I've been here in the states for more than five years now but I'm not still familiar with the season change. Last December it wasn't really rainy. But lately it has been raining almost everyday and the weather is gloomy. But in the stores, they are already marking down the Winter products and they are ready to display Spring products, even garden furniture and flower seeds. It's amazing how time flies so fast. That's why we just have to enjoy each moment.

Package

Three days more to go, I'm going to send my package to the Philippines. I'm excited because I'm hoping they will be able to receive it before my mom's birthday. I am sending her lots of shoes, clothes and purses. I have the same thing for my sister and just shoes for my brothers. I will also send them chocolates and candies. I am thinking of sending some cigarettes and cigars for my uncles. I have to look for several cigar brands then have my uncle email me the kind of cigar that they like.. My box is so heavy already. It's unlimited weight for the same prize of shipping. I'm thinking of sending package for them every three months.

Morning Shift

I thought I love the evening shift because it's less stressful but I realized today that morning shift is much better. All I have to do is do some projects and you don't have to worry about putting everything in order because that's the evening shift responsibility. And I like it because I'm home early and I can buy stuffs for the kids. Unlike the evening shift when I got out of the store, the stores are closed already. I hope I have more morning shifts in my future schedule.

Unbeatable Deals

I do not usually open nor search a lot on the net. I am just contented with viewing my facebook account for 5 minutes then log out. But one thing that really catches my attention was that when my co-teachers was all looking on something and they are all very eager to look on it and so to satisfy my curiosity, I look also then I found out they are looking a sale on the net. Since the our personnel outing is coming. There are different kind of freebies, big discounts, cute and nice displays at a very affordable price.I even try to search their site on the net. I did not believe at first that this is true since there a lot of scams or obtaining money by means of deception now on the net. So I visited nomererack website to check out if this is really true. And I'm impressed because I didn't see any nomorerack scam or issue.

They already have many followers on blogs and As I keep on browsing on their site, I was amazed with their deals and offers, it was very cheap compare to other deals on the net and of course if you will order from them you will also receive amazing gift certificates. They also have games that will give you amazing prizes like luggage bag with integrated cooler for our teens. Isn't that great?I even told my co-teachers to keep on browsing on URL nomorerack reviews for them to check out what are the great offer deals on nomererack. They have plenty of free products to choose from just like an ipad2 if you were able to invite friend with your unique referral link and just make sure that your friend or families register also to nomererack. I Even told my co-teacher who is an addict of collecting series of videos to register also. I really love to have that mobile printer so I can easily print pictures from my mobile phone. Now, I am following what are the latest in the market and check it out at the nomererack to have what I want a lesser price than the usual.Just try it for yourself and see the unbeatable prices for you.
It was last year when my cousin bought a Home
theater set as a birthday gift for my aunt. I really like it since I am fond of
playing loud music especially when I am alone at home or I am doing something. I
also love to sing even though my voice is not so good. It just stopped when the
flood hit our place because during that time I just pulled off everything that
is being connected so that our home theater to be saved. After that incident, we
started to put things in place. As try to used our home theater I found out the
audio and video cables that connects the Television to the DVD player as well as
the wires that connects to the speaker were destroyed. It was all cut in
between. So, I decided to look for an audio and video cables on the net that is
long lasting and high quality audio and video cables.
Video cables are cables
which used for transmitting video a signal from one source to other. There are
also reasons in using different cables just like Improving contrast ratio , Running cables
longer, Getting less video distortion, Creating improved colors.
Meanwhile the audio cables used to send audio Cd sound to the sound card. Audio
speaker cable conducts audio signals from the amplifier output to the speaker
input. Speaker cable uses non-braided wire made from conductive metals such as
copper or aluminum.

Weird

These past few days facebook was acting up. I thought for a moment it was my computer because when I used my husband's computer it was fine. It's weird because i can't even hit like or comment and even changing my picture profile. It was like like that for a day. I even do a system restore on my computer because I thought it was be the programs that I just downloaded. But to my dismay it doesn't help at all. Then the following morning when I checked it again, it went back to normal. I was so relieved and I found out that other facebook users had the same problems too. So I guess facebook is overloaded already. Maybe I should start saving my pictures or print them out. I have pictures that I don't have copies in my own SD card because it's my friend's copy.

My Sister And I

Thanks for the guest post by Esteban Vinson

My sister was telling me about this website she found that said click for more information on CLEAR – great! We’d been looking for mobile internet since we moved here and she knew just where to find it…she seems to always know best. When we were growing up I really resented how smart she was and how she was always winning mom and dad’s favor but now that we’re able to get along better because of our age I really use her strengths to my advantage. I would never be able to do the things I do without her and I know she feels the same way about me – I’m much more creative and right brained than she is and I think that’s something she respects and admires in me. I wish I had known when we were kids that we’d grow up to be best friends but I guess some things only time will tell, you know? It’s never too late to make up with your siblings since they’re your family!

Worries

I'm worried about my mom, I don't know how she's able to handle it. We have three big bags of garbage. Most of it are boxes and gift wrappers. I can't imagine how much garbage are being thrown in the dump. Besides those kind of garbage we also throw leftover foods in the garbage disposal which does not really make me happy knowing that there are so many people who don't have foods this holiday. It's just that we have so much food during the holidays and we cannot just ate it all. So I was thinking, in order to be able to help our environment I am thinking of getting our own composter. I want to get an indoor kitchen composter. It helps in turning scraps of foods into fertilizer using fermentation. I think this is a perfect way of recycling. We didn't totally waste food because it saves us money from buying fertilizer.

Blessings

This day is one of my best days. When it rains, it pours. Today all the things that I prayed for last week has finally arrived. God is really good. He always provide us what we needed. I think that life is not really complicated at all. What make things complicated is when we aspire for things that we don't need. Before the year ends, I am counting my blessings. I'm so blessed. I am blessed with things that money can't buy. There are so many distractions everywhere, people who can never be happy for what you have. All I wish that I will be able to ignore them. I will not let them ruin my life. My life is good. Theirs is not.

Busy As A Bee

I can't believe how times go by so fast. I wasn't even able to give all my Christmas cards. And the holiday is almost over. But I greeted everyone in my facebook list of friends. Although I honestly think that it's different when you handed the card or mail it yourself. It's more sweet and personal. I'm just so busy. I work late last week. And it's very busy at work. I can't imagine how many people shop in one day. I was called to cashier all the time. I'm just glad that I'm already familiar with the barcode scanner because I was really hesitant to use it before. When I began to use it. I had fun scanning items already. I like being a cashier but I love being in the apparel department too. This is from the song of Jaimee Rivera, Heal Our Land. I was in tears when I saw the videos and pictures of of the victims of Typhhon Sendong. It's awful. I'm finally going back to school. I got most of the paperwork squared away. And I'm also nervous because I'm working and for sure I will be busy as a one armed paper hanger. But I can do this. I will do my best because this is like an opportunity of a lifetime for me. I will study hard to get good grades so I will qualify for other scholarships. Today I'm going to the school to check the available classes. My program won't start till Spring but I will try to enroll the minors. I have a feeling that it's irritated by the light or the dust. But I know for sure that I don't have eyes problem. My eyes is just sensitive that it got irritated easily. I've been using Visine everyday but I'm sure if that will helps my eye in the long run. So one time I saw my friend's daughter wearing a nerd eyeglasses. I thought she has eye problem but no. This is gonna be a good investment because it will help us a lot when we go on a family vacation. We are a big family so when we go somewhere it cost us a lot of money when we check in hotel. Whereas when we have an rv, we are able to just sleep in there and cook our own meal. I'm pretty many people will be crowding in the stores that day. That's why I'm debating if I have to go shopping that day or not. I'm not at all excited. Every Black Friday, I overspent in my shopping and end up regretting afterwards. With our financial situation, I cannot splurge to something that is not necessary. But we'll see, it depends on my moods that day. My mind is focused on buying something for my mom and dad because I have a long list of overdue gifts for them. I want to give them the perfect gift. Knowing them, they are both homebody and they love to upgrade their house house all the time so I have a good idea of what to give them. First is for the kitchen, art deco bathroooom accessories which include this nice lavatory faucet, a robe hook because they don't have one, and a tumbler holder. Second is for their bedroom.I picked an eight piece asian comforter set which is my mom's favorite. The style has maze of leaves. The set includes comforter, one or two shams, one or two European shams and three decorative pillows. I'm thinking of buying two or more comforter sets. Then last but not the least is a swimming pool. This project will depend on how much money we had left. My mom and dad won't be upset if they can't have this year. But I will still have them read through the pool sweep reviews so that they will know what kind of pool they want and how they can manage having a pool in the backyard.
All these gifts are available in become.com. It is an awesome site. It is like a big online department store where you can do your one stop shopping. And the best thing is their prices are very competitive and always on sale. So there's my holiday shopping and I had fun!
It's getting bigger actually. There's more than 1,000 members already. At first people are posting stuffs that are very cheap but now they're charging their stuffs way too high. Mostly over $20 for clothes especially the maternity clothes. To my surprise, many people are buying it. Probably because we don't have too many selections here. Our local stores and even Walmart, don't carry nice maternity clothes. People don't buy online because they assume that it's expensive. But today I found this site that carry maternity clothes that are very affordable.

This trapeze tank top is only $7.54 from Woman Within. They have many selection of dresses and even

plus size maternity clothes
. I was amazed how cheap it is. And you don't have to worry about the quality of their products because they numerous customer reviews on each item which helps you decide which product to choose. Online shopping has become convenient now because of the customer reviews. It helps a lot when you don't see the item in person. So if you are just patient in looking around you will really find good deals. This is even better because it's brand new and never been used.

Beary Surprise

I just can't resist this one. I think this is one the best idea in surprising someone on her/his birthday. Last week was my friend's birthday and she's miles and miles away from me. And I don't have enough time to mail her a gift. I'm just glad that we have options to surprise someone on time such as in Sharri's Berries. We can send happy birthday gift baskets to surprise them. They have so many nice gift baskets to choose from and this gourmet fruit and nut rose is one of my favorites. it's very creative. This has dried peaches, dried jumbo pears, jumbo almonds, jumbo cashews, smoky almonds, dried Apricots, California colossal pistachios, dried ruby red plums. All arranged in a nice wood tray.

Fashion Favorite

When it comes to choosing clothes, I'm more on the safe side. What I mean is that, I stick to what is the ideal one. I don't adventure on matching outfits. It I do rarely, the most is wearing a different color of purse. I have friends in Japan who accessorize their outfit a lot. The combine stripes and polka dots. They wear lace and bold colors. I tried one time but I was so uncomfortable. My kind of outfit are the ones that is featured in Banana Republic. For example:
* A flare Jean, a shirt and a peacoat:

* a cowlneck, denim legging and boots:

* a simple dress

Bring out the snowboard racks and let's head out skiing and enjoy the beauty of snow. It's really cold now here in our place but we never get a snow. That's why most of the people here go to Shasta with their snowboards. Snowboarding is a fun activity for the whole family. I am pretty sure my kids will have a blast once they play in the snow.In other places such as Oklahoma, they get as much as 6 feet of snow. That would be nice if we experience that once a year. Although, many people that it's a hassle. But for me, snow makes the holidays even more meaningful. So let it snow. let it snow!

Overspeeding

I was driving on my way to work at around 5 in the morning. I'm driving 70mph on 65mph speed limit. In my rear veiw mirror I saw this car running so fast which kinda pissed me off because I felt like he's driving way too fast. So I speed up and he speed up too and finally overtake me. Then I found out it was a CHP car. I was so relieved when he didn't stop. I thought I will be ticketed. Since then I don't over speed anymore. Instead I just start heading out an hour early. Better safe than sorry.
