<p>The newest <a href="http://ledlight.osram-os.com/led-ssl-tools/led-fundamentals/" target="_blank">LED Fundamental</a> video outlines various thermal interface materials and defines influencing factors for heat sink selection as well as steps to identify the right heat sink for an optimized LED system design.</p>
