It’s the weekend, and that means it’s time to partaay!

The Fiesta GMs will be throwing a homecoming dance today and tomorrow in Elderine to start the weekend off right, so stop by to dance, relax, and hang out with your friends. Be sure to look your best and dress to impress with a stylish Sakura Costume, Royal Fiesta Costume, or Tuxedo/Dress (available in White, Black, Red, and Blue!).

The GMs will also crown the homecoming king and queen during the event - so show up early and wish the winners your best!

The doors sealing the Sleepless Grave dungeon below the sandy city of Eir have been opened, allowing high level players to access the dangerous crypt for the first time. Players willing to brave the mummies, stone warriors, and minotaurs who make the Sleepless Grave their home will be rewarded with valuable Xen Stones. Best of all, the Xen Stone drop rate has been dramatically increased in all of Solstice’s dungeons.

The famous Xenian war hero Drekard will also be leading bands of adventurers into the game’s many dungeons on Thursday, October 9th, including the new Sleepless Grave. Players that manage to stay by Drekard’s side for the entirety of the event will be rewarded with powerful in-game prizes.

Finally, players who aren’t yet ready for their first taste of Secret of the Solstice dungeon spelunking can log on Saturday, October 11th for the Welcome to Xen event. The Solstice GMs will be helping players new to the world of Xen through their first quests, answering questions, and even handing out in-game items.

Christopher Columbus has discovered the magical world of Isya! Now he’s stuck in Fiesta with no way to return home, having lost his three famous ships and most of his nautical equipment at sea.

Always willing to lend a helping hand, the people of Isya have rallied behind Columbus and are now working to rebuild the legendary explorer’s fleet. New premium items for players ready to join Columbus’ new fleet are now available in the Fiesta Store: The Sailor Uniform, Mara Hat, and Eye Patch. Sure, you may not know your clinometer from your sextant, but at least you’ll look the part!

Once your costume is in order, check out the new Santa Maria mount and set sail for the new world! Every player that purchases a Santa Maria mount before October 31st and helps Columbus get back on his sea legs will be automatically entered in a raffle to win a real life brass telescope and ship wheel courtesy of Columbus himself.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a homecoming dance without a homecoming king and queen. Players can now nominate potential homecoming royalty in the Fiesta forums, and every winner will receive a special in-game crown on the day of the dance. What got you into playing Project Powder?
I received a promotional email about it and when I checked out the website and the video on the homepage, I was really excited about being able to play it. But I think it was the video which convinced me mostly

Have you ever or would you ever snowboard in real life?
I haven’t ever snowboarded before but I’d really like to be able to try it sometime!

What do you like most about ProPow?
I think I’d have to say that the community is my favorite part of ProPow.

Since the Beginning of Open Beta. Sadly I missed Closed Beta.

What’s your favorite zone and why?
O.o… you mean map? Well that’s an easy one. The South West corner of CV, that’s where I met my in-game wife and real-life love, Fallen Rain.

What’s the nicest thing you have ever done for another Solstice player?
I guess that would be… sacrificing my EXP to level other players. Or the time I let someone else take my place as winner of an event. But it’s nothing.

How do you feel about being selected as Player of the Month?
Rather shy about it to be honest, but very happy. I was also quite surprised too, I tend to be a bit quiet so knowing that there are more outgoing players out there makes me feel a little guilty too.

What the best part of Playing Fiesta? Why?
I love the community and the maps. The community is so wonderful, both the good and the bad, and I prefer to see people as misunderstood, so even then I love trying to make them feel better. They’re understanding too and always so fun to play with. I love the maps because there’s so much detail, being an artist I pay a lot of attention to detail.
