Obama is on record and tape promising he would shut down "Gitmo" and excoriating Bush for crimes against humanity. This was a foundation of Obamas bid for election in 2008. Dont take my word for it google Obamas position on Guantanamo Bay Prison and see what you find. Hundreds of negative speeches with Obama saying Bush had set back our relations with the Islamic world and that 'gitmo" had created thousands of new terrorists because of its cruelty.

Now we discover the information obtained from "enhanced interrogations" from Gitmo and off shore prisons were directly responsible for giving us the information on "couriers" that led us to Bin Ladens front door. Media and Democrats were voracious in their criticism of Bush over this subject and are on record for months on end driving it into the publics heads.
Obama is gleefully gobbling up the credit and shamefully made no mention of Geo. Bush as the creator and defender of this action for his last years in office...everyday...harrassed by every leftist, politically correct reporter and talking head in america. Bush for 10 minutes straight on this very subject.Just as the democrats took credit for ronald Reagans tax cuts up to eight years after he was out of office, Democrats, the Wimps of this country, now assume the acts of Geo. Professors who languished in small universities with average pay could now jump to privately funded companies and earn exponentially huge sums of money heading up investigations of animals, plants and their surroundings. They could do this because the Law stipulated that the Federal Government was obliged to pay all expenses and even profit and overhead to any independent agency bringing forth suit in the name of conservation and animal protection, even if the suit was found to be groundless.Even if the investigation proved nothing...you were going to get Paid! Television series, specials and events exploded on the tube, the interest ramped up and the American tax dollars rolled in. This is the foundation of Green peace, the Sierra Club and hundreds of other "Environmental Agencies" today,tax dollars. These environmentalist Groups had discovered GOLD in them thar TAXPAYERS! The snowball effect that resulted is now history and has brought us to where we are today. Anywhere you find a business or Industry, you will find an independent Science for profit group pouring over their footprint and their activity. Its not all bad and occasionally, a real culprit is exposed. However, American Industry and Business took the responsibility to clean up their act long ago and these "Science for profit" agencies have developed NEEDS, big, big needs!Remember, the law states that even if the suit fails to prove the complaint, everybody gets paid!that is where the trouble began and now where the lies and damage to American Industry are proving fatal. In Novemeber of 2010, a Science for profit agency out of Tucson, sued in the 9th circuit court to take 14 million acres away from ranchers and private citizens, stating that the habitat for the illusive " Spotted Owl" was being destroyed. The court ruled that they failed to prove their case! the court ruled they failed to connect the spotted owl to the area whatsoever! The Science for profit agency from Tucson was still paid for its legal fees, cost of investigation, overhead and Profit! WOW! what a scam. Today, Global Warming, the darling cause of all anti-business, anti-American Socialists and Science for profit agencies has lost ground. Obama once again has worked his magic, drawing a stern warning from "Standard&Poors" that Americas Bond rating status is no longer excellent and that Americas inability to curb its out of control spending will result in a reduction of credit rating. This will reduce the willingness in Countries to loan us more money with the new spector of an America ,unable to pay its loans back! Hyper inflation is the expected result if the rate on borrowing is increased! Thanks be to Obama and his Democrat Band of Idiots!
In Obamas pandering speech, he discussed why we need to penalize the rich once more and take their Money, so He and His Socialist Band can redistribute it. If in fact, we have decided that nobodys money is their own, how long will it take for these socialists to turn their hungry eye on every American?

Lets say we decide to screw the rich and confiscate ALL their money this coming year, 100% tax levy on the rich because we want to!
The entire theft would net 938 billion dollars! In order to take screwing the rich seriously, to bail out the democrats insane spending spree, we would have to conjure up six times more rich people each year to hedge Obamas government spending!...well , in Obamas anti-business economy, thats not going to happen.
O.K. lets go after everybody in the top 10% of income in the United Stated and screw them, steal their money and redistribute it instead.
Unbelievably, that income bracket starts at $114,000.00 per year.
Remember, the "annointed one" said he wouldn't touch anbody, screw anybody above $250,000.00 per year, so where Are the Democrats and Obama going to find their next vicitm? the top 10% already pay 70% of all taxes collected in America. Obama said he wouldn't screw anybosy under $250,000.00 so ....include all American Small Businesses in the bracket of intended victims, that will work! Any small business earning $250,000.00 dollars gross income will be included in the new 40% tax shaft Obama plans to shove up Americas blind side! A small business that makes $250,000.00 a year normally operates on a 20% margin or has only $ 50,000.00 profit and overhead left after expenses. Are these people rich? not even close, still Obama, Demagog that he is, is displaying his cold blooded opinion of Americans' intelligence quotent by mis-directing his sppech and intentions to do so, while making no mention of attacking small business people.
Will America benefit from this robbery? Actually, we will suffer and fall into more unemployment, as small businesses are forced out of business and take their jobs with them. Remember, small business employs 80% of Americans today.
Where else can the Compassionate Money Grabbers get some cash? Obama said it in his tainted speech"TAX EXPENDITURES": A SMELLY NAME, A GAME OF MIS-DIRECTION CALLING TAX DEDUCTIONS, EXPENDITURES!
Look out for this one, this really means elimination of all tax deductions for 401ks, Mortgage interest deductions, property tax deductions, employers deductions for health care contributions, employee deductions on expenses, you guessed it, the financial end game destined to collapse the real estate market once and for all, destoy property values, eliminate jobs in construction, manufacturing, supply and marketing for ever! Millions of people will lose their homes, values will bottom out at zero and the economy will collapse!

All the rest is cost of business; rent, materials, advertising, equipment, distribution, fuel, upkeep, utilities and more.
This puts Obama's idea of "wealthy" Americans into a set of people who struggle to pay bills and are very far from wealthy! Obama knows this and points his speeches toward employees and individuals he believes have no understanding of how business works, who can be manipulated to react to his speech of purposeful omissions.A small business owner who actually makes $ 250,000.00 dollars per year, would have to gross $1,250,000.00(one million, two hundred fifty thousand dollars) at 20% profit to keep 250,000.00 net.

School Superintendent Carlos Bejarano is retiring from a district currently closing 3 or more schools and laying off 75 teachers. Existing teachers will be forced to take furloughs unpaid because of reduced state funding.
Carlos Bejarano will retire on June 30th and report back to work the following business day.

In his Pension Agreement he will retain his $130,000.00 dollar salary as retirement plus $8400.00 in a car allowance+ an $8000.00 tax deferred Annuity+ a $ 3000.00 community affairs and activist allowance(political interest of the Union paid by taxpayers). He will also receive $ 11,238.00 for Health Insurance for his entire Family. That puts him at $160,638.00 salary in a district that is broke! for his retirement pension. When he reports back to work, he will receive an additional 104,650 paycheck on top of his retirement or $ 265,288.00 per year to preside over a failing school district.

This year his district budget is approximately $ 5.7 million and is sceduled for drastic reductions, while Administrators are increasing his executive pay to $ 265,288.00 for his Bureaucratic presence! Minorities everywhere sang his praises and expected to have their bills paid by Obama...Obama Money, you remember the lady on TV. Saying "hey, I wont have to pay rent or a car payment now and I don’t care where it comes from, jus a long as I gets it!We have reaped what we sowed with our votes, the Progressive, Communist, and Marxists in the Obama Regime are doing everything to destroy us, everyday, on 10 different fronts.
American liberals and Minorities continue to invent excuses for this man in spite of his repeated stumbles, terrible foreign policy, ruinous economic conditions and the facts. Soon, all will be humbled and forced to admit, what a mistake he has been.

Is there anyone more loathesome than this man?....well, actually there are plenty of candidates up for "Most Loathessome" in Washington D.C.
Schumar is easy to dislike, peering over his glasses and scowling at anything that he doesn't like as if engulfed in a legislative fart, drifted his way.
When I drew this caricature, my pen inflicted his expression, I just held on and watched it develop.
I have prepared a Collection of Caricatures I call the "Congressional Pigpen" and Chuck Schumar is a founding charter member.
In a real world, public servants should be thanking the American people for the job and opportunity to serve.... but not now, not with guys like Chuck Schumar. His efforts to continue porkbarrel spending(earmarks) and further open the flood gates of Federal Spending are tantamount to treason in this economic crisis. You wont find him thanking anyone for the opportunity, infact he is still waiting for our thanks to him, written in cash for generations to come.

When the people of Iran gathered in the streets in protest with signs asking for Americas help and endorsement, our Nuvo-Socialist President was missing in action.
When the riots turned violent and the Iranian Government opened fire on Young Iranian people, innocent individuals who long for democracy, Obama was no where to be found.
Egypt followed and Obama took a leave of Presidential Responsibility and once again was missing in action.
In every action sweeping through the middle east, our nuvo-socialist president obama has been 2 weeks behind and reticent to support the cause of Liberty or american best interest.
Presure brought to bare on him from his own "Regime" has prompted the wandering, pointless, leaderless responses he has given under duress.
One can argue that this series of revolts and uprisings is a direct result of the influence and effect Iraq is having on the minds of the people in so many other places. Geo. Bush has started an avalanche of dissent and unrest in other totalitarian dictatorships in the Persian gulf! This was in his promise to the American people, that Democracy is contageous and surely others will follow.Our opportunity to dislodge dictators and improve the worlds condition and our own is being squandered and lost.
We are under a similar internal assault as well with our President placing an Oil Embargo on the American Industrial complex and the American interest he swore an oath to protect.
American consumers pay dearly at the gas pump and the grocery store, as Obamas' true priorities play out, extracting their pound of flesh from everyone.For many, the price of fuel now exceeds their already expensive car payments agreed to, in a different economic time with a different President. Mortgages are underwater, upside down and fulfill the expression" throwing good money after bad"Meanwhile, Obama has sent 22 Billion dollars to a Brazilian Oil company (heavily invested in by his political ally George Soros) granting permission to drill at deeper depths in the very same Gulf of Mexico, deemed illegal to any American Oil intersts as well as 12 Billion to Mexico to do the same, in the very same Gulf!
When will the american people see through this corrupt Regime for what it is?
When will this man stop apologizing for his country ?
When will Obama obey the federal Injunction and ruling to lift his Oil Embargo and follow the rule of law he took an oath to uphold?
When will Eric Holder act in the interest of the American people and stop disobeying the laws he swore to uphold and do his job?
Just as Obama drove up the price of crude oil with the announcement of his Oil Embargo on the American people, he could drive it down with the announcement he would respect the law and lift the Embargo.He could reverse the trend tomorrow with an announcement that America will drill baby drill! Speculators would genflect immediately.
Eventually, we will install a Patriotic President who shares American value systems and will act in our best interest, however that is not what we have in place, now.
