There are no value judgments here when it comes to infidelity. Each person is different, and every relationship is unique. In some cases, a bit of cheating can simply be fun – but in other relationships it can be devastating.

While in some of the articles here at Cheating Ways we've given you advice about how to get away with cheating, we understand that some women can't simply put up with the idea of their man tilling other fields.

That's why this article is for every woman out there who is wondering if her man is being unfaithful. It's all about how to catch him cheating. Pay close attention – and your divorce lawyer will thank you later!

Remember, men can be very sneaky creatures when it comes to women, so it always pays to know the signs of their cheating ways!

• Check your cell phone bill. Often when a man is cheating, he'll order a second cell phone you don't know about that he can use to stay in touch with his lover.
• Look at your credit card statements and see if there are any unexpected charges at electronics stores. Some men will go to Radio Shack and buy a pay as you go phone. They cost about $50 – so if there is that kind of charge and you don't see any new video games in your house, ask him about it.
• Whenever he's "working late," call him up at random times and listen to the noise in the background. If you hear bar noises or he doesn't pick up, that's a fair sign he's working – on a woman!
• This may sound a little tacky – but if he comes home late from work, snuggle up into bed with him and try to give his private parts a little sniff. If they smell like soap, he just took a shower to get her scent off of himself. If he smells like latex or feminine love juices, you've certainly caught him.
• Keep a close eye on him if he's suddenly dressing better or paying more attention to his appearance. Men let themselves go when they are married, but try to spruce up when there is a new lily to pollinate.
• Smell his clothes when you do the laundry. Do they smell different? It's almost impossible for a woman's scent not to end up on his clothes if he's having an affair.
• Keep a close eye on your bank account. Does he seem to take out larger amounts of cash than he used to? He may be using that money on a hotel room!
• Pay attention to how he makes love. If he suddenly has some new moves in the bedroom, you can be sure he has a personal trainer!
• When you hang out with his friends keep a close eye on how they treat you and if they seem to start making in-jokes amongst themselves. His friends will know and won't be able to help but smirk.
• Check his Internet cache – most guys forget to clear this. If there are any dating sites listed or a new email account, you can bet he's playing the field.
• Sign up for an Ashley Madison account. That's where most men find women to have affairs. Create your own account – without a picture – and then search for married men in your area. If his profile comes up, he's busted.
• If all else fails, hire a private detective. They are expensive; but if they put your mind at ease they may be worth every penny.

That's because we know many of you come here when you are ready to have an affair – or, at least, thinking about it.

On the other hand, we also know that many men come here because they are worried that their wives or girlfriends may be cheating on them.

They want to know what the signs of a cheater are and what to do about it.

If you think your girl may be roaming you have to be very careful how you deal with her. After all, if you accuse her and you are wrong, you'll look like an idiot and she will probably never forgive you. But, living with your suspicions may drive you crazy. It’s not very likely that she's going to admit to an affair and risk your relationship so, what's a poor guy to do?

The bottom line is, you don't want to confront her unless your suspicions are grounded in reality. Many women are very good at getting away with cheating – mostly because guys don't know how to read the signs. We’ve covered the signs of a cheating wife pretty thoroughly in the past but, here are a few of the more common signs to watch for.

Now, just because your wife or girlfriend’s behavior matches a couple of the signs of a cheater, it doesn't mean that she is definately stepping out on you. But, if she displays several of the signs then it might be time to have a talk with her.

• She changes her birth control routine. If she's been on the pill for a long time but suddenly wants to go back to condoms, this is a red flag. It may mean that she is trying to cover her tracks by making it less likely she'll bring a STD home to you.
• You used to give her lots of oral sex, but now she doesn't want you to go down on her nearly as often. This means she's worried about you tasting latex or sperm.
• She is suddenly much more interested in having sex with you. This could mean that either she feels guilty, or else her new man has ramped up her libido.
• She is suddenly much less interested in having sex with you. As odd as it sounds, often women will try to be "faithful" to their lovers.
• Her friends are trashy. If her friends are constantly talking to her about their affairs and bragging about them, she may feel left out and want to create some stories of her own. Her friends may encourage her to bed others.
• She is going out "with the girls" more often than she used to. That could mean her friends are covering for her.
• You notice that she's getting more and more text messages than she used to. Her lover may be sending her steamy little messages.
• She takes phone calls in another room. This could mean that she doesn't want you to hear her talking to her lover.
• The sheets in your bed are changed more than once a week. Changing sheets isn't fun. If she is changing them that often, it's to hide the wet spots.
• When she comes in from a night out, she jumps in the shower before she gets into bed. She doesn't want you to smell him on her.
• You realize that she's often changing clothes in another room. This could mean that one of her lovers has left a "love bruise" on her and she's waiting for it to heal.
• She's talking on the phone with her friends much more than she used to. In this case, they may be trying to get the dirty details out of her.
• One or more of her friends starts flirting with you more. This "friend" may have had a long-standing crush on you and may now consider you fair game, since your partner is stepping out on you.
• She claims to have bought herself new jewelry – particularly if it's an anklet. Lots of men want the woman they are sleeping with to wear jewelry they've bought them. And, anklets are a symbol in the cuckolding and swinging community that a woman has cheated on her mate.
• Beware if an ex-boyfriend has moved back into town. Ex-boyfriends are almost impossible to resist!

But, these days most of us work in office environments surrounded by the opposite sex, we have more free time, and we are living longer lives. This gives us more chances to play with others and more time to become frustrated with a single partner. That's why so many people, men and women, young and old, eventually realize they need a new sexual outlet.

On the other hand, just because our bodies and souls are programmed to make us need to be unfaithful doesn't mean we have to lie to our partner or live our lives as a bachelor or bachelorette forever.

In earlier articles I've talked about many alternatives to cheating and lying about it. Today, I want to talk about the easiest and one of the most honest ways to have extracurricular fun – threesomes.

Threesomes are not as rare as you think, and they give you the chance to be with another partner while your partner shares your experience. Many people of both genders fantasize about threesomes; but unfortunately, most don't ever let them become reality. Women are worried their husband will be freaked out when it comes to the idea of threesomes. With men, it's because they don't know how to properly ask their wives for a threesome.

In that vein, I'd like to give some common sense threesome advice – because honestly, if you are thinking about a threesome, odds are your partner is, too!

If you are a guy, ask for a threesome the right way. Don't immediately say you want to bring another girl into your bed. That is threatening to a woman's ego and can make her jealous.

Instead, tell her you are thinking about a threesome to spice up your love life and enhance her pleasure. Tell her you think your first threesome should be with another guy. Yes, I know you may not really want another guy around while you are having sex; but trust me, she'll be much more interested in having two men than in sharing you with another woman.

And, most importantly of all – tell her you want her to pick the guy. This will make her feel empowered!

Once you've had a successful threesome or two with another guy, then you can talk about bringing in another girl. She'll be much more comfortable with the idea now – and more likely to agree since she's already had her fun!

If you are a girl, play to your man's weakness. Nearly all men fantasize about watching lesbian sex. So, to get the game going, talk about lesbian experimentation you had in college (whether or not this is true) and ask him if he'd like to see you try again.

You may not really want to flick the clit fantastic, but it's really a small price to pay because it will give you the chance to suggest another guy the next time around. But, remember that many guys are very homophobic, so stress to him that you don't expect him to do anything with the guy. And, tell him he'll get extra blowjobs for a week before and after the sexperience!

How long have you been married?

We are about to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary, but have been together nearly 12 years.

When did you realize you were asexual?

Two years ago. I was sitting at home watching a Montel Williams show, which happened to be on the topic of asexuality. I had heard of the term before but didn't know much about it. They featured an online community, AVEN, a place for asexuals of all types. That's when I learned there are different types, and that I fell into a category I finally understood. I was so happy that I began to cry. I had spent my entire sexual life being told something was wrong with me, either by my partners, my friends, society, doctors; finally I saw that nothing was wrong with me at all, and there is no "condition" causing my "problem." It was a wonderful feeling.

I had only ever had sex to appease others. I rarely had ever wanted to have sex at all. The type of asexual I identify as is referred to as Romantic Asexual. That simply means I want the closeness and intimacy, the hand holding, the cuddling, but that's it. I don't want to be naked with you. It's not something I think about or envision. For this I've been labeled a heartless cock tease. At the same time, it doesn't mean that I could never want to have sex with you. I may at some point, but it's very rare. And it also doesn't mean that I can't enjoy sex. I can. And lots of times I do, but I'm still glad when it's over and I can move on to more enjoyable things like sleeping. My afterglow usual includes my satisfaction in knowing I've satisfied my husband and won't have to do it again for a few days.

What does being asexual mean to you?

For me it means we are a group of people that are a bit more evolved in the area of sexuality. In our society, sex sells. Well, it doesn't sell to me. For anything to appeal to me, it has to prove its value or appeal to my intelligence. You won't find me guffawing at a stupid movie or listening to really bad music. The general population seems to celebrate anything over-sexualized even if it's not good. That annoys me to no end.

How did your husband react to your asexuality?

I remember well the day I told my husband I was asexual. We were making the bed and I was reliving the Montel Williams experience I had. I remember he finished my sentence for me: "…so it was then I realized…" "…YOU'RE ASEXUAL!" He was elated! Because the years he'd spent trying to figure me out and all the times he'd told me something was wrong with me and all the times he'd asked me if it was him – suddenly he had his answer. And it wasn't him!

I didn't realize until then that all these years he'd really thought deep down that I wasn't attracted to him! That must have been maddening for him. Especially when I seemed to be attracted to actors and musicians, these unattainable people, but not to him. He was thrilled and we were both immediately relieved to have an answer to this huge underlying issue plaguing our lives.

How did you get the idea to try to find a girlfriend for your husband?

Well, I'd visited the AVEN message boards and read lots of posts from people who were married and then realized, like me, that they are asexual. Most of those people were getting a divorce! I knew this was not the option for me. I couldn't imagine divorcing someone you love over something as trivial as sex. We have two kids and that would not only rob them of the life I want for them; it would just suck. Giving as little regard to sex as I do, I then posed the question to myself, "Why not just sleep with someone else?" And I liked the idea. Less sex for me, more sex for him. Sex is something my husband values highly.

Say he really likes ping pong. He wants to play ping pong every day. Because he loves me, he only wants to play with me. Even though I hate ping pong, I love him, so I'm gonna play; but man is it boring. I mean, I like the little paddles and the little ball and the way it sounds bouncing on the table, but I don't actually want to play it. I don't want to be on the other side of that table. So why not find him another partner?

Was it more difficult than you expected? Was there anything surprising about the experience?

What we typically ran into were women who didn't believe him. And the ones who did weren't what we were looking for. They thought that either he only wanted a lot of NSA sex or that he was secretly looking for a replacement for me. He wanted someone he connected with but who wasn't looking for a life with him. He really wanted a meaningful friendship with whomever he was sleeping with. That may be too much to ask.

Most women are searching for someone special to share their lives with, and even when they claimed to be on the same page as he was it turned out they weren't. They wanted more. What was even more surprising was the outrage directed at us from strangers who lead "normal" lives. I could not care less how others lead their lives as long as no one is harmed. It seems that isn't a two way street.

Did any jealousy issues crop up during the search?

Once we decided this is what we were going to do, I had one day of a mixture of emotions. I was in a bad mood, was a bit jealous and even pouted a little bit. But I felt sure it would pass and he gave me my space. He was perfectly fine if I decided to scrap the entire plan. The thing is once I decided to go this route I had to talk him into it. That took months. It wasn't something he gladly agreed to. One thing he was nervous about was getting back into the game of dating and all that goes along with that. We'd been together for nearly a decade and he felt out of practice.

My day of jealousy passed and after that, I was fine. I was cheering him on, getting him ready for his first date, giving him advice, etc. That first one didn't go well and he went through a lot of those. I am there for him when that happens to support him however he needs me to.

How did it all sort itself out?

Well, where we are now is essentially an open marriage. We are both free to see whomever we please. There are rules, however: We both have the right to veto who our partner is seeing. Also, we don't break plans with the family to go out. We don't bring anyone to our home or around our children. But where we are, really? We aren't seeing anyone but each other. His last girlfriend ended up getting a boyfriend and discontinued relations with my husband, which is fine. He hasn't really put any effort as of late into finding someone else. And that's just fine with me.

Would you recommend it to other asexual women married to sexual men?

I would suggest it for other asexuals, but only if they are in the same place we are. If you truly harbor no jealousy and have an unconditional love for your partner like no other, if you value your love over all else and really truly put each others happiness over your own, go for it. Especially if you live in an area where open-minded people abound. That is not the case for us. We live in the heart of the Bible Belt of the southern U.S., and not easy to find people who are like minded.

How is your husband dealing with your asexuality now?

Well, he isn't perfect. He tries not to pressure me to have sex, but he is still a man and still whines every now and then. And I still shake my head and roll my eyes sometimes, wondering why it's such a big deal. So we have our moments. But overall we are handling things just fine and have learned to live with our differences just like any couple has to. This is just another thing we have to accept about each other, like anything else that annoys us. He doesn't like our cats to sleep with us; I do. I have to sleep with my feet uncovered, and it drives him crazy. He doesn't mow the lawn nearly enough. He can't stop biting his nails when we watch Survivor. All those little things you have to live with when you love someone, all those little things that really don't matter, this is how we view our sexual differences.

Geeeaaawd! I hate purple!

According to the ABC report, the truck was at Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 25, 2009 for a couple of hours before continuing on it's "Have an Affair Anywhere" tour.

Accuracy in reporting may not be a requirement with ABC though…
