New Car Dealership in Paso Robles

A new automobile dealership, Mullahey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram plans to break ground soon at the corner of Golden Hill Road and Tractor Street. The facility will have about 275 cars and trucks on the lot for sale and include a Parts and Service department that will be able to service all makes and models, light and medium duty trucks and RV's. Oxford Suites Hotel

Just approved, the Oxford Suites Paso Robles will offer 127 rooms, plus 5,300 square feet of meeting space on a 2.45 acre lot located at the corner of 4th and Pine. The hotel will feature an outdoor pool, spa, sauna, and steam room, in addition to a full exercise facility. On-site catering will be available for meetings or conferences. "The Cove" Project Breaks Ground

A 51-unit housing tract is under construction at the corner of River Oaks Drive and Experimental Station Road. The Cove project (Tract 2887) subdivides a 4.28-acre site into 56 lots, for the development of 51 single family residential lots, 4 open space lots and 1 common area. Twin Cities Community Hospital received the following awards in 2013: Center of Excellence designation from CIGNA (January 2013), Gold Seal Award and three-year term of accreditation in computed tomography (May 2013), Gold-Plus award for Heart Failure care by the American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association (Sept. 2013), Top Performer in Key Quality Measures in heart failure, pneumonia, and surgical care (Nov. 2013), and the hospital was awarded its third and fourth consecutive "A" Hospital Safety Score (April and December 2013). A new project has been approved for the former Paso Robles Ford location at 34th and Spring Streets. The "Uptown Center" project proposes to construct 23,500 square feet of commercial buildings fronting on Spring Street. 28 detached single family homes along with 14 attached ownership residential units would be constructed on the eastern portion of the site, with homes oriented to 34th Street and Park Street. City Park Restrooms Completed

Construction of a new accessible City Park restroom building is complete and the facility was opened to the public on Tuesday, June 18. The exterior of the building was purposely designed to complement existing architecture in the downtown core, including the city library and the original Carnegie library building that is now home to the el Paso de Robles Historical Society. Firestone Walker Expansion

Firestone Walker Brewing Company is currently working on several improvements, with most expected to be completed by summer. The new kegging hall will connect the existing buildings together and offer a visitor alcove for viewing brewery operations. A new brewery store will feature beers and beer-making mercantile. The new “Union Hall” will be an expanded glassed-in building to showcase the brewery’s Firestone Union oak barrel brewing system. Pioneer Park Restroom Upgrades

The restrooms at Pioneer Park are being upgraded. Pioneer Park is home to the Pioneer Skate Park, a baseball diamond, children's playground, large grass picnic area and the Pioneer Museum. The restrooms at the park were built by volunteers in the late 70's. The project is scheduled to begin January 17, 2013 and will be completed weather permitting, this spring. Read more.

On Tuesday, July 17th, the Paso Robles City Council approved the plans for a new full-service resort and spa to be built on Buena Vista Drive. On February 21, 2012, the City Council awarded a contract to improve curb ramps and sidewalks along Spring Street from First Street to 20th. These improvements provided work for 30 individuals and were paid for using Redevelopment Agency funds. The next phase includes renovated public restrooms in the park.
