I got up, ate the rest of the veggie/canadian bacon scramble and then remembered to weigh myself.. I usually do it FIRST thing after I wake up, but I guess I was distracted.  Anyway, I was so amazed to see that I was now down FOUR whole pounds since Monday.  I really hadn't expected to loose 2.5 pounds in one day after eating two whole bowls of that wonderful Chili Con Carne but I did. I figured as much as I'd not planned well, ate too many nuts and didn't know the contents of my salad dressing. Boris of course did splendidly even with a few bits of mandarin orange in his system.
