I collected blind feedback through a Google Form for the lectures on Electrical Machine-II delivered to B.Tech 2nd Year students of Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology (SGGSIE&T), Nanded, Maharashtra, India, during the last lecture on 24 April 2026. I received many suggestions for improvement and appreciative words from the students, which are as below:

Suggestions for Improvement

Teacher have to utilize technology like smart boards so that it become interesting for student and have to show some diagram on screen of specific topic like they have to show the images and working of machine on screen so that it easy to understand to students.
The teaching is very good; add more revision sessions and practice questions would further benefit students. And Thank you for all
The overall things are best but with giving the example of any technical topic, move to the non technical and leave the topic
“During the lecture, it is expected that approximately 80% of the time is dedicated to focused study, while the remaining 20% may be utilized for relevant discussions, clarifications, or other necessary interactions.”
Try to speak clearly, sometimes not audible.
Upgrade lab equipment and tools. Give more practical time in labs. Allow students to experiment freely, not just follow fixed steps
Whenever speaks the speech is not that clear that's why the interest goes away. May be try to speak slowly and clearly. Sometimes in a sentence words are missing while speaking. Overall is good but just the speech clarification is not very good. Can be excellent teacher if that is improved.
Do not declare any topic is hard or tough before teaching because students used to skip that topics.
An excellent teaching but i thought some students have not capable to your level and exam paper is very tough and please give the imps before the exam i think in the class 13 to 14 student fail in em-2 subject so small request from me please understand the student feeling and gives imp and assignment for pass the exam.
Allow students to enter class upto 5 minutes after teacher's entry in classroom.
Your teaching style is truly inspiring, and your extra insights make learning meaningful and enjoyable. With a gentle balance in syllabus coverage, it would become even more effective.
Conduct test weekly for the covered topic as to revise topics that will come in exam. Practical skills should be given more than theoretical knowledge.
Create a more inclusive and supportive environment.
Before the final end sem exam please give assignment question for better preparation and anyone not get backlog please sir this is a small request from me and our all over class.
Sir, I want to share some honest feedback regarding the teaching. Your teaching is good and knowledgeable, but there is one issue affecting many students. Sometimes, when students do not understand a concept, it is not explained again. Even though it is known that some students are struggling, the topic is moved forward without clarification. This makes it difficult for those students to keep up with the subject. It would be very helpful if you could briefly re-explain important concepts when students face difficulty. This will improve understanding and overall performance of the class. Thank you.
Please before the exam provide some assignments to us means we get more benefit to score in exam.

Appreciating Words

First of all, I believe you to be one of the few teachers who genuinely care. I have noticed this somewhat rare trait on multiple accounts where you've gone out of your way to look out for us. I strongly believe you're genuinely one of the best teachers we current have. Regarding the issue with the girls, I've heard about it, might not have 100% of the details, but from the way I look at it, I've had my issues with people here too, i believe mostly the discourse is because of the small town mentality, I think adult talk is necessary for one's development, I've people who are 20+ struggling to maintain basic conversation with other gender, this is because of such behaviour where everything is looked at as a taboo. I strongly believe that you genuinely try to educate us on delicate topics, let us be on our future, let it be on love life, let us be on sex education, I think I've never truly seen any other teacher try to hard to see good for the students. Of course I do not know what's the future for this, since you might not be here next year but I genuinely hope for you to stay, regardless I am genuinely grateful for the experience and wish you best of luck for your future endeavours. On January 10, 2026, I turned 38 years old. Currently, I am working as a Contractual Visiting Faculty in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology (SGGSIE&T), Nanded, Maharashtra, India. On my 38th birthday, I am at the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. I came to MANIT Bhopal for the initial internship setup of our SGGSIE&T student, and I was staying with my friend, Dr T. S. Bheemraj.

My 38th birthday started at 06:37 after receiving an audio call from my wife, Mrs Pankita Kumari Jamwal, and she gave me best wishes on my 38th birthday. At 7:18, I received an audio call from my younger sister, Mrs Poonam Jamwal, and she gave me best wishes for my 38th birthday. On this call, her husband, Mr Pankaj Thakur, also gave me best wishes for my 38th birthday. At 7:33, I received an audio call from Mrs Ritika Jamwal, the wife of my younger brother, Mr Gurjeet Singh Jamwal, and she gave me best wishes for my 38th birthday. At 07:51, I received a video call from my mother, Mrs Asha Jamwal, and she gave me best wishes on my 38th birthday. On this call, Nirbhay Jamwal, Nivaan Jamwal, and Mrs Anuradha Jamwal also gave me best wishes on my 38th birthday. After that, I completed my morning activity. At 09:03, I received an audio call from my younger brother, Mr Amarjeet Singh Jamwal, and he gave me his best wishes for my 38th birthday. On this call, my daughter, Nivritti Jamwal, also gave me best wishes for my 38th birthday.

At 09:56, I visited the MANIT Shiv Temple for the blessings of Lord Shiva. At 10:39, I received an audio call from Mr Dheeraj Burnwal, and he gave me best wishes for my 38th birthday. On this call, his wife, Mrs Neelam, also gave me best wishes. At 11:13, I entered the Department of Electrical Engineering of MANIT Bhopal and met with Dr Saurabh Shukla. We worked in the Microgrid Integration and Electric Vehicle Charging (MGiEVc) Research Lab for an hour. Meanwhile, at 11:45, Mr Navin Mishra came and gave me best wishes on my 38th birthday. At 12:30, Dr Saurabh Shukla and I went to the residence of Prof. Sanjeev Singh. There, I took blessings from the respected Sir and Mrs Pravina Singh Ma'am. At around 13:30, we all, with Omi, reached MPT Palash Residency for lunch.

In the evening, I went for dinner at Indian Cafe House, New Market, Bhopal, with Mr Rahul Arora, Mr Dheeraj Kumar, Mrs Dheeraj Kumar, Mr Navin Mishra, Dr T. S. Bheemraj, Dr Akash M Chandran, Mrs Akash M Chandran, Dr Prabhakaran K. K, and Mr Neel Chavan.

After the dinner at around 21:30, we all left for our respective destinations. I, with Dr T. S. Bheemraj and Dr Prabhakaran K. K., came back to the campus of MANIT Bhopal. After that, I have a walk in the park of MANIT Bhopal. Meanwhile, Mr Rahul Arora and Mr Navin Mishra joined back and have lovely discussion. Tonight, I go to sleep at around 01:00 on 11th January 2026.

On 10th January 2025, I became 37 years old. Presently, I am working as an Assistant Professor (Temporary) in the Electrical Engineering Department of the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

On this 37th birthday, my day started at 05:55. After waking up, I completed my morning activity. At 6:58, I received an audio call from my wife Mrs. Pankita Kumari Jamwal and she gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 7:08, I received an audio call from my younger brother Mr. Gurjeet Singh Jamwal and he gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 8:09, I received an audio call from my younger brother Mr. Amarjeet Singh Jamwal and he gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. On this call, his wife, Mrs. Anuradha Jamwal, and his children Navayansh Jamwal and Nivaan Jamwal gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday.

At 8:17, I reached MANIT Shiv Temple for the blessings of lord shiva. At 8:44, I received an audio call from my sister Mrs. Poonam Jamwal and she gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 8:50, I reached Boys Hostel 11 by walk to have breakfast. At 09:05, I received an audio call from my sister-in-law Mrs. Kavita Rana and she gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 9:15, I reached the Electrical Engineering Department (EED) by Electric Bus. At 9:20, I met Dr. Rakeshwri Agrawal and she gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 09:25, I met Dr. Vishal Rathore and he gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 9:40, me and Navin went by OLA two-wheeler to take sweets from Rajasthan Sweets. At 10:07, We reached Mata Mandir Temple and took the blessings of lord mata.

At 10:19, we reached the EED where I received an audio call from my research friend Mr. Lokesh Chadokar and he gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 10:30, I met my colleague Dr. T. S. Bheemraj and he gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 10:35, I met my research friends Mr. Rahul Arora and Mr. Dheeraj Kumar. They both gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 10:40, I meet Prof. Sanjeev Singh in his office. I offered him sweets and he give me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 10:45, I reached my Office and meet Dr. Rakeshwri Agrawal and Dr. Vishal Rathore. I offered them sweets. At 10:50, I reached Office of EED Head and meet Prof. Sushma Gupta, Mr. Malviya, Mr. Rohit Mishra, Mr. Ganesh, and Mr. Rakesh. I offered them sweets and they give me best wishes for my 37th birthday.

At 11:10, Cake cutting ceremony is organized in the Micro Grid Integrated Electric Vehicle Charging (MGiEVc) Research Lab. This cake cutting ceremony is attended by Mr. Priyanshu, Mr. Sunil Gautam, Mr. Kaiser Azam, Mr. Uditveer Singh Rajput, Prof. Sanjeev Singh, Dr. T. S. Bheemraj, Me, Mr. Dheeraj Kumar, Mr. Rahul Arora, Dr. Manoj Kumar Behra, Ms. Uliya Mitra, Dr. Rakeshwri Agrawal, and Ms. Sakshi as shown in following group photograph. At 12:00, I reached Lecture Hall-2 and delivered a lecture to B.Tech 2nd Year Section-II students. At 13:38, Mr. Gatuam Yadav meet me and give me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 14:00, We (Me, Dr. Vishal Rathore, Dr. Rakeshwri Agrawal, and Ms. Sakshi) went to Neelam Restuarants and have lunch. At 14:45, I went to Power System Lab of 2nd batch B.Tech 3rd Year students and supported Dr. Mukesh Kumar Kirar and Dr. More Raju to entertain them. At 16:53, I received an audio call from my mother Mrs. Asha Jamwal and she give me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 17:30, I received an audio call from my brother-in-law Mr. Pankaj Thakur and he gave me best wishes for 37th birthday.

At 19:00, I reached at the residence of Prof. Sanjeev Singh and meet the Respected Madam Mrs. Pravina Singh. She gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday and served me delicious dinner. At 19:34, I received an audio call from Dr. Saurabh Shukla but cannot attended. At 19:52, I received an audio call from my children Nivritti Jamwal and Nirbhay Jamwal. They gave me best wishes for my 37th birthday. At 21:20, I reached Vrindavan Dhaba to have dinner where Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kakodia, Mr. Ravi Gupta, Mr. Dheeraj Kumar, Mr. Rahul Arora, Mr. Navin Kumar, Dr. T. S. Bheemraj, and Mr. Manoj Kumar Behra joined me as shown in following group photograph.

Today, I woke at 5:20 and went through a topic from High Voltage Engineering. At 05:59, I got a call from my wife, Mrs. Pankita Kumari Jamwal. On this call, my wife, my mother-in-law Mrs. Usha Rani, and my daughter Ms. Nivritti Jamwal gave me best wishes on my 36th birthday. At 6:15, I started my morning activity. In between, Dr. Upasana Sarma, Dr. Swati Katwal, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Mishra, and Dr. Katam Nishant came and gave me best wishes on my 36th Birthday. At 12:30, I left the cabin for lunch with Dr. Swati Katwal and went to the 4H Food Corner of NIT Hamirpur. At 12:35, I met with Dr. Himesh Handa and he gave me best wishes on my 36th birthday. At 13:00, I resumed the work of lecture notes preparation. From 14:00 to 15:00, I delivered a lecture on the topic of High Voltage Engineering to the Students of M.Tech (Condition Monitoring of Power Apparatus). At 15:00, I got a call from Mr. Akshay Juneja and he gave me best wishes on my 36th birthday. At 17:35, I met with Dr. Chandrasekaran S and Dr. Vivek Sharma. Both gave me best wishes on my 36th birthday. At 17:45, I left the Electrical Engineering Department of NIT Hamirpur.

On this call, Mrs. Ruchika and her husband Mr. Gulshan Kumar gave my best wishes on my 36th birthday. At 20:15, I returned to my residence of Hiranagar. At 20:28, I got a call from my father and he asked me about my today's experience. At 20:46, I got a call from my wife and she also asked me about my today's experience. Presently, I am in the 10th semester of my Ph.D. in the Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Department of Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technolgy (SLIET), Longowal, Punjab, India and carrying out my experimental work in the Electrical Engineering department of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

I broke my sleep at 6:04 after getting a call from my wife, Mrs. Pankita Kumari Jamwal and she gives me best wishes on my 35th birthday. On this call, my mother-in-law, Mrs. Usha Rani, and my daughter, Ms. Nivritti Jamwal, also give me best wishes on my 35th birthday. At 6:06, my mother, Mrs. Asha Jamwal, call me and gives me best wishes on my 35th birthday.

Today, I leave bed at 6:45 and completed my morning routine. After this Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kakodia woke up and gives me best wishes on my 35th birthday. At 18:00, I and Mr. Rahul Arora went to the residence of Prof. Sanjeev Singh where I get the best wishes from the Respected Mam, Mrs. Pravina Singh. At the residence, Mr. Sukrit and other members of the family give me best wishes on my 35th birthday. At 18:40, I and Mr. Rahul Arora left the residence. After this, we both reached MANIT Main gate, from where, Mr. Siddhant Gudhe along with Mr. Hiramani Shukla picked us up in their Car and went to Sagar Restaurant, Bhopal. Here, Mr. Aftab Ahamed Ansari, Mr. Anchal Rahuwanshi, Mr. Amogh, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kakodia, and Mr. Naveen Mishra joined us for the dinner party.

At 20:25, we left the Sagar Restaurant and Siddhant Gudhe dropped us (Me and Mr. Rahul Arora) at MANIT main gate. At 20:28, Mr. Manish Mandiyal called me and give me best wishes on my 35th birthday. After this, I and Mr. Rahul Arora went to the Electrical Engineering Department of MANIT Bhopal to pick up our bags. Thereafter, Mr. Rahul Arora dropped me at Chitragupt Nagar, Bhopal. Today I become 34th years old. Presently, I am in the 8th semester of my Ph.D. course, and due to which staying in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh.

I started my day at 6:30 with the morning routine. In the morning, I started to receive birthday wishes from my Mother in law Mrs. Usha Rani, my life partner Mrs. Pankita Kumari, my sister Poonam Jamwal, and Jija Ji Mr. Pankaj Thakur. After completing the morning routine, I left my room with Mr. Vinay Kumar and went to Tealogy for today's Breakfast. At Tealogy, I received an audio call from my M.Tech classmate Dr. Jaspreet Singh Mehrok, and my younger brother Mr. Gurjeet Singh Jamwal. After this, I went to my research lab E-325 in the Electrical Engineering Department of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Here I received an audio call from my cousin Vishal Jamwal who wished me along with Tamanna Rani, Soni Massi, and Shweta Jamwal. At 12:30, My Research Senior Mr. Veens Kansal made a video call and gave me wishes along with the Research Scholar Ms. Avneet Dhaliwal, Mr. Updesh Verma, Mr. Avinash Kumar, Dr. Mohit Dhiman, Ms. Kanchan Pawani from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET), Longowal, Punjab. At 12:45, my research supervisor Prof. Sanjeev Singh Chauhan, my research mate Mr. Vinay Kumar, Mr. Siddhant Gudhe, Mr. Gautam Yadav, Mr. Aftab Ahmed Ansari, Mr. Rahul Arora, Mrs. Jyoti Chauhan, and Ms. Pragya Gawhade attended the cake cutting ceremony and made my day special (See Figure 1-3).

At 13:18, I received a call from my respected father Mr. Kishor Singh Jamwal, and my mother Mrs. Asha Jamwal, and showerd their blessings on me. Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) is an educational journey that is more focused on a number of tasks rather than a number of years. Ph.D. start with the course work and go through the research proposal, research synopsis, research seminar, research publication, and research thesis. Through this post, Paramjeet Singh Jamwal is sharing his experience of Ph.D. life at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET), Longowal, Sangrur, Punjab, India.

Admission Process

On the 1st of July 2018, I appeared in the All India SLIET Entrance Test (SET-2018) and passed it on the 6th of July 2018. On the 16th of July 2018, I appeared in the interview and passed it on the 24th of July 2018. On the 1st of August 2018, I got admission to the Full-Time Ph.D. program with a fellowship and joined Ph.D. on the 6th of August 2018.

Course Work

Coursework is the first step of a Ph.D. In SLIET Longowal, there are two subjects in the course work which are as follows:

Research Methodology (RM-10000) subject is common to all the Ph.D. Scholar. I appeared in the research methodology examination on the 11th of December 2018.
While another subject depends upon the area of research. So, I opted for Power Quality Analysis and Control (IE-10008). I appeared in the power quality analysis and control examination on the 4th of December 2018.

Research Proposal

A research proposal is the second step of a Ph.D. To prepare a good research proposal exhaustive review of the literature is required. Along with that, there is a need to get a good grip on your research area. Therefore, to prepare my research proposal, I reviewed 55 number of literature including books and datasheets. Along with that, I attended 3 short-term courses (STC).

I attended a short-term course on "Multi-Level Inverter and its Applications" organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India from 4-8th February 2019.

The research seminar is a necessary and ongoing part of the Ph.D. A research seminar is conducted to present the research progress, present research papers, and get the fellowship extension. During my Ph.D. journey, I delivered 13 research seminars which are as follows:

On the 2nd March 2019, I presented my research paper at National Conference on Computational Techniques in Renewable Energy Systems (CTRES-2019), SLIETCON-2019.
On the 25th March of 2019, I delivered my Seminar-I in the HOD office of the EIE Department. I delivered my research seminar on the Conventional Multilevel Inverter (MLI) Topology.
On the 28th May of 2019, I delivered Seminar II in the HOD office of the EIE Department. I delivered my research seminar on the Overview of Electric Vehicles (EVs).
On the 4th September of 2019, I delivered my research seminar to show my 1st year's research progress in the HOD office of the EIE Department.
On the 2nd March 2020, I delivered a seminar on my research proposal in the HOD office of the EIE Department.
On the 26th November of 2020, I delivered my research seminar to show my 2nd year's research progress in the HOD office of the EIE Department.
On the 24th of December 2020, I delivered a research seminar for the grant of SRF and an extension of fellowship in the HOD office of the EIE Department. During this seminar, Prof. Shailendra Jain, Prof. Ajat Shatru Arora, Prof. Sanjay Marwaha, and Dr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal were present in the HOD office. While, Prof. Sanjay Jain, an external expert from Thapar Institute, joined us through Google Meet.
On the 6th March of 2021, I presented a research paper at the 3rd International Conference on Energy, Power, and Environment: Towards Clean Energy Technologies (ICEPE-2020) organized by the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Meghalaya, Shillong, India through Google Meet. (Watch Video).

On the 7th September of 2021, I delivered my research seminar to show my 3rd year's research progress in the HOD office of the EIE Department. During this seminar, Prof. J. S. Dhillon, Prof. Surita Maini, Dr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal, Dr. Pratibha Tyagi, and Dr. Manmohan Singh were present in the HOD office.
On the 17th February of 2022, I delivered a seminar for the fellowship extension after three years and 6 months in the HOD office of the EIE Department. During this seminar, Prof. Surita Maini, and Prof. Dileep Kumar were present in the HOD office. While Prof. Sanjeev Singh and Prof. Shailendra Jain joined us through Google Meet.
On the 17th of August 2022, I delivered my research seminar to show my 4th year's research progress in the HOD office of the EIE Department. During this seminar, Prof. Surita Maini, Prof. J. S. Dhillon, Prof. Shailendra Jain, Dr. Pratibha Tyagi, Dr. Manpreet Singh Manna, Dr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal were present in the HOD (EIE) office.
On the 27th of September 2022, I delivered a seminar for the fellowship extension after the end of the 8th semester in the HOD office of the EIE Department. During this seminar, Prof. Dileep Kumar, and Dr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal were present in the HOD (EIE) office. While Prof. Sanjeev Singh joined the seminar through Google Meet.
On the 9th of February 2023, I delivered a seminar for the fellowship extension after the end of the 9th semester in the HOD office of the EIE Department. During this seminar, Prof. Surita Maini, Prof. Shailendra Jain, Prof. Surinder Singh Sodhi, and Dr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal were present in the office of the HOD (EIE). While Prof. Sanjeev Singh joined the seminar through Google Meet.
On the 31st of March 2023, I delivered my synopsis seminar for my PhD thesis submission in the HOD office of the EIE Department. Ups and downs is the basic part of life. Ups of life filled us with the happiness while downs of life filled us with important lessons. Through this article, I am sharing the lessons of my life.

Question: How to avoid confusion? Answer: Calculate the available time and divide work accordingly.
Do not say anything about anyone with anyone. For example, If you want to help someone than do one to one discussion when it is asked.
Respect is an exchangeable thing. For example, If you want to get respect from others for your decision then start respecting their decision.
Excess of money is harmful so do not involve yourself too much in money. For example, Money will only increase your ego and decrease your well wisher.
Silence is better than Lie. For example, If you cannot express truth then silence is a better way to prevent yourself from lie.
Relationship is important than money. We should compromise with money but do not with relationship because money can be earn again but relationship can not be.
Fear is a biggest enemy: Fear creates doubts in our mind and weaken our confidence so defeat your fear.
Consult with your partner: Hidden step will fill all the places between your relationship with conflicts so took every step after consulting your partner.

Van Vihar National Park in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh

During my Ph.D., I got an opportunity to plan my first visit to Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. In Bhopal, We (Me and Vinay Kumar) started our journey from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) to Van Vihar National Park on Honda Activa. We visited the Sair Sapata Suspension bridge before reaching Van Vihar National Park. After visiting Van Vihar National, we visited Boat Club, Raja Bhoj Setu, VIP Road, Cave Temple, and Manubhan Tekri. We completed our visit to these places in a single day.

1. Sair Sapata Suspension Bridge

This bridge is just before the van vihar national park when you are traveling from MANIT Bhopal.

2. Van Vihar National Park

In this park, I saw different kinds of birds, one variety of deer, three varieties of snakes (including ajgar), two varieties of tiger (white and yellow), Langoor, Panther, and Lakadbagha.

3. Boat Club

This club provides the facility to do boating with Paddle boats, Motor boats, and Lake princesses.

4. Raja Bhoj Setu

This bridge was constructed for the extension of the road lane and to bypass the Masjid coming in between the roads.

5. VIP Road

From this road you will get a beautiful view of the upper lake along with that you will find the statue of Raja Bhoj in the lake.

6. Cave Temple

This is a temple of lord Shiv and here you will find a shiv ling in between the hills. Along with that, you will find a beautifully constructed statue of lord Radha Krishna on the stone of a hill.

7. Manubhan Tekri

This place is mainly known for the Jain temple which remains closed between 12:00 to 16:00. From this place you can see the beautiful view of Bhopal city. Along with that, you can get a view of Raja Bhoj International airport.

On 20 January 2017, I joined Roorkee College of Engineering (RCE), Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India as an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Department. Here EEE Department is jointly running with Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department under the leadership of Mr. Sachin Gogna (Lecturer). In this department, I worked with Mr. Isam Pal Chandra (Assistant Professor), Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary (Assistant Professor), Mrs. Nisha Dhiman (Assistant Professor), Ms. Priyanka Singh Rana (Lecturer), and Mr. Rahul Birla (Assistant Professor).

During EVEN semester of 2016-17, I took the lecture of Electro-mechanical Energy Conversion-II (EMEC-II) with B.Tech Second year students of EEE branch, Power Electronics (PE) with B.Tech Third year students of EEE branch, and SCADA and Energy Management System (EMS) with B.Tech Final year students of EEE branch. Along with that, I took the tutorial classes on MATLAB Software with B.Tech Second year students of EEE and ECE branch, and third year students of EEE branch. After completing my M.Tech from SLIET Longowal, I joined Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Department of PHONICS Group of Institution, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India as an Assistant Professor on 01 February 2016. EEE Department is running jointly with Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Depatment under the headship of Mr. Yadvendra Saran (Assistant Professor). In my department, I worked with Mr. Ravi Kumar (Assistant Professor), Ms. Ruchita Singh (Lecturer), Ms. Garima Sharma (Lecturer), Md. Afaque Iqbal (Assistant Professor), Mr. Anshul Dixit (Lecturer), Ms. Himani Yadav (Lecturer), Ms. Pooja Sharama (Lecturer), Mr. Vipin Agasthya (Senior Lab Technician), and Mr. Dinesh Kumar (Lab Technician).

During EVEN semester of 2015-16, I took the lecture of Basic Electrical Engineering (BEE) with B.Tech First year students in Civil Engineering (CE) and Mechanical Engineering (ME) branch, Electric Drives (ED) with B.Tech final year students in EEE branch, and Electrical Installation in Buildings (EIB) with Diploma final year students in Electrical Engineering (EE) branch. During ODD semester of 2016-17, I took the lecture of Network Analysis and Synthesis (NAS) and Electro-mechanical Energy Conversion-I (EMEC-I) with B.Tech Second year students of EEE branch, and Substation, Switch-gear and Protection (SSP) and Energy Management (EM) with Diploma Final year students in EE branch.

On 18 January 2017, I left PHONICS Roorkee and joined Roorkee College of Engineering (RCE), Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India on 20 January 2017.

M.Tech Life at SLIET Longowal

During Spot round of Centralized Counselling for M.Tech (CCMT) from 30-31st July 2013, I got admission in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE) branch of M.Tech course at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET), Longowal, Sangrur, Punjab, India with scholarship from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). During First Year of M.Tech, I completed 10 subjects and 2 Labs. During Second Year of M.Tech, I completed two subjects and thesis. I carried out my thesis work under the supervision of Dr. Sanjeev Singh, Associate Professor, SLIET Longowal. In 2015, I competed my M.Tech. In 2016, I joined Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Department of PHONICS Group of Institution, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India as an Assistant Professor.

Why GOD Created Us

Sometimes one question comes into my mind which is that why GOD created us. But as usually there was no answer in my mind.

Then one day I realised that I can understand it by taking the example of my family. why my parents gave birth to me and why I and my wife gave birth to a child then It may be easy to get the answer to the main question. I and my wife gave birth to a child to get the feeling of parents and it may be same with you. I want to share with you that it is really a wonderful feeling to become a father. Nothing is more wonderful than a smiling face of the child to me. If my child is smiling then there is no sorrow in my life. It means my child is everything to me.

Similarly It is clear that my parents have the same feeling to me and i am everything for them. Now it is my responsibility to maintain the smile on there face. It is also my responsibility to take care of smile of others child so that their parents can remain happy.

Now I am aware about the vision of my parents which is to find me happy and in returns it becomes my duty to make them happy as it is law of nature that every action give reaction. I am doing which makes me happy. But it is also required to do which can make my parents happy. From above discussion I can say that as GOD is our creator i.e. father of us. GOD created us for his happiness which is to find us happy and It may be his vision.

Now I am aware about my responsibility which is to maintain the SMILE on the face of GOD's beautiful creation which is us Human.

What should be Priority in Our Life

The selection of priority in our life depends upon two things. The first one is the identification of tasks required in our life. While the second one is the weightage of every task. Let in our life, we have a number of tasks which are as follows:

Pray to our GOD.
Do some exercise to maintain our health.
Spend some time with our family members.
Follow our passion.
Meet our friends.
Do our job.
Buy a good house.
Buy a comfortable car.
Use social media.
Watch some movies.

We will understand the priority in our life with an example of a Golf Ball (Higher weightage), Pebbles or Glass balls (Medium weightage), and Sand (Lower weightage). Suppose, we want to put these three things into an empty Jar (Our Life) then we have to put a Golf ball first, pebbles or small glass balls second, and sand third. In this order, all three things will fit in the jar easily. Any change in the process will make it difficult to fit in the jar. In a similar way, we have to put weightage to our task and start with higher weight and end with lower weightage.

Higher Weightage: Pray to our God, Do some exercise to maintain our health, Spend some time with our family members, Follow our passion, and Meet our friends.
Medium Weightage: Do a job, Buy a good house, and Buy a comfortable car.
Lower Weightage: Use social media, and Watch some movies.

Lecturer Life at Hermes Roorkee

After completing my B.Tech from COER Roorkee, I started my career as Lecturer in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) Department at Hermes College of Engineering and Management of Guru Nanak Education Trust Group of Institutions, Roorkee, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India in 2011. In my department, I worked with Mr. Konsam Denish Singh (HOD), Mr. Manoj Kumar (Assistant Professor), Mr. Vipul Singhal (Assistant Professor), Mrs. Suman Lakra (Assistant Professor), Ms. Rajni Sharma (Senior Lecturer), Mr. Sanyam Singh Saini (Lecturer), Mr. Akhilesh Verma (Lecutrer) and Ms. Devanti Devi (Lab. Technician).

During the Session 2011-12, I took the laboratory of Basic Electrical Engineering, and Basic Electronics Engineering. During the Session 2012-13, I took the lecture of Network Analysis and Synthesis (NAS), Electronic Measurement and Instrumentation (EMI), Electromagnetic Field Theory (EMFT) and Digital Image Processing (DIP).
