In the Semi-Pro division, Paintball Fit continued their unbeatable streak with yet another first-place finish – making it their fourth consecutive win and seventh straight podium placement. The Blast Camp also made a strong showing by taking second place for the fourth event in a row, but they have only lost to PBFit throughout this impressive run. Noobies, currently ranked third overall, finished in third place at this particular tournament.

Last year’s WNXL champions, The Heroines, showcased their dominance once again by claiming victory for the second time in a row. They are now tied with another team, Destiny, who also took first place at this event. Interestingly enough, The Cheetahs – who had finished in last place during last year’s championship season – surprised everyone with their impressive second-place finish in this event.

In Division Two, Shut Up We’re Trying from Paintball Fit finally claimed their long-awaited win after finishing on the podium for the past three events this season. The New York Wrecking Crew and Noobies finished in second and third places respectively at this tournament, but both still rank lower than Shut Up We’re Trying overall for the season.

Long-time paintball player and then industry leader John Robinson, former CEO of KEE Action Sports, is leaving paintball today. Robinson worked with JT from the K2 days, and came to KEE through their acquisition of K2’s paintball properties. His drive of the JT SplatMaster program may have inadvertently led to the sharp increase in fields carrying not only SplatMasters for young kids, but also the lower impact 50 caliber air-powered markers that have become so prevalent in today’s rental market.

The boys travel to Puget France to compete in the first leg of the Millennium Series in their adventure to a 2014 repeat of "World Champions." With hurdles to jump and players to mark – the guys on Edmonton Impact continue to progress as a team and finish their trip off with a little bit of world traveling through Africa.

Here is how it works. Traditional APPA recognized regional or national series PSP, NXL, MSXL, WCPPL, MiLP, CPL, AXBL, NEXL, GPL and any other we may have missed that have at least 300 unique participants in the previous or current calendar year are automatically included in the national points race. A team earns a maximum of 100 points for a win in a regional series. You will also earn double points for 1 non NPA National event. For 2015 we will count your top 3 regional or NXL events plus double points for the NPA National Championship Event!

Here is the breakdown, these are maximum point examples.
Regional = 100 points
NXL, PSP = 200 points
NPA National = 400 points
You can use the maximum points available to you by combining your top 4 events in the current calendar year.

Example: 2 regional wins 200 points
1 NXL/PSP win 200 points
NPA Championship 400 points
Maximum Points 800 If you do not play a NXL/PSP event you can count your highest regional as double points to have a shot at maximum points
