DUTIES

&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;FINANCIAL PLANNINGThis position is responsible for coordinating and managing the global planning processes; driving reporting, forecasting and budgeting process improvements to improve efficiencies Manage the global planning processes including the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting using Prophix and complex Excel models.Develop an annual budget project plan; track and report progress; proactively identify and escalate areas of execution risk.Assist in the development of a rolling three season (18 month) forecast, including working with business leaders and finance team members to establish a process to implement a driver based forecasting model.Work with business leaders to develop a KPI Dashboard for the Executive TeamIdentify methodology and process improvements to drive efficiency and improve accuracy of the planning process.Develop and deliver training programs for the various levels of planning process participants.Work with business leaders to understand material variances and historical trends.&amp;amp;nbsp;Identify areas of risk and initiate ad-hoc analysis to quantify risk.Build strong alliances within finance and with other functional leaders.Serve as FP&amp;amp;amp;A representative on company-wide, cross-functional initiatives.Perform other duties as necessary.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;TREASURYThis position is responsible for directing and managing all Treasury activities for the Company, including corporate banking and debt management, daily cash positioning and reporting, reconciliation of bank accounts, troubleshooting of daily transaction issues and execution of foreign currency trades.&amp;amp;nbsp;Oversee day-to-day cash management/treasury functions, including movement of cash, wire transfers, daily cash settlement, reconciliation of cash balances, exception investigation, issue resolution and account follow-up as needed.Set the budget foreign exchange rates in 3 currencies (CAD, CHF, EUR) and execute seasonal hedging strategy to minimize fx rate risk.Review, analyze and forecast cash collections/disbursements, coordinating month-end treasury reporting and cash forecasting. Direct cash management and borrowing strategies, providing insight and recommendations aimed at improving working capital and reducing Company interest expense where possible.Prepare Borrowing Base Calculation and supporting documentation; updating collateral information as needed and identifying and resolving outstanding items/issues as needed.&amp;amp;nbsp;Responsible for all coordination of Bank Reporting to Lenders and Audit Representatives from the bank.Develop, implement and communicate global cash management policies and procedures, identifying strategic needs based on a global liquidity assessment, pursuing and evaluating best practices for funding and capital management.Evaluate bank services and fees; monitor bank performance and make recommendations for savings or added new services. Review bank account openings, closings and authorized signers and mange the database of bank accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.&amp;amp;nbsp;8-10 years relevant experience including 3-5 years management experience.&amp;amp;nbsp;Bachelor's degree in Finance or related business field.CPA or CFA designation preferred.Thorough knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Recent experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp;Strong applied mathematical, organizational and critical thinking skills.&amp;amp;nbsp;Experience in analyzing foreign currency exposure a plus.Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience in Prophix a plusPositive attitude and the ability to project a positive company image.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a culturally and ethnically diverse workforce.Strong communication and customer service skills.Language Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies and procedures in English.&amp;amp;nbsp; Ability to effectively respond to questions from managers, lenders and business partners. &amp;amp;nbsp;Main project Data migration of several years of archival product catalog and technical data to a Knowledge Base built on the ExpressionEngine/CodeIgniter platform.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp; The main users of the application will be the Customer Service group here at OR.The first phase will include data population and normalization from many varied sources including databases, Excel Spreadsheets, PDFs and even hard copies.The second phase will include a user focus group with full-fledged feedback on user interface, data format and application performance.&amp;amp;nbsp; This is a full-stack application so feedback will come in on all levels.&amp;amp;nbsp; Prioritize and develop updates based on user need and available resources as time allows.&amp;amp;nbsp;Additional WorkOngoing maintenance on OR's customer-facing web properties and participation in group problem-solving and the AGILE development process.We are a small dev team that handles many different problems. &amp;amp;nbsp;We work in an AGILE environment with 2-week sprints between each release. &amp;amp;nbsp;Releases are pushed up within days of being completed so you get to see your efforts hit the outside world right away. &amp;amp;nbsp;We use a version control system, automated deployment tools and automated QA tools so you would see a lot real world experience in a short time.
