I’m not sure about you, but I have a horrendous time getting my video ideas turned into anything worthy of watching. I’ve tried numerous searches. I want to learn. But I am a one-man gang right now. And I can only do so much.

Anyhow, I stumbled across Animoto (*) while digging through a bunch of old bookmarks.

Stop me if you’ve heard this one.

I input my images, video clips, music, whatever …

And presto! Out comes movie magic!

Holy crap!

Did that just do what I think it did?

Yep. Sure did.

No editing by me, no movie maker, no decisions, no thinking (my favorite part).

This is my first attempt at using Animoto for my glass art. I like the results. This is a free 30 second version. So, the clips are a little fast, but the end result is nice.

Oh, and did I say free?

Yep! I said it.

I am just now getting caught back up and posting some pieces that have been in my shop for a little while, but I hadn’t written anything up on them yet. So, finally, here we go. This is one of my favorite jewelry pieces so far. I sort of favorite the blues in this medium. I love the way the design has an aquatic and Victorian theme frozen in a piece of recycled glass.

This unusually themed Nautical meets Victorian arrangement features a stunning blue recycled glass. Another one-of-a-kind creation in our new jewelry line, this piece has been etched and lightly carved to bring this particular design to life. Hung on a 20″ (Matinee), 2mm Sterling Silver Fine Rope Chain and attached with a sterling silver twisted oval jump ring, this etched glass necklace is certain to be a conversation piece.

Don't let the "Man" hold ya down!

Just wanted to drop a quick update and let everyone know we are back online and the new website is up and running. (Obvioulsy!) We made the switch from Typepad and Yahoo to Bluehost and WordPress. Well worth the effort it took, not to mention the money we’ll save monthly.  Awesome! I couldn’t be more pleased. We are still working out the bugs and tweaking the new site, so let us know if you have any comments or suggestions.

Steel Choker with Recycled Glass Pendant

This one of a kind, rare, etched glass necklace features an attractive teardrop style pendant that has been lightly carved and sculpted out of recycled glass. Grecian Gold, Pearl Blue, Spanish Copper, and Olive Gold metallic finishes have been added to  compliment this unique design. A sterling silver twisted oval jump ring attaches this pendant to an incredibly durable, yet sleek and classy, 1mm natural steel choker. Charcoal Gray Jewelry Box with Carved and Etched Glass

A very special jewelry box featuring an exquisite design that has been sandblasted using etching, leveling, and frosting techniques. The exterior of the box has been purposely aged and then coated with an unusual Charcoal hammered paint finish. A wonderful addition to any bedroom or study.
