of salad ingredients harvested today. &lt;br&gt;We have our first carrot, first cucumbers, and first green pepper. We also have a small head of broccoli. &lt;br&gt;I went ahead a harvested as many lettuce greens as I could. we planted a ton of seed potatoes.....some in 5 gal buckets and some in 4 ft square gardens.  We harvested our first round tonight and got over 1 lb.!!  This harvest was from one of the buckets.... The plants were stressed from our extreme weather changes, so I decided to see what was at the bottom. 1 lb of potatoes!!!!!!&lt;img
