ARLINGTON, TX - In a special ceremony at the Arlington City Council meeting last week, Arlington Mayor, Dr. Robert Cluck, declared June 23, 2009, as Pam Roach Day, a Proclamation in honor of her service as chair of the Arlington Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) board of directors.
"We all know what's happening in Arlington and the ACVB, and (Pam Roach) stepped up to the challenge and has done wonderful work," Mayor Cluck said.

In a Mayoral Proclamation, Cluck said that Roach successfully reorganized the board of directors' committee structure, helped develop a long-range strategic plan, and also led a search for a new Bureau president to guide the organization through new and exciting times in Arlington.

"Pam challenged the ACVB Board to new heights in participation, professionalism, engagement and activity throughout the Arlington and North Texas region", Cluck said.

"This honor is very precious to me", Roach said. "At such an important time in Arlington's history, I appreciated the Mayor's confidence and trust in me to take the Bureau to the next level."

Roach has been an ACVB board member for four years and served two years as chair. Her term officially expires on June 30, 2009.

A thirty-year resident of Arlington, Roach has served in numerous volunteer capacities including six years on the Planning & Zoning Commission, two years as vice chair. Roach is currently a member of the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee Board of Directors.

Fort Worth, TX - March 10, 2009 -News of bailouts, inappropriate corporate behavior, and fear of a "Great Depression II" has consumers shopping for alternatives to traditional financial institutions. Local credit unions like 82-year old Unity One Credit Union of Fort Worth, are stepping up their marketing efforts to promote its financial soundness and reliability.
Established in 1927, Unity One survived the first Great Depression. Different from banks, credit unions are not-for-profit cooperatives owned by members and operated by volunteer boards. Dividends earned from assets are returned to the members in the form of lower interest rates, higher savings rates, and fewer service fees.

Unity One recently engaged the marketing firm of Glint Advertising and Design to create a campaign that reassures consumers of the reliability of credit unions verses traditional banks.

"We needed a marketing firm that could creatively articulate our brand of reliability, financial soundness, and trust," said Koren Kent, vice president of marketing for Unity One.

Portions of the campaign were launched earlier this month in Fort Worth, Texas and St. Paul, Minnesota. The rest will come later this spring.

Craig Lloyd, principal at Glint, said that the financial crisis of the world's largest banks affects the universal brand of the banking industry, which used to stand for ‘your money is safe with us.'

"For the most part, the banking industry has failed to live up to its brand promise to consumers. This failure allows credit unions like Unity One to showcase their long history of sound business practices," Lloyd said.
"We're honored to represent them."

Last month, Michael Fryzel, chairman of the federal agency that charters and supervises federal credit unions, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), called credit unions "a solution during troubled times" and emphasized their financial strength. Fryzel's speech can be found at http://www.ncua.gov/news/speeches/2009/CUNA-GAC2009-Fryzel-Final(2).pdf .

About Glint
Located in North Texas, Glint represents a variety of clients throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. A small group of employees recognized the need to provide an alternative to for-profit financial institutions.

Arlington, Texas - Oct. 16, 2008- While Texans are proud of the sentiment implied by the expression, "Everything is bigger in Texas," such pride is misplaced when it comes to healthy Texans.

Overweight Texans cost businesses $3.3 billion in 2005, according to the State Comptrollers Office. According to HealthyAmericans.org, Texas is the 12th fattest state in the U.S. with 64.1 percent of adults categorized as overweight or obese.

With rising healthcare costs and insurance premiums, Texas businesses are bearing the brunt of this unhealthy epidemic.

HighPoint Patient Services of Arlington, Texas, will offer free body composition scans in October for overweight and obese patients using GE's Lunar iDXATM system. iDXA, which stands for Dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry, is considered by clinicians to be exceptionally accurate at measuring body composition because it shows exactly where fat, lean and bone tissue is located.

"Physicians and patients can monitor weight-loss with pinpoint accuracy using HighPoint Patient Services' Lunar iDXA," said Dr. Johann Van Beest, chiropractor and CEO of HighPoint Patient Services. "This becomes an important piece of the overall health puzzle because of the data provided. It can assist those who are struggling with obesity, anorexia nervosa, wasting syndrome caused by HIV/Aids, cystic fibrosis, chronic renal failure, and even help athletes make training regimen decisions to achieve best performance."

In a survey of Texas companies, employers reported obesity-related medical conditions as a major factor in the average 27 percent increase in healthcare costs in 2006. The most prevalent medical conditions reported were coronary heart disease, cancer, diabetes, hypertension and gastrointestinal disorders. Most of these are directly or indirectly related to obesity.

Additionally, virtually all companies responding to the survey listed increased healthcare costs, lost productivity and increased absenteeism as effects of obesity. No one really knows the cost of these effects on business's bottom-line. In response, many employers offer employees incentives to participate in health and wellness programs.

HighPoint Patient Services is showing its support of healthy lifestyles and assisting with clinical diagnosis by offering free total body scans on the iDXA throughout the month of October.

Although this procedure is not yet reimbursable by medical insurance, many patients concerned about fitness and weight-loss are willing to pay for the $149 test to receive percentages of lean and fat body mass with pinpoint accuracy.

Those interested in a free total body scan should contact Bernadette Smith of HighPoint Patient Services at (817) 417-8782 to schedule their 20-minute appointment.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS - According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, almost a quarter million people in the Dallas/Fort Worth area either have or are at risk for osteoporosis, a condition identified by the U.S. Surgeon General, as a "public health threat." In celebration of World Osteoporosis Day on October 20, 2008, Arlington Chiropractor Johann Van Beest has launched an outreach program for September and October to collaborate with other doctors throughout the area in bringing GE's Lunar iDXATM system, the most accurate diagnostic tool available anywhere, to patients who would not otherwise have access to the new device (http://www.highpointpatientservices.com).
Approved by the FDA in 2005, the Lunar iDXATM system (intelligent dual energy X-Ray absorptiometry) enables clinicians to more accurately detect, diagnose and monitor treatment of osteoporosis.

"According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, the iDXA system has the lowest percentage of error and the highest quality imaging of any osteoporosis diagnostic method," says Johann Van Beest, Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine and CEO of HighPoint Patient Services in Arlington, Texas, which recently acquired the system. "With earlier detection and treatment, patients have a significantly greater chance of preventing the debilitating hip fractures that compromise quality of life for so many people. Previous technologies gave us only part of the story."

An iDXA scan yields high-definition images accompanied by a detailed report showing the patient's exact bone density and fracture risk, Dr. Van Beest notes. For those who fit established risk guidelines, the cost of the scan is typically covered by insurance or Medicare.

HighPoint Patient Services recently launched an outreach effort to collaborate with local physicians who don't have easy access to the new technology. "We are hosting Lunar iDXA demonstrations in September and October in Celebration of World Osteoporosis Day. Doctors who treat the elderly, patients with cancer, bone disorders, arthritis or women on hormone replacement therapy should call for more details," says Dr. Van Beest.

In addition to improving quality of life and longevity for those at risk of osteoporosis, earlier and more accurate detection reduces the economic burden of the estimated $17 billion in annual health care costs needed nationally to treat osteoporosis-related fractures, a figure found in the 2008 National Osteoporosis Foundation Clinicians Guide.

To register for a Lunar iDXATM demonstration call David Greig at (817) 417-8782.

ABOUT HIGHPOINT PATIENT SERVICES
HighPoint Patient Services (http://www.highpointpatientservices.com) is the operations company for HighPoint Pain Management, HighPoint Rehab Institute, HighPoint Pharmacy, and DiagnosticNeuro-imaging. HighPoint assists patients in efficient diagnosis, recovery and maintaining their daily quality of life.

DALLAS, TX (April 14, 2008) - Although the credit crunch has caused investor anxiety, some real estate investments are still solid. NexregenTM, a new online commercial real estate portal through which smaller investors can own commercial real estate property, has already sold 2/3 of its interests to buyers.

Within a few clicks of a mouse and a $2500 investment, a new generation of commercial real estate investors now own shares in a 148,000 square foot retail shopping center in the highly successful Firewheel area of Garland, Texas.

NexregenTM, a combination of words which mean the next real estate generation, is a proprietary web-based system through which registered users are able to view featured properties for sale online and download vital information such as property descriptions, site plans, photos, aerial views, local demographics, prospectus, and tenant rosters. They can also drive by the site to see it for themselves.

"We believe that if given the right information buyers can make their own investment decisions online without the help of commissioned-based brokers", said Ray Wirta, founder of NexregenTM and former CEO of CB Richard Ellis, the largest real estate services firm in the world. Wirta has over 40 years of real estate experience.

Nexregen'sTM commercial property is being offered through a private REIT with shares still available for purchase.

Wirta and partners founded NexregenTM on the principle that individual investors should be empowered to make their own investment choices and have available the same real estate investment opportunities typically reserved for high net worth individuals and institutions.

According to a recent study released by Deloitte Consulting LLP, commercial real estate remains a viable investment option for those seeking to diversify and insulate their portfolios.

The study, entitled 2008 Real Estate Capital Markets Industry Outlook: Top Ten Issues, says the commercial real estate industry is in a strong position to withstand recession, should one occur. "Commercial real estate remains comparatively attractive with solid underlying fundamentals, plentiful capital and steady allocations."

"Nexregen's offerings are designed to withstand the volatile credit environment and minimize risks of investors", Wirta said. "When we bought the Firewheel Village property last May and put it into inventory for our REIT investors, we placed a mortgage loan on the property that is very favorable in light of current credit market conditions. So, the volatile credit market has no influence on our Firewheel Village investment".

*Offers of securities are made only by Prospectus, which contains a discussion of risks involved in making the investment. The Prospectus can be viewed by Texas residents who register on the Nexregen.com website.

More Information about NexregenTM can be obtained at http://www.nexregen.com, or call 1-888-749-3026.

Dallas, TX - February 16, 2008 - The RobinsonEdwards Group, a Dallas-based management consulting and strategic advisory firm, is pleased to announce the launch of its new coaching program, InPowerTM, designed to bring the type of strategic thinking used by Fortune 500 companies to leaders in small business and middle market companies.

InPowerTM (www.getinpower.com) is the signature coaching system of The RobinsonEdwards Group LLC (www.robinsonedwards.com), a Dallas-based management consulting and strategic advisory firm dedicated to helping businesses create value and maximize their opportunities.

The InPowerTM (www.getinpower.com) proprietary system was created by Cecilia Edwards after having spent almost seven years with The Boston Consulting Group and achieving nearly 20 years of strategic success in business, the military, civic endeavors, nonprofit leadership, education, and supporting communities of faith.

Good strategy that produces long-term, sustainable results requires a clear articulation and adherence to a compelling mission and vision statement. The InPowerTM system helps leaders develop individualized, holistic strategic plans for themselves, allowing them to better integrate all of their life's priorities in a manner that spills over into business success.

"There's a direct correlation between your values, your life/mission statement, and your personal and professional goals. This program aids in bringing all three of these areas into congruence." Jim William, former corporate CFO and current program participant.

The InPowerTM (www.getinpower.com) system is made available to small business leaders and middle market company leaders in conjunction with a strategic engagement directed at the organization, or through a group tele-coaching process. The six week group process, Get InPower!, is efficiently delivered over the phone in weekly one-hour sessions.

"A welcome divergence from the current empowerment movement, InPower TM is based upon the premise that we already possess all of the power we need to accomplish our goals", Edwards said. "We don't need someone to give us authority (more empowerment). We need to tap into and learn to use the power we already possess."

About The RobinsonEdwards Group
The RobinsonEdwards Group is a Dallas-based management consulting firm that focuses on delivering strategic advisory and consulting services to middle market companies and the individuals and investment firms who own them. Building upon over ten years of experience in strategy consulting across a wide range of industries, The RobinsonEdwards Group brings a multi-disciplinary approach to creating long-term shareholder value and enabling innovation.
JANUARY 21, 2008, DALLAS, TX, - - "America's Money Answers Man" and talk show host, Jordan Goodman, will feature global real estate expert, Ray Wirta, former CEO of CB Richard Ellis, live on The Money Answers Show with Jordan Goodman (http://www.moneyanswers.com), Monday, January 21, 2008, at 12 noon PST, (3 p.m. EST). Wirta will reveal investment strategies for surviving today's real estate market crunch.
The show will air live on the Voice of America Business Channel and can also be heard online by going to http://www.moneyanswers.com. Replays of the broadcast will also be available online.

Goodman, former Money Magazine writer, and nationally recognized personal finance expert, has been a force behind bringing the secrets of Wall Street to average investors. Goodman's audience consists of a diverse group of sophisticated and novice investors, from senior executives to housewives.

Similarly, Wirta, 63, recently pioneered a proprietary new web-based system through which smaller investors can affordably own shares of commercial real estate property. The web-based system, called NEXREGENTM (http://www.nexregen.com), was founded on the principle that smaller investors should have available the same real estate opportunities typically reserved for high net worth individuals.

Wirta has over forty (40) years of real estate experience and is currently Vice Chairman of CB Richard Ellis' Board of Directors.

NEXREGENTM is a combination of words that mean the next real estate generation of investors. NEXREGEN is currently only available to Texas residents.

For more information, go to http://www.nexregen.com, or call 1-888-749-3026.

ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- January 11, 2008 -- For the past eight months, smaller colleges and universities nationwide have been searching for campus-wide text-messaging notification systems that they can afford, to keep their students and staff safe in the event of a Virginia Tech-like crisis. With the release of School System Alert (http://www.SSAlert.com), higher education institutions with smaller budgets now have access to school alert systems that can save lives.
"The core technology for mass text alerts has been available for years," says Matthew Lee, President and CEO of NetStrategies & Management Inc. of Arlington, Texas, and creator of School System Alert, a web-based system that enables administrators to affordably communicate with thousands of students, faculty and employees within minutes. "It doesn't have to cost $300,000 or more per year. Our service delivers the same functionality as more expensive systems, without attempting to capitalize on a climate of fear."

Like the more expensive systems, School System Alert uses SMS/text messaging
technology to broadcast alerts to the cell phone, PDA or computer of thousands of recipients. Its network includes multiple redundancies so that in the case of power or hardware failure, messages still get through.

Ernie Plowman, Dean of Students for the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, says they looked into a number of providers. "SSAlert was the only offering with significantly more affordable, yet comparable services."

Rick Rice, director of risk management for Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS), agrees. "We are a small school, so we try to be good stewards and get the best deal we can."

Rice points out that SSAlert is not just for emergencies. "Some of our DTS students travel long distances to campus only to find out that school is closed. We will use SSAlert to announce school closings in advance of inclement weather."

"No advertising gets sent through the SSAlert notification system, so that students are likely to stay opted in for the alerts instead of opting out to avoid spam," adds Matthew Lee.

NetStrategies & Management (http://www.netsam.com) has been in business since 1996, specializing in custom web applications and systems. For more information about School System Alert, go to http://www.ssalert.com or call toll free 1-866-455-3841.

DALLAS, TX (November 9, 2007) - How many times have you left a store you frequented and said, "I shop there so much, I should own stock in the place!" Well, now you can shop there and own stock in the place too. Introducing Nexregen, an online commercial real estate portal that is changing the way people "shop" online.

Smaller investors can now go online to purchase securities representing ownership in income-producing commercial real estate without paying high-priced brokerage fees.

"Through Nexregen, you don't have to be a Donald Trump to enjoy the benefits of owning commercial real estate", said Nexregen owner Ray Wirta, former CEO of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE:CBG), the largest real estate services firm in the world. Wirta currently serves as vice chairman of CBRE's board of directors.

Leveling the Playing Field
NEXREGENTM was founded on the principle that individual investors should be empowered to make their own investment choices and have available the same real estate opportunities typically reserved for high net worth individuals and institutions. Through Nexregen's online portal, detailed property information is available for download so would-be investors can make informed purchasing decisions in the privacy of their own home.

"We've taken the mystery out of the investment process so the average investor has access to the same information normally available to brokers", said Wirta. "We're leveling the playing field".

"Owners receive quarterly checks for as long as they own the property and receive a check when the property is sold", Wirta said. Future checks depend on Nexregen's continuing ability to lease and manage the property, which is the sole source of investor returns.

The First Deal
So, what's for sale? Firewheel Village Shopping Center in Garland - a 149,000 square foot facility

located within the highly successful Firewheel area. The shopping center is anchored by three major retailers: Hobby Lobby, Big Lots, and Mardels. The facility is one hundred percent leased. Like other real estate investors, the project bears risks that market conditions or loss of tenants may affect its ability to pay future distributions.

Background
Co-founders, Wirta 63, and Harold Hofer, 51, have a combined sixty years of real estate experience. Both have overseen multiple, multi-hundred million dollar deals. Recognizing a gap in the market for smaller investors, Nexregen was formed earlier this year. Of course, Nexregen itself, as a start-up, does not have a history of past performance or profits for investors to judge its success.

The company's name, NEXREGENTM, was developed from a combination of words that mean the Next Real Estate Generation of investors. Historically, smaller investors interested in buying real estate were limited to purchasing a portfolio of properties through mutual funds or public or private REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts). Through NEXREGENTM, registered users will be able to view featured properties for sale online and download the Prospectus and other vital information such as property descriptions, site plans, photos, aerial views, local demographics and tenant rosters. They can also drive by the site to see it for themselves.

Offers of securities are made only by Prospectus, which contains a discussion of risks involved in making the investment. The Prospectus can be viewed by Texas residents who register on the Nexregen.com website. Our securities may only be purchased by Texas residents.

For more information go to www.nexregen.com, or call 1-888-749-3026.

DALLAS, TX (October 8, 2007) - Ray Wirta, former CEO and current vice chairman of CB Richard Ellis (NYSE:CBG), the world's largest real estate services company, announces the creation of a proprietary new web-based system through which smaller investors in Texas can own commercial real estate property.
Wirta will be in Dallas on Oct 10th to launch his first commercial real estate investment opportunity located within the highly successful Firewheel area of Garland.

Wirta, 63, has over forty years of real estate experience. His web-based system is being made available through NEXREGENTM, a company Wirta founded so smaller investors could affordably enter the commercial real estate market. There are no brokerage fees.

How it Works
For as little as $2,500 smaller investors can purchase securities representing ownership in income-generating property. "Unlike investing in residential real estate, commercial real estate pays you in two ways", Wirta said. "First, quarterly checks for as long as you own the property. Second, owners receive a check when the property is sold."

"There is a growing market of younger investors that want nontraditional yet profitable ways to invest their money", said Wirta. "NEXREGENTM is the first company to make an opportunity like this available to the public on-line."

Historically, smaller investors interested in buying real estate were limited to purchasing a portfolio of properties through mutual funds or public or private REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts).

Through NEXREGENTM, registered users will be able to view featured properties for sale online and download vital information such as property descriptions, site plan, photos, aerial views, local
demographics, prospectus, and tenant roster. They can also drive by the site to see it for themselves.

Wirta and partners founded NEXREGENTM on the principle that individual investors should be empowered to make their own investment choices and have available the same real estate opportunities typically reserved for high net worth individuals and institutions.

The company's name, NEXREGENTM, was developed from a combination of words that mean the Next Real Estate Generation of investors. "We want to reach the working person who may not have been able to access the housing market, but nevertheless can still realize the benefits of including real estate in their investment portfolio."

**Offers of securities are made only by Prospectus, which contains a discussion of risks involved in making the investment.
