&amp;nbsp; Pero ayun sa mga experto ang puting asukal ay hindi po maganda talaga kaso sa buhay ngayon mahirap mamili,subalit kung gugustuhin mong maging healthy may paraan naman ..pwede nateng bawasan ang pagkain ng matatamis at magisip ng ibang kapalit na mas natural yung sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
medyo magastos nga lang &amp;nbsp;lalo na sa gipit sa buhay,hindi ko na yan masisisi,ang tinutukoy ko lang dito is about the right amount of sugar and the best alternative for sweet &amp;nbsp;like honey or &lt;i&gt;stevia &lt;/i&gt;.yan po ang ginagamit ko lage..&lt;br /&gt;
at mas mabuti pa ang ang brown sugar ,o yung unang piga ng tubo o &lt;i style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;sugar cane. &lt;/i&gt;at marami pang natural&amp;nbsp;na asukal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: purple;"&gt;Ang prutas ay isang magandang halimbawa ng natural sugar....&lt;/span&gt;imbis mag desserts kayo magprutas kayo.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Ang tinapay o yung mga baked food..like cakes ,cookies,pie,crackers,fudge,at lahat ng binebeyk na gawa sa arina...lahat yan masarap di ba..Ano ang paborito ninyo? chocolate cake ba?egg pie?sa palagay ko bihira ang hindi gusto ang mga ito...lalo na ang pandesal sa umaga,tasty at iba pang tinapay..&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;At alam nyo ba ako ay lumaki sa panaderya ,ang lolo ko kilala sa lugar namin sa pag titinda ng tinapay lalo na ang pandesal...kaya may alam ako kung paano ginagawa ang mga tinapay..nakakatuwa siyang panoorin lalo na yung pag mamasa..at pag niluluto .Mabango siya at talagang gugutumin ka lage natatandaan ko pa lage naming &amp;nbsp;palaman ay matamis na bao at kasilyo&lt;i&gt;,yung cottage cheese na kung tawagin&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ano ba ang pangkaraniwang sangkap sa pag gawa ng tinapay?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;U&lt;/b&gt;na sa lahat &amp;nbsp;hindi mawawala yung &amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;baking powder o lebadura&lt;/b&gt; para mag paalsa ng tinapay, at&lt;b&gt; mantika&lt;/b&gt; o mantikang tulog kung tawagin., mga &lt;b&gt;butter&lt;/b&gt; ,mantekilya, &amp;nbsp;gatas,&lt;b&gt;asukal &amp;nbsp;at asin,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; At yung dagdag pang pasarap tulad ng mga keso,chocolate,nuts,dried fruits like raisins,tuna ,ham at kung ano ano pang pang dagdag pasarap sa tinapay...&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Kung susuriin nyo ang mga tinapay ,hindi nyo ba napupuna? kung hindi man matamis ang mga ito ay mamantika...kahit pa isang matabang na tinapay tulad ng tasty o pandesal ..ito ren ay puno ng mantika mantekilya at asukal..at ang arina ay isang mabigat na pagkain sa ating tiyan. at matagal itong matunaw ..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;So, pag hindi mo binalanse ang tamang pag kain ng mga tinapay,sa palagay nyo ba,ang mga sangkap na aking nabanggit sa pag gawa ng tinapay ay hindi ka tataba?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Kung ikukumpara nyo sa rice ang tinapay, ay pareho silang carbohydrates na mabigat sa ating tiyan..ang kanin ay wala nga lang sangkap na hinahalo ,maliban sa tubig&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;..kaya hindi nyo ba napapansin mas maraming&lt;i&gt; over weigh&lt;/i&gt;t sa bansang kinaugaliang kumain ng &amp;nbsp;tinapay tulad ng America..&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Kung nakakataba ang tinapay ,so ano ang nararapat ?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Hindi naman naten pwedeng sabihing, wag kayong kumain ng mga &lt;i&gt;baked food&lt;/i&gt; ,mahirap namang iwasan sapagkat ang mga iyan ,ay mga pagkaing atin ng kinagisnan. lalo na nga at kapag ito ay masarap ,at kapag ikaw ay &amp;nbsp;gutom hindi mo na iisipin ang mga pag da &lt;i&gt;diet.&lt;/i&gt;At kahit saan ka magpuntang sulok ng daigdig ay may tinapay..&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ang usapin kong ito ay hindi para sabihing wag kumain ng tinapay,kunde sabihing nakakataba ang tinapay...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Balance eating ..&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;Lahat naman ng bagay kapag labis ay hindi maganda,kaya dapat namang ugaliin natin ang &amp;nbsp;kumain ng balanse &amp;nbsp; at tamang dami..&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ang brown rice pag niluto mo na hindi masarap tingnan dahil dry ang itsura nya na parang kulang sa tubig..sabi nga nila hindi ka gaganahang kumain...Ang tao kaya gusto lage masarap.pero di naman masama ang amoy nya ,katunayan gustong gusto ko sya..maganda talaga sya diet ,kase mabilis matunaw...pero wala reng masama kung white rice ang kainin nyo daily.ang importante ,watch the amount of rice lang..napakasimple po di ba?&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; At sa aking pag susuri,ang tunay na dahilan na bakit puti at hindi brown ang &amp;nbsp;kilala ng tao...ay mas masarap kainin daw ang puti sa brown..nasubok nila na mas nabibili ang white sa brown..so yung nag nenegosyo ng bigas mas magbebenta sila ng mabili kesa sa di nabibili.subalit hindi naman nawawala ang brown rice hindi lang sya sikat,mapalad ang taong matalino na nakakaalam ng mga ganitong bagay at nagsusuri lalong lalo na may kinalaman sa ating kalusugan.&lt;br /&gt;
