1 tsp Salt (I use Sea Salt)

1 1/4 cup of Oil of choice (I like Safflower Oil best) -- separate into one 1/4 and two 1/2 cups

dash of Cayenne Pepper

3 Tbsp Lemon juice or White Vinegar ( I like to use a both, 1 1/2 Lemon + 1 1/2 Vinegar)

Place egg, mustard, salt, cayenne pepper, and 1/4 cup of oil in a blender and blend on low speed.

While blending, SLOWLY (very important) pour in another 1/2 cup of oil.

You may have to stop and scrape down the mayo at this point.

Add the lemon juice/vinegar into the blender

start the blender (ON LOW SPEED) and VERY SLOWLY pour in the remaining 1/2 cup of oil.

Blend until you are sure the ingredients are combined well

Store in the refrigerator and ENJOY!!

NOTE: if you use coconut oil I recommend mixing it at least half and half with another oil because when you put your mayo in the fridge it will become hard, and will be a pain to get out when you need to use it :o) (speaking from experience :o)
Also, if you use Olive oil unless you like the strong flavor I recommend a light olive oil.

This recipe is so easy I almost didn't post it. WARNING: If you
have more than 4 people eating this cake you will need to double the
recipe : )

1 Cake Mix (yellow or white)

eggs (as cake mix directs)

oil (as cake mix directs)( I use Coconut Oil)

2 pks Orange Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

1 cup cold water

1 pk Instant Vanilla Pudding

1 cup milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cans Coconut milk (I used Golden Star you can get this at some wal-marts)

Place both cans of Coconut Milk in the refrigerator until chilled

Bake the cake as the box says in a 9 x 13" pan

Let cool completly. ( I set mine in the refrigerator for about 45
 min)

Mix 1 of the orange Jell-O packs and the boiling water. Stir until
 the Jell-O has dissolved.

Add cold water to the mixture and pour over the cooled cake.

Refrigerate the cake for 4 hours

Now if your coconut milk is chilled you may whip up the cream. When
you open the can the cream should float to the top. Anything that is not
cream will be almost clear and you can use that as part of your milk if you
 would like : )

Put your coconut cream in a blender and sweeten to taste (I used 2
droppers of Sweetleaf Vanilla Creme Stevia) and whipped for a few
 seconds.

Place in a container and let chill until your ready to use.

Once the 4 hours is up, mix the vanilla pudding, the other orange Jell-O, vanilla extract
 and milk and mix thoroughly.

Carefully fold in the coconut cream.

Pour pudding mixture over cake and smooth frosting to cover the
 entire cake.

Store in refrigerator.

Prepare to gain 4#

ENJOY!!
In a large bowl, stir together the shortening and corn

1 tbsp yeast

1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees)

1/4 cup maple syrup (you can also use sorghum)

3 cups of flour

1/4 cup wheat germ (you can replace this with a 1/4 cup chopped nuts if you would like)

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp coconut oil

3/4 cup golden raisins (I have also exchanged this for craisins)

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

Okay, this recipe is normally for a bread machine but I have done it the regular way of making bread so here it goes.

Combine yeast, water and maple syrup and let sit for about 2 min.

Add in your flour, wheat germ, salt coconut oil, golden raisins, ginger and cinnamon.

Mix bread until all ingredients are well combined. Set aside and let rise for about an hour.

Once the bread has risen punch it back down and put into loaf pans.

Allow bread to rise for about another half hour.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 20-25 min.

Makes 2 loaves

Prepare to demolish an ENTIRE loaf!!

And if anyone is interested the word Hunza means golden raisins in Hungarian.

ENJOY!!!

Dough:

5 c. Flour ( I used a combination of flour it still
worked well but you will have to adjust the salt content or else they
will be salty)

3 tsp. Salt (alter to about 1 tsp. if you are not using just white flour.)

6 tbls. Oil ( I used coconut but use what ever you would like)

3 tbls. yeast

1 1/2 c warm water

3 tsp. sweetener ( honey, stevia, maple syrup...)

Directions:

Dissolve yeast and sweetener in warm water. Set aside for 5 min.

In
a large bowl mix together the flour, salt, and oil. Then stir in your
water mixture. Mix well into flour and then knead until smooth and
elastic but not sticky.

Place an oiled bowl cover and let rise for 45 min.

Meanwhile make your filling.

Filling:

1/2 c. butter

2 tbls. cinnamon

2 tbls. Maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 c. nuts chopped

Toast your nuts until desired brownness.

Meanwhile in a small
saucepan melt butter.

After the butter is melted, put your stove on low heat and stir in your
maple syrup and cinnamon.

Heat for about a minute stir in vanilla heat a
little more turn off heat.

Assembly:

Oil pan you will be baking in and sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia thoroughly.

Divide dough into to balls. Roll out 1 ball to desired size but not to thin.

Brush
on some of the butter mixture ( you may have to stir it up a bit
because of the cinnamon settling on the bottom)also save the remainder
of your butter cinnamon mixture you will need it later

Sprinkle on the walnuts.

Roll into a log and pinch seem edge closed.

Cut into rounds and put in your buttered baking dish.

Let rise for another 45 min.

Lastly
when cinnamon rolls are done rising pour the rest of the butter mixture
over the top of then and bake for 30 min @ 350* When done baking let
cool while they are cooling make your glaze.

To make glaze:

It all depends on what you like. Preferably I like to cover ours with cream cheese sweetened with stevia.

But
if you prefer a drizzle I have tried using the Powdered Sugar
Substitute not the whole recipe probably about 1/2 and not as much whey
protein probably about a 1/4.

Then mix it with some half and half , vanilla extract, maple
syrup,Vanilla creme stevia drops. I have not measured out these
ingredients so I just add until it taste right.

Mix to a smooth drizzly like consistency.

When cinnamon rolls are cooled drizzle on drizzle and EAT!!!

Pecan Pie - - HCG P3 ok

Thanks Audrey

2T Peanut Butter

2T Coconut Butter*

2T Cocoa Powder

1/2 of a medium, very ripe banana

dash salt

Stevia to taste (if banana is not sweet enough)

*You
can either buy a jar of coconut butter or make your own by blending
unsweetened shredded coconut in your food processor. It will become a
creamy consistency after a few minutes.

1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until
it reaches a thick, smooth texture.

2. Press
into a pan or roll into balls and refrigerate a few hours until firm -
or freeze if you want to eat it sooner! ;-) Cut into bite-size pieces
to make fudge or make a bigger batch and slice it like a pie.
Alternately, you could spread it for a frosting while it's still soft.
This recipe has a lot of options!

Enjoy!

Coconut Oil Pie Crust

3/4 cup coconut oil
