Occupied Palestine: The Resistance against Judaization of Naqab

July 15 will be a day of mobilization and resistance against the Judaization of Naqab, located to the South of Palestine, occupied by Jewish terrorist organizations in 1948. A call from the top Liaison Committee of the Arab masses, a unit organization, will bring together all parties, associations and the Palestinian Arab mayors of the illegal Zionist Jewish colonial entity i.e. occupied Palestine,in a general strike to protest the plan Prawer is in preparation. It is this time in unity the abolition of this colonial plan designed by the Israeli Knesset to hunt the Palestinian Arab population of the Naqab.

Plan Prawer opens the battle. This time, the Palestinians in the Naqab (what the Jewish settler colony calls the Negev – is where the so called Bedouin’s are denied their national membership, these Palestinians are to be evicted, their villages to be destroyed and their land to be confiscated. "legally",since the Jews in the “Knesset” i.e the authorities of the illegal Jewish entity, unanimously, with few exceptions, voted last June to a new phase of cleaning ethno - religious parts of Palestine.

This covert plan is part of a series of racist laws enacted recently by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian population in the Interior Palestine. These racist laws aims at in particular, the population of the South of the country, but of course it is a threat to the entire Palestinian demographic population as a whole.

For Talab Sanae, as for the Palestinians of the Interior, the Jewish aim to Judaize Naqab, profiling and targeting every Palestinian who is still living in their occupied homeland.

The test force is launched. If the legality of the plan Prawer is not questioned, the colonial Jewish entity will have free hands in support of the International community,to commit a new crime of incomparable proportions in the absence of any official or popular Arab contra reaction to the continuing Judaization of all the Palestinian regions, having resisted so far only by the single unit mobilization of the 48 Palestinians.

What is the Prawer plan?

According to researcher Thabet Abu Rass, sinse Nakba1948, the laws that is upholding the Prawer plan designed by the Jewish colonial entity, is the worst laws ever. It is an outrageous criminal activity, a deliberate planned destruction of the Palestinian society, aimed at first undermine the authority of the Palestinian government, which ultimately will have the effect, a weakening of the Palestinian resistance against the Jewish Zionist colonial occupant.

The Prawer plan is the expulsion of 40,000 Palestinians and the confiscation of half a million dunums of land.

Remember the Earth Day in 1976.

The Earth Day was developed to oppose the confiscation of 21,000 dunums of land in the region of al-Jalil, towards the Northern areas.

The Prawer plan also proposes other discriminatory measures, that is the illegal profilation - discrimination, which is based on religion, culture and race.

For the first time, a geographical Palestinian area is declared closed zone, prohibited to a 'national' category ( the Beduins) - not for "security" reasons, as claimed before the Jewish colonial authorities.The Prawer plan prohibits compensation to be paid to the Palestinians whose land is located in a specific area.

This land will be confiscated, as the construction of Arab villages was prohibited in the area north-west of the Naqab, from where the Palestinians would be excluded in advance, for any purchase of land. The Prawer plan will have effect on property belonging to the refugees from the inside of 1948, which representing 25% of the Paslestinian population whos property and land was confiscated, since the law of the Jewish Zionist enttity permit a slight monetary compensation proposed for confiscated lands of the Palestinians in the Naqab 1948,that is the grossly arrogant offer of 4000 shekels / dunum.

In addition the Prawer plan proposes new criteria s for the recognition of Arab villages, far more severe than that of previous (selections) proclamations. For example the economic criteria.

Since the erection of the illegal Jewish Zionist entity, ( built on the top of Palestinian Arab towns and villages destroyed for construction of Jewish Zionists settlement colonies),in the past these crimes was always carried out in silence... unannounced.

One example is the destruction of the village of ' Umm al Hiran, executed in secret to install the Jewish Zionist settlement colony of (Hiran). Another covert plan was designed by Jewish settlers, who proposed to keep maintenance of the Palestinian village by attaching it to their illegal colony. Hence, the intent of the Prawer plan is to erase the entire village and to build on the top a Jewish settler colony.

According to researchers, the Prawer plan was initially carried out in the threatened village of ' Atir.

One of the areas of the village, consisting of 30 houses, was completely destroyed. The destruction of the entire Palestinian property in the village of Atir, included all the fruit trees, planted by Palestinian families way back when the village was born. Thus the Palestinian population refused to leave Atir and remained in the village. Without legal local authority and or sanctioned by any international law, at the time, Jewish armed patrols and the armed so called "Jewish green brigades" of the Jewish Zionist authority of agriculture, threatened the Palestinian population and commanded them to leave their homes .

Sharmine Narwani (AA),- Let us be clear. The United States can verify absolutely nothing about the use of chemical weapons (CWs) in Syria. Any suggestion to the contrary is entirely false. Don’t take it from me – here is what US officials have to say about the subject:

A mere 24 hours after Washington heavyweights from the White House, Pentagon, and State Department brushed aside Israeli allegations of chemical weapons use in Syria, US Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and the White House changed their minds. They now believe “with varying degrees of confidence” that CWs have been used “on a small scale” inside Syria.

For the uninitiated, “varying degrees of confidence” can mean anything from “no confidence whatsoever” to “the Israelis told us” – which, translated, also means “no confidence whatsoever.”

Too cavalier? I don’t think so. The White House introduced another important caveat in its detailed briefing on Thursday:

“This assessment is based in part on physiological samples. Our standard of evidence must build on these intelligence assessments as we seek to establish credible and corroborated facts. For example the chain of custody is not clear so we cannot confirm how the exposure occurred and under what conditions.”

“The chain of custody is not clear.” That is the single most important phrase in this whole exercise. It is the only phrase that journalists need consider – everything else is conjecture of WMDs-in-Iraq proportions.

I asked a State Department spokesperson the following: “Does it mean you don’t know who has had access to the sample before it reached you? Or that the sample has not been contaminated along the way?”

He responded: “It could mean both.

”

Chuck Hagel expands on that jaw-dropping admission: “We cannot confirm the origin of these weapons.” Although he goes on to conclude anyway: “but we do believe that any use of chemical weapons in Syria would very likely have originated with the Assad regime.”

Four-year-olds shouldn’t have confidence in the US intelligence community at this point. Yet we are supposed to believe that the Syrian government must be behind a chemical weapons attack because Hagel says so.

Let’s consider the facts. The Syrian government has clearly stated it would not use chemical weapons during the crisis “regardless of the developments” unless “Syria faces external aggression.”

The US and other western states have warned for more than a year now that as the government of Bashar al-Assad begins to “topple,” the likelihood of using CWs as a desperate last measure will increase.

The White House reiterated this point yesterday: “Given our concern that as the situation deteriorated and the regime became more desperate, they may use some of their significant stockpiles of chemical weapons.”

Assad’s government is clearly not on its last leg. If anything, the Syrian army has made tremendous gains in the past few weeks by thwarting rebel plans to storm Damascus, pushing them out of key surrounding suburbs, and cutting off their supply lines in different parts of the country.

This recent reversal of fortunes tends to validate the observations of those who have met with Assad and say the president remains confident that he can repel rebel forces whenever and wherever he chooses to do so.

Which frankly removes a major “motive” from any calculation by the Syrian government to use chemical weapons against civilians.

The constant reference to CWs in this conflict is suspect – there is no conceivable military advantage to be gained from the use of these munitions. Writing for Foreign Policy in December, Charles Blair says using CWs against rebels makes no tactical or strategic sense:

“The regime would risk losing Russian and Chinese support, legitimizing foreign military intervention, and, ultimately, hastening its own end. As one Syrian official said, ‘We would not commit suicide.’”

In fact, there is plenty of evidence that the government has calibrated its military responses throughout this conflict to avoid scenarios that would create a pretext for foreign military intervention on “humanitarian grounds.”

Just as there is evidence aplenty that rebel forces will go to great lengths to create a pretext for foreign intervention that would help them oust Assad.

On March 19, a suspected chemical weapons attack near Aleppo prompted the Syrian government to ask the United Nations to launch an investigation. Witnesses reported the “smell of chlorine in the air,” which led to speculation that this could have been a rebel-led attack given that opposition militias had seized Syria’s only chlorine gas bottling plant, east of Aleppo, that August.

The use of chlorine gas-based explosives by insurgents was seen not so long ago in Iraq, where attacks against both authorities and civilians are traceable to 2006. US military spokespeople, at the time, claimed that insurgent tactics had become deadlier, seeking to draw maximum attention and impose widespread suffering.

The Iraq connection and insurgent tactics there are important to the Syrian conflict because of the influx of jihadist rebels flooding over the Iraqi border, bringing with them experience and know-how from fighting the US occupation. That border also allegedly hosts training camps for groups in both countries allied with al-Qaeda – a development that has come to light since a recent announcement linking al-Nusra Front to al-Qaeda’s central group.

The White House’s allegations on Thursday specified a sarin gas connection to at least one other suspected chemical weapons attack in Syria. Even if this were true, a clear-cut connection linking the use of a CW explosive to the Syrian government is not at all inevitable.

In 2004, an IED roadside bomb – a common insurgent tactic – containing the nerve agent was detonated in Iraq. There are no guarantees whatsoever that chemical munitions have not found their way into the hands of rogue elements – or in fact that they are not producing them in small quantities themselves.

At this point, almost everything being discussed in relation to chemical weapons inside Syria is conjecture – and to be honest – highly suspect.

The Times of London (which is behind a paywall so I cannot link to it) just published a detailed and timely “investigation” of an alleged CW attack in Aleppo, claiming: “the Syrian regime prefers to gas its opponents in this small-scale way, testing the elasticity of President Obama’s ‘red line.’”

The article then goes on to describe the harrowing account of what appears to be a sarin gas attack from a victim, witnesses, and medical staff. But experts are now questioning these accounts, saying that the evidence is “far from conclusive.”

In reference to the video of the alleged CW attack referenced by The Times, Jean Pascal Zanders, a senior researcher at the European Union Institute for Security Studies, tells McClatchy News that there are red flags in the footage.

“Why only one person?” he said, referring to the video showing one patient it said was a victim. “Why do I find the hospital setting, again, unlike what I would expect in a case of chemical exposure? Why is the guy ‘foaming’ in the hospital, considering the rapid action of sarin.” Zanders explained that without an antidote, death is possible within one minute after exposure to sarin.”

The Times article then gets even stranger. To quote:

“In the chaos of Syria’s civil war, no hospital in the rebel-held areas has the facilities to test which gas was used. Yet medical sources in northern Syria have told The Times that in the immediate aftermath of the attack a team from“an American medical agency” arrived at the hospital in Afrin. They took hair samples from the casualties for testing at ‘an American laboratory.’

It is likely that these samples formed part of the evidence cited by the US Defence Secretary yesterday.”

Really? A CW attack takes place in the middle of the night in Aleppo, and in its “immediate aftermath” an “American medical agency” arrives to collect samples for testing?

There’s more…

In an interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour, Free Syrian Army Chief of Staff General Salim Idriss says that Israel is knowledgeable about the Syrian government’s use of CWs, because the Mossad has agents in the country: “Israel has this information because there are many, many members of security services who are now very active in Syria.”

Idriss is, of course, referencing the statements by Israel this week that kicked off all the recent speculation on Syrian CWs: Israeli army intelligence analyst Brig. Gen. Itai Brun has been quoted far and wide on this issue, mainly referencing the April Aleppo incident highlighted by The Times and debunked by experts.

It is likely that all the speculation in the past few days revolves around an incident that is looking more and more like the “false flag” operations anti-rebel Syrians have been warning about this past year. Given where the “evidence” is coming from, and the alleged presence of a western of American “medical agency” present on the ground, it is quite remarkable that Washington went full-press on this.

It is almost as bad as the account in 2011 of a middle-aged, Iranian-American, ex-car dealer who, by virtue of some familial relationship with a member of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, decided to collude with a Mexican drug cartel to plot the assassination of the Saudi ambassador in Washington at a popular DC eatery.

Having just passed the ten year anniversary of an Iraqi invasion and occupation based entirely on false and falsified data on Weapons of Mass Destruction, western media needs not to be asking about “red lines” as much as for iron-clad evidence.

Operation "Blue Sky" is the powerful response of the Palestinian resistance to the crimes of the Jewish Zionist entity “Israel”. It is a cry of hope in the face of Jewish- Zionist attempts, backed by the U.S. and some European countries against the Palestinian people, to erase the Palestinian resistance from the map of the region. Nuclear missile attacks on the people and its resistance in Gaza, have until this moment claimed 32 of lives and many more are wounded among the civilian population, children included. The "Blue Sky" embodies the right and the will of the Palestinian resistance to defend the population and the territorial borders of Gaza. Hold high the torch of the Palestinian resistance against injustice, dispossession and expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from their own homeland. The "Blue Sky" represents life, while the "Pillar of Cloud" (the name of the war waged by the Zionist army) is synonymous with death and destruction, "Blue Skies" resembles, freedom from Jewish-Zionists aircraft and drones, but also from toxic smoke and chemical phosphorous rain launched by the enemy causing death and fatal illnesses, Cancerous diseases, Emphysema, dis-figuration and other handicaps among the Palestinian population.

Since the onset of operation "Blue Sky" a few days ago, in response to the assassination of the high commander of the al-Qassam Brigades, the martyr Sheik ( Mohammed) Ahmad Al-Jabari, Jewish-Zionist settlers are hiding, living in fear. The state-terrorists of the colonial army refuse to enlist since they fear the “front”line, so the Jewish-Zionist entity have declared mobilization of the "home front", which clearly indicate that the occupant usurper is in a in a manic mental condition. The Islamic Jihad Al Quds Brigade, Fajr 5 rockets, have already destroyed some areas in the outskirts of the colonial town, the Tel Aviv-based Palestinian village of Tall el Rabi.On their part, the al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’ homeland defense brigades, have launched a long-range rocket on the western part of the occupied city of Al-Quds.The area in question affected, are only Jewish settlements located near the Gaza Strip. However the Palestinian resistance has accumulated long range rockets and medium range rockets since the last bloody war “Operation Cast Lead “launched on Gaza in December 2008 - January 2009.

The Jewish - Zionist entity “ Israel” has remained inactive until the U.S. elections, when it planned to engage in a new war against what it regarded as the weakest time-point, to confront the resistance in Gaza. While its urge to start a new war began to itch, it fears the attack from the Islamic Republic of Iran and Hezbollah. It is on Gaza and its resistance that “team Netanyahu” chose to prove its power, followed by the warmest blessings from the Jewish - Zionist political class, empowering the win of the next election. "The Israeli elections need Palestinian blood" said the writers, commentators and the ordinary citizens of Palestine, who has expected and prepared for such a slaughter. And to the rally of the colonists, the racist and belligerent - it is the destruction of Palestine and the Palestinian people, and the crushing of the availability of the resistance, that seemingly is the only way to win elections in the “democratic” political system of the Jewish- Zionist entity, that is so dear to François Hollander and Barack Obama .

It should not be expected or known; since the Jewish-Zionist entity is socially and economically weakened through a deep structural crisis, it should not venture alone into a new war against the proud Palestinian people in Gaza (rightly proud of the strength of its fighters). The Jewish-Zionist entity has not received the endorsement and support of the United States and the European Union in this war, as was the case in the genocidal war against Gaza in 2008, and the war against Lebanon and Hezbollah in 2006. The criminal Zionist entity of Jewish "Israel" was morally protected by the U.S. first, and secondly by some European countries, backed by the European Union, not forget to mention, the support of weaponry and high technology. The Jewish-Zionist entity applied a plan of pacification of the region, in order to supposedly settle the Palestinian project. In reality to prevent the Palestinian liberation and the return of Palestinian refugees, it always have been since its erection, the criminal imperial base to which all countries in the region should surrender, the "Greater Middle East" which is endorsed by the U.S. trough the Jewish - Zionist enterprise, " Israel".

According to the prominent representative of the Islamic Jihad movement in Lebanon, Abu Imad Rifai, the Jewish-Zionist war today has three goals.To crush the Palestinian resistance while Arab countries and people are busy with their internal affairs.According to the occupant authority the elections should be held in January next year and its dupery, measure perfectly the high degree of solidarity schemes formed after the "Arab Spring", includes also Egypt.While welcoming the withdrawal of the Egyptian ambassador serving at the Egyptian Mission in the Jewish - Zionist entity, at the beginning of the war on Gaza, Hajj Abu Imad Rifai expressed the point of view of the Palestinian people in general,saying that the measures taken, are insufficient: Egypt must take a more courageous and bold action against “ Israel”.Abu Imad Rifai also said, that the statements of condemnation and denunciation made by other Arab leaders, remained far from the expectations of the Palestinian people, since the Palestinian resistance alone, is fighting to defend the dignity on behalf of all Arabs and Muslims.

The united front of resistance in the field, was formed with a binding capacity of international brigades, a fairly new and sophisticated strategy to prevent the enemy from breaking their ranks. According to Abu Imad Rifai the resistance has since 2009 become, ( Operation Cast Lead )a tree week long massacre which killed nearly 1500 people in Gaza and wounded almost 5.000) more determined, structured, well organized and capable. In addition, a military commentator admitted in a Zionist newspaper that the resistance in Gaza has learned the lessons of the previous war, which include the al-Quds Brigades (Islamic Jihad), as they this time were able to fire Grad long range rockets, despite presence of Israeli drones above in the sky of Gaza. On the Jewish - Zionist side, anger is once again at the rendezvous, since the Zionist entity of the Jews failure to deploy the $200 million “Iron Dome” anti-rocket system successfully against Palestinian missiles had raised many questions about its effectiveness, the defense installation only succeeded in capturing a few of the short-range rockets launched.

Israeli leaders say they want to continue their war and have even threatened Hamas, saying they expected a surrender on its part to end the war. But the unity of all resistance organizations, and their immediate response after the assassination of the martyr Sheik Ahmed al-Jabari, foiled these ugly attempts to divide Palestinian resistance organizations, intended to set them up against Hamas. The Palestinian people in Gaza, and the refugees of occupied territories in 67 and 48, and Palestinian refugees around the world, are in unison supporting the Palestinian resistance, particularly in Lebanon, which repeatedly have stated that only the armies of the Palestinian resistance’s and its battle against the Zionist enemy, may terminate the criminal policy of the Jewish- Zionist entity.

The resistance in Gaza cannot and will not wait for people and Arab countries, to support the Palestinian people’s resistance. Since they never before, throughout the long, longtime of struggle, expected to receive any support from anyone. The Palestinian resistance in Gaza needs to perform their duty to defend its own people and country. We need people and states, Arab and Muslim to promote our cause, and we free peoples of the world to put pressure on their governments to stop this war – and to break the five year long blockade against Gaza and the city of al-Quds. And the time is long overdue for you all that claim your support the Palestinian people. To be taken seriously, you need to stand up, loudly and clearly proclaim your unreserved and affectionate support of the legitimate armed resistance of the Palestinian people.

America Doomed

“I realized America was lost. Evil had prevailed.”

Writers who are critical of Washington’s illegal wars and the overthrow of the US Constitution could soon find themselves in indefinite detention. This is because criticism of Washington’s policies can be alleged to be aiding Washington’s enemies—which might include charities that provide aid to bombed Palestinian children and flotillas that attempt to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza.

The Bush/Obama regimes have put the foundation in place for imprisoning critics of the government without due process of law. The First Amendment is being all but restricted to rah-rah Americans who chant USA! USA! USA! Washington has set itself up as world prosecutor, forever berating other countries for human rights violations, while Washington alone bombs half a dozen countries into the stone age and threatens several more with the same treatment, all the while violating US statutory law and the Geneva Conventions by torturing detainees.

Washington rounds up assorted foreign politicians, whose countries were afflicted with civil wars, and sends them off to be tried as war criminals, while its own war crimes continue to mount. However, if a person exposes Washington’s war crimes, that person is held without charges in conditions that approximate torture.

Bradley Manning is the case in point. Manning, a US soldier, is alleged to be the person who released to WikiLeaks the “Collateral Murder” video, which, in the words of Marjorie Cohn, “depicts U.S. forces in an Apache helicopter killing 12 unarmed civilians, including two Reuters journalists. People trying to rescue the wounded were also fired upon and killed.”

One of the Good Samaritans was a father with two small children. The video reveals the delight that US military personnel experienced in blowing them away from the distant skies. When it became clear that the Warriors Bringing The People Democracy had blown away two small children, instead of remorse we hear an executioner’s voice saying: “that’s what he gets for bringing children into a war zone.”

The quote is from memory, but it is accurate enough. When I first saw this video, I was astonished at the brazen war crime. It is completely obvious that the dozen or so murdered people were simply people walking along a street, threatening no one, unarmed, doing nothing out of the ordinary. It was not a war zone. The horror is that the US soldiers were playing video games with live people. You can tell from their commentary that they were having fun by killing these unsuspecting people walking along the street. They enjoyed killing the father who stopped to help and shooting up his vehicle with the two small children inside.

This was not an accident of a drone, fed with bad information, blowing up a school full of children, or a hospital, or a farmer’s family. This was American soldiers having fun with high tech toys killing anyone that they could pretend might be an enemy.

When I saw this, I realized that America was lost. Evil had prevailed.

I was about to write that nothing has been done about the crime. But something was done about it. An American soldier who recognized the horrific war crime knew that the US military knew about it and had done nothing about it. He also knew that as a US soldier he was required to report war crimes. But to whom? War crimes dismissed as “collateral damage” are the greatest part of Washington’s 21st century wars.

A soldier with a moral conscience gave the video to WikiLeaks. We don’t know who the soldier is. Washington alleges that the soldier is Bradley Manning, but Washington lies every time it opens its mouth. So we will never know.

All we know is that retribution did not fall on the perpetrators of the war crime. It fell upon the two accused of revealing it–Bradley Manning and Julian Assange.

Manning was held almost two years without charges being presented to a court. In December’s pre-trial hearings all Washington could come up with was concocted accusations. No evidence whatsoever. The prosecutor, a Captain Fein, told the court, if that is what it is, that Manning had been “trained and trusted to use multiple intelligence systems, and he used that training to defy that trust. He abused our trust.”

In other words, Manning gave the world the truth of a war crime that was being covered up, and Washington and the Pentagon regard a truth teller doing his duty under the US military code as an “abuser of trust.”

Captain Fein could not have put it any clearer. If you tell the truth and reveal Washington’s war crimes, you have aided the enemy. Captain Fein’s simple sentence has at one stroke abolished all whistleblower protections written into US statutory law and the First Amendment, and confined anyone with a moral conscience and sense of decency to indefinite detention and torture.

BRADLEY MANNING, SYSTEMATICALLY TORTURED BY HIS SADISTIC AMERICAN JAILERS FOR REVEALING THEIR WAR CRIMES.

According to American officials, Manning is treated with kindness and consideration. This treatment consists of the following:

(1) Solitary confinement in a small cell for 23 hours a day, forcibly naked and without his prescription glasses so that he is effectively blind. He is allowed his glasses only when reading; but if he pauses for a moment to muse on what he has read, his glasses are confiscated in case he attempts to commit suicide with them. (2) Being hassled every five minutes with the infuriating question “Are you okay?” and being forced to answer “Yes.” (3) One hour of “exercise” a day which involves walking round in circles in the prison yard with heavy shackles round his legs. His exercise is stopped instantly if he stumbles or pauses even for a second. (4) He is not allowed to exercise in his cell to make up for his spitefully confiscated exercise while in the prison yard. (5) At the whim of his jailers, he is forced to stand naked outside his cell while other prisoners are paraded past and allowed to mock his sufferings.

There is no record of Bradley Manning having been waterboarded so far, but future American detainees now face this additional prospect under the draconian National Defense Authorization Act passed by Obama on December 31, 2011.

On June 2, 2010, George W. Bush proudly confessed, “Yeah, we waterboarded…I’d do it again.”

President Barrack Obama appears to be equally unconcerned about the torture of American citizens. When recently asked about the prosecution of Bush administration officials for torture, he answered evasively, “I’m a strong believer that it’s important to look forward and not backwards.”

Washington, in a brazen display of hypocrisy, accuses other countries of human rights abuses, while Congress has passed and President Obama has signed an indefinite detention and torture bill that US Representative Ron Paul says will accelerate America’s “slip into tyranny” and “descent into totalitarianism.”

In signing the Bill of Tyranny, President Obama indicated that he thought that the tyranny established by the bill did not go far enough. He announced that he was signing the bill with signing statements that reserved his right, regardless of any law, to send American citizens, deprived of due process and constitutional protection, abroad to be tortured.

This is the US government that claims to be a government of “freedom and democracy” and to be bringing “freedom and democracy” to others with bombs and invasions.

The past year gave us other ominous tyrannical developments. President Obama announced that he had a list of Americans whom he intended to assassinate without due process of law, and Homeland Security, itself an Orwellian name, announced that it had shifted its attention from terrorists to “domestic extremists.” The latter are undefined and consist of whomever Homeland Security so designates.

None of this was done behind closed doors. The murder of the US Constitution was a public crime witnessed by all.

Local and state police forces have been militarized not only in their equipment and armament but also in their attitude toward the public. Despite the absence of domestic terror attacks, Homeland Security conducts warrantless searches of cars and trucks on highways and of passengers using public transportation. A uniformed federal service is being trained to systematically violate the constitutional rights of citizens, and citizens are being trained to accept these violations as normal. The young have no memory of being able to board public transportation or use public roadways without intrusive searches or to gather in protest without being brutalized by the police. Liberty is being moved into the realm of myth and legend.

In such a system as is being constructed in public in front of our eyes, there is no freedom, no democracy, and no liberty. What stands before us is naked tyranny.

While America degenerates into a total police state, politicians constantly invoke “our values.” What are these values? Indefinite imprisonment without conviction in a court. Torture. Warrantless searches and home invasions. An epidemic of police brutality. Curtailment of free speech and peaceful assembly rights. Unprovoked aggression called “preemptive war.” Interference in the elections and internal affairs of other countries. Economic sanctions imposed on foreign populations whose leaders are not in Washington’s pocket.

If the American police state were merely an unintended consequence of a real war against terror, it could be dismantled when the war was over. However, the evidence is that the police state is an intended consequence. The PATRIOT Act is a voluminous and clever attack on the Constitution. It is not possible that it could have been written in the short time between 9/11 and its introduction in Congress. It was waiting on the shelf.

The dismantling of constitutionally protected civil liberties is purposeful, as is the accumulation of arbitrary and unaccountable powers in the executive branch of government. As there have been no terrorist events within the US in over a decade except for those known to have been organized by the FBI, there is no terrorist threat that justifies the establishment of a political regime of unaccountable power. It is being done on purpose under false pretenses, which means that there is an undeclared agenda. The threat that Americans face resides in Washington, D.C.

I suspect that turning things around internally through the political system is not in the cards. Our chance to resurrect liberty might come from Washington’s hubris. Imperial ambitions and drive for power can produce unmanageable upheavals and a loss of allies. Overreach abroad with a demoralized, unemployed and downtrodden population at home are not the ingredients of success.

How much longer will the Russian government permit NGOs funded by the US Endowment for Democracy to interfere in its elections and to organize political protests? How much longer will China confuse its strategic interests with the American consumer market? How much longer will Japan, Canada, Australia, Britain, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, and the Middle East oil states remain US puppets? How much longer can the dollar retain the reserve currency role when the Federal Reserve is monetizing vast quantities of debt?

America’s salvation will come when Washington suffers defeat of its hegemonic ambitions.

The American public has no way of knowing whether tortured detainees are terrorists or political opponents. Why are Americans prepared to take the word of a government that told them intentionally the lie that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction and was a threat to America?

Power attracts the worst kind of persons. As Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo prove, democracies are not immune to the evil use of power. Indeed, identical inhumane treatment of prisoners goes on inside the US prison system for ordinary criminals.

Over-fed goon cops taser little children and people in wheel chairs. They body slam elderly grandmothers. The police are a horror. They represent a greater threat to citizens than do criminals.

Punishment without crime is now the American Way.

In one decade the US has been transformed from a free society into a police state. The American population, to the extent it is aware of what has occurred, has simply accepted the revolution from the top.

Americans seem to welcome the era of tyranny into which they are now entering.

Recording in Stockholm with Robert Faurisson

My name is Robert Faurisson. I am 63. I am a French university professor visiting Stockholm. Today is the 4th of December 1992. I am staying at the home of my friend Ahmed Rami. I am recording this talk on cassette to have it broadcast by any radio station in Sweden. I arrived yesterday at Arlanda airport. It is my second visit to Sweden. The first one was on the 17th of March 1992. On that very day, 17th of March 1992, I was stopped by the police. Yesterday also I was stopped by the police.

The questions they asked me were more or less the same. So I am going to give you those questions and my answers. The first question was: "Why are you in Sweden?"

The first time I answered: "It's in order to visit my friend Ahmed Rami and to meet the Swedish media who are insulting me and who never explain to their readers what I exactly say as a revisionist." The second time (that is, yesterday), I said: "It's to meet my friend Ahmed Rami. It's a private visit." But I met , all the same, when I got out of the airport, many, many people from the Swedish media. And I had to say something.

So I made a very brief statement. I'll get back to this statement afterwards. Another question asked by the police was: "Have you already been convicted in your country, France, for your views?", meaning my revisionist views. My answer was: "Yes". And they asked me: "Have you ever been in jail?" My answer was: "Unfortunately, not yet, but I am ready to go to jail." And I said they also asked me, this was the third question: "Is there any country which has expelled you, or which has forbidden you from entering?" And I said: "No. I've travelled in dozens of countries, but I've never been expelled. And never have I even been asked any questions. The first country in which I have been questioned is your country." And I said this to the two policemen of the Immigration Service. I think those are more or less the only questions they asked me. They decided that I could get out of the airport, and go into town. So you see, Sweden is a free country all the same.

I wouldn't say that about my own country, France, where, since 1990, we have had a special law that you don't have in Sweden. This special law says that, if ever you contest anything that was established by the International Military Tribunal of Nuremberg 1945-46, you may go to jail.

When I got out of the airport, as I told you, I met those people from the media. I refused to answer their questions because they were totally beside the point, which is: "What is revisionism? What do you say, Mr Faurisson?" I only said two things. I said: "Why didn't you answer my challenge to the Swedish media on the 17th of March?" On the 17th of March I had come out with a text whose title was: "My Challenge to the Swedish media". This challenge looked very simple. It was: "Please, show me or draw me a Nazi gas chamber." They said: "Why do you ask that?" I replied only: "You have 24 hours to answer my challenge. But be careful because, on Radio Islam, I am going to comment on your answer." And there was no answer.

Hundreds of articles have been written about Ahmed Rami, about revisionism, about myself but never is this challenge mentioned. I would like to know why. The second remark to the people from the media was: "I have for you a second challenge and I already mentioned this a few weeks ago. This challenge is: ´ I am ready to meet on TV, but live on TV, any survivor, any historian who would be ready to say that the gas chambers, the Nazi gas chambers, existed ª." And it's an offer that still stands. As you perhaps know, I have no access, in fact, to the Swedish media. And thus I cannot explain what I think is true and what I think is false about what we are told on the history of the Second World War. It is, all the same, surprising that the Swedish media talk so much about a foreign professor without giving the slightest idea of what he really says. He might, all the same, have some arguments. What are those arguments? So, if I am recording this cassette, it's to try to give an idea of revisionism's arguments. Of course, I would have preferred to be interviewed on radio, an official radio station. But, as you see, it's impossible. So this cassette may serve as a little source of light for some people. I am not responsible for the ideas of those who are going to broadcast this cassette. I am only responsible for what I am going to say. And even for what I am saying right now. So let us be clear about one thing. According to the Swedish media I am "a Nazi prophet." At the Paris airport I saw a journalist of the Expressen. His name is Nilsson. He came up to me and said: "I would like to have a conversation with you". To this man I said: "No Sir; aren't you that Nilsson who on the 18th of March 1992 dared to say that he'd had an interview with me on the flight to Sweden?". And that had not been the case. Mr Nilsson had invented that interview. He had lied.

Then I said: "How is it that you call me a 'Nazi prophet'? How dare you insult me like that?!" And he said: "No, I don't say that you are 'a Nazi prophet', but everybody else says that you are 'a Nazi prophet' ". So I said: "Are you a journalist or are you a parrot repeating what you have heard?"

So, to those people who dare to say that I am a Nazi, my first answer would be, if I had to answer an insult, "now, that is not sure." Sometimes when you are insulted the best is not to answer, but if I had to answer I would say: "Now be careful. I am not a Nazi. And if you knew me, you would know perfectly well that, if I were a Nazi, I would certainly say it. I am not a shy person. I am not a Nazi and I am not a racist."

Yesterday I saw two people who were making a demonstration against me. And they carried something written in Swedish. I had it translated afterwards. And this writing was something like: "Down with racism". I am extremely sorry. If I had known that it was "Down with racism" -- if I had known that, I would have stood in front of that inscription. And I would have said with my Somali friends, with Ahmed Rami, with my Arab friends, I would have said: "I totally agree. I am against racism. Now, be careful: I am against any kind of racism." And we know that there is also a Jewish racism.

This racism is not better, not worse than any other racism. We have, I think, to combat any kind of racism. If you really want to have my political ideas, let me tell you I have no political ideas. I think that I have the right not to have any political ideas. But during the war in 1942, when I was 13, I remember having written on my desk with a knife "Mort à Laval." Laval was, as we say, the right arm of Marshal Pétain. He was for collaboration with the Germans. I was against. And if really you want to know the way I vote, although I think I should not tell you this, I am going to say: "In France the last time I voted it was for a man of the socialist party." I belong to no political organisation. I don't understand very much about politics and I am not very interested. I have too much work. And I don't like to talk about topics that I have not studied. I belong only to one organisation. This organisation is not very popular.

I must apologise to people who believe in God. (Myself, I do not believe in God.) This organisation to which I belong, in France, is called "l'Union des athées". It's an association of atheists. And that's all.

Now, sometimes people say: "But even if you are not a Nazi, you are helping Nazi people by your theories about Hitler and so on." And I say: "I am sorry, I have to say what I think is exact. I don't say 'what I think is true' but 'what I think is exact.' If it pleases some people, okay; if it displeases some other people, I don't care. My only duty is to be exact." I am not going to hide something because it is unpopular. I have to say it. And I have met some people of the far right. But you must know that revisionism in France came from people of the left, people who are called libertarians. This was the case especially of Paul Rassinier. He was deported by the Germans. He was in a concentration camp. He suffered terribly. But, when he came back, he wrote a book called The Lie of Ulysses. And in that book he said: "This is what we suffered. But I don't understand how it is that some people can say that in the camp where I was there were gas chambers, because there were none". Paul Rassinier thought that we have first to be truthful. We have no right to lie even about our enemy. About people of the far right and about racists, this is what I would like to say: I think first that they are human beings; even Nazis are human beings; they are not beasts. And I have noticed that, among those people, sometimes or perhaps even often, those who admire strength admire strength because they themselves are weak. I don't want to shock anyone. I don't want to criticise people of the far right. Because it's too easy to do that. It costs nothing. All the media are doing so. So I'm not going to insist on that, because, as we say in English: "You mustn't spit on the underdog". Hitler died in April 1945. And National Socialism died with him.

Now, let us go on to the real topics. What is revisionism? And what do we revisionists say? What do we affirm? What do we contest? Revisionism is the work of people who believe that we have to revise what is generally accepted about World War II. In fact this word "revisionism" already existed in the '20's. It came from people who said: "Now that the war is finished between Germany, France, England and so on, we have to get rid of propaganda. Propaganda means lies and hatred. And we have to try to establish the facts." And that is how those historians, called already at that time revisionists, discovered, for instance, that it was totally false that Germans soldiers had cut off the hands of Belgian babies. It was a lie. And there were many, many lies of that kind that you could find in World War II. The same kind of lies. So we have to revise. Even when sometimes, not all the time of course, when you think that there are many, many witnesses of something, you still have to establish the facts. It's not enough to say or to believe that there are many witnesses. You have to find the hard facts. I myself got interested 32 years ago in what is called revisionism. I read at that time Paul Rassinier. And since then I have read thousands of books, hundreds of documents about this story of the Holocaust of the Jews. And I have wanted to see what is true and what is not true. What is exact, and what is not exact about what the Jews suffered. If I had to sum it up I would say that what is true is: There was a persecution of the Jews. It's quite true that there were deportations, concentration camps. Even that there were massacres. Because I do not know of any wars without massacres. I think that it is true that there were of course ghettos, concentration camps, labour camps and so on. But what we contest is that there was something else and much worse than that. Because, I'm sorry to say, concentration camps are something which exists today.

Which has always existed.

Let's take an example: If tomorrow there were to be a war between France and Italy, France would have to put in concentration camps all the Italians living in France, and the Italians would have to put in concentration camps all the French in Italy. Even the children. Remember that during the war, the Americans and the Canadians put into concentration camps people who were Japanese, and even Americans or Canadians of Japanese background. But, what we contest is what is added on to this. And what is added is that there was a plan to exterminate the Jews. That there was first an order from Hitler which said: Kill all the Jews. That there was a plan, a specific plan, that there were gas chambers, which were a specific weapon for a specific crime. And that the result of all this was 6 million Jews who died. This we contest. We say that this is not true. This is not exact.

But let me interrupt this for one minute to say something about what has happened in Sweden with the Jewish cemeteries. In France, we had something of that kind in 1990. Of course we people, we have nothing to do with such dirty things. Nothing.

What I must say, and which is very troubling, is that in 1990 when we had this desecration of the Carpentras cemetery, immediately it was said that the far right and we revisionists, that we were responsible for that. Hundreds of thousands of people in France demonstrated against us. And then suddenly, nothing. Total silence about this. But you see, thanks to this exploitation of a cemetery desecration, the French parliament, at least the Socialists and the Communists, voted in this special law against us. We call it "The loi Gayssot ", after the name of a Communist politician. And this is the law I told you about earlier which makes it impossible to contest what I am contesting.

Now I'm going back to my demonstration. Please, I suppose that most of you believe that there was an order coming from Hitler to kill the Jews. This was said and repeated in the '50's, in the '60's, in the '70's.

At the end of the '80's it was abandoned. Today you will not find one historian claiming that there was any order, either from Hitler or from any Nazi, aiming to kill the Jews. I suppose that most of you, you think there was such a plan. For example, a plan decided in Berlin-Wannsee, on the 20th of January 1942. This was said and repeated. Now it's been totally abandoned. And a very well known Jewish historian his name is Yehuda Bauer said in January 1992: "The silly story of Wannsee". Because in Wannsee nothing of the kind was decided. It was decided that the Jews would be expelled, if possible, from Europe. But no question of "extermination". So no order, no plan, no budget. If you decide on such a programme, especially in time of war, you need money to carry it out. You need to decide that such a sum of money will be given to such service, for such purpose. But, nothing.

Now, are there any gas chambers? Do you have any proof that a room called "gas chamber" was actually a room where people were killed by gas, and especially with Zyklon B? The answer is No. You have not the slightest expert proof of that. I'll get back to this question of the gas chambers and you will see that what we are told about it is a physical and chemical impossibility. I've used the word "Zyklon B". It's quite right that Zyklon B existed. It had existed since 1922 and it still exists today. It is, precisely, hydrocyanic acid to kill lice. Do we have any expert's report showing that a single body was found by the Allies in 1945 of a person who had been killed by poison gas? The answer is No. Hundreds, thousands of autopsies have been performed. Not one has demonstrated such a killing by this poison gas. So you see, no order, no plan, no budget, no instruction, no gassed body, no such weapon, I mean that there is no expert's report showing that this place was used as the weapon of the crime. Perhaps are you going to say: "But, what about the witnesses?" I believed as you do, you who believe that there were gas chambers, that we had so much proof, that we had so many witnesses. And I was shocked when for the first time I read that those gas chambers had not existed.

So, believe me: I have read many, many testimonies.

Especially, of course, testimonies coming from Elie Wiesel, Simon Wiesenthal and other people like that. And my conclusion is that there is not one witness of the gassings or of the gas chambers. Because and this is really a scandal not once in so many trials against German people, not once has a so-called witness been cross-examined on the very facts of gassing. Many times myself I have met Jews saying: "Now, Mr Faurisson, how can you say that there were no gas chambers? I was myself in Auschwitz. I am a living witness". Every time I have looked those people in the eye and said: "Now, you claim that you are a witness: please describe to me the gas chamber that you saw. Please describe to me the gassing." The answer is: "Now, Mr Faurisson, how can you expect me to have witnessed a gassing? If I had witnessed a gassing I wouldn't be here, alive, to talk to you." Which means: 1) that this person lied to me when first he or she said: "I am a living witness of the gassings;" 2) it means that in the opinion of this person there could not be any witnesses, which is false. You can imagine that, if those fantastic slaughterhouses had existed, we would have thousands of witnesses. So, if you don't have, as I've told you, an order, a plan, a budget, instructions, a body etc., no weapon and so on, and if you have no witnesses, then what is it that you have?

Sometimes people rather naively say: "But we know that the Germans destroyed the gas chambers and killed all the witnesses." I am sorry. It makes your position worse, because my question would be: "Please describe to me what the Germans are supposed to have destroyed. What do you know about that?" I need a description.

For 32 years I've been looking for what such a gas chamber could look like. In 32 years I've never found it. Sometimes I've thought, "Here we are: I am approaching a gas chamber, something resembling a gas chamber". But every time it's been like a mirage. It's vanished. So I need simply an image. I've visited, of course, Auschwitz, Birkenau, Majdanek, Mauthausen, Hartheim, Dachau, Oranienburg-Sachsenhausen, Struthof-Natzweiler and so on. What we are shown in some of those camps, especially in Auschwitz 1, is really ridiculous. Never could any of those poor rooms have been a gas chamber.

And this is the most important part, I think, of what I have to say to you. It's about what a gas chamber, if it had existed, would have looked like. Many people make a mistake. They mix up executions by gassing with deliberate, suicidal gassings, or with accidental ones. There are many accidents with gas. If you want to execute somebody with gas it's extremely difficult. Because you want to kill that person and you don't want to kill yourself. You don't wish to run any risk: risk of explosion, risk of the gas's escaping from the room and getting into your quarters and killing you or making you sick. So you have something simple to do. You only need to see what is and what was already in the '20's or in the '30's an American gas chamber, in an American penitentiary to execute a prisoner with hydrocyanic acid. And Zyklon B is hydrocyanic acid. So, please go to the United States as I did to visit a gas chamber, or try to find documentation on it. And you will see how horribly difficult it is to execute one man, only one man with hydrocyanic acid. The most terrible problem is the problem of airtightness. Because hydrocyanic acid is a substance which sticks to everything. Which attacks everything. And you have to be very careful to keep a place, as much as possible, airtight, hermetic, so that there is no danger for yourself.

And the second problem is, after the execution, to get rid of the gas, this gas which sticks everywhere. You need special fans. You need a very strong exhauster to exhaust the gas. You need a mixer to neutralise this gas. And this gas, supposed to have been neutralised, is ejected through a very high smokestack. And the day of an execution, the guards in the prison have no right to be on the roof, because it's too dangerous. And once the execution is finished, the doctor and the two assistants have to wait a long time. When they think that most of the gas is neutralised or expelled and neutralised, they put on a gas mask with a special filter, rubber gloves, boots and so on. They get into the place. And they have to wash the body of the man very carefully. Because hydrocyanic acid sticks to every part of the body. In your skin and in natural orifices. So this body, the body itself is very dangerous.

So when you go after that, when you go to Auschwitz and when you see this ridiculous place next to the place with the ovens, and when you see that they dare to say that this was an enormous gas chamber, excuse me, but you can only laugh at it.

First you have three openings. You have two doors and an opening. So, two wooden doors. Poor little doors opening inwards. Which means, into the place where 800 people at that time are supposed to have been gassed. One of those little doors even has glass panes. You understand that if you had had 800 people in this place, or even one man, the pane would have been broken and the gas would have escaped to the SS hospital which was something like 20 meters away from there. One of the openings leads into the room of the crematoria. But hydrocyanic acid is an explosive gas. So you mustn't use it close to such a room. And here, you don't find the slightest mechanism to expel, to neutralise all this gas. It's really shameful to say that, and I must add that I was the first man to publish in my books plans of this place. In fact this place from '40 to '43 had been what the Germans call a "Leichenhalle", which is a place to put dead bodies: people who had died from typhus and so on. They waited there for cremation. It's a place where you store bodies, dead bodies. Then at the end of '43, beginning of '44, it was transformed into an air-raid shelter. And today you can even, if you have good eyes, you can see the separation walls as in an air-raid shelter in what we call zigzag, to cut, you see, the draft of the bombs. So, in fact, it was an air-raid shelter.The Poles, the Communist Poles in 1945 destroyed those walls and their successors want you today to believe that this was a gas chamber.

If you go to Birkenau you see the ruins of big crematoria. And you are told that those crematoria had gas chambers. I found the plan and we can see how they were built: they were what the Germans call a "Leichenkeller", which means an underground depot for bodies. And you are also shown, as at first in Auschwitz 1, an allegedly "real" or "rebuilt", if you prefer gas chamber. Because they have changed the story now. They say "It has been rebuilt by us Poles". If you have ruins in Birkenau, you have something normal to do. It's to make an investigation. Because ruins are very important. And this first place in Auschwitz 1 is very important. You need an expert report. How is it that no expert report has ever been made? I have never heard of a judge or people in the police saying, when there has been a crime: "As we have many witnesses, we don't need an expert report about the weapon". Even if the weapon is very usual. I mean a gun or a rope or a knife. How is it that for this fantastic weapon, which nobody has ever seen or is able to describe, how is it that there has been no investigation of the places in Auschwitz, Majdanek or Mauthausen supposed to have contained gas chambers? It's not too late. You can do it today. Why don't you do it? You are accusing Germany. You have no right to accuse if you have no proof. How is it that you refuse an expert report? Even today you don't want to make an investigation.

Now, let me tell you something. We revisionists, we asked for an expert report and, let me tell you, we got expert reports. There are today four expert reports. One is American. The second this is a surprise is Polish. The third is Austrian. The fourth is German. The first expert examination was made in 1988. We asked a specialist of American gas chambers, his name is Fred Leuchter, to make an investigation. He went to Poland. And a man in Toronto, a very important man, called Ernst Zündel, who is a revisionist, who had an enormous trial in Toronto (Canada), asked me to go and visit Fred Leuchter. And we asked Fred Leuchter to come to Toronto, we asked Fred Leuchter to go to Poland. And Fred Leuchter said: "Yes, I am ready to go to Poland. But beware: if I find that those gas chambers existed and functioned I am going to say it." And Ernst Zündel said: "That's okay." So, as I've told you, he went to Poland, and came back with a report, 193 pages. And he took, in Auschwitz, some wall-scrapings. You must know that hydrocyanic acid sticks to surfaces, as I've said, and can stay there for centuries. You can't get rid of it. This is why in the disinfection gas chambers in Auschwitz you can still see, very easily, blue patches outside. Even outside with the rain and the snow you have still those blue patches showing that there was hydrocyanic acid or prussic acid or, as we say, "blue acid". So he took back those scrapings and had them analysed by an American laboratory. And the result was extraordinary. Fred Leuchter had the idea of taking one sample from a disinfection gas chamber and many samples from places in Auschwitz 1 and in Birkenau which are supposed to have been homicidal gas chambers. The result was that in the disinfection gas chamber you had an enormous quantity of cyanide. And in the places where people and not lice are supposed to have been killed, you had no traces, or else very very small traces, probably due to the fact that those places had been disinfected with Zyklon B. As was the case with those "Leichenhalle" or"Leichenkeller" I mean the places with dead bodies.

And this was said at the Toronto trial in 1988. On the 20th and the 21st of April 1988.
I can tell you, because I attended this trial where I saw, I could say, the death of the myth of the gas chambers. But you see, after that, the Poles got very upset. The director of the Auschwitz museum decided to try to show that Leuchter was wrong.

And they asked a laboratory in Krakow (something like 50 kilometres from Auschwitz) to carry out an investigation, to make another expert report, to show that Leuchter was wrong. And, believe me, this was most surprising. The result was that Leuchter was shown to have been right. But of course those people added: "But you see, it's not, all the same, as clear as that. Because you must understand that with the rain, with the snow and so on, those traces may have disappeared." Which is simply false. They cannot have disappeared. Then came a third expertise by a man call Walter Lüftl. He lives in Vienna. He is, or he was at that time, an engineer. He was dismissed after expressing his views. This man was the head of what they call in Austria the Chamber of Engineers. Not a common man. A very high-ranking specialist.

Then came, in 1992, which means this year, the report of a German chemist, a very high-ranking specialist in chemistry. So, four expert reports, four proofs that the gas chambers, those homicidal gas chambers, never existed and, even, never could have existed.

So after all, maybe we are wrong. Why not? If we are wrong, people have to show it. They must not call us names. What does it mean to say you are a Nazi or collaborating with the Nazis or that the Nazis are pleased with what you say? The only question is: "Are we right or wrong?" We don't insult anyone.

Don't insult us. You accuse us. Please let us defend ourselves. You accuse us publicly. Please let us defend ourselves publicly. I find it very strange when people say: "Oh, those revisionists mustn't have access to the media, because some people might not see that they are wrong." Which means that those people think (I mean the people who do not want us to have access to the media): "I am a pretty intelligent man or woman. I can see that those revisionists are wrong. But I am not sure that other people are as intelligent as I am. And maybe they won't see what I see." This is too much. Please let the people listen to our arguments and then decide.

I want to go back to the interesting question of witnesses. Sometimes I am asked: "Now Mr Faurisson, do you mean that all those witnesses are liars?" I say No. I do not mean that. I see that very commonly in life, as long as we have not studied a question, we believe, we have to believe many things. And we may be totally wrong.

So, I think that the big difference between, on the one hand, the revisionists, and on the other hand what I call the "exterminationists", which means people believing that there was actually an extermination of the Jews, the big difference is that we have studied the questions. We have been working very much. On the other side, they have not been working very much. Not because they are lazy and we are hard workers. No, it's because they have thought there is no problem and we have seen that there is a problem. When I say "we", I mean all sorts of people who have thought that testimonies are not enough.

We have to be very careful with testimonies.

So I am going to take one example, or two. I want to talk to you about Elie Wiesel. I suppose you know of the man. He's a kind of professional witness going from one country to the other and saying: "I was in Auschwitz. I am a living witness", and so on. Sometimes I think, if I had Elie Wiesel before me I would say to this man: "Now, Sir, let us be honest. If you are the living proof of anything, it is that there was no extermination. Because if there were an extermination, considering that you yourself were in Auschwitz, you shouldn't be alive." How is it that there are so many survivors? Many Jews died. This is sure, but many Jews still survive. Survive from Auschwitz and the other camps. How is it? Elie Wiesel is a man who was in Auschwitz with his father. In the 50's he wrote a very thick book in Yiddish and published it in South America. It had no success at all. Then Elise Wiesel met in Paris a very famous writer whose name was François Mauriac. And François Mauriac said to him: "You must write a short book and I'll give you a foreword." And in the foreword François Mauriac said something about the gas chambers. But in the text by Elie Wiesel, the title being in French La Nuit , which means "the night", there is nothing, absolutely nothing about the gas chambers. How is it that he says, that he dared to say, (because this was more or less the version in the 50's), that in Auschwitz the Germans used to burn Jews alive, and especially babies? That they would bring babies into pits and put them into a fire? Can you imagine this physically? This is what he said in Night. But read this book very carefully and this is what you will find in it: at the end of the book Elie Wiesel says that he had, at the end of 44 remember that the camp was taken by the Russian troops on the 27th of January 1945 so, at the end of 44, that he had as a young boy of something like 15 or 16, to undergo a surgical operation. So this is strange. We are told that in Auschwitz the Germans used to kill the young people, the old people, the people who were ill and so on. How is it that there was a hospital for the sick? How is it that there were surgical operations? Anyway, he had to undergo a surgical operation and he was afraid of it. I can understand that because I remember that in those days you were very afraid of operations. But the Jewish doctor (because among the many doctors, there were many Jews), the doctor who took care of Elie Wiesel said: "Don't be afraid, I'll be there when you are operated on". And I think I remember that the surgeon himself was a Jew. I am not absolutely sure. This has to be checked. So the young Elie Wiesel in this so-called extermination camp is put into white sheets and is operated on. Later the Germans said: "Some of you are going to leave Auschwitz with us. You have no choice. You have to go with us inside Germany. Some of you ill people, convalescent and so on you have the right to stay and you will have doctors with you who will have to stay with you when the Russians get here". And Elie Wiesel says that he himself and his father had the choice between getting away with the Germans, supposed to be the exterminators, and waiting for the liberators, for the Russians. And the father and the son, they decided do you know what? they decided to get away with the Germans. Not to wait for the Russians. How can you explain that to me? You should put that question to Elie Wiesel.

Another false witness is Rudolf Vrba. A Slovakian Jew, he escaped from Auschwitz in April 1944 with another man call Wetzler. And both of them said: "We have something to say about Auschwitz. There are gas chambers and the Germans are killing so many people", and so on". And they made a kind of report. This report was published in Washington in November 1944. But, at the time, with no success. The people did not believe in those gas chambers very much. And then this man Vrba wrote a book called I cannot forgive. In this book he goes back to the question of the gas chambers and he says many many things without in fact describing them very well.

So in 1985, in Toronto, Ernst Zündel, the revisionist, had his first trial for "spreading false news". Because there is a law in Canada, there was a law saying that if you spread false news knowingly you are subject to imprisonment and so on. So this trial in '85 was against Ernst Zündel. I went to Toronto and I was a sort of consultant to the defence lawyer of Zündel. And the prosecutor brought an historian to the witness stand. His name is Raul Hilberg. The most famous Jewish historian of the "Holocaust". He wrote The Destruction of the European Jews. And he brought some witnesses who were supposed to have seen gas chambers and gassings and so on.

And doctor Rudolf Vrba was one of those witnesses. First he was examined by the prosecutor and he went on and on talking about Auschwitz, Birkenau, the gas chambers and so on. It looked very easy for him. But when the cross-examination began for Rudolf Vrba, whom I call our "witness number 1", I mean the number 1 witness of the exterminationists, the catastrophe began for him. He was asked very specific questions, very material questions, topographical questions. Because we had plans of Auschwitz and Birkenau. And because we had aerial photos taken by the Allies during the war. Did you know that during the war the Allies flew over Auschwitz 32 times? Because in fact Auschwitz was a place were you had prisoners working in plants making synthetic rubber and so on. This is why you had so many flights over Auschwitz. And the American photos were extraordinarily precise. And you don't see any smoke in them. You don't see any people, thousands of people standing around the crematoria waiting to be put into the so-called gas chambers.

You don't see anything of those stories told about Auschwitz.

So, Rudolf Vrba was asked questions about that. And it was very easy to show that he had lied on facts, figures, and so on. So the man, desperate, said that in his testimony, written testimony, he had used poetic licence. He used this phrase many times and even said it in Latin. He said "licentia poetarum ". It was a disaster. So afterwards, the prosecutor himself, who had wanted Rudolf Vrba on the witness stand, asked of his own witness a terrible question. He said: "Mr Vrba, Doctor Vrba, you've said that in your written testimony you had used poetic licence. Please tell us if on the witness stand you have used poetic licence." And Vrba said bla bla bla, "No,". But it was clear that he had also used poetic licence there. And this is not a comment of mine. We have the proof of this. Because when the second trial of Ernst Zündel came up three years later, in 1988 (the first decision had been overturned), the judge asked: "Are there any survivors coming to testify?" And the new prosecutor said: "No, your Honour, there will be no survivors to testify." And Raul Hilberg, the professor who had come to the first trial in '85, refused to come back in '88, and we know why. Because we had communication of some direct correspondence between the prosecutor and Hilberg, with Hilberg insisting, saying that he wouldn't come back because, in fact, he was afraid of the crossexamination.

He had a very bad souvenir, memory of his first cross-examination in '85. So you see, in those very important trials we had the best possible historian for the exterminationists, the best possible witness. And for those people it was a real catastrophe.

Now, let me talk to you about an American professor at Princeton University. He is a Jew. His name is Arno J. Mayer. In '88 this man published a book, the title being The Final Solution in History. You must understand the title. It means in history, not in legend. Because "Final Solution" in history, this is true, this existed. The Germans used to say "Endlösung". But they used to say "territoriale Endlösung", "territorial Final Solution". When you say: "I want to see a final solution of unemployment", it doesn't mean you want to kill all the unemployed. When you say: "We wish to find a final solution of the Palestinian problem", it doesn't mean that you want to kill the Palestinians. The Germans wanted a final solution of a very, very old problem, the Jewish problem in their view. And they wanted to do it by emigration if possible, but by deportation if necessary. So Arno Mayer, who is a Jew, and who was terribly against us revisionists in 1981, seems to have changed his mind in 1988. Anyway, he published this book. And if you go and look at page 362, you'll suddenly discover a sentence that I am going to give you now.

And please, if you have to remember one thing out of all that I have to say, please remember this sentence from a Jewish historian who maintains that there were gas chambers, that there was an extermination, although, as he says, there was no order, no plan, no budget of course. He writes: "Sources for the study of the gas chambers are at once rare and unreliable". Do you see, "rare and unreliable"? We have been told so many times, and by all sorts of people who don't know anything about the topic and especially the journalists, at least most of them we are told and told repeatedly that: "Sources for the study of the gas chamber are as numerous as possible and as reliable as possible." But you see this man then, in 1988, had to confess that those sources were both "rare and unreliable".

And of course he gives his reasons for saying so. He says: "We have to be extremely cautious about so-called confessions. We have to be very careful about so-called witnesses. And he even says something more. He says that in Auschwitz "certainly", but perhaps in other camps also, in all the other camps also, there were more natural deaths than non-natural deaths. Let me explain to you what he means by "natural death" and "non-natural" death. "Natural death" means death by illness, epidemics, bad food, insufficient food, hard work, too hard labour. And "non-natural death" means death by suicide, or by crime. Because there were many crimes in those camps, of course. For Arno Mayer that means also gassings. But he does not say why he believes that there were gassings. He says: "We must be careful, you see. There were certainly more Jews who died of typhus, typhoid fever and so on than of any other cause". Which is really surprising. This is revisionism. Arno Mayer is a kind of revisionist. And although he claims that he is against us, he has been terribly attacked for his book.

Oh, for one moment let me get back to Elie Wiesel. I forgot to tell you something about this man. As I told you, in his book Night, not once does he talk about gas chambers. So I published something in '86. The title was "A prominent false witness: Elie Wiesel", and I said very simply, that there was not one word about gas chambers in this book, Night. So when the book was published in '88 in Germany, do you know what happened? In the German version of the book by Elie Wiesel, in 9 places in this little book where in fact you used to have "crematory" or "crematoria", you now have the word for "gas chambers", "Gaskammer". This is how one invents gas chambers.

Excuse me, getting back to Auschwitz and revisionism, there has been one more surprising act of revisionism done by the Poles themselves. In 1945-46 at the Nuremberg trial it was said that 4 million people had died in Auschwitz. Most of them in gas chambers. This was the official truth. Anyone who has visited Auschwitz or Birkenau (which is Auschwitz 2) knows that there was, there is, excuse me, a big monument. And until 1990, which means until 2 years ago, you had an inscription in 19 different languages saying: "Here 4 million people were killed by the Nazi Barbarians" or something like that. And suddenly in 1990, and because, certainly, of all of what we revisionists had done and published, the Poles said: "We cannot keep these figures". So they took away the 19 inscriptions. And if you go and visit the place, there is no longer anything where the inscriptions used to be. And the Poles are, as we say, scratching their heads and wondering what kind of inscriptions they are going to put on. Because they say: "We need to put another one. 4 million is impossible. It was between 1 million and 1 million and a half." But let me tell you: 1 million to 1 million and a half is also a fantastic exaggeration. So, if they put 1 million to 1 million and a half, then perhaps, in 10 years or so, they would have to change it once again. So they really don't know what to put. If you want my opinion excuse me, but I cannot give you the reason for this opinion I think that in Auschwitz from 1940 to 1945 something like 150,000 people died. It was an enormous camp, of course.

But all the same, this is very many deaths. Most of them died in 1942 because of the typhus epidemic. Many Germans died of typhus in 1942, including the most important doctor in Auschwitz: he himself died of typhus. German women of the SS died of typhus. This is already an enormous figure. So we don't need to exaggerate.

One last thing: some people say: "Gas chambers or not, what's the difference?" And I say that the difference is enormous. Also because, first, you should put that question not to me but to the Jewish organisations. But be careful. I don't say the Jewish people. I say the Jewish organisations, who supposedly speak for Jewish individuals. You should ask them: "How is it that you insist so much on the gas chambers? How is it that in France, if you say that the gas chambers did not exist, you are taken to criminal court? And convicted, heavily fined. How is it?" Let me tell you that I understand the Jewish organisations very well . Because, if you don't have the gas chambers, the miracle of the gas chambers, you no longer have the central pillar of the "Holocaust". You don't have anymore this terrible weapon, this chemical slaughterhouse. Without a specific weapon of extermination you cannot make people believe in any policy of extermination. Because there are no documents. If you had the weapon, that would be enough. It would prove that the Germans decided to kill those people systematically. And, if you don't have gas, the gas chambers, you cannot justify any longer the fantastic figures like 6 million. So it's necessary. It's something secret. It's a kind of taboo. This is why the Jewish organisations and the state of Israel don't want anyone to touch this taboo. These gas chambers justify everything.

Sometimes people say: "But don't you mind about the Jews? What do you think the Jews can think of what you are saying?" And I say: "I know that it is troubling for the Jews. But they have to be courageous, like some of them who are revisionists". And I could give you names. I'm going to give only one. Because he is now the most important: David Cole, living in Los Angeles. He is a very active young man, totally revisionist, who has done some wonderful work quite recently. So we are not against the Jews. As Galileo was not against the Church when he revised the normally accepted view that the earth was immobile, and that the sun was going around it in the heavens and so on. He didn't say what he said because he was against the Bible or against the Christians. He said it because it was a fact. And if we say that the gas chambers did not exist, it is not because we are against the Jews. It's because the gas chambers did not exist. So the Jews must be courageous enough to say: "Oh, it's an invention of the war propaganda. We have to stop." The war stopped in 1945. This invention of the war propaganda should have stopped, too.

So I wish those people could be courageous enough to do so. You see, I have nothing myself to gain in being a revisionist. Because I think that my life is really difficult. The life of my wife is difficult. You see, I am constantly insulted. I am treated as a Nazi, and I am not a Nazi. As an anti-Semite, and I am not an anti-Semite. And even let me tell you something. You know that a convention, an anti-Zionist convention was supposed to take place in Stockholm. And then the date was changed, and I couldn't go to it. But I was ready to go to this convention. Not as an anti-Zionist, but as a consultant, having to meet someone who was against my revisionist views. And I would be ready to go to a Zionist convention. I have said and I repeat: "I am ready to go to Israel to express my views". I am ready to meet anyone. I've said it to the Swedish media. I am ready to meet any survivor, any historian. But no politics, please. I am not interested in politics. We say, and we have to say really, that revisionism is the big intellectual adventure of this end of century. If you know of any adventure of this kind making your life extremely dangerous because you speak your mind, please tell me. Because I don't see any other adventure like the revisionist adventure. I'm fighting for what I think is exact. If I am wrong, please try to show it.

But don't insult me. Don't insult us revisionists. The numbers of revisionists are growing and growing. And you are insulting more and more people. Don't think that our job is a bad job. I think that it is a good and clean job. Let me explain this to you.

The Jewish organisations, since 1945, have not only been accusing Hitler, Göring, Himmler, Kaltenbrunner, Eichmann and people like that. They are also accusing other people. They are accusing other people, who were not Germans, of having stayed silent about the extermination of the Jews. Of having been accomplices of the Germans by their silence. They are accusing and this you can see if you visit the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles: you will see that on the one hand they are, of course, accusing Hitler and all those people, but they are also accusing Roosevelt, Churchill, Stalin, and the Pope at the time, Pius XII. They are accusing everybody. All the earth, the whole earth, all the human race. They are accusing billions of people. They say: "You are all of you guilty". So I am not defending Hitler or people that I do not like, like Hitler, Göring and so on, but we are defending also, but only by chance, we are defending Roosevelt, Churchill, Stalin, the Pope, and the Red Cross, the International Red Cross. This does not mean that I like or I do not like those people. But what I like is to be exact. What I don't like is to lie. What I like is to try to be just. What I don't like is to attack people by defaming them. You have no right to calumny me, to defame me. You have no right. So I think that revisionism is not only something which is good for science, for history I mean on a historical level, on a scientific level but even on a moral one. I am pretty sure that the young generations will understand what we are saying. And perhaps not only the young generations.

Australia’s Uranium Bonanza: Making the World a More Dangerous Place

The Australian parliament building reeks of floor polish. The wooden floors shine so virtuously they reflect the cartoon-like portraits of prime ministers, bewigged judges and viceroys. Along the gleaming white, hushed corridors, the walls are hung with Aboriginal art: one painting after another as in a monolithic gallery, divorced from their origins, the irony brutal. The poorest, sickest, most incarcerated people on earth provide a façade for those who oversee the theft of their land and its plunder.

Australia has 40% of the world’s uranium, all of it on indigenous land. Prime Minister Julia Gillard has just been to India to sell uranium to a government that refuses to sign the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and whose enemy, Pakistan, is also a non-signatory. The threat of nuclear war between them is constant. Uranium is an essential ingredient of nuclear weapons. Gillard’s deal in Delhi formally ends the Australian Labor Party’s long-standing policy of denying uranium to countries that reject the NPT’s obligation “to pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date and to nuclear disarmament”.

Like the people of Japan, Australian Aborigines have experienced the horror of nuclear weapons. During the 1950s, the British government tested atomic bombs at Maralinga in South Australia. The Aboriginal population was not consulted and received scant or no warning, and still suffer the effects. Yami Lester was a boy when he saw the nuclear flash and subsequently went blind. The enduring struggle of Aboriginal people for recognition as human beings has been a fight not only for their land but for what lies beneath it. Since they were granted a status higher than that of sheep — up to 1971, unlike the sheep, they were not counted – many of their modest land rights have been subverted or diminished by governments in Canberra.

In 2007, prime minister John Howard used the army to launch an “emergency intervention” in Aboriginal communities in the resource-rich Northern Territory. Lurid and fraudulent stories of paedophile rings were the cover; indigenous people were told they would not receive basic services if they did not surrender the leasehold of their land. Gillard’s minister of indigenous affairs has since given this the Orwellian title of “Stronger Futures”.

The tactics include driving people into “hub towns” and denying decent housing to those forced to live up to a dozen in one room. The removal of Aboriginal children has reached the level of the infamous “Stolen Generation” of the last century. Many may never see their families again.

Once the “intervention” had got under way, hundreds of licences were granted to companies exploring for minerals, including uranium. Contemporary politics in Australia is often defined by the power of the mining companies. When the previous Labor prime minister, Kevin Rudd, proposed a tax on record mining profits, he was deposed by a backroom party cabal, including Gillard, who reduced the tax. Diplomatic cables obtained by WikiLeaks reveal that two of the plotters against Rudd were informants of the US embassy, which Rudd had angered by not following to the letter US plans to encircle China and to release uranium for sale to US clients such as India.

Gillard has since returned Australia to its historic relationship with Washington, similar to that of an east European satellite of the Soviet Union. The day before Barack Obama arrived in Canberra last year to declare China the new enemy of the “free world”, Gillard announced the end of her party’s ban on uranium sales.

Washington’s other post-cold war obsessions demand the services of Australia. These include the intimidation of Iran and destruction of that country’s independence, the undermining of the NPT and prevention of nuclear-free zones that threaten the nuclear-armed dominance of the US and Israel. Unlike Iran, a founding signatory of the NPT and supporter of a nuclear-free zone Middle East, the US and Israel ban independent inspections. And both are currently threatening to attack Iran which, as the combined agencies of US intelligence confirmed, has no nuclear weapons.

The necessary inversion of reality and double standard require a “carefully orchestrated process”, the US embassy is assured by an Australian official quoted by WikiLeaks. According to the US cables, there are enthusiastic “Australian ideas” for “dredging up” information to help discredit Mohamad El Baradei who, as director of the International Atomic Energy Agency from 1997 to 2009, repeatedly refuted US claims that Iran was building a nuclear weapon. The Director of the Australian Arms Control office is portrayed as a US watchdog, warning against “a slippery slope” of governments “exercising independent judgement” on nuclear matters. A senior Australian official, one Patrick Suckling, is reporting as telling the US that “Australia wants the most robust, intrusive and debilitating sanctions possible” against Iran. Suckling’s victims are today mostly ordinary men, women and children.

On 5 October, the Australian Nuclear Free Alliance, which includes Aboriginal groups from across the country, gathered in Alice Springs. They called for a moratorium on all uranium mining and sales. Indigenous women made a special plea to Gillard, recently ordained by the white media as a feminist hero. No response was expected.

On 17 October, all the testaments of obedience and servility to the mighty patron finally paid off when Australia was rewarded with a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council, known in Canberra as “the top table”. The timing is striking. An attack by Nato on Syria or Iran, or both, has never been closer. A world war beckons as 50 years are marked since “the world stood still”, wrote the historian Sheldon Stern. This was the 1962 Cuba missile crisis when the US and the Soviet Union came within an ace of nuclear war. Declassified files disclose that President John F.

Kennedy authorised “NATO aircraft with Turkish pilots ... to take off for Moscow and drop a bomb.”

The echo today could not be clearer.

The United States agreed on Wednesday to extend its $4 billion loan guarantee program to Israel until 2016, a gesture that shows continued commitment to the Jewish state less than two weeks before the American presidential elections.

The move allows the United States to provide up to $3.8 billion in future loan guarantees, as part of a $9 billion commitment made by the US in 2003.

The program was meant to expire this year.

The American Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner and Doron Cohen, the director general of the Israeli finance ministry, signed the agreement during a US-Israel Joint Economic Development Group meeting in Washington, according to Israeli newspaper Haaretz.

“The loan guarantees agreement attests to the special economic relationship between Israel and US,” said Yuval Steinitz, Israel’s finance minister.

“I welcome the growing cooperation between the two countries, especially their treasuries,” Steinitz added while thanking Geithner.

The loan guarantees are independent of $10 billion in annual US military assistance to Israel and joint US-Israel missile defense projects. In 2007, US President George W. Bush agreed to a 10-year military aid package costing $30 billion.

According to a March 2012 report by the Congressional Research Service, Israel is “the largest cumulative recipient of US foreign assistance since World War II.” The report alleges that Israel had received $115 billion from the United States to date, most of it in the form of military assistance.

The report also stated that US financial assistance to Israel is typically delivered within the first 30 days of the fiscal year, whereas most other recipients receive aid in installments.

Scandal surfaced in Washington earlier this month after 15 church leaders sent a letter to Congress asking for an investigation to ensure American military aid to Israel was not used to commit human rights violations against Palestinians.

The Jewish Council for Public Affairs responded by canceling a long-planned interfaith meeting and by issuing an outraged public statement, in which JCPA President Rabbi Steve Gutow accused the enquiry of being part of “relentless attacks on the Jewish state” and a sign of “vicious anti-Zionism that has gone virtually unchecked in several of these denominations.”

Presidential incumbent Obama and his contender Mitt Romney have competed in displays of loyalty to the Jewish state over the course of the election campaigns, mentioning Israel dozens of times during the last presidential debate on Monday, which centered on foreign policy. The debate was devoid of criticism of Israel’s repeated human rights abuses against Palestinians.

Obama has hailed Israel as “a true friend and our greatest ally in the region,” later adding that he “will stand with Israel if they are attacked.” Meanwhile, Romney has expressed similar sentiments, his website going so far as to call Israel “a beacon of democracy and freedom in the [Middle East].”

The Palestinian CEC preliminary results of the Local Elections 2012

The CEC has just completed the counting of the votes, which started Saturday evening. Following the counting, the CEC used the Sainte-Laguë method to translate the number of votes into seats. Sainte-Laguë is one of the best recognized methods to distribute seats under a system of proportional representation. In a press conference Sunday at the Media Center, the CEC declared the preliminary results for all 93 localities which participated in the elections, the turnout for which was around 55%. The percentage of blank ballots cast was 1.8% and the invalid votes were 1.4% of the total.

Prior to the declaration, the CEC commissioners convened to look into the complaints which came from the observation missions. The CEC concluded that these complaints did not influence the results significantly enough to warrant action. However, it is worthy of mention that the CEC received a number of complaints from observing missions on polling day, and these complaints were treated on the spot. The CEC will publish the reports of the observers on its website once the final reports have been submitted.

Dr. Hanna Nasir, Chairman of the CEC, said “Despite the fact that the local elections law gives the CEC 72 hours to declare the results, the CEC declared the results in less than 24 hours to inform the citizens and enable them to challenge the outcomes.”

Article 55 of the Local Council Elections Law says “Each voter, or candidate, or candidate’s agent may contest the announced elections results before a competent court within one week from the announcement of the results. The court shall issue its decision within five working days from the date the claim is submitted to it, and shall inform the Central Elections Commission of its decisions to implement them accordingly. If the court’s ruling is to cancel all the electoral process or parts of it, the elections shall be conducted within four weeks from the date the decision is issued in accordance with the provisions of this law, and shall adopt in the second electoral process the voters’ list used in the first electoral process”

The first General Elections in Palestine was conducted in 1996 to elect the President of the Palestinian National Authority and the members of the Legislative Council according to Law No. 13 of 1995 and its further amendments. However, the said law was cancelled under article 116 of elections law No. 9 of 2005. The said law adopted the majority system (districts), where nomination was carried out individually and nominees were elected according to the number of seats assigned to each district.

The second Presidential Elections was conducted on 25 January 2005 based on Law No. 13 of 1995 under the supervision of the CEC. Whereas, the second Legislative Elections was held on 9 January 2006, according to Law No. 9 of 2005.

The first local elections were conducted in four stages from 2004 to 2005 under the supervision of the Higher Committee for Local Elections, headed by Minister of Local Government. However, this responsibility was subsequently transferred to the CEC. The Second local elections were called for several times between 2010 and 2011, however, it was cancelled each time.

Since its inception, the CEC conducted several voter registration campaigns during the years 2004 to 2011.

Film industry’s sympathy is now being shown towards the ‘911 Truth’ movement, which believes that the world has been deceived by, not just the U.S. government, but also by the media as to the true events of September 11, 2001.

The most prominent request of this movement is, “to expose the official lies and cover-up surrounding the events of September 11th, 2001 in a way that inspires the people to overcome denial and understand the truth.” It now appears that their demands are being met by some of the film industry’s leading professionals.

Martin Sheen, Woody Harrelson, Ed Asner, Judd Nelson, Director B J Davis & Producer John D. Schofield are some of the team who are joining forces to address unanswered questions regarding the events surrounding the 9/11 attacks in the new film ‘September Morn’. Another team player is the production company Fleur de Lis Film Studios, which has already produced various controversial documentaries.

According to the Fleur de Lis, it seems we can expect to be taken to the heart of the 9/11 Commission and be exposed to the discoveries which were made. In addition, they state that the film will be “addressing a series of questions that have remained unanswered.”

The storyline is also said to be sufficiently enhanced by reports from the CIA, Dept. of Defense officials, architects and scientists and Department of Homeland Security officials.

Martin Sheen voiced his doubts about how the events of 9/11 unfolded and the possible associated conspiracy by saying in 2007. “I did not want to believe that my government could possibly be involved in such a thing, I could not live in a country that I thought could do that – that would be the ultimate betrayal.”

“However, there have been so many revelations that now I have my doubts, and chief among them is Building 7 – how did they rig that building so that it came down on the evening of the day?,” he asked.

Ed Asner’s has his own questions regarding 9/11. “This country – which is the greatest, strongest country that ever existed in the world, in terms of power – supposedly had a defense that could not be penetrated all these years. But all of that was eradicated by 19 Saudi Arabians, supposedly. Some of whom didn’t even know how to fly.”

Israeli lobby groups have reportedly contacted two communications satellite service providers to force them to take Iranian radio and television channels off the air following a recent ban on the broadcasters in Europe, Press TV reports.

The lobbies have recently approached International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (Intelsat) and Hispasat -- a group of Spanish communication satellites -- and called on them to stop the broadcast of Iranian channels.

In a flagrant violation of the freedom of speech on Monday, European satellite provider Eutelsat SA ordered media services company Arqiva to stop the broadcast of several Iranian satellite channels including Press TV, al-Alam, Jam-e-Jam 1 and 2, Sahar 1 and 2, Islamic Republic of Iran News Network, Quran TV, and the Arabic-language al-Kawthar following an order by the European Commission.

The decision follows months of jamming of Iranian channels by European satellite companies.

This is while the European Union has denied claims by European satellite companies that it ordered the providers to take Iranian channels off the air saying that the companies have acted on their own accord.

As Americans fixate on the presidential campaign, they also should note the status of President Obama and Governor Romney. Yes, both are presidential candidates, but both are also men who — with their predecessors and the Congress — have willingly surrendered American sovereignty and independence to Israel and its U.S.-citizen advocates (Jewish and Evangelical), their organizations, and much of the media.

In return for campaign contributions and positive media coverage, Obama and Romney have enslaved themselves and their country to Israel and some few thousands of disloyal Jewish-Americans and their equally disloyal Christian Evangelical allies. One has to wonder whether Obama and Romney refer to Israel’s prime minister as “Massa’ Benyamin,” or whether they shuffle and pull their forelocks when groveling for money from Israel’s Jewish-American and Evangelical operatives.

If independence and sovereignty mean anything for a national government, they mean that that government alone decides whether or not the country it governs will go to war. In the United States, more specifically, its means — constitutionally — that the Congress will decide via a formal vote whether it will declare war on behalf of the American people, who once upon a time were its constitutional masters. This is, at any rate, how the Founders meant the process to work.

Both houses of the craven U.S. Congress, however, have long since illegally delegated that decision to the president, and our current president regards the Congress with such contempt that he looks first to the UN to see if it is okay for him to bomb hell out of a country like Libya or some other offending party. If on the issue of war-making Israel has become America’s master — and it has, despite Obama’s cowardly ducking of a face-to-face with Massa’ Benyamin — the UN surely is becoming its overseer. Congress, at day’s end, simply and unquestioningly pays for the U.S. troops who go off to die in wars that have nothing to do with protecting genuine U.S. national interests, but do please Israel, the UN, or some figment of those militarist viragoes Mrs. Clinton and Ms. Rice, as well as of the pro-war boys McCain and Graham, such as the “democratic and human-rights-loving Libyan and Syrian freedom fighters.”

So each of us can vote as we see fit in November, but we all should recognize that neither candidate intends to restore U.S. sovereignty and independence. As president, either man will take America to war with Iran — Obama just wants it after 6 November — because that is what Israel and its U.S.-citizen advocates want. Iran, of course, poses no direct military threat to the United States, but it will exact a fierce and bloody revenge after we and Israel attack by using the intelligence/terrorist surrogates it has long maintained in the United States for just such a response. Iran’s response likewise will wreck much of what remains of the U.S. economy by disrupting the oil-tanker traffic in the Persian Gulf and perhaps elsewhere.

And all of this pain for what? Another unjustifiable and ahistorical reliance on air power to do what it has never done and cannot do without nuclear weapons — win a war. And so we will have yet another unfinished and lost war that will further stoke the fires of the aggressive cultural war both U.S. political parties are waging on the Islamic world.

When America was part of Britain’s Empire, Americans — as loyal British subjects — had no choice but to be at war when the British Crown was at war. In the two-plus centuries since we won independence from Britain, we have declined in manliness, commonsense, and allegiance to our Constitution to the point where we will go to war at the behest of a foreign nation and in direct violation of U.S. national interests. In addition, our major mainstream and cable networks use the public’s airwaves to routinely act as agents of a foreign power by supporting Israel’s prime minister against the U.S. president, while disloyal American citizens enthusiastically corrupt the U.S. political system in support of Israeli interests, Evangelical fanaticism, and the one-world fantasies of the super-national and super-corrupt UN. … Who knows, perhaps we were better off with the Crown. It fought often, but only for genuine British interests.

The following letter was addressed to the Swedish minister of Foreign Affairs, Carl Bildt, this morning:

On the Swedish ship to Gaza, the vessel, S / V Estelle we have loaded cement, soccer balls, children's books donated from the library in Botkyrka Municipality, music equipment and medical equipment, but above all our solidarity. Since last spring, Estelle have sailed through Europe and received a warm reception in the ports we entered.The purpose of our trip has been advocacy against the blockade and for international solidarity for Palestine. This journey has been a hard – and successful work that we are very proud of.

Our intentions during this year's campaign is to highlight the humanitarian situation in Gaza, which still remains difficult, a sustained blockade is bit by bit shrinking and limiting development opportunities and basic human rights of the 1.7 million Palestinians in Gaza . The movement of either people or goods is still under blockade and is now entering it’s sixth year.The blockade must be broken now, that perception is shared with WHO, UNICEF, UNESCO and Save the Children.

The Israelis have unsuccessfully by pressure tried to stop our ship Estelle, during our journey through Europe, but has sharpen it’s tone. The threat to our ship has clearly been directed to the flag State of Finland, which has responded by publicly expressing it’s hope that the Israelis avoid using violence against civilians.

The “Ship to Gaza” campaign is nonviolent. All passengers on board the vessels have participated in nonviolence training under professional guidance and also entered into an agreement of a peaceful approach all throughout the campaign.

Our journey takes place within the framework of international cooperation, and on board the vessel are MPs of both Israeli, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, Italian and Greek activists .

New weapons experimented in Gaza: population risks genetic mutation

Toxic and carcinogenic metals, able to produce genetic mutations, have been found in the tissues of people wounded in Gaza during Israeli military operations of 2006 and 2009. The research has been carried out on wounds provoked by weapons that did not leave fragments in the bodies of the victims, a peculiarity that was pointed out repeatedly by doctors in Gaza. This shows that experimental weapons, whose effects are still to be assessed, were used.

The researchers compared the quantity of 32 elements present in the tissues through ICP/MS (a type of highly sensitive mass spectrometry) . The job, carried out by laboratories of Sapienza University of Rome (Italy), Chalmer University (Sweden) and Beirut University (Lebanon), was coordinated by the New Weapons Research Group (Nwrg), an independent committee of scientists and experts based in Italy, who is studying the use of unconventional weapons and their mid-term effects on the population of after-war areas. The relevant presence of toxic and carcinogenic metals found in the wound tissues points to direct risks for survivors, but also to the possibility of environmental contamination.

Biopsies of tissues were performed by doctors of Shifa hospital, in Gaza city, who selected and classified the type of wounds. Research was conducted on 16 tissue samples belonging to 13 victims. Four biopsies were taken in June 2006, during the operation “Summer Rains”, while the others were taken in the first week of January 2009, during the operation “Cast Lead”. All tissues were appropriately preserved and then examined by each of the three universities.

Some of the elements found are carcinogenic (mercury, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, nickel and uranium), others are potentially carcinogenic (cobalt and vanadium), others are also fetotoxic (alluminium, copper, barium, lead and manganese). The first ones can produce genetic mutations; the second ones can have the same effect on animals, but they are not proven to do the same on people; the third ones have toxic effects on people ad can affect either the embryo or the foetus in pregnant women. All metals found in high amounts have pathogenic effects on human respiratory organs, kidney and skin and affect sexual and neurological development and functions.

"Nobody – says professor Paola Manduca, spokesperson for the New Weapons Research Group, genetics teacher and researcher at the University of Genoa – had never conducted bioptic analysis on tissue samples from wounds. We have focused on wounds made by weapons that do not leave fragments, as the doctors from Gaza reported on them repeatedly. We wanted to verify the presence of metals that remained on the skin and in the derma. It was suspected that these metals were present in the weapons that leave no fragments, but it had never been demonstrated before. To our surprise even the burns provoked by white phosporus contain high amount of metals. Moreover, the presence of these metals in the weapons implies that they have been dispersed in the environment, in unknown amounts and range; they have been inhaled by the victims and by bystanders, thus constituting a risk for survivors and for people that were not directly hit by the bombing."

The research follows two previous studies conducted by Nwrg. The former was published on december 17th 2009 and statued the presence of toxic metals in areas around the craters provoked by the Israeli bombing on Gaza Strip. The latter was published on March 17th 2010 and it pointed out the presence of toxic metals in hair samples of Palestinian children of Gaza Strip area hit by Israeli bombings. Both point to the presence of environmental contamination, aggravated by the living conditions on the ground and often in shelters exposed to wind and dust, due to the impossibility to rebuild housing imposed by the Israeli blockade to the entrance of needed building materials and tools.

The creep Duranty was actually awarded a Judaized Pulitzer Prize for his fictitious articles, that denied that peasants were being starved to death in Ukraine during 1932-1933. Duranty loved using the maxim: “you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.” Those few ‘eggs’ in the Ukrainian famine were more than ten million Christian Gentile enemies of the Jews. For the Jews were, of course, using their invention of communism to ethnically cleanse White Christian Europeans and make cash out of the so-called Cold War and dialectic of communism and capitalism.

The New York Times confirmed last week that a Columbia University professor whom the newspaper hired to assess the reporting of Walter Duranty, the Times Moscow correspondent in the 1930s, has concluded that the Pulitzer Prize Duranty received during that period should be rescinded.

The campaign for revoking the award given to Duranty 71 years ago has centered on the reporter’s failure to truthfully report the famine that ravaged the Ukraine and much of the rest of the Soviet Union in 1932-33. As of March 2008, Ukraine and nineteen other governments have recognized the actions of the Soviet government as an act of genocide. The joint statement at the United Nations in 2003 has defined the famine as the result of cruel actions and policies of the totalitarian regime that caused the deaths of millions of Ukrainians, Russians, Kazakhs and other nationalities in the USSR. On 23 October 2008 the European Parliament adopted a resolution that recognized the Holodomor as a crime against humanity. It has been militantly opposed by the Jews and their acolytes, ever since.

The dreadful famine that engulfed Ukraine, the northern Caucasus, and the lower Volga River area in 1932-1933 was the result of the Soviet Union’s Joseph Stalin’s policy of forced collectivization. The heaviest losses occurred in Ukraine, which had been the most productive agricultural area of the Soviet Union. Stalin was determined to crush all vestiges of Ukrainian nationalism. Thus, the famine was accompanied by a devastating purge of the Ukrainian intelligentsia and the Ukrainian Communist party itself. The famine broke the peasants’ will to resist collectivization and left Ukraine politically, socially, and psychologically traumatized.

The policy of all-out collectivization instituted by Stalin in 1929 to finance industrialization had a disastrous effect on agricultural productivity. Nevertheless, in 1932 Stalin raised Ukraine’s grain procurement quotas by 44%. This meant that there would not be enough grain to feed the peasants, since Soviet law required that no grain from a collective farm could be given to the members of the farm until the government’s quota was met. Stalin’s decision and the methods used to implement it condemned millions of peasants to death by starvation. Party officials, with the aid of regular troops and secret police units, waged a merciless war of attrition against peasants who refused to give up their grain. Even indispensable seed grain was forcibly confiscated from peasant households. Any man, woman, or child caught taking even a handful of grain from a collective farm could be, and often was, executed or deported. Those who did not appear to be starving were often suspected of hoarding grain. Peasants were prevented from leaving their villages by the NKVD (secret police) and a system of internal passports.

The death toll from the 1932-33 famine in Ukraine has been estimated at between 6 to 7 Million. According to a Soviet author, “Before they died, people often lost their senses and ceased to be human beings.” Yet one of Stalin’s lieutenants in Ukraine stated in 1933 that the famine was a great success. It showed the peasants “who is the master here. It cost millions of lives, but the collective farm system is here to stay.”

Do Jews care if tens of millions of innocent Christian Gentiles are murdered? No, not at all! Do they have any remorse for killing them? No. Absolutely none! Like the Jew Kaganovich they just laugh at the horror show of it all.

The structural crisis of the Jewish entity Israel

The Prime Minister of the Zionist state, Benyamin Netanyahu, has proposed early elections, which would, according to him, take place in the month of January 2013. The direct result of this decision is the inability to vote on the budget of 2013, amid preparations or rather calls for an all-out war. A few months ago, the risk of early elections was narrowly averted; time enough to leave for the burial of the mother of the Prime Minister.This short time was well used by Shaul Mofaz. The Iranian Jewish Zionist, colonialist and emigrant turned his coat inside – out when he took the direction of the Kadima party and joined the Zionist government, hoping to gain some benefits for future elections. It was wasted, since the alliance lasted only long enough to quarrel about the refused military service of Orthodox Jews by the alliance of the ultra reactionaries,the mainstay of Netanyahu in the current Zionist government.

This intricate and confusing surface of the Zionist entity reflects however, the serious structural dilemma - a crisis of a fragile government, the most critical since it's interception. As the terrorist entity par excellence, the Jewish state ‘Israel” cannot accept in the Middle East region, the presence of any conflicting force of power which is beyond it's control. Since the erection of the Zionist entity and the expulsion of more than fifty percent of the Palestinian population, the Jews covertly planned a future maintained control over the region; through its alliances with the Iranian Shah, and the previous regime of Turkey, and in the presence of Arab regimes dominated by imperial powers, and in the past earlier weakness of the Palestinian resistance.

No longer this is the case, in particular since the first period of the year of 2000. Since that time, and despite its appearances the might of the Zionist entity is in free fall. The two "adventures"of the Jewish state “Israel” aimed at destroying the military strength of the region, have failed to be profitable. Despite being armed to the teeth, the Jews no longer launches wars against Lebanon and the Islamic Resistance of Hezbollah, nor against Iran. Hence its mission is to ensure imperial domination in the Middle East region, it's aim is to destroy any opposition to it's presence and the presence of U.S. and it's allies in Europe.

The Jewish joint military exercises with the United States are increasing, and the most sophisticated deadly weapons are received, each time the Jews are using exorbitant charges, but what did they gain so far from that? After 2006 and 2008, and after its heinous attacks against Gaza in December 2008-January 2009, the Zionist entity have realized that any attack will be immediately followed by a power full response.

A few months ago, the Islamic Jihad movement responded against the Zionist bombardment of Gaza, forcing the Jewish settlers of several colonies in the southern areas of the occupied Palestine to live in their own stinking sewers. A few days ago, and after a long process of coordination, the Palestinian resistance movement of Islamic Jihad and Hamas responded uniformly to the Zionist bombardments of Gaza , making it clear to the offender that the time it had, was gone. - Today there is no longer a dis-accord between the different fractions of the Palestinian resistance.

Earlier considered the "weakest point" of the front of the resistance Gaza has today proven its ability. The resistance in Gaza have established with the enemy - a "balance of terror" - in which the Zionist's carefully evaluates any attack on a scale and calculate their losses and gains, before embarking on new risky adventures ( see recent photographs ). This is also the equation that prevails on Hezbollah and Iran, since it also must be prevalent in the city of al-Quds.

The terrorists of the Jewish state live in fear of the future. The people of the region in general and by principle, refuse it's presence and the urge for a free Palestine homeland, and demand the return of it's refugees to the homeland of Palestine. The Zionist entity owes it's survival so far, since some Arab and Muslim states collaborate with the imperialism of the U.S. and Europe, who long pretended to be part of the International community, thus in reality Europe have shared Israeli and US Geo-political interests in the Middle East region.

Fearing for it’s own future, the Zionist entity is planning for it's conquests, thus at the same time, simultaneously it is panicking for any future changes.However, since more than a year back, the normal life in the Middle East is completely disrupted. It's best friends among the Arabs, Mubarak and Ben Ali, were kicked out of office, and today the unknown hangs as a portent sign over the region.

In what priority are the future plans for Palestine, and what is the prime concern of the conflict between the Arabs and the Jews? If the Arab people are clueless, what remains is, the criminal entity of the Jews, “Israel” is in panic, since it is in fact the weakest actor in the region.

For these reasons the proposed early elections of the Zionist government will change nothing at all, in the near future scenery of the Jews. The ultra-reactionary - or the "moderate “government, Lieberman “the Russian”, or the Iranian “outweigh” Mofaz, Livni or Barak, and the assassins of Mossad , will continue to be a part of the Zionist government, and the changes that may occur cannot stabilize the Zionist rulers.

It’s internal crises, due to the standards imposed by economic and financial globalization, it’s social-ethnic divisions, that have caused problems due to a vague and undefined identity (religious and secular), the inherent nature of it’s ugly racism. All that together coupled to the facts are, it cannot venture into a new war. The drone that circulated more than 20 minutes over occupied Palestine, and a covert nuclear facility in the Demona area, without understanding, that the feeling of fear has destabilized the evil criminal cabal organization. Life is unpredictable, we live in an era impossible to foretell our future destiny.

We have to assume–given the incalculable suffering presently taking place–that had He (the Almighty) to do over again He would probably leave out all the “I will bless those who bless thee and curse those who curse thee” nonsense and get right down to business with the “thou shalts” and “thou shalt nots“.

After all, He is considered a wise and merciful creator, is He not? Not just wise and merciful, but the shrewdest of all investors as well, and what has His (supposed) aggrandizement of this tiny microbe of “chosen people” profited Him and His business interests?

Well, if we are to go by the “official records”–meaning the Bible–ever since these people pushed and elbowed their way into 1^st place ahead of their contemporaries it has been nothing short of disastrous, both then and now. War, exploitation, deception, greed, envy, assassination, genocide, despoilment, enslavement–all these and more–the same bitter fruits our forefathers dealt with yesterday that we are dealing with today. The only real difference between then and now is that 4,000 years ago the Chosenites had neither nuclear weapons nor control of the world’s economy as they do today.

And yet, the lone individual responsible for bringing this venture about–both past and present-is supposed to be pleased with this? Are we really to believe (as some think) He gets some kind of sick pleasure seeing his priceless merchandise–meaning the innocent men, women and children in places such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Gaza, Lebanon and elsewhere–squandered and wasted (literally in the millions) and that He wants even more of it in places such as Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and elsewhere? That He fantasizes about seeing entire swaths of stable, productive civilizations being turned into caldrons of misery or that He shrieks with glee at the sight of maimed children–the same children He created with a mere thought–robbed of their legs, arms, faces, etc, by psychopaths who believe this is all part of the “Divine Plan”?

Well of course, there are plenty of nutcases these days who would say “yes” to the above questions and who maintain with the same kind of fervency as yesteryear’s flat-earthers that indeed the Big Guy sits up there, beer in one hand and a wad of popcorn in the other as He reclines and watches the light show down below.

After all, these nutcases say, He DID make that promise to His “Chosen“ people that He will “bless those who bless thee and curse those who curse thee“ and therefore, logically, He is more than ready, willing and able to bring about Armageddon and the consummation of the entire world for the benefit of this the tiniest of minorities…That He sits up there with an itchy trigger finger, growling through clenched teeth “Go ahead punks, make my day…” and is just waiting for an excuse to run everything–vegetable, animal, mineral or what not–through the great divine paper shredder…

…and just so He can make good on His word to this same microscopic group of people who have been so much a welcome addition to mankind’s various civilizations that they have been kicked out of every decent country in the world throughout history shortly after their arrival.

Of course, the one question not asked in the 4,000 years since this concept of “chosenness“ (said to be the definitive bird’s-eye view into the mind of the Almighty) was first introduced is whether or not there is a shred of truth in any of it. On its face, the idea certainly seems to defy all logic, that the creator responsible for all life and order in the universe would pick one guy–ONE GUY–stick a blue “First Prize” ribbon on him (as well as on his kith-n-kin) before the beauty contest even got underway, give everyone else in the competition the boot and declare that all future contests had been decided already by this one decision.

And yet this is how we are supposed to believe it all went down, and more so, that to this day, the creator of all things STILL favors them heads and shoulders above all else…That there is something organically and ontologically different about them–meaning the Jews–making them better and rendering the rest of us inferior, or, as Jewish writer Ariel Natan Pasko wrote in his article “This War Is For Us“–

“Simply put another way, if all the world is a stage, then the Jews-and especially those in the Land of Israel-are the lead actors on the stage of history, and the goyim (the gentiles) have supporting roles…As our tradition states, G-D – the great playwright – created the world for the sake of the Jewish People, and it is our responsibility to implement the Torah – absolute morality and the blueprint of creation – in it…”

It is so farcical, so non-sensical and irrational on its face that in this the modern age it should be rejected with all other notions rooted in madness and illogic such as the aforementioned flat-earth theory or the practice of drilling holes in the heads of the mentally ill so the demons afflicting them could escape.

And yet, unbeknownst to so many, it is not. Rather, it is swallowed whole hog by entire swaths of people, so much so that it is now THE dominant ideology driving world events today and yet which threatens to destroy all life on earth if its aims are not met.

For those who have not put 2 and 2 together in this matter, what we are of course discussing is the present “clash of civilizations” being waged Israel’s proxies in the “Christian” West against those in the Middle East and elsewhere. Whether recognized as such or not, nevertheless it is a billion+ on one side vs. a billion+ on the other and all engineered by this covetous, envious third party in the interests of seeing the two succumb to the inevitable mutual assured destruction, leaving what is left on the carcass free for picking and pecking on the part of Jewish interests, and all fueled by a mindset that cannot tolerate fair competition, because with fair competition comes the possibility of defeat, which is unthinkable.

Of course some, carefully placed throughout the various podiums and soapboxes around the globe will say it is more complicated than simple narcissism on the part of Jewish interests, that there are other factors with long, complicated names, pronunciations and definitions that the rest of us are too stupid to understand.

Themes such as “jihad” and “72 virgins” and “anti-Semitism” and “fatwa” and “Islamo-fascism” and a whole host of others that Merlin and his fellow magicians have conveniently conjured up and stored away in their little black bag of dirty tricks.

But in the end, in the final analysis where the rubber meets the road and where the bottom line speaks with the same authority as an auctioneer’s gavel on the podium, it is this indeed, this “love thyself above all others” that is the bedrock of the Jewish mindset and–more importantly–which acts as THE sparkplug for the impending Armageddon the entire world is facing.

In short, pathological narcissism that obliterates any sense of morality or conscience on the part of those afflicted and–much like the latter stages of rabies–renders the infected animal mad and, just as former Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Dayan once described the Jewish state–”too dangerous to bother.”

“Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?” asks the wicked Queen in Snow White. She isn’t asking this because she is curious, but rather–

(1) Because her identity is wrapped up in her unchallenged beauty and superiority. Rather than just accept she is a typical woman subject to fleeting beauty, meaning age, gray hair, wrinkles, weight gain, etc and that she must compete fair and square with her competitors on the great catwalk of life, instead she insists on being numero uno, FOREVER, and the possibility she might be bumped from 1^st place as a result of another’s beauty is a nightmare too horrible to contemplate.

(2) In the event the mirror drops the bomb and breaks her the bad news that indeed she has been replaced as Grand Champion she needs to know who the lucky lady is so she can be eliminated from the scene, thus replacing the balance of her own private universe and not unlike what took place years back between 2 Olympic figure skaters Tanya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan, where the one sent her boyfriend on a mission with a crowbar to break the other’s legs.

And so it is with Jewish thinking. Much like the legend concerning Lucifer’s fall from heaven, where the celestial being saw himself as the most beautiful of all the angels (the realization of which destroyed him, leading him to declare he would not serve another) and thus took as many of his fellow angels to hell with him as possible, so too has this self-awareness on the part of those held prisoner by Jewish thinking done likewise. For those who imagine themselves as the apple of God’s eye, the idea that such will not jibe with reality–and worse–that someone else, some other group of people, may surpass them in beauty, virtue and culture is terrorism in its purest sense, the only solution to which is war, despoilment, genocide, enslavement et al.

Which is why Iran MUST be destroyed, and why Iraq, Palestine and other places HAVE been destroyed. This is the reason for this thing, this “Clash of Civilizations”, a ten-shekel word describing in effect a campaign of extermination against the same Islamic world that refuses to bow down and worship the bitch in front of the mirror and declare her to be the fairest of them all.

The obvious proof this entire business of one microscopic, seemingly insignificant group of people being sifted out of the rest of humanity and made into race of supermen of sorts by an entity no less in importance than the creator Himself did not spring forth from the mind of a wise, merciful and rational being but rather from the organically-criminal narcissism of those who stand to benefit from this “chosenness” is the fact it has failed everywhere it went. From Egypt to Canaan in the Old Testament to Palestine and Iraq today, EVERYWHERE this idea has been implemented the results have been the same–devastation, war, misery, on and on for those who find themselves within its clutches. Like a highly radioactive element that destroys everything in its immediate vicinity, the pathological narcissism known as Judaism has never blossomed into anything of any benefit for mankind.

Rather, as we are witnessing today, it has been and continues to be like a single lit match dropped on the forest floor resulting in a wildfire devastating millions of acres, thousands of homes and everything else in its path, and it is this single factor–Jewish pathological narcissism–that has brought the world to the brink of extinction today.

“There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root…”as Henry David Thoreau once wrote…

And indeed, it is now our lot, as well as that of our children, to suffer the disastrous consequences of pruning this tree (in the form of all the ghettos, expulsions, pogroms and “persecutions“) rather than destroying it root and all by declaring this pathology of the spirit and mind to be what it is–an outlaw, criminal mentality.

Indeed, if there be a 2^nd chance in the future, let us hope that wise men recognize this fact and finish what their forefathers were unable or unwilling to do, which is to toss the tree–root and all–into the great bonfire of history and to never weep over its demise.

Then, and only then, will peace on earth flourish, where the “fairest of them all” do not spend so much time in front of the mirror but instead choose to live in peace with their fellow men as equals.

Syria: Window of Hope after Long Time of Conspiracies

The latest confrontations in Syria have unfolded new developments that could eventually lead to asserting an already perceived theme; the inability of the different rebel and terrorist groups to establish itself as a unified group, let alone inflict decisive and significant defeat on the official government forces. Contrary to this, government forces have been able to achieve significant military achievements and deal the militant groups heavy blows that made them admit that Aleppo's battle is going to be the last and the most crucial of all battles.

Worthwhile mentioning that the intensity of the recent battles in Aleppo, along with the havoc and destruction that engulfed the city, made many people rethink the real agenda of the rebels and their supporters.

Moreover, many armed groups and individuals in different Syrian towns and villages started to contact the local officials or tribes and families chieftains to interfere and act as mediators with the Syrian official authorities to give them guarantees and assurances so they can drop arms. The mood of different Syrian cities and masses is on change as well; the people have already experienced what kind of horrible alternative, the so-called opposition is offering, so they have come to a kind of collective conclusion, that they would rather stop being passive and act in support of the government.

Now, you can easily find many pro-opposition Syrians who will tell you that the majority of the fighters across different Syrian regions are foreigners who belong to many Arab and non Arab nationalities. Yes, the military aid, and logistics are still flooding into the Syrian territories, yet, the morals of the rebels and militant groups have never been as degraded as it is now. The regional and international powers grew hopeless from any chance to regime change, the local players who were promised an easy and swift regime toppling are lamenting and blaming the wishful thinking and shortsightedness they engulfed themselves in, and they are now aspiring for any new serious salvation attempt. And on the other hand, the government has successfully been able to implement a multifaceted plan, on the military and political levels, that depends on disciplined coordination of the different official apparatuses thus ensuring an efficient level of command and control.

What is the anticipated outcome for the ongoing crisis?

Taken into consideration all the aforementioned developments, the only foreseeable and anticipated solution is a political one. Indeed, the different regional and international parties involved in supporting the military factions have crushed their heads into the Iranian –Russian- Chinese rock, where the three countries pledged to do everything to prevent and resist any military action from outside.They went many steps further in brokering, supporting and facilitating many political initiatives to bring the opposition and the government representatives to set together and negotiate Syrian made workable solutions and not imported or dictated ones from outside. The efforts are gaining momentum and success with the willingness expressed from countries like Egypt and Turkey to join and support.

The Syrian crisis is heading now into a turning point, and the hope, after many regional powers tried their futile conspiracies, is to give chance for rationality to act, hence, the only other alternative is more bloodshed and destruction that will serve only the aims of Israel and other enemies of Syria and its people.

Religious leaders ask US Congress to condition Israel military aid on human rights compliance

PC(USA)’S PARSONS, OTHERS SEE ‘TROUBLING,CONSISTENT PATTERN OF DISREGARD’ BY ISRAEL GOVERNMENT FOR U.S. POLICIES

LOUISVILLE – Fifteen religious leaders representing many major faith groups in the country, have written a letter to Congress seeking to make U.S. military aid to Israel contingent upon its government’s “compliance with applicable U.S. laws and policies.”

Signers of the letter include Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) General Assembly Stated Clerk Gradye Parsons.

The signers say they “have worked for decades to support both Israelis and Palestinians in their desire to live in peace and well-being” and “have witnessed the pain and suffering of Israelis as a result of Palestinian actions and of Palestinians as a result of Israeli actions.”

Though they recognize that both Israelis and Palestinians bear responsibility for the prolonged violence in the region, “unconditional U.S. military assistance to Israel has contributed to deteriorating conditions in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories which threaten to lead the region further away from the realization of a just peace. Furthermore, such aid sustains the conflict and undermines the long-term security interests of both Israelis and Palestinians.”

The signers urge an immediate investigation into possible violations by Israel of the U.S. Foreign Assistance Act and the U.S. Arms Export Control Act, which respectively prohibit assistance to any country which engages in a consistent pattern of human rights violations and limit the use of U.S. weapons to “internal security” or “legitimate self-defense.”

They urge Congress to hold hearings to examine Israel’s compliance, and request regular reporting on compliance and the withholding of military aid for non-compliance.

The signers see a troubling and consistent pattern of disregard by the government of Israel for U.S. policies that support a just and lasting peace, particularly unbridled settlement construction in the West Bank. This year has also seen a dramatic rise in settler attacks against Palestinians with seeming impunity, they say.

“Continued U.S. military assistance to Israel offered without conditions or accountability,” the signers conclude, “will only serve to sustain the status quo and Israel’s military occupation of the Palestinian territories.”

The full text of the letter, dated Oct. 5:

Dear Member of Congress,

We write to you as Christian leaders representing U.S. churches and religious organizations committed to seeking a just peace for Israelis and Palestinians. Our organizations have been deeply involved in this pursuit for decades, inspired by the call and promise of Jesus Christ who said, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.”

In response to our Christian call to be peacemakers, we have worked for decades to support both Israelis and Palestinians in their desire to live in peace and well-being. We have worked alongside our Palestinian Christian sisters and brothers to help build a peaceful and resilient Palestinian civil society by supporting hospitals, schools, clinics, and social service agencies. These ministries include cooperative efforts with Israelis and Palestinians as well as with Jews, Muslims, and other neighbors here in the United States. Through our presence in the region, and regular visits to our partners there, we see first-hand the impacts of the conflict on both Palestinians and Israelis and hear from them directly about the reality of their lives.

Through this direct experience we have witnessed the pain and suffering of Israelis as a result of Palestinian actions and of Palestinians as a result of Israeli actions. In addition to the horror and loss of life from rocket attacks from Gaza and past suicide bombings, we have witnessed the broad impact that a sense of insecurity and fear has had on Israeli society.

We have also witnessed widespread Israeli human rights violations committed against Palestinians, including killing of civilians, home demolitions and forced displacement, and restrictions on Palestinian movement, among others. We recognize that each party—Israeli and Palestinian—bears responsibilities for its actions and we therefore continue to stand against all violence regardless of its source. Our stand against violence is complemented by our commitment to the rights of all Israelis, as well as all Palestinians, to live in peace and security.

It is this experience and these commitments that lead us to write to you today to express our grave concern about the deteriorating conditions in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories which threaten to lead the region further away from the realization of a just peace.

Unfortunately, unconditional U.S. military assistance to Israel has contributed to this deterioration, sustaining the conflict and undermining the long-term security interests of both Israelis and Palestinians. This is made clear in the most recent 2011 State Department Country Report on Human Rights Practices covering Israel and the Occupied Territories, which details widespread Israeli human rights violations committed against Palestinian civilians, many of which involve the misuse of U.S.-supplied weapons.

(Weapons in this instance include “crowd control” items such as tear gas. The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 (P.L. 112-74) which is included in the US Foreign Military Financing regulations stipulates that “not later than 90 days after enactment of this act and 6 months thereafter, the Secretary of State shall submit a report to the Committees on Appropriations detailing any crowd control items, including tear gas, made available with appropriated funds or through export licenses to foreign security forces that the Secretary of State has credible information have repeatedly used excessive force to repress peaceful, lawful, and organized dissent.” )

Accordingly, we urge an immediate investigation into possible violations by Israel of the U.S. Foreign Assistance Act and the U.S. Arms Export Control Act which respectively prohibit assistance to any country which engages in a consistent pattern of human rights violations and limit the use of U.S. weapons to “internal security” or “legitimate self-defense.”

(While this letter focuses on US-Israel relations and the Israel-Palestine conflict, these are laws that we believe should be enforced in all instances regardless of location. All allegations regarding the misuse of US supplied arms should be investigated.)

More broadly, we urge Congress to undertake careful scrutiny to ensure that our aid is not supporting actions by the government of Israel that undermine prospects for peace. We urge Congress to hold hearings to examine Israel’s compliance, and we request regular reporting on compliance and the withholding of military aid for non-compliance.

In addition to specific rights violations, we see a troubling and consistent pattern of disregard by the government of Israel for U.S. policies that support a just and lasting peace. Specifically, repeated demands by the U.S. government that Israel halt all settlement activity have been ignored. Since 1967, every U.S. administration has decried Israeli settlements in the occupied Palestinian territories as obstacles to peace. Despite this stance, Israel continues to expand its settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, claiming territory that under international law and U.S. policy should belong to a future Palestinian state. The Oslo peace process, which began in 1993, was publicly promoted as leading Israelis and Palestinians to a just peace based on a two-state solution. Instead, since 1993, the number of Israeli settlers in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, has more than doubled. Rights violations resulting from Israeli settlement activity include separate and unequal legal systems for Palestinians and settlers, confiscation of Palestinian land and natural resources for the benefit of settlers, and violence by settlers against Palestinians.

According to the Israeli human rights group B'Tselem and the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, there has been a dramatic rise in settler attacks against Palestinians this year. They report that these attacks are often intended to drive Palestinians from areas the settlers wish to take over, and that Israeli authorities have failed to take significant action to stop the violence or hold the perpetrators accountable. We believe that these actions directly undermine peace efforts and threaten, rather than support, Israel’s long-term security interests.

We want to be clear that we recognize that Israel faces real security threats and that it has both a right and a duty to protect both the state and its citizens. However, the measures that it uses to protect itself and its citizens, as in the case with any other nation, must conform to international humanitarian and human rights law.

As Christian leaders in the United States, it is our moral responsibility to question the continuation of unconditional U.S. financial assistance to the government of Israel. Realizing a just and lasting peace will require this accountability, as continued U.S. military assistance to Israel -- offered without conditions or accountability -- will only serve to sustain the status quo and Israel’s military occupation of the Palestinian territories.

We request, therefore, that Congress hold Israel accountable to these standards by making the disbursement of U.S. military assistance to Israel contingent on the Israeli government’s compliance with applicable U.S. laws and policies.

As Israel is the single largest recipient of U.S. foreign aid since World War II, it is especially critical for Israel to comply with the specific U.S. laws that regulate the use of U.S.-supplied weapons. We also encourage Congress to support inclusive, comprehensive, and robust regional diplomacy to secure a just and lasting peace that will benefit Israelis, Palestinians, and all the peoples of the region, and the world.

In Syria, Turkish bombardments have killed several Syrian soldiers.

The war-activities of the Turkish army were carried out while it was not known yet whether the mortar rounds that over night reached Turkish territories was launched by the Syrian army, or by terrorist groups, which are infesting the frontiers between the two countries.No survey is proposed by Turkey or by NATO, while it is clear that just a few days ago, in the same area, the Turkish army killed in a battle some PKK Kurdish militants.

It is likely that the mortar attacks launched inside Turkish territory was an vindictive response on part of Kurdish rebels which will not forget that their land has been occupied and trampled on by the Turkish army for years; the occupied Kurdish land is undergoing a substantial structural change in their villages and among its people. In the same area, frequent are the records of terrorists and mercenaries activities that are operating with logistic support on Syrian territory.

The question is whether the artillery shells that struck Turkey this morning, is the work of armed gangs and mercenaries operating in Syria, paid with blood-money to cause unrest in Syria, with the goal to extend the conflict into Turkey, An extended conflict into Turkey would give NATO and other military forces a justification to intervene in the territorialized extended conflict.

In what interest would the Damascus Government carry out retaliation into Turkish territories? It is not logical and would not be very intelligent, why would the Syrian government search for new conflicts at the time when it has to deal with increasing terrorist activities,that a few days ago was recognized to be financed by the USA.

The Syrian government in Damascus claim it has estimated that, on its national territory about 15 thousand terrorists and mercenaries from Afghanistan, Jordan, Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen - and Israel, as well as mercenary units of “Western” contractors, are creating unrest - death and despair among the Syrian people.

Turkey, the NATO appendix in the area and in United States, is only a weak minded puppet that pretends to play an independent role. We are well aware of that Erdogan and his staff are on a leash of the American administration, and that every move taken was agreed upon and directed by intelligence from overseas. Anyone who has watched the movie” Valley of the wolves", produced, instructed and performed by Turks, complied in accordance with the commands of the rulers.

This anticipated scenario is a safe race towards the catastrophe. Libya: How Many Dirty Western Hands?

This weekend a detailed article (i) suggested that a: “French secret serviceman, acting on the express orders of the then President Sarkozy, is suspected of ”the murder of Colonel Quaddafi”, on 20th October last year.

Whilst bearing in mind that the NATO-backed insurgents now in power, who have near destroyed much of Libya, d-stabilised, terrorized and hope to carve up Libya’s resources for their, rather than the country’s benefit, have every reason to wish to disassociate themselves from the butchery of Colonel Quaddafi’s terrible death, the new allegations illuminate interesting points.

The French assassin, it is claimed, infiltrated the mob rabidly manhandling the Colonel, and shot him in the head.

“The motive, according to well placed (Libyan) sources”, was to prevent any chance of interrogation into Sarkozy’s links with Colonel Quaddafi.

The Mail previously revealed (ii) quoting a French governmental briefing note published by an investigative website, that fifty million euros has been: “laundered though bank accounts in Panama and Switzerland ... from Colonel Quaddafi, to fund (Sarkozy’s 2007) election as President”, which if correct: “would have broken political financing laws.” Sarkozy’s: “numerous visits to Libya” were also cited.

Further claims are that: “The Swiss account was opened in the name of the sister of Jean-Francois Cope, the leader of Mr Sarkozy’s ruling UMP party, and the President’s right-hand-man.”

Quaddafi’s son, Saif alIslam, whose life hangs in the balance and no doubt further so, should he be subject to the Libyan “judicial system”, has stated unequivocally regarding the Sarkozy campaign funding: “We have all the details and are ready to reveal everything ... We funded it.”

No wonder Saif, also generous funder (£1.5 million) to his former place of, advanced study, the prestigious London School of Economics – where he also delivered the annual Ralph Miliband Lecture in May2010, named for the renowned academic and father of the former UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband and his brother Ed, current Leader of the Labour Party – has been abandoned by the Western powers who had formerly welcomed him – then conspired in another illegal coup, this time in his country.

Sarkozy of course, on becoming President, memorably welcomed Colonel Quaddafi on a State Visit to Paris in December 2007, greeting him as “Brother Leader” and hosting his famed Bedouin tent next to the Elysee Palace.

Tony Blair, of course visited Quaddafi on many occasions, even flying in the Colonel’s private plane, pushing mega business deals. He too is mute on the horrors of the death and the fate of his children, grandchildren and country.

The Mail also makes the points that: “ The United Nations mandate which sanctioned (the misnamed ‘no fly zone’) expressly stated that the Western allies could not interfere in the internal politics of the country.”

“Instead the almost daily bombing runs ended with Quaddafi’s overthrow, while both French and British military ‘advisers’ were said to have assisted on the ground.”

“Now Mahmoud Jibril, who served as interim Prime Minister following Gaddafi’s overthrow, has told Egyptian TV: ‘It was a foreign agent who mixed with the revolutionary brigades to kill Gaddafi.’ “

Another Tripoli source, according to the paper, stated: “Sarkozy had every reason to try to silence the Colonel and as quickly as possible”, with a further “diplomatic source” also stressing Quaddafi’s threats to reveal the financial details of the funding to the 2007 French Presidential elections donations.

An interesting point, if correct, is made by Rami El Obeidi, the : “former head of foreign relations for the Libyan Transitional Council (who) said he knew that Quaddafi had been tracked through his satellite telecommunications system as he talked to: “the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.” Which begs an elephantine question: are the two murderous Western backed rampages against Libya and Syria and their leaders connected?

How much of alleged murky financial deals does Syria’s President also know?

Interestingly, Ben Oman Shaaban (22) one of those who attacked Colonel Quaddaffi was badly injured, seemingly by those loyal to the Colonel, in an attack in July. Flown to Paris for treatment, he died in hospital last week. Shabaan was said to have frequently brandished the handgun said to have killed the Colonel. If true, he would have interesting knowledge about the appalling events of the day.

Sarkozy has consistently denied receiving money from the Libyan Leader and was not available to give a comment to the Mail. Esquires into “alleged financial irregularities “, are ongoing.

Worthy of mention is that in November 2007, just before Quaddafi’s Paris visit: “A US State Department cable had warned that those ‘who dominate Libya’s political and economic leadership are pursuing increasingly nationalistic policies in the energy sector’ and that there was ‘growing evidence of Libyan resource nationalism.’ ”

“The cable cited a 2006 speech in which Quaddafi said: ‘Oil companies are controlled by foreigners who have made millions from them. Now, Libyans must take their place to profit from this money.’ ”

“Quaddafi’s government had forced oil companies to give their local subsidiaries Libyan names. Worse, ‘labor laws were amended to ‘Libyanize’ the economy’, that is, turn it to the advantage of Libyans.” Goodness, shocking.

“Oil firms ‘were pressed to hire Libyan managers, finance people and human resources directors.’ ” (iii)

Perhaps then it is no wonder all round, that on hearing of Colonel Quaddafi’s horrific death, President Nobel Obama declared it was a: “momentous day.” (BBC, 20th October 2011.) Madam Clinton followed with a raucous laugh and: “We came, we saw, he died.”

There is only one certainty, in the whole shaming “regime change” in Libya, there are no clean hands.

And where is Colonel Quaddafi’s body?

Graffiti insulting Jesus found on Mount Zion Franciscan monastery’s walls

Unknown vandals sprayed graffiti defamatory to Jesus on the walls of a Franciscan Dormition monastery on Mount Zion in Jerusalem on Tuesday.The Jerusalem Police have launched an investigation.

The inscriptions, reading “Jesus, son of a…” and “price tag,” were tagged with blue paint on the church’s gate.
Related stories:

Police Spokesman Micky Rosenfeld confirmed the details: “A church on Mount Zion was targeted with graffiti indicating a price tag act,” he said.

“The graffiti was discovered in the early hours of the morning. An investigation has been launched,” he added.

President Shimon Peres condemned the vandalism, saying that “We must not harm other religions’ sanctuaries. We cannot accept this phenomenon in our midst, it goes against Judaism and damages Israel.”

In September, vandals set fire to the entrance door of the Latrun Monastery and spray-painted slogans against the Christian religion on its walls, including names of West Bank outposts and “Jesus is a monkey.”

The incident, which is still under investigation, was widely condemned by top officials across the political spectrum.

Dozens of prominent rabbis from Israel and Europe, including former and present chief rabbis, also decried the incident, sending a letter of condemnation and sympathy to leaders of the Latrun Monastery.

“We would like to express our shock in light of the acts of vandalism directed at your monastery, the kind of which have been directed in recent months against other churches and mosques across the country,” they wrote.

“We deeply regret the disrespect you were shown by members of our religion and people.”

A British journalist conducted this interview with Dr. Anis Sayegh regarding Zionist terrorism as he was one of its victims. The interview was done on the occasion of the start of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon on the 11th of April 1996. He gave a thorough research in order that the British public opinion have an insight into the subject. The following study deals with Israeli terrorism since 1936 up until "The Grapes of Wrath".

I should not only draw the attention of the British public opinion to the subject of Zionist terrorism, because it is a subject that should interest the whole human race, specially after the rush of thirty government officials to the meeting of Sharm Al-Shiekh (and what has and will follow in the way of meetings to higher levels) to discuss the protection of "Israel" against Palestinian "terrorism", but there being several minor motivation and one major one.

As for the minor motivation, British Governments had in the past, a great deal to do with decisions in deciding the fate of the Arab Palestinian people in reaching their great calamity of being homeless and dispersed , and another being that Britain is the cradle for today’s democracy, and the mother of freedom to the whole world generally and to us Arabs specifically.

And being that the British people who are presently complaining of extreme Irish terrorism should be called upon more than any other to look into the problem of terrorism openly, objectively , fairly and in depth. Another minor motivation is the British media [Press, Radio and television] which helped greatly in the past and still does in publicizing violence.

As for the major and more direct reason is that there is talk that is presently going on in an official level in Britain as to considering (urgently) "Jihad" as being terrorism, therefore the call for Jihad whether it be by the pen or the tongue should be considered as an involvement in terrorism, all this was set off by the Zionist authorities in Palestine and was forced upon the surrendered leadership of the Palestinian people (excuse me if I am using expressions that are no longer common, or even acceptable, during this time that we call evil times. But it has become a thing of the past that the civilized world today wants to forget because he thinks that it contradicts with the festival of peace which is forced upon us to participate in - not forgetting that these expressions are still alive and reflect the true reality while representing clear signs that speak for themselves).

From here I felt for the importance in writing this peaceful tale which I hope the British reader will look into it before he is convinced of the matter of "Arab terrorism". And we shall see that the terrorism is not caused by the Arab. But instead it is Israeli and Zionist from the very start.

And may the reader allow me to try and be brief, as much as a Historian can be, in summarizing a huge file filled with practices of organized political groups for the past sixty years, that being the file of Zionist terrorism: violent practices that was committed by official and semi-official groups against defenseless civilians who were not fighters or military personnel, which is unlawful for government to practice in defending its peace. It is violence that contradicts with treaties that is common among developed countries, which have abided by them at least theoretically, in agreements and treaties between two or more parties or governments and publications and texts that channel into the heading of human rights and specially civilians. And I leave for the British reader, with his conscience of holding on to his deep-rooted values, to judge for himself who really is the terrorist and who is the one who needs protection from terrorism. On the condition that he uses one and the same scale to judge with- for in justice there is only one scale. And not to use different criteria, by seeing a practice correct for one group and wrong for the other.

I choose to start from the 16th of April 1939, exactly 60 years ago, the date these black and bloody record started. That day the Zionist terrorist chose at random by shooting and killing two Arab civilians passing close to Betah Takfe settlement, without them having any military characteristic or military activities. And the terrorist activities continued from that moment nearly without stop until our present day. But we do not mean to specify that particular day in April 1936 that the Zionist did not commit any acts of terrorism on the Arab Palestinian before that date. There are tens of incidents that occurred in the first third of this century.

But in all they were separate incidents far apart to draw a chain of events.

The market places, main streets and poor residential areas in cities like Jerusalem, Yafa and Haifa were easy targets for the terrorists specially in the year of 1938. During that year more than a hundred civilians were killed as a result of more than ten incidents using bombs. The terrorists repeated these actions again in the beginning of the forties with their favorite targets being cafes, restaurants, hotels, trading shops, residential homes, offices and Arab schools in most of the cities and villages. Perhaps the most well known incident was the blowing up of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem where most of the Palestinian government’s offices were situated (summer of 1946). As a result of the explosion two hundred civilians were killed, most of them Arab and English. The average of Arab civilians killed in each month of the six months preceding the declaration of the birth of the state of Israel reached a 150 dead.

As well as the above mentioned areas, the Zionist terrorists also concentrated on Banks and public facility centers, mainly in the petroleum facility of Haifa, from storage tanks to refineries, pipelines and factories.

Between 1947 and 1948 these facilities were subject to many attacks. And each attack would result in the death of tens of Arab civilians between workers, technicians and administrators. As for the banks, most of them were British, attacks on increased from the beginning of 1946 till the middle of 1948. Not only would these banks be robbed but the Arab employees would be killed also.

As for the main Zionist terrorist target since 1937 and for more than ten years was the means of transportation: small cars, buses, lorries, trains, roads and bridges, rail tracks and stations. The authorities recorded more than 500 civilian killings in the years of 1937 and 1938 only. As for the years of 1947 and 1948 the danger increased (regarding the number of attacks and the victims) to the extent that movement from one place to another became very dangerous for the ordinary Arab civilian, in the villages and cities or around them. So if the Jews of Jerusalem were afraid of riding buses last spring because of the last two bombings, then all the Arabs of Palestine stayed in their homes for twenty months for fear of the Zionist terror.

Least to say that that violence was going on without any pre warning, and without calculating the number of victims and their ages or whether they were involved in any military role. All those violent acts did not just happen by coincidence. But according to a well organized plan of frightening the Arab people and eventually evicting them.

Realistically we can not look at these operations, and specially the one that happened between the years of 1947 and 1948, only in the context of a planed Zionist operation, to empty Palestine from its original Arab inhabitants, and therefore occupying their land and possessions in order to reoccupy it with the migrating Jews from outside Palestine. This plan is the same age as the age of the Zionist movement itself, which will next year celebrate its hundredth year since its official setup. The founder of the movement Theodore Hertzl had stated openly in his memoirs that the Zionist settlers in Palestine should it from its inhabitants. But, truly, he did not say that eviction was the only means of displacement. He suggested evicting them to Iraq (as what is being said today silently, as an international intention to move hundreds and thousands of Palestinians to Iraq is an idea of Hertzl’s a hundred years ago). For Hertzl had suggested another idea of getting rid of the Palestinians: burning them with the rays of the sun of depression or killing them with the snake bites of the Hula lakes, during our usage of them as slaves for the Jewish settlers to work in hard and dangerous jobs not fit for a Jew to risk his life in doing.

In this chapter in the file of the Zionist terrorism, work was concentrated on terrorizing the inhabitants in order to achieve mass displacement, migration and dispersion. It therefore not strange to witness specially in the six months between the decision to divide Palestine and the rise of the state of Israel. And we will notice by following the terrorist operations at the end of 1947 and the first half of 1948 that they mainly targeted areas that the Zionists planned to have as their state - even if what was stated in the resolution of partition by the UN on 29/11/1947 would be their share, or what they themselves had decided to seize as soon as they had established their state knowing that the said resolution had given it to the Arab state.

These operations started in the second half of December 1947, with viciously programmed attacks on civilians in villages within the Haifa sub-district. Then villages in the sub-district of Safad. Then villages in the sub-district of Tabaraya. The number of dead civilians in those sub-districts reached 170 men women and children. Then followed attacks on residents of Al-Tireh, Saasa, Kfar Husseiniya, Sarafand, Kalounya, Beyt Sourik, Aylaboun, Al-Shajara and Nasser Al-Dine, 250 civilians were killed in these villages. But the main slaughter was in the village of Deyr Yassin, on the night of the 19th of April, with 350 victims (out of 400 of the village’s residents).

Since then that slaughter had become one of the symbols the Zionist savagery. ( this brings to mind of another terrorist operation that occurred on the same date 25 years later, on the street of Vardun in Beirut, when the terrorists attacked three Palestinian officials, one of them a famous Arab poet, they were killed along with the wife of one of them). These operations opened way for attacks on the Arabs of all the cities and villages in the second half of April in order to evict them: Tabaraya, Safad, Aka, Haifa and Yafa, then Al-lid and Al-Ramla after less than 3 months. Each attack would claim more than a hundred victims, whereas tens of thousands of the survivals would flee to Arab neighboring countries. And so within less than half a year nearly 750,000. Arab Palestinian sought shelter in Lebanon, Syria and East Jordan in order to escape death, where they are living together with their children and grandchildren, evicted from their homes with their number increased many times.

A similar thing happened just less than twenty years later, towards the end of the 1967 war, when the Israeli forces took hold of what was left of Palestine, or what was known since 1948 as Ghaza and the West Bank.

Which increased the number of evicted forcibly to another 300,000. Civilian. The only difference between the two evictions, in the forties and the sixties was that the heroes of the forties were members of the unofficial Zionist organizations (in appearance anyway) such as Shtern, Argon, Hagana with its military arm the Balmach which would get direct orders from Jewish Associations. As for the heroes of 1967, they were called Israeli Defense Forces.

But the Zionist terrorism did not stop after the Israeli army occupied all of the Palestinian land (and with it the Gollan and Sinai), exactly as the terrorism of 1948-49 did not stop in order to establish the State. The terrorism continued all through the fifties and the first half of the sixties, in preparation for the 1967 war. A week would not pass without the Zionist committing a terrorist act. i.e. the attack on the camp of Bureig (Gaza), then the village of Kubeiya in the summer of 1953. In those two aggressions 60 fell dead and 90 wounded among the Arab civilians. This was followed by two more aggressions one in the village of Nahalin and the other on the Eastern coastline of Tabaraya lake, the number of dead was 20. As for the 1956 war hundreds of civilians fell in Gaza, most of them died under the ruble of their homes which were bombarded by the Israeli forces by air, land and sea. Plus the death of 450 civilians mainly workers and farmers who were victims of the massacres of Kfar Kassem and Khan Younus (autumn 1956). The massacres continued later on: 30 dead in a raid on Al-Nakib (spring 1967), 20 dead in the attack on Al-Sumu (autumn 1966).

The Israeli terrorism was not confined only to Palestine. It spread across the borders every once in a while, to Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt: a couple of hundred Egyptian civilian from Al-Suise, the port of Tawfik and Al-Ismailiya were killed (Sept. 1967). And more than a 100 were killed in raids on Jordan towards the end of 1967.

The raids reached the sub-districts of Arbad and Al-Salat the following year, with the excuse that there exited Palestinian fighters in them. The victims there reached 60 Palestinian and Jordanian civilians. And in the summer of 1968 these terrorist acts killed more than 70 civilian in Al-Suise and Al-Ismailiya. And in 1969 more than 60 civilian were killed in raids on Al-Hama and Meysaloon (Syria) and Bour Said (Egypt). And in one incident more than 70 civilians were killed, mainly factory workers at Abi Zubel in Egypt (Feb. 1970). Within less than two months a massacre was committed: the terrorists killed 50 children in a raid on Baher Al-Bakar school in Egypt.

Then came Lebanon’s turn. A turn that has still not end. We shall not talk about the Israeli occupation of large parts of this peaceful Arab country. But instead we shall mention the terrorist acts practiced on the civilians. Acts which are difficult to compile in the past 18 years. It is enough to mention the massacres of Bint Jubail, Al-Arkoub, Majdal Silim and Hasbaya (1972) were more than 100 peaceful civilian were killed. As well as continuos raids on Palestinian camps were tens of civilians would be killed in each raid. All that occurred before the striking attacks on the South of Lebanon and the Western Bekaa in 1978 and then in 1982 which resulted in the permanent occupation of a large quantity of Lebanese land. And if the civilians of Egypt, Syria and Jordan suffered from great Zionist terrorism then the suffering of the Lebanese people is greater than can be described, and is impossible to list the daily aggressions in detail: rocket and artillery shelling, air raids, naval bombing, road bombs and mines, car bombs, assassinations, destruction of homes, schools and hospitals on top of its inhabitants, blowing up cars with passengers still in it, shelling market places, gatherings and public places, as well as new official pirating: kidnapping and incarcerating civilians, laying siege to the coastline for long periods of time and preventing the entry of goods and medical assistance as well as cutting off electricity and water supplies, bombing the international airport and burning what’s in it along with its civilian planes.

The victims of these terrorist acts exceed thousands in number. Yes. Tens of thousands dead, wounded, missing, abducted, incarcerated and disabled civilians, men, women, children, elderly, religious figures and journalists. It is interesting to note that among the weapons used are those which are banned by international treaties. Even new words have entered the dictionary of the resident’s daily life, words such as cluster bomb, vacuum bombs, shrapnel, phosphoric and napalm, as well as booby trapped dolls. For that reason it will be enough to mention a limited amount of massacres commited by the Israelis in the past years with victims exceeding thousands among the Lebanese and Palestinian community, with the British media having great credit in exposing its mask: the slaughter at Saida, Al-Zahrani, Zreyriye, Bir Al-Abed and Amarat Al-Sanayeh etc. … as for the massacres of Sabra and Shatila camps which was commited by Israeli soldiers with the assistance of Lebanese agents trained and armed by Israelis the victims there reached according to various sources: between 1000. and 3000.

Palestinian and Lebanese civilian, if we look at the archives of the UN and the reports of their representatives together with UNIFIL’s reports one can find the actual size of that atrocity. A brave photographer caught on film an Israeli tank squashing a civilian car with its five passengers still in it. Perhaps just by looking at this ugly photo would be much more effective than reading tens of articles. We should also not forget to mention the Israel conspiracy on Lebanon during the civil war between 1975-1990 which resulted in over one hundred thousand mainly civilian victims. Israel was had the main role in planting discord in this war by training and arming many to be involved in the civil war.

Along side what we already mentioned, there were various terrorist operations that we should mention in brief: the shooting down of the Libyan civil aircraft over Sinai and killing all its 106 civilian passengers (1973). The raid on the Tamuz nuclear plant in Iraq which resulted in its complete destruction over the heads of the workers, technicians and experts that were in it (1981). Not to mention that the Zionist terrorist a few years earlier had sent letter bombs to a number of Egyptian scientists as well as foreign ones. A number of them died while the rest were either maimed or disabled. Then came the raid on Tunis which resulted in the death of tens of civilians, Tunisian and Palestinian, families of the Fidaen (1985). Last but not least, the slaughter of the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil (1994) were 50 Arab Muslims were killed while praying. Places of worship were always loved as target by the Zionist terrorist during the past 50 years, in Palestine, Lebanon and Sinai.

We should mention before turning over the page of the bloody Zionist file, the official violence that the Israeli army practices on the Intifada of the Palestinian and the Resistance of the Lebanese against the occupation within the past few years. Even when the Palestinian Intifada is known to use stone as its weapon since its rise in 1987, the answer would be with bullets, bombs and all kinds of violence: the killing of children, torturing inmates, expelling active citizens, arresting tens of thousands of suspected citizens, blowing up the homes of the families of the Fidain and confiscating their belongings, closing down schools, universities and delaying educational programs, announcing curfews for long periods of time, blocking off roads between cities and villages, laying sieges to drive people to hunger. All that would go on legally with official resolutions from high ranking offices of the government. Laws have been passed recently regarding the way in which the Intifada should be dealt with that have not been witnessed anywhere in the world or during our era, like giving the police or interrogators the right to break the bones of the inmates, and firing live bullets on unarmed peaceful demonstrators. And many of these steps are practiced by the Israelis in the south of Lebanon since the rise of the Islamic Resistance which is practicing its right, since the mid-eighties against the Israeli occupation. To the extent that the Israeli detention centers could not take in more on top of the thousands it already has and was forced to build new ones, where it practices in them the ugliest kinds of torture that is internationally banned. And the Israelis still practice the means of eviction on residents with the use of arms. And if the number displaced Palestinians reaches thousands then the number of displaced Lebanese reaches hundreds of thousands from their homes in the south of Lebanon and the west Bekaa region, not forgetting to point out what such displacement causes in the way of personal, political, economical educational and social problems and suffering, confusion for the government, threatening of public disorder, halting the road to self recovery.

Britain was the friend of Zionism, now, she is the victim of Zionism, specially between 1942 and 1948. And that was because the Zionist movements accused the British authorities for not doing enough in converting Palestine to Judaism, and for not allowing hundreds of Jews emigrating from Europe to enter Palestine. This accusation was paid for with a large number of British soldiers, officers, policemen, judges, employees and administrators inside and outside Palestine, the whole of Britain paid a high price of indignity and abuses- when at the same time the British were fighting the German Nazis for many various reasons one of which was the ill treatment the Jews suffered by the Nazis, also while the British 8th regiment fought to death to prevent Rumel’s forces which reached close to Alexandria from reaching Palestine and exterminating the Jews that had emigrated there. The Zionists used their well known tactics (assassinations, car bombs, mines, bombs, hostage taking, raids), they also used tactics to disrepute the British name, such as hangings on tree trunks and electrical poles, crucifixions, whipping hostages and blowing up their bodies, some of the kidnapped bodies would be blown up using sticks of dynamite which would be inserted in a barbaric manner inside the victims bodies.

In short, this was the way the Zionists behaved in the forties towards the help of the British which lasted over a century, political and diplomatic, military and financial aids that made Britain the first and strongest supporter to the greed of the Zionists in Palestine since the middle of the past century. That is what we call in our Arabic language with the expression of "Sanmar’s reward" (a king gave the job of building his castle to an architect, after the architect completed the job skillfully, the King killed the architect). The ally is then treated as the number one enemy, and is rewarded with evil deceit.

If the attempt to assassinate Sir Harold McMichel in Jerusalem after the assassination of the British Minister in the Middle East Lord Mowin in Cairo were the two most important Zionist Terrorist operations against the British from the point of the importance of the victims, then the terrorist activities also spread to high ranking employees, amongst them chairmen of large companies, officers and judges. These activities even tried to reach ministers in London and Ambassadors by sending letter bombs, some of which exploded. The Zionist terrorism kept on following the British in Palestine until every single British soldier left Palestine in May 1948. And we advise our reader to look into the Zionists conspiracy in Palestine specially against the British (or on the civilians in general) from sources and files of the CID. Which are now kept and properly filed in the public library at Kew in London, and most of these papers are accessible to the public since a couple of years back, after the end of the legal prohibition period. Maybe this talk is an invitation to our scholars to choose this subject for their Masters or Ph.D. degrees following the availability of the files and sources for this subject.

This does not mean that only the British and Arabs were targets of the Zionist terrorists, we can mention the assassination of Count Folk Bronadot and his assistant the French Colonel named Sirout, in mid September of 1948, four months after announcing the rise of the State created by force, because the Count dared to suggest modifications in the resolution to devide Palestine which of course did not please the Zionists. Later on to Prime Ministers of that country were involved in the terrorist act (Menahim Begin and Yitzak Shamir).

There is no need to go far. Let us open a new page in the files of the Zionist terrorism against unarmed civilians. And the victims this time being the Jews themselves. and we do not mean by that the victims of the internal civil war, either political, racist or sectarian which occurs sometimes inside a single community. But we mean a special terrorist act: controlled gangs that practices group assassinations against its own people to achieve their own special goals, then tries to wash away its humiliation with crocodiles tears it gains from its victims.

In November 1940 the Zionist gangs blew up the ship "Patria" on the coast of Palestine, that was carrying 1,900. illegal Jewish emigrants into Palestine, in order to embarrass the British government which did not allow the ship to off load its passengers. 240 Jews drowned. In February 1942 the Zionist gangs blew up the ship "stroma" near the shores of Turkey which carried 770 illegal Jewish emigrants, they all drowned. And in the beginning of 1948 the Jewish terrorists blew up a number of Jewish residential buildings in Baghdad, houses, schools, temples and trading establishments, in order to stir up the peaceful security that the Jewish community enjoyed so that they may seek to emigrate to the new state that was being established on the land of Palestine. These violent actions bore their fruit and most of the Iraqi Jewish community emigrated to Palestine, in the operation called "Ali Baba" that was named after an Eastern folklore. Another name from the Eastern folklore was used for a similar operation called "Magic Carpet" that nearly emptied Yemen from its Jews and migrated them to occupied Palestine by force, deceit and terror.

I do not think that there is a need to continue in listing the facts and going into details of them to show that the "perfect example" of terrorism (if we can use such a description) in our present history in this region was set by the Zionists and not by the Palestinian or Arabs at all. And yet, with all this, we have not heard of one single meeting within the past 60 years that was held to discuss and condemn this terrorism, and to put an end to it, in order to protect the human race from this terror. Where as officials of some thirty countries stood crying at the fate of the world because of a few young men driven by their desire to free their country and protect their families from the official and unofficial Zionist terrorism gave their lives in four operations by blowing themselves in three occupied Palestinian cities.

Their wish not being revenge but seeing that their actions could put a limit to the terrorism that their people face daily. Not one of the gentlemen asked, in the meeting at Sharm El-Sheikh, then in Washington, of the reason of why each of the young men blew himself up as if he were going to his wedding. Not one official questioned the motives that led the Arab nation, from the ocean to the gulf, meaning the whole Arab world, a nation that is peaceful and believes in human rights, celebrated these actions, whether openly or secretly knowing that they do not get joy from innocent bloodshed as is enjoyed by their enemy, the Zionists.

It would have been better if they had gone into depth about the essence of the problem: that being the revolution of the people against the oppressors and leading them into freedom and justice.

More dangerous than the British reaction to what was called fundamental terrorism in the Sharm El-Sheikh meeting, is what we hear of serious talks in the surroundings of the British government in passing a bill that prohibits jihad and the call for it, as a criminal act.

Jihad is an Islamic and Arabic expression meaning to work towards righteousness and justice with whatever means available, such means as political, intellectual, publicity, cultural and financial, and this is not limited to military means alone. Jihad, in its true meaning, is to strive towards the better, towards values that are similar if not the same as most of the heavenly books and human civilizations. Therefore, the choice of a Mujahid towards his high values are very wide, such as the tongue, the pen, money, knowledge and the military strength if the other choices are not helpful.

To prohibit the call for Jihad in Britain is a stab against public freedom, to prohibit a person from practicing his right (writing or speech) in expressing his views and beliefs, contradicts with the British understanding of freedom and democracy.

Perhaps the best way to explain the meaning of Jihad according to the Islamic understanding is to translate for our reader two of our prophet’s speeches. The first: "he who witnesses misdeeds should change it with his hands, if it is not possible then with his tongue, if it is not possible then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faiths". This clarifies to the believer the number of choice that he has in front of him in order to ratify the misdeed and achieving the message. The second speech: "the best Jihad is a righteous word said in front of a wicked tyrant". It is therefore clear here, in this guidance, that the goal is to declare righteousness and refuse tyranny.

The Israelis made clear, and the decision makers in the new (American) world order approved, a new and strange balance: they issued artificial criteria and standards and went on to release resolutions and regulations according to these artificial standards which are baseless, false and oppressive.

They considered the Palestinian Israeli agreement to be a good example. They even considered it to be the most perfect peace agreement. And they ignored the fact that it is a political plan which might or might not be useful.

With some people opposing and some approving- a situation which arises from any plan, resolution or agreement that has restricted situations such as the time or place which such an agreement is being made. And because they considered their "Peace" being the one and only peace (no one, therefore, should be against real peace), opposing it (the agreement)is therefore considered opposition to peace in all its forms, in other words to oppose all human values that is based on our civilization and religious backgrounds. The conclusion is that anyone who refuses this agreement in an enemy of the human race and history! And because the West understood the word Jihad to mean acts of killing, it is therefore considered that whom so ever calls for Jihad against a particular plan (such as the Oslo agreement) is a killer or a person who incites killing and is therefore a partner in the murder.

And this is how a normal and peaceful person is transformed into a bloody terrorist and an enemy of the human race, because of his refusal to the Oslo agreement and his call for its opposition.

Because of this strange sequence to the mistaken understanding of terrorism, we no longer have in our democratic organizations (that is built on freedom of speech and belief) a place for a writer his only crime being his refusal along with his people’s of a plan in which he sees injustice for their legal rights.

Let me be more specific. The Palestinian leader (Mr. Yasser Arafat) signs on an agreement with the government of Israel. But Mr. Arafat is unable to get a majority for its approval in his present parliament (the Palestinian National Council). This means that the agreement is refused according to democratic understandings. Is it therefore, correct in condemning whom so ever opposes or calls for its opposition, by way of writing a book, or delivering a speech, or by enlightening the people? If we allow that to happen then we would have turned upside down our understandings, by considering whom so ever wishes to achieve the goals of the majority an enemy of democracy, and a terrorist that should be killed, while we witness that an opposer of democracy and faking the views of the majority to be a heroic act that is awarded the Nobel prize for peace and deserves an international meeting for its protection from the "terror" of the opposition.

May the British reader allow me to address him bitterly. I was, personally, one of the first writers who wrote an analysis regarding the Oslo agreement, and I tried to stick to the limits of objectivity and impartiality, and I called for the fall of the Oslo agreement through democratic means. Is it right to consider what I wrote (and what I still write) to be a terrorist act or an act to incite terrorism?

May the British reader also allow me to talk more about myself. I am a person who is skilled in writing and research. I never carried a gun in my hands (not even a child’s gun) or a bomb (not even Christmas fire crackers) or a sword, dagger or bayonet. Believe it or not.

But I run away from the sight of bloodshed, even an animal’s, or the sight of fire or even a lighter! This peaceful person was put by the Israelis (they probably still do I do not know) on the list of terrorism, and was followed by their terrorist, who tried to assault me twice, with explosives and rockets, and on the third time they succeeded, with a letter bomb, they took away my hearing and sight and left me disfigured. With his only crime being writing, teaching, publications, educating the coming generation on writing and criticizing Zionism as a thought and practice, exposing, opposing and resisting it, within the limits of scientific research.

My crime being that I lived in Britain for five years. During that period I studied Arab relations, and I learned from its people the essence of freedom, justice and righteousness.
I then returned to my country to practice what I had gained. And I find myself a victim in practicing what I had learnt at Cambridge.

Let us return to the files of the Zionist terrorist so that I do not talk more about myself.

Perhaps in comparing between the Israeli’s understanding for the philosophical and cultural efforts and our Arab understanding, may clarify the image to the British reader who is used to seeing it up side down.

The Israeli terrorist has killed (or tried to kill), in less than two decades, more than ten highly educated Palestinian and Arab personalities, in Beirut, Nablus, Ramalah, Nicosia, Rome, London, Paris, Bruxel and New York. Most of their victims were teachers, poets, historians, journalists, artists and writers. I shall suffice in mentioning only a few names that might be unknown to the British reader but which are well known to the Arab people: Majed Abu Sharar, Bassam Abu Sharif, Saadat Hassan, Said Hamami, Naim Khodor, Karim Khalaf, Wael Zaieter, Bassam Al-Shikaa, Naji Al-Ali, Ez El-Dine Kalak, Basil Kabisi, Ghasan Kanafani, Hana Mokbil, Kamal Nasser, Mahmoud Al-Hamshari and Hani Al-Hindi. All died while carrying the pen not the machine gun.

And the research center, the largest cultural organization of the Palestinian people, was attacked by the Israeli terrorists three times with explosives (1970-74), and on the fourth time they robbed it, on the fifth time they destroyed it and killed and disfigured a large number of its researchers and experts (1982). And there was nothing in this center except for books and files.

A large number of the Palestinian civilians that were evicted from their homes during 1967 and 1992 were mainly of the educated. Among them were nearly 200 with Ph.Ds and higher level degrees, engineers doctors,

pharmacists, artists and writers. This case shows the intentions of the Zionists which is to empty the Palestinian community of its elite which are able to lead that society politically and culturally.

The Zionists dealt with the Arab intellect in the same way it dealt with the Arab weapon. And they fought them in the same way they fought the resistance fighters of the Palestinians and Arabs who are defending their people’s right. They saw a gun in the book, an ammunition depot in the school, condemnation in the files and a time bomb in the open truth.

The terrorist organizations (such as the Mossad and the Shin Bet) nearly lost their balance and mind in dealing with the Palestinian-Arab determination for struggle. Many innocent Arabs paid valuable blood for the cause of the Palestinian struggle. A Moroccan waiter at a coffee shop in Stockholm was killed just because he resembled a Palestinian official.

Another was disfigured, a Lebanese bank manager, just because his name was identical with another official, a doctor. The terrorists however, managed at last in killing the two officials, the first by bullets and the second by poison. As if what was needed was to end this file with blood the same way it started. I am writing these lines on the 6th day of April 1996, exactly 60 years after the beginning of this organized terror. I am writing while the Israeli rockets and bombs shell tens of positions crowded with civilians, and in various places in Lebanon, its capital, the south and the Bekaa, for the sixth consecutive day, after the killing of just one Israeli soldier who is an occupier. I write while I hear the sounds of the explosions about one or two kilometers away from where I live in the center of the capital which was a peaceful place just a week ago. As if the Zionists wanted to refuel this file with more barbaric images in his way of dealing with the human Arab, the unarmed civilian, before I finish these last lines.

It is an organized aggression with the full meaning of the word. Continuous shelling of residential areas, streets, squares, parks, markets and offices, even industrial areas and power stations, schools, mosques, hospitals, shelters, ambulances and the fire brigades.

Approximately 200 air raids in one single day. Continuous shelling from war ships and artillery positions from the occupied zone since 1978. Laying siege to the coastal front stretching from Al-Nakura to Beirut, forbidding the entry of medical and nutritional supplies.

Sporadic shut down of the airport. Disablement of electricity and water supplies, telephones, roads and transportation. War on human beings and on the infrastructure of the country.

Forty dead and two hundred wounded up until today (the sixth day), all of them civilians, and most of them women and children. Amongst them who killed inside the ambulance. And on top of all this intentional displacement of residents of 55 Southern villages, the number of the displaced reached 350,000. They were displaced not only to flee death and destruction but because the enemy forced them to do so. And if the Israeli put a lot of effort in the past to deny their responsibility in the displacement of the Palestinian people in 1948, by saying that they left according to resolutions of the Palestinian leadership and of advise by Arab governments, but this time they order hundred of thousands of the Lebanese civilians to evacuate their homes openly and rudely.

The destruction of a country, and forcing human and material losses, and disrupting its growth, is the price that reflects on its growth, it is a price that "Israel" considers to be equal to the death of one occupying soldier. And the Arab wonders: does the price of an Israeli occupier increase, while the price of the Arab people becomes cheap to this extent? And does the world expect, and specially the ones at Sharm Al-Sheikh, that the Arab will agree to this "pricing"? and can Israel secure together with its great protector (USA) and their allies (including our Arab world) that there will not rise a few young men from beneath the rubble to run towards death and embrace it in order to give dignity to their families?

Can the British reader after all that has been said, answer this simple question: who is the terrorist: the Arabs or the Zionists? And can he dare tell the answer to his government?

Shame on our world from the curse of history that equaled between the oppressed and the oppressor, between good and evil, and between the righteous and the offender. And if our world cannot respect its values then history will not respect them, then today’s decision makers will be added to the list of enemies of humanity from Hulagu to Hitler and Himmler.
