We get asked all the time, I received this box, this label, how do I proceed?
First of all you are on the right track! By returning the old Verizon Cell phone, you are saving yourself hundreds of dollars! Verizon will be glad to bill you $100 to $500 for failing to return the Verizon Cell phone that cost them $10.00 to manufacture in China. (I do not know how they can sleep at night)

Back to the topic, Neighborhood Parcel gets dozens of these Verizon Cell Phone Returns on weekly basis. So here are the steps:

You have an empty box or reusable one: Packaged your cell phone inside this box, use bubble wrap and space filler (newspaper is good) to stop the phone from shifting inside the box.
Include a note or copy of Verizon bill so they can identify the origin of the shipment.
Securely tape the box (No duct tape, masking tape please!)
Apply the FedEx Stamp: Peel the back of the stamp and cover all old bar codes, you can put the label over the old one.
Some labels may require you to fill your address info on the top.
Keep the Grey portion for your records.
Always use FedEx Staffed Facility and get a receipt, drop boxes may be risky.
Shipping is FREE through the pre-paid FedEx Label.
