Se seguite il mio blog ormai lo sapete, qui di dolci se ne vedono davvero molto pochi. Partiamo dalla premessa che questa non è la ricetta della pasta alla Norma tradizionale, anzi non ha nulla a che vedere a dirla tutta con la vera, squisita, goduriosa, peccaminosa pasta alla Norma (che come dice la mia mamma, le melanzane o fritte o niente), l&#39;unica cosa in comune con la ricetta storica sono gli in gredienti, che di base sono grossomodo gli stessi.&amp;nbsp;

Questa insalata di carote è stata una delle scoperte più felici degli ultimi tempi.
