246: Week 39

Dear child,

I'd been carrying you for 39 weeks now. What your daddy said is true enough ..that you like to stay in my womb until the real date is approaching. Did you hear it when the doctor said that you might be out on week 36++ when we did the scan the other day? When he measured your weight and you already about 2.8kg? I know you were listening, but perhaps, you just love to stay in there a little bit longer..in mom's tummy until you are ready to see the outside world. It's okay my dear, take your time..We've been attached for 9 months, it doesn't matter if we have to spend another few more weeks together. As long as you're healthy and happy.

Every now and then, I could feel your aggressive movement. Tell me, are you kicking inside there? Is that your tiny little feet or your elbow everytime it moves like a wave on mom's huge belly? ;)

Here, in our sweet home..we've set up everything for you. Your tiny clothes are waiting patiently since the past few months..for you to wear them, my little angel. Your crib with a smiling little pooh printed on the wood also waiting for so long to embrace a little baby inside it's cozy 'arms'.

Not only those stuff of yours, your grandpas and grandmas, your aunts, uncles, cousins..everybody is waiting for you. Mom's friends have started asking about you. They're all excited to know whether you've been born or not.

When are you ready to meet us all? Can we set the date on this 27th for our first meet up?

Mom and dad can't wait to see your chubby little feet fit into this :')

245: CotonSoft 7 pcs Bedding Set

We just had our hi-tea at Ettora, Publika when Ezal snapped this picture of my Week 37's look. I shall write about Ettora some other time or maybe Ezal would love to tell you guys about that :p. (Keep looking for updates at his blog space)

By this time, we had almost completed our baby's shopping list. Even though it's not perfectly prepared..

at least his wardrobe is now loaded with his basic stuff and daily needs. Baby cot is already in the house, complete with the mattress, pillows and bedding set. Equipments for nursing and feeding also checked..yeah, I think I'm quite comfortable with our preparation :)

But how complete is complete?

As we stroll around the shops in Publika, I fell in love with this bedding set from CotonSoft, Home's Harmony. So cute, I feel like I wanna buy all the three designs. They have this in blue, brown and pink. Each of them deisgned with different adorable characters :') Since we already have a brown bedding set at home, we thought of bringing back the baby blue this time. Pink? holy cute but surely not for my boy :p

He'll surely pull that tail, the rhino's hand, the elephant's ears and that monkey's face.

242: Baby Stuff from IKEA

As my husband mentioned in his latest entry on his long abandoned blog :p, we had been to IKEA quite regularly for the past few months ..to buy stuff for our home (which is never ending) and for our very soon to be born baby.

It wasn't a major buy, just some whitish furniture and deco stuff for bedroom and living..and these cute little things..A set of muslin squares (RM10), a set of bibs-5 pcs (RM15) and a baby bath tub (RM19.90), all at reasonable price :)

And finally, since I found this bag is quite roomy, suffice to store all the stuff I need to bring to hospital..I grabbed one:) This is only RM19.90.

240: Week 37

Alhamdulillah, I'm on my week 37 now.

So far, pregnancy has been good to me, though a little bit discomfort here and there..

I feel healthy most of the day but when the night comes, I have to bear with this gases that makes me burp like nobody's business (angin satu badan T_T). The hardest moment is going to bed. At this stage, all position doesn't seems right although most of the time I will sleep on my left side.

Sometimes, it took me an hour or two before I could really fall to sleep (like yesterday). Yup, it's quite hard like that. It would be my lucky night if I could straight away falling asleep after five minutes I lay my head on the pillow (like Ezal always do..sigh~). I missed those time of having a quality night sleep, not being suddenly awakened by a cramping leg pain, the urgency to go to the toilet to pee or to spit out my overproducing saliva. Okay, maybe I shouldn't make a fuss about that anymore, it's only few more weeks to go anyway, right?;)

What else?...

Ooh ya, up till today, I've gained almost 12kg (that was counted since my week 8, when I discovered that I was pregnant). And my waist line (wait, do I still have a waist line? :p) is now more than 40". Haha, I measured my tummy by IKEA's free measuring tape and both end does not meet each other. That's why I said that my tummy is now more than 40" !! (Just so you know that the tape is only 100cm in length).

This is the happy pregnant lady with her healthy growing tummy. Ohhhh Cho-co-late..I put the blame on yuh!

238: Anakku Sterilizer

Today I woke up earlier than my hubby..what a good way to start off my Monday wasn't it? But instead of feeling energetic, I was soo not in the mood of going to office today. Gotta keep telling myself that tomorrow is a Public Holiday, so that it feels like today is Friday, rather than feeling like today is Monday :p

Yeayy, Happy Labour Day for that!

And yeah, since today is more likely as 'Friday', I think it's normal to say that I find the big 'M' is already overshadowed me..haha, think it would be for the rest of today, yes.

You don't get it?..the M-A-L-A-S thingy (better be sure bosses wouldn't read my blog..mmm, I'm sure they won't) ;)

Surprisingly, I'm more in the mood of blogging now..updating my baby stuff. Hope my readers don't mind reading about stuff like this on and on and on..

Ok, what I'm going to share today is nothing new. It's about some stuff that I bought at Anakku, The Curve outlet. No need to introduce, it's quite a well known brand, though. These were bought some time in end of March when the branch was having a Sale on some items.

As seen in the pictures, I bought a conventional bottle sterilizer, a set of toiletries pack, baby binder and a 5 pcs baby gift set for a boy (in blue).

I did mention in my previous post that I won't be using an electric sterilizer. Then, here it is, the cold water sterilizer. The container was bought at RM 19.95 (price after discount). These are what the set contains of:

1- sterilizer container

1- 4 oz Anakku bottle

1- 8 oz Anakku bottle

1- pack of 30 tablets sterilizing tablets

Based on the instruction, we just need to pour in tap water. Put in a sterilizing tablet and the solution could last for 24 hours (before we need to change the water). Soaked in bottles and let them at least 30 minutes to sterilize. Make sure all parts e.g bottles, teats are completely dry before use.

For more info, be it cold water sterilizers, microwave sterilizers or electric steam sterilizers.. you could check others' opinions here.

Other than that, we bought this 5 pcs gift set for boy ..the girl's set come in pink colour..(even cuter) :')

Can't wait to see my baby wearing that jumpsuit, and the hat..and the bib, and the vest as well..haha :p

The toiletries was bought at RM10. Great values for a set of baby talcum, shampoo, lotion and baby bath! I trust that the cost will be more than that if you buy them separately.

Last but not least, Anakku cotsheet rubber embedded with air bubbles. This one was bought at Tesco Ampang, RM20.90.
Wait..there was a story behind it..

At first we took this type of changing mat from the shelves. As we waited in the queue at the counter, a friendly lady with a 3 y.o boy in front of me sharing her experience of using the same changing mat. She advised me that the changing mat is not a good choice. The material could not last long, and baby would feel a bit hot and uncomfortable due to the materials that does not allow air to flow. She suggested me to take the rubber type indeed.

Thanks to her! Maybe I could just extend her experience with the rest of mommies-to-be out there ;)

237: Bingle Bangle

When I wrote Bingle Bangle, I was inspired by 'Jingle Jungle'..hahaha

The words just rhyme, and since I don't know what is the meaning of bingle, I googled.

And this is my findings..

Bingle:

1) a base hit on which the batter stops safely at first base.

2) hit allowing baseball player to advance

Well, does bingle and bangle related in any ways? (don't think so :p )

Anyway, these are some bangles that I have in my collection. (Psst..the two big, bold statement bangles were given by father-in-law when they visited us last weekend).

236: The Loaf Member's Day Sales

The sale? It was yesterday.

Didn't I tell you earlier? It's only a one day event where everything is selling at 50% off the normal price.

We were there after office and sort of lucky to arrive a wee bit early. Late for two minutes, we might not be able to find any seat and got to tolerate with the long queue at the cashier counter.

235: Week 34

Where did all the time go??It feels like I've just been in early 3rd trimester yesterday and now I'm already in my 34 going into 35 weeks..phew~ (feeling seram by now..)

Anyway, here are some updates about my pregnancy I wanted to share with.

In fact, I know where does all my time go within these few months..:p

I was busy with all the preparation to welcome our little bundle of joy in the next few weeks. The madness of preparing all the mom's and baby stuff is just as busy as we're preparing for our wedding in the past two years where our wedding took place on 26 June 2010 (uhmm, sweet memories)

And of our little boy, doctor has confirmed that my baby is in a good condition. Being a good boy who listened to mommy, he already turned his head downside, in the right position to engage. Obviously, that washed away all my worry about the breech reported by doctor when I did my 28weeks scan. Masa tu doctor cakap kena C-Sec lah..it was too early to judge kan? ;)

Through the black and white screen, I could see the tiny little heart beating fast, the rounded head, those little toes and fingers.. Ya Allah, comelnya..so small, so fragile. I just need to wait for few more weeks to touch and hold them in my arms :')

According to doctor, based on the condition of baby, adequate liquid and placenta's position, I could be delivering on my week 36. That would be within 2 weeks time. Is this for real? Macam tak percaya. To reconfirm, I again told him that my EDD is on 27th May. He said anything is possible..fuh, must get ready by now I guess.

And just for record..baby's weight is currently about 2.8kg. I wonder what would be his birth weight later on. Anyone could guess it right? :p

234: Fabulous Mom

I know i'd been promising not to indulge with further baby stuff shopping activities in my previous entry (meaning to say, after i done with shopping at Maternity expo Mid Valley). But the visit to the expo was not a fruitful one. I still need to look around until all items in my baby shopping list are physically here in my home and in my hospital bag.

And for that reason, I am updating another purchase of my quest to fulfill the baby needs.

The First Years Spinning Rack Munchkin Deluxe Drying Rack

I have omitted electric bottle sterilizer from my list.Yes..for real, after I'm taking advice from my friend, Nadia (mommy to cutie Asyraf) to use the old conventional way of sterilizing bottle. Either boil them or using the sterilizer tablet..much cheaper and wiser spending than buying a brand new electric sterilizer :p

But..there's a point to ponder. Must ensure that bottle is totally dried up before use! Here comes the drying rack to play it's role.

I browsed through the online shops and selecting as much drying racks from various brands (macam banyak pun :p) and start selecting one that meet my need and pocket. At first, I was attracted to 'the first years' spinning drying rack. The original price was RM 79.90 and it is now selling at RM59.90 at mybbstore.com. I thought it was a really good price not until I found Munchkin Deluxe Drying Rack from babymanja.com

But the searching does not end there. I finally found out the best deal for drying rack at Fabulous Mom. Presenting (drum roll)..Treenie Classic Drying Rack.

The rack is holding Jingle Jungle standard bottles and the wide neck bottle from The First Years. Look at the rack closely. Doesn't it look so much alike Munchkin? :p

If you still prefer Munchkin drying rack, this shop also selling at the lowest price compared to the others that I found..RM 35.90 WITH purchase of RM100 in a single receipt.

In this case, storage bottle is a better option ya..Owwhh, I remembered Ezal did say something about this organizer when we first saw it at Motherhood Expo, KLCC. "Macam bahan ujikaji dalam lab" :p

233: DnA Boutique

Here is my review of previous 3rd maternity expo held at Mid Valley Mega Mall held on 9-11 March 2012.

Overall, it was quite frustrating and I believe many others felt the same too as it was such a small event compared to the previous expo held last year (which I didn't attend, I just read from other blogs claiming that it was much better..haha) The supposed-to-be 3 halls event eventually cut down to only 1 hall leaving it as a very cramped expo hall. I found it was rather difficult to move around this time, compared to Motherhood Expo at KLCC... with my extra front out belly and baby strollers around, stucked everywhere along the alleys.

On top of that, I couldn't find much stuff either. Autumnz storage bottles were fast selling like hot cakes and being all cleared up before I managed to grab one. Since it was Saturday, the promoter suggested for us to come back early morning on the next day as more stocks are coming for Sunday's supply. Phew..we don't think it was a good idea to come all the way the following day only to purchase storage bottles. Not worth it.

The best deal that we got from the expo was only the 28" x 48" coconut fiber mattress for our baby cot bought from TwinsBaby booth. It was discounted from it's original price of RM245 to RM190 (otherwise, we could only get 10% discount from the store during sale period). Other than hunting for few other small items i.e Bebe baby wipes, George sleepsuits, 6 pcs Baby Beetle Gift set, Autumnz ice packs & EBM storage bags..I was stucked at Dynas booth, known as Dynas Nursing Attire (DnA Boutique) and couldn't help myself from spending another hundred bucks (-_-') on her maternity pants, nursing/maternity blouse and nursing/maternity maxi dress (I think Dynas had put a magic spell on me so that I bought all the clothes that she recommended..haha, joking) :p

I definitely bought from DnA Boutique because i loved the materials, cutting and the design, of course! ;) Furthermore, she offers discount up to 40% which they hardly offer even at her boutique :D

For those who doesn't know, Dynas has her boutique in The Curve, Mutiara Damansara located near to Debenhams.

Last but not least, a must snap picture with the boutique owner; Dynas Mokhtar. Two pregnant ladies..one is gorgeous (Dynas) and the other one is cute (you know who..haha :p )

232: Sweet tooth Cravings!

I've been experiencing a sweet tooth cravings for the past few weeks...or maybe I should say since my early 3rd trimester phase.

These are what I had to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings lately:
1. Classic Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream from Delicious

2. Lava cake from The Loaf

3. Chocolate Mud Pie with Ice Cream from Nando's

4, Kit kat bar stocked up at office for my daily supplement

5. Any other chocolate bars (will do) whenever the chocolate cravings attack :p

But if you’re craving sour or salty foods, then you could be having a boy. It’s also said that if you are having a boy, you will crave protein like meat and dairy. I have trouble believing this one because I think we’d be overrun by a population of females – we all love chocolate pregnant or not!"

Hmmm..could this sudden sweet tooth craving means that I'm carrying a baby girl? Looking from my cravings chart, which I've been observing since I knew that I'm pregnant, it seems like I've passed trough the phase of craving for meat and dairy. Yes, at one time (mostly during my second trimester), I couldn't get enough of meat. Beef steak, beef burger, beef soup, meatball! all the beef base food. But, the last statement of the above are so true..that we women, are so in love with chocolate either pregnant or not :p

On my first trimester, I ate a lot of soup. Noodle soup, tomyam, beef soup, chicken soup and vege. soup. Generally, it was the stage when we lose weight due to our morning sickness and all other discomfort feelings. I think it was the most challenging phase as some food/ drinks that I used to love, out of sudden does not please my taste bud at all! especially coffee..I couldn't even stand it's aroma. (Couldn't stand the smell of shallot/onion & garlic too!)

But now, I've gained back my appetite. All the nauseas and morning sickness are gone except for this heavier belly that I need to carry for another one and half month :)

231: Bed Story

We're in the midst of setting a new (cozier) environment at home as to welcome our little angel by end of this May (or could be earlier, who knows?)

Of all the baby stuff that we're progressively buying from the maternity expos, online shops and some baby stores around, this is also one of the big purchase among the list. Converting our queen size to king size bed. Reason?...so that our baby could fit between us without need to worry that neither me nor Ezal would unconsciously rolling onto him while we're sleeping..haha :p. Bigger room for each of us then.

With a lavender pink wall to match and all the whitish furnishing that we bought from Ikea, we have decided to have a white bed frame to complement the surrounding. It was a good bargain from the furniture shop that we went to that we think you should go if you don't want to burn a (huge) hole in your pocket while spending ;)

Here is a little preview of the recent purchases that we made:

King size bed with Vono Ergo Mattress which came with 2 Vono pillows for free on top of our purchase.

The floral bedsheet is somehow adding a mood of English Country Style to the whole space. I'm glad that Ezal agreed to have that floral bedding sheet (afraid that he might say that it's too girlish, though) :p

To be fair to him, we bought another plain type (in cream) also by Winny. Both were bought from AEON, Jusco Maluri during it's member card day last week. Good thing is, with every RM100 spending, you could redeem RM10 voucher.

Surprisingly, we got another free pillow with each purchase of those King Size bedsheet. 2 sets of bedsheet means another 2 pillows. Okaaay, now we have 8 pillows. What are we gonna do with 8 pillows on the bed?

228: Motherhood Expo, KLCC

I'm on my 29th weeks now which means another 76 days to go if I'm going to give birth during my 40th weeks on the dot. But most of people I know, they always gave birth earlier about two or three weeks than their expected due date for their first child. To be on the safe side, I should have at least get my hospital bag ready in hubby's car by early May then.

Well yeah.. speaking of preparation, we're now in the middle of getting all the baby stuff based on my list according to their priority. I may not put my list here since there are lot of references that you could actually get from other websites. Just google :) Easy ..that's how today's technology makes our life less complicated.

And thanks to the various maternity expo scheduled quite frequent these days. Some of you may have attended many times, but I had my first time experience attending such expo during the Motherhood Expo held at KLCC about 2 weeks ago and found it's quite worthy to attend another Maternity Expo at Mid Valley tomorrow. Since I'm already in my 3rd trimester now, spending so much hours standing and walking will put my leg in such a great cramps aftermath..:') So I guess Sunday would be my full rest day at home.

During the last expo in KLCC, we bought over some items for breastfeeding.(Yes, I'm planning to breastfeed my little one). Frankly, I haven't done any survey on breastfeeding products before I went there. I'm only familiar with few brands such as Philips Avent, Medela and Autumz, but not in detail in term of price etc. When I got there, I started to get confuse of which brands offer their best in overall considering of their performance and price. Of course some of the well-known brands are selling way more expensive than the rest but as I said earlier, I haven't done any research or asking around so I was like ..even you pick the expensive one, maybe you're paying for their brand.

So, why don't you give others a shot?;)

We were wandering around until we stopped at The FirstYears booth. Ezal was the first to discover that all the breastfeeding products were discounted to 30%.

Finally we bought these..after some technical explanation and demo from the sales person, and the fact that the miPump Double Electric Breast Pump was the last piece and, and there was another lady standing next to me seems interested and keep asking the price to the other sales girl..and, and, and because of it's valuable price as to compare with the single electric breast pump which is also around RM300++ after discount, terus cepat2 beli. Plus it comes with a quite nice tote bag to store the whole set.

The original price was RM499.90 and we got it at RM350.00. The other stuff that we bought from this booth is the Breastflow starter set bottles. Earlier on, I was planning to buy the Avent Starter Set as once I saw in Groupon when they had this promotion of RM128.00 instead of it's original price RM189.00. But when we saw this set selling at RM55 (price after discount), and after looking at its patented 2-in-1 nipple that lets the baby control the flow of the milk that could reduces colic symptoms.. we grabbed this one without hesitation.

227: His Birthday Surprise!

It was hubby's birthday once again..and this time we have few stages of celebrating it :p

First, we had a shared birthday celebration dinner of Ezal's and my sister-in-law's at Sakura Kristal, Taman Melawati. It was sort of an early celebration for him but a belated one for kak Nureza ..well, the thoughts that count anyway ;)

Later,on the birth day itself..
It was 15 minutes pass midnight of 22.2.2012. Ezal was already in his dreamland when I brought in the cake, wishing him Happy Birthday..Ohhh, I couldn't forget that face. He was sleeping like a baby when I forced him to wake up! ngeh ngeh...

Since 22nd Feb fell on weekdays, we decided to have a delayed birthday dinner on the coming Saturday at The Loaf, Pavilion. However, the dining experience at The Loaf Bistro was not reaching my expectations..as the food were not comparable to the great pastries, buns and all the irresistible cakes & tarts they have in their bakery section.

These are the meals that we had. Meat Balls Pasta (RM 26.00), Salmon Oelek (RM 44.00), Lava Cake (RM 16.00) and the drinks that was truly didn't suit my tastebuds..Owwhh, I blame the waiter who recommended this drink to me--->Lemongrass Cooler (RM 10.00), Cube -60 (RM 10.00). However, thumbs up to the lava Cake..I think the dessert was the most delightful meal of them all..

Finally, the biggest birthday present ever for hubby's birthday this year. Is he ready to be a daddy? We'll figure out soon..

226: Caesar Salad

Okay, pardon the recipe's name. Of course without croutons, this is not the real caesar salad ..but something alike I would say, with a little bit of improvising and with extra 2 pcs of simple fried chicken.

When we went to my parents in law home last weekend, mom had given us these fresh veggies from Cameron. Look at that beautiful green lettuce and perfect red cherry tomatoes.There were so crunchy to every bite inside my mouth..loving it!

Servings: Two pax

Ingredients:

a) For chicken:

4 pcs chicken

turmeric powder & salt

b) For Salad:

2 small heads of fresh lettuce

Fresh cherry tomatoes

3 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

1 slice of Kraft Single Cheese

3 tablespoon Mayonis

2 teaspoon vinegar

3 teaspoon parmesan cheese powder

1 teaspoon chopped oregano leaves

Instructions:
1. Clean chicken and cover with salt and turmeric powder. Marinate for 10 minutes. Deep fried with small fire until it turn to golden brown.

2. Wash lettuce and cut them into small pieces.

3. In a salad bowl, add in the tomatoes and olive oil.

4. Fine chop the cheese slice and sprinkle on the salad.

5. For the dressing, mix well the mayonis, vinegar, parmesan cheese and oregano leaves.

225: The kick off..

It's Wednesday..the day of the week again. I mean, it's futsal time for Ezal and 'me' time for myself in our cozy little crib. Phew~ I had dinner with Ezal at 8.30pm and still feeling bloated at this hour. Really, I think this is the consequence of drinking too much freezing cold water immediately right after meal just now..hiuhiu.

Well, it was a long weekend. But that's it. We have already had our Chinese New Year long holiday. To continue the list ...Hari Wilayah, Maulidur Rasul & Thaipusam break. So, the next coming public holiday is Labour Day in May. Wow, that seems quite a long journey to reach May. Speaking of May..it reminds me of my EDD..dup dup dup dup (heart beating fast)

With so many public holidays, me and Ezal, we decided not to spend it off outside town but we think it's a good time to start looking for our baby's needs. That's how we ended up spending our holidays at shopping malls, and to name one is IKEA.

One of the main reason was to looking for a multiple drawer chest/ wardrobe to store all my little one clothes, mitten, booties, his wipes, towel, diapers, blankets, creams & lotions etc..and of course with this gift card in hand, to IKEA we went ;)

Just to add few additional info. If you purchase big stuff from IKEA and would like them to deliver to your house, they'll charge you at RM60 per trip. The goods will be sent to your place within 3 days. But say like in our case, with only two of us staying in our home, delivery during office hours is not possible since nobody will be around to attend them. The difficult part is weekend delivery is not available..and if you hold your purchased items in their store more than 3 days, IKEA will charge you another RM20 per day. To me, that's the downside of their service..

After an exciting tour in IKEA, we fed our appetite at Marche, The Curve. Here goes the pictures.. I'm starting to doze off..so yeah, till next time. Tomorrow I have an early check-up appointment for my MGTT ;)

If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, there are many tests that can be run. There are also many diagnostic imaging techniques that you may be subjected to. With so much at stake, we thought now would be a good time to go over the various kinds of diagnostic imaging and what pregnant women should know about them. If you feel you need one of these imaging tests done or have a doctor recommend one to you, be sure and discuss further before going ahead.

1. Ultrasound

This is the most common method used when using imaging on pregnant women. There is no need to inject anything and no use of radiation. Ultrasound rays work by projecting sound waves and relaying the images in real time on screen. Ultrasound is also one of the most cost effective ways to produce a diagnostic image, and for these reasons, it is the most common of pregnancy imaging.

2. X-rays

Because there is radiation involved in this process, pregnant women normally do not get x-rays. However, the need can arise, such as if the mother sustains a broken bone or other serious injury. They even make a special lead apron that is designed to be worn over pregnant bellies to protect from radiation.

3. CT Scan

If the mother suffers from another disease or has serious health problems that cannot be found with an ultrasound, a computed tomography scan, or CT scan, can be ordered. These machines use far less radiation than x-ray imagery. However, there is the use of an iodinated contrast that is given intravenously.

4. MRI

Magnetic resonance imaging is also another choice in imaging for pregnant mothers who have need of imaging beyond ultrasound. It is generally considered safer than a CT scan because it does not use iodinated contrast. However, it is important to notify all medical personnel of your pregnancy before doing one.

5. Nuclear imaging

This type of imaging involves short living radionuclides which are later captured by imaging. There can be a danger to exposing a fetus to this radiation, and there must be a justification by both doctor and patient before doing so.

223: Stuffed Baked Potato With Cheese

This is a long delayed entry. In fact, I forgot that I have this one put in my draft more than a month. And since today I am haaarrdd..ly working :p, lets finish up this write-up!

Here's another simple recipe for your lazy-to-cook day :p

Servings: Two pax

Ingredients:
3 large potatoes cut into half
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 shallots (minced)
1 clove garlic (crushed & minced)
ground beef
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 tomatoes (diced)
salt & black pepper
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
broccoli
mozarella cheese (grated)/ cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Scrub potatoes to clean, as the skin may be eaten (some people like it).
2. Pierce potatoes with a fork. and put them into a paper bag (avoiding it to become very dry
in the microwave oven).
3. Set the microwave at 450W and cook for 10 minutes or until done.
4. Meanwhile, heat up the pan with olive oil, add shallots and garlic. Stir to golden colour. Add in ground beef, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce, diced tomatoes, black pepper, nutmeg and coriander leaves.
5. Sprinkle with salt, stir fry until cooked and leave aside.
6. Put the done potatoes onto a kitchen towel and roll them on your counter top to soften for easier spoon out. (Just like the way of rolling lemons before slicing it to break down some of the fiber and juice.) Cut the potatoes into half and scoop out the centre to allow stuffing.
7. Mix mashed potato and the meat together (This will make the stuffing)
8. Fill the potato with the the mixture and complete it with broccoli. Finally, top them up with grated mozarella cheese.
9. Heat in the microwave oven at 300W for another 1 minute or just long enough to melt the cheese.
