We were asked to put a little color into these hallways. The blue and orange is not only to match the accent walls in each room but it's also Florida Gators :)

We elected to go with Sherwin William's Industrial Enamel on these doors & frames for the added durability.

Just a quick video & some pictures of an interior the guys were finishing Today. The homeowners just closed on their new home Tuesday.Had me over to give them a proposal on Wednesday and we are able to get a team on their job the next day. Here is a progress video of the popcorn ceiling removal that we finished to smooth. We are also wrapping up the interior painting as well. Today the guys were prepping the cabinets,fireplace and bar that we will be spraying a beautiful laquer finish on.

Here are some more pictures & video of a very nice project we are working on in Seminole Florida.
We are starting with the removal of the popcorn ceilings through out the entire home. What's different here though is that instead of the traditional "knock down" finish the home owner wanted a smooth finish.

Not to many contractors would even attempt this.In fact the home owner couldn't find anyone who had the confidence to know they could deliver a top notch smooth finished ceiling except Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay.

We remove a ton of that nasty looking "Popcorn" or Cottage Cheese" or whatever you may call it. Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay knows how to do it right.With no short cuts. We will protect all walls,flooring and anything unable to be removed from the work area.Then scrape it all off.We then will patch & repair the ceilings as needed.We will then do a knock down texture,orange peel texture or we can make them smooth.The next step is an oil primer that is sprayed and back rolled followed by a nice bright white finish paint.

Interior Painting Seminole Florida

We are starting out 2012 with a bang.Great painters working here and plenty of work to keep everyone very busy. Today we started prepping for popcorn ceiling removal and interior painting on a project in Seminole Florida.
There is quite a bit of work to be completed here.A full day of covering floors and cabinets for three men.
We will be removing the popcorn from the ceilings and bringing them to a smooth finish.Then,of course,painting them.We will also be painting all the walls,doors,door frames & trim along with painting the wood fireplace,bar & cabinets in the study.
I will be posting those pictures later but for now I just wanted our potential customers to see how thorough we are with our preparations

This house was a disaster. A once beautiful home in the Countryside area of Clearwater Florida was seriously abused by renters. The children were pretty much allowed to use the home as their art project!

The weather has been fantastic compared to the last couple of years here in Clearwater Florida.Lows in the 40's in January!
We started preparing to paint these condos on Clearwater Beach Today.
The owners are customers of ours that we have done several other projects for. I love the fact that our customers are pleased with our work enough to remember who we are,use us as there "go to painter" and recommend us to their friends and family.
We are under quite a tight deadline on this one since they will be 98% filled on the 1st of February.
They are going to be making a substantial color change and I will post picture of that latter.
The guys finished the pressure washing Today and will establish a system to finish painting these buildings as quickly as possible with minimal disturbance to vacationers.
They will patch the stucco,caulk,apply sealer and 2 coats of Sherwin William'Super Paint.These will be the best looking vacation rentals on Clearwater Beach.

Commercial Painting New Port Richey/Tampa/Clearwater

The guys just finished this shopping center in New Port Richey Florida yesterday. The weather got a little cold on us.We had a couple of days starting out in the 40's so we had to start a little later than our usual.
The buildings hadn't been painted in over 10 years & were in really bad shape but with a good cleaning,sealer and a couple of coats of Sherwin William's Super Paint we had it looking great again.
The stripes turned out to be a nice touch as well.

One of our specialties here at Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay is refinish entry doors. We have been doing this for along time so we know what can be done,what needs to be done and how to do it correctly.
There is so much more to taking care of these beautiful pieces of furniture on the front of our homes than most realize. We have seen so many disasters where someone has hired a "handy man" to put a quick(cheap) fix on their doors and they end up with a peeling mess or even worse damaged wood.

We didn't get any before pictures on this set pictured below but they were complete stripped to the bare wood and refinished with three coats of Sikkens Door & Window. This is a three day process and is our go to system for best results.
We are able to refinish your doors without you ever having to go without doors.We can take them down and have them back up the first day.Followed the next two days with just a couple of hours needed each day to apply the second and third coats.

Some doors might look worse than they are and you would be surprised what we can do by simply cleaning & refreshing them with a new coat of urethane.

popcorn ceiling removal

We receive many calls in regards to removing "popcorn" ceiling texture. We do a ton of it!

It can be very labor intensive but the results are amazing.
There are so many homes here in the Tampa bay area that still have this awful stuff but we can make your ceilings look fantastic.Every home is different and each has there own challenges so getting an exact price will require us to look at your popcorn ceilings to give you an exact price. We usually will remove the popcorn,patch and repair any damage or bad drywall joints.Apply what we call a "knock down" texture,then prime and paint flat white.

I am really excited about how nice this interior painting project turned out.

The home owners just closed on there new home and were anxious to get the interior painting completed before Christmas. She called me in a panic hoping that we could squeeze them in in time.

Not a problem for us! We are used to the Holiday rush and we have a large enough crew to handle multiple projects.
This is kinda our specialty as well. People closing on a home and trying to get the painting completed quickly and professionally before the moving trucks arrive.

As you can see by the pictures and video we did not disappoint her. She wants us back in January to finish the rest of the house.
Our go to paint for interior walls is Sherwin William's Pro Mar 200 egg shell finish. This paint works great in all rooms. We also like using Sherwin William's Pro Classic latex semi gloss on all the trim.We save you allot of time and money by supplying everything, including the paint at our contractor discount. Exterior Painting South Tampa

My guys are amazing!

This is a repeat customer of ours. We had painted another home of his so he knew he wanted us for this exterior painting in south Tampa. He had removed all the siding on his home and replaced it with hardi board. It took Tom & Albert a week to finish this one. A bunch of caulking,puttying a coat of sealer & 2 coats of Sherwin William's Super Paint Satin.
That is our go to system for any exterior painting we do in the Tampa Bay area.

Here is a beaultiful exterior pinting project that Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay completed this week.This home had many exterior stucco repairs and exterior wood repairs we had to complete before painting. We removed all the shutters due to wood rot and custom made all new shutters at our shop.We removed all the hardware.Sanded,primed and painted gloss black.The shutters were all shop primed and painted,then installed and given a finish coat.Sherwin William's exterior Super Paint Satin is our go to paint here in the Tampa Bay area. This home also had copper flashing,gutters and down spouts for a nice touch.
