A baunilha da receita está no açúcar. Trata-se do "açúcar baunilhado" que fiz da seguinte maneira: abri uma fava&amp;nbsp; de baunilha ao meio, retirei as sementes e juntei-as à 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar (usei cristal orgânico). Com um socador misturei bem para que as sementes se soltassem&amp;nbsp; em seguida juntei à 300g de açúcar. Guardei em pote fechado e com a fava utilizada junto. Esse açúcar pode ser usado em qualquer receita ou para aromatizar bebidas.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Vamos ao doce:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Levei ao fogo 2/3 de xícara de açúcar baunilhado, 1 colher (chá) de suco de&amp;nbsp;limão&amp;nbsp;e 1/3 de xícara de água. Deixei virar uma calda ralinha e acrescentei 3 bananas nanicas em rodelas. Não deixei a calda caramelizar muito porque dificultaria a utilização posterior do doce na receita que eu tinha, mas se quiser pode deixar dourar mais.&lt;/div&gt;

Esse doce fica muito perfumado e as sementinhas de baunilha (os pontinho pretos que aparecem na&amp;nbsp;banana) dão um charme especial.&lt;br /&gt;

Minha Le Creuset não chegou ainda, porque pedi pelo catálogo, já que eu queria aquela cor, mas deve chegar até sexta. Mas eu também comprei uma panela de barro, que vamos combinar, tem seu valor! Foi assim que eu usei pela primeira vez minha "neguinha".&amp;nbsp;E devo admitir sem modéstia que foi uma estréia e tanto!&lt;br /&gt;

Eu sei que vocês cobram, mas realmente não me prendo às quantidades. Fiz essa moqueca tão no "feeling" que nem sei quanto de cada ingrediente usei. Mas foi "&lt;em&gt;maiomeno&lt;/em&gt;" assim:&lt;/div&gt;

Refoguei cebola (roxa) e alho em duas colheres de azeite de oliva e uma de dendê. Somei pimentão picado (usei vermelho e amarelo), tomate em cubos, cheiro verde, temperei com colorífico, curry, sal, pimenta moída no hora e&amp;nbsp;1/2 tablete de caldo de camarão. Deixei soltar um pouco de água, coloquei duas postas grandes de peixe (cação) sobre o molho, tampei e deixei uns 10 minutos. Adicionei 1/2 vidro de leite de coco (usei light). Servi com Arroz Thai. Eu comeria só o molho com o arroz, tranquilamente!&lt;/div&gt;

Eu não sei como é a receita original porque existem infinitas variações de Goulash! E essa é a minha! De qualquer maneira, se você quiser um Goulash mais tradicional só tirar o creme de ricota, a ervilha, o shoyu... mas, se eu fosse você não faria isso não, vai por mim!&lt;/div&gt;

O Goulash é um ensopado com um molho encorpado tradicional da Hungria, mas também é bastante consumido na Áustria e Alemanha. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Você pode usar qualquer carne, mas não vai usar mignon que vai derreter, use carne mais firme, de preferência músculo, acém, alcatra...eu usei paleta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Essa receita rende 3 porções bem servidas ou 4 civilizadas.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de azeite&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
500g de carne em cubos&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
1 cebola grande picada&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
2 dentes de alho picados&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
2 tomates sem pele e sem semente picados&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
1 colher (sopa) cheia de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de vinagre branco&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
1 colher (café) de páprica picante&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de shoyu (molho de soja). Esse também foi por minha conta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
2&amp;nbsp;colheres (sopa) de molho de tomate (usei o pomarola 100% natural)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
1 tablete de caldo de carne (ou 1 envelope do caldo em pó)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Sal, pimenta moída na hora.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Aqueça o azeite na panela de pressão (a minha é antiaderente por isso uso pouco óleo) e frite a carne. Quando estiver dourada some a cebola e deixe em fogo baixo para que ela solte um pouco de líquido. Acrescente o alho e refogue mais alguns minutos e na seqüência o tomate. Polvilhe a farinha de trigo e misture bem (vira uma papa). Acrescente todos os outros ingredientes, menos o sal e a pimenta (deixe para o fim se achar necessário). Cubra com água fervendo até ultrapassar dois dedos do nível da carne. Deixe no fogo por 25 minutos depois que pegar pressão.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Desligue o fogo, deixe a panela esfriar bem, abra e experimente. Acerte o sal e a pimenta. Acrescente ½ xícara de ervilhas frescas e volte a panela destampada para o fogo até as ervilhas estarem cozidas. Acrescente 1 colher (sopa) de creme de ricota (usei da Tirolez) ou creme de leite. Quanto mais ficar no fogo, mais denso ficará o molho. Se encorpar demais acrescente um pouco de água.&lt;/div&gt;

2 colheres (sopa) de salsinha picada;&lt;/div&gt;

1 colher (café) de tempero completo (se preferir use sal e pimenta);&lt;/div&gt;

1 colher (sopa) de mostarda;&lt;/div&gt;

4 colheres (sopa) de maionese light (eu uso creme de ricota da Tirolez, acho mais suave).&lt;/div&gt;

Misture tudo. Se quiser mais cremoso é só adicionar mais maionese. &lt;br /&gt;

Não sove demais a massa, só o suficiente para ficar uniforme. Envolva a massa em filme plástico e leve a geladeira por 30 minutos. &lt;/div&gt;

Esquentou essa semana! O sol apareceu lindo e forte! E dias mais quentes combinam com uma bela salada! Eu normalmente faço uma caminha de alface, (essa que estou usando é a freelice que além de linda&amp;nbsp;dura horrores na geladeira), no meio, coloco tudo que der na telha, aqui foi cenoura ralada, champignon, tomatinhos, lascas de parmesão, azeitonas e passas brancas (que adicionei depois da foto)!&lt;/div&gt;

No detalhe da foto tem uma "traquitana" que não parece, mas&amp;nbsp; acreditem, é muito útil! Uma secadora de saladas. Tenho faz uns 2 anos e uso sempre.
