Here is Neal’s story in his own words.

I was born and raised in Indiana. I’ve been involved in a number of different businesses over the years, but the one common denominator has always been real estate! My wife and I have always loved the Palm Springs area and had spent a lot of time here for the past 20 years before moving here permanently over 10 years ago. In assisting buyers and sellers here in the Palm Springs area I get to use many of the skills I’ve learned over the years and I really enjoy getting to know and working to achieve my client’s goals and wishes.

Far Away Help. After the death of my brother I became the Administrator of his estate consisting almost exclusively of his home in Sky Valley, CA (Desert Hot Springs). Big problem was I live in Wisconsin and all the clean up, preparation, and selling of the property would have to be done remotely. Neal found me and I interviewed him and five other local realtors. Hands down Neal had the best plan on how to proceed and offered to help. After a few conversations he helped me sell a motor home on the property which surprisingly brought some income into the estate. He then arranged for a crew to come out and empty the contents of the home into a dumpster. Neal also suggested a towing company to remove 2 cars on the grounds. When it came time to list the property about 40 days after we began we targeted a great price and had an offer within a couple of days. Although this deal fell through, Neal's professionalism came into play again through his contacts in pest removal, locksmiths, termite abatement and other details to present the home satisfactorily for the eventual buyer. We worked through all the offers via electronic signatures and the sale was completed without me ever having to get an airplane for "In Person" trips. We communicated as needed via email and telephone and his prompt replies showed me he really cared enough to help.
