Britain's Queen Elizabeth II was hospitalized on Sunday evening at London when she suffered from stomach problem. She has been hospitalized for the first time in last 10 years. 86-years-old Queen was taken to the King Edward VII Hospital in London.

Queen Elizabeth II was scheduled to go on a 2 day visit to Rome which seems to be cancelled now. Many fans and lovers were expecting Queen Elizabeth II to see in Rome, Italy. May be, Queen will be advised to cancel next few days schedule to take proper rest and medication to heal the illness.

According to Yahoo, it seems that she had been suffered from gastroenteritis. Gastroenteritis's main symptoms are vomiting and diarrhea along with severe stomachache sometimes.

It is always good to take proper medication and rest in such problems.

What to do in such conditions?

Today when we consume a lot of junk food, drinks and other things and lack of proper exercise and walk causes many stomach problem along with weight gain issue for many men and women. We need to do proper care of such small issues. Its better to take a walk after dinner and try to get or buy something just after the dinner, in order to get some walk.

Recall achievements

Engaging yourself at the time of anger is a good solution but people will be thinking that what we should do to engage themselves at that time. When mind is upset, it does not give you ideas to work on, so I am giving you ideas. Try to engage yourself in any sports activity. If you are member of any sports club, try to visit your club and if it is not your actual time to visit sports club, then try to make schedule and plan your visit to your sports club and think about the game you will be playing in a sports club.

Similarly, whatever you play or do at outdoor field, try to recall those activities and engage yourself in that activity.

Watch film or TV

You can also watch your favorite film or TV show during that time. If you like comedy films, then go ahead, play your favorite comedy movies and watch it. I love comedy movies and I have a collection of those comedy movies. It helps actually!

Try this out and watch your favorite movies. Its not necessary that you should watch comedy movies at the time of anger. I like comedy movies, thats why I choose comedy in those conditions, you can watch movies of your favorite genre movies. If you like horror, action or thriller, no problem go ahead and watch it.

Some people actually watch TV, it is also good, the purpose is to utilize your mind somewhere else and it can be done through TV and film both. If you are enjoying watch TV, its okay then otherwise films is a good option to pick.
