atinja uma cor mais escura.&lt;br /&gt;3. Nesse momento adicionar as amêndoas e envolvê-las bem no caramelo.&lt;br /&gt;4. Colocar sobre o papel vegetal e deixar arrefecer por completo. Colocá-las num saco com fecho e bater bater com um rolo de amassar até que se quebre em pedaços pequenos. &lt;br /&gt;5. Retirar a casca aos limões, tentando que se retire a menor quantidade de parte branca possível. Adicionar as cascas a metade da vodka e colocar no frigorífico num recipiente tapado durante 2 semanas.&lt;br /&gt;2. Passadas duas semanas, aquecer o açúcar com a água, mexendo para que se dissolva. Levar a ferver e cozinhar por 5 minutos. Deixar arrefecer antes de adicionar à mistura de limão juntamente com o resto da vodka. tapar novamente o recipiente e levar ao frigorífico por mais 2 semanas.&lt;br /&gt;3. Coar o limoncello e deitar fora as cascas de limão. Decantar para outra garrafa e servir fresquinho ou com pedras de gelo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recomendo!! Arranjar a malagueta retirando as sementes. Picar finamente as ervas com o limão e a malagueta.&lt;br /&gt;2. Num recipiente misturar o preparado anterior com azeite, sal, pimenta e a massa de pimentão.&lt;br /&gt;3. Usar essa mistura para temperar o frango e batatas em quartos. Colocar num recipiente próprio para ir ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;4.
