Seems that Freddie Mac isn't trying to help out as much as we would like to think.  Well worth a read or listen (NPR Link) as it explains why Freddie is not making it easy to refinance if you are "upside down." 

I'm sure all the struggling homeowners out there appreciate the help from Freddie and of course the Government - Freddie Mac Betting against Struggling Homeowners

Just listed a new foreclosure on the Westside in Kill Devil Hills for $65,000, which is lot value located at 206 W. Atlantic Street.  This lot comes with a 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom home with around 1,500 square feet.
