Need some natural anxiety relief? There are a lot of all natural anxiety cures around that you can try out. Some of them work and some of them are just snake oil. The only way you’ll find out what’s what is to try it all out for yourself. What I’m going to do though is show you some of the best herbal remedies from which you can pick one or two, but regardless of what you pick you stand a good chance of better managing your anxiety:

1. Valerian

If you want some natural anxiety relief, valerian is an herb that will give that to you. It’s been used in the past to treat insomnia and epilepsy, but it will help you to reduce stress and anxiety as well. This all natural sedative is best taken as a tea although you can also take it in capsule form. Head to your local health food store to pick it up or try out Amazon.com, they should have it.

2. Kava Kava

This is quite a popular one, it’s been used by people of the Pacific Islands for ceremonies to help them communicate with their Gods. This stuff in large enough doses can bring about a sense of euphoria. It is an all natural aphrodisiac which for our purposes we’ll be using to treat anxiety. This is also a good one to use if you happen to experience panic attacks at night since this helps to promote better sleep.
Take up to 1,500mg of this a day in capsule form or 3 times a day as a tea. Just don’t take this continually for over 4 months as there may be adverse effects.

These herbal remedies will definitely provide you some natural anxiety relief, however they will not outright cure your anxiety. In order to get rid of this problem for good, you’re going to have to do a little re-wiring of the brain. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is currently the best way of dealing with anxiety and the number one technique out there for this is the “One Move Technique”. To learn how to do this, click this link for more info.

What are panic attacks? Well perhaps you’ve been in a situation where for no apparent reason, you suddenly feel your heart start beating faster and faster, so fast you can feel it beating in your throat. You may have felt like you were having a heart attack or that something was seriously wrong. It is a feeling of sheer terror which grips your entire body and doesn’t let up for what seems like an eternity. That is a panic attack. But why do they happen?

Stress, Stress and More Stress!

What are panic attacks? Nothing more then the result of massive amounts of stress in your life! They are not life threatening, there is not ONE single case of someone dying from a panic attack, so even though it may feel like you’re dying, you’re not. When you have a lot of emotional stresses in your life, it tends to build up your anxiety levels and if this gets to a certain threshold, you may lose it and have the dreaded panic attack.

A Look At The Dreaded Attack

Now when you are experiencing a panic attack, keep in mind that it won’t go on forever, it can’t! Your body will come back to equilibrium eventually. What is happening when you get a panic attack is adrenalin is being pumped throughout your body and you are in the “Fight or Flight” mode. But once your body realizes that there is no real danger you will slowly begin regaining your composure, the only problem is this can feel like an eternity.

So How Can We Manage This?

Now that we know what are panic attacks, the next question is what can we do about them? The answer to that is to change the way we react to them by rewiring the way we think. There’s a technique that teaches you how to do this, it’s called the “One Move Technique” and it essentially stops all panic attacks before they have a chance to take root. If you want to learn to use this yourself, click on this link

Would you like to learn of some panic attack cures? The best way of getting around this problem Is to combine a bunch of different techniques rather than relying on just one. So I’m going to throw at you a bunch of things you can try out, your goal will be to try to implement them all at once to see the cumulative benefit:

1. Practice Yoga

If you’re looking for panic attack cures, why not try out yoga? It’s a good stress reliever and relaxes the mind and body making you less susceptible to panic attacks. The longer you practice it for, the more it’s benefits will become apparent as it will make you a much more relaxed person.

2. Cut Out The Caffeine

This is a must, you need to take out caffeine and other stimulants from your diet as they only aggravate the situation. Caffeine will only boost the heart rate and make you more nervous and jittery, so cut out the coffee or go with decaf if you must have it.

3. Sleep!

Sleep is critical. If you don’t get enough your body will not be at it’s peak performance and this makes it a lot easier for you to wind up stressed out and stress leads to panic and anxiety. Get a solid 8 hours of sleep every night and you will begin seeing a difference in your emotional state.

Combined, these panic attack cures can do a pretty good job of treating your anxiety, but if you want to end it for good, you will need to try some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. One of the best CBT techniques is the “One Move Technique” which is being used by over 27,000 people successfully thus far. To learn how to put it to work for yourself, click on this link.

Need some tips on how to overcome panic attacks? They don’t have to keep you imprisoned for long, there is a way out of the suffering. There are several techniques you can use to lessen their impact or prevent them altogether, here are some of the best strategies to try out:

1. CBT

One way how to overcome panic attacks is with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This is the process of deconstructing your thoughts and finding out what the triggers are which start the fear cycle and then eliminating that fear so that the cycle doesn’t begin in the first place. You can either go to a professional to have this done on you, or you can apply it yourself through self-study courses such as e-books.

2. Watch Your Water Intake

Did you know that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated? Why does this matter? Well, dehydration makes anxiety worse, so if you’re not drinking enough water, start carrying around a water bottle wherever you go.

3. Desensitization

This tip involves learning to face your fears that are causing the panic in the first place. So if you happen to fear driving in congested traffic, start doing it more often. If you happen to be afraid of public speaking, sign up for Toastmasters (a public speaking community). It’s sadistic, but by facing your fears, you will lessen their impact on you.

Ultimately, if you want to learn how to overcome panic attacks, you’re going to need to do more than this since these are just band-aid solutions. One of the most popular programs which has helped over 27,000 get rid of their anxiety for good is the Panic Away program. “The One Move Technique” is one of the keys to it all as it helps you stop a panic attack before it ever starts. To learn more about how to do it yourself, click on this link.

Need a treatment for panic attack? You don’t have to suffer in misery, there are solutions available which can help stave off the anxiety and panic. If you’re sick of being at the mercy of this condition, try out the following:

1. Lemon Balm

One treatment for panic attack is lemon balm. This stuff used to be used by the Greeks some 2000 years ago. It’s great for dealing with heart palpitations, high blood pressure, mood disorders and of course anxiety and stress. If you decide to go with this, here’s how you’d take it:

Use 1.5 to 4.5g of dried herb to brew a tea with

Use 2-3 ml of the fluid extract

Take the capsules as indicated on the bottle

2. St. John’s Wort

This is a popular solution for dealing with stress and depression, just take 2-3 teaspoons of this and steep it in a cup of boiled water, strain and drink what is left.

3. Oat Straw

Like with the others, you can pick this up at a health food store. If you brew a tea, use 2 teaspoons of dried oat straw. Again you want to steep this in boiled water for 5-10 minutes then strain before drinking.

Now this treatment for panic attack may help some, but if you want to completely get rid of this problem for good, you’ll need something that packs more punch. One of the most potent solutions you can try out is the “One Move Technique” which basically shuts down panic attacks before they start. To learn how to do this yourself, click on this link.

In need of some panic attack remedies? If you’re sick of being afraid all the time and being overwhelmed by waves of fear, here are some powerful and all natural herbal remedies you can start using to keep yourself from losing it:

1. Anxiety Be Gone – Combo #1

This is one of the better panic attack remedies you can try because it combines several herbs which help to reduce anxiety. What you want to do is grab equal parts of the following herbs:

Lavender

Oats

Linden Flower

Catnip

Lemon Balm

Once you have these, mixed up, take 1 teaspoon of this concoction and steep it in some boiled water for 10 minutes. Once done, strain it and drink it while it’s still warm. You can take this after each meal and have up to 6 cups a day if needed.

2. Panic No More – Combo #2

This combo of herbs is going to help relax your nerves, you’re going to want to mix the following together:

4 Parts of Rosemary

3 Parts of Skullcap Root

2 Parts of Sage

2 Parts of Valerian Root

1 Part Goldenseal Root

Once you got the powders all mixed up, take a teaspoon of that and like with the previous concoction, steep it in a cup of boiled water for 10 minutes. When done, strain and drink.
Now these panic attack remedies will work in a pinch, but if you want a more powerful and permanent solution to the problem, you’re going to need to try something more potent. One of the best techniques out there you can learn is the “One Move Technique” which basically shuts down a panic attack before it has a chance to start. Click here to learn how to do it.

Want to know what the deal is behind panic attacks at night? Well over 50% of panic attack sufferers experience an attack at night although it only makes up about 10% of the overall attacks. Many fear this form of attack because it happens when you are most vulnerable, asleep in your bed and there is a concern that you may die in your sleep(by the way, there has never been a case of this happening).

So what can you do to cope with panic attacks at night?

1. Go To Bed When You’re Tired

The first thing you can do is only head to bed when you are completely tired. If you are not tired by the time you lay down, you may toss and turn and wind up getting a panic attack. If however you exhaust yourself by say a late night cardio session before bed, you will hit the bed like a log and sleep without incidence.

2. Cut Out Caffeine And Sugar

I know in my case, taking a lot of sugar and caffeine kept me up at night and sometimes I would lie in bed for quite some time unable to fall asleep because I’d be all jittery. I’d then end up getting a panic attack as a direct result. So cut out the caffeine and sugar from your diet to ensure you can fall asleep more readily.

3. Soothe Yourself With Some Aroma Therapy
Before you head to bed, try having a soothing bath with some lavender oil placed in the bath water. This will reduce your anxiety and get you ready for a nice uninterrupted sleep.
Now if you really want to eliminate panic attacks at night from ever being an issue, you’ll need something more potent than all of these tips. One of the most powerful ways of handling all types of panic attacks is with the One Move Technique. To learn how it works, click on this link for more info.

Controlling panic attacks can be quite a challenge since when you’re experiencing one you feel nothing but a complete lack of control, but there are ways to get your body back into a more relaxed state. If you’re tired of feeling powerless each time you feel anxiety coming on, here are some killer tactics you can put to work:

1. The 7-11 Technique

Controlling panic attacks doesn’t have to be that difficult, it can be as easy as changing your breathing. Your breathing has the power to control what kind of state you are in, everything flows from your breath. With that in mind, while you are experiencing a state of panic, try regulating your breathing by inhaling for a 7 second count, then exhaling for 11 seconds. This will get your body into a calmer body rhythm the more you do it. Keep doing this as best you can and in time you will eventually calm down.

2. Start Up Your iPOD

One great way to manage anxiety is by changing your state through listening to some calming music. Music has the power to change our emotional state in an instant, so if you’re feeling stressed out and panicky, load up some relaxing songs onto your iPOD or some rushing water tapes, you’ll be surprised how well this can work, especially if you shut your eyes while you listen.

In the end though, the truth is you don’t want to be controlling panic attacks because feeling a need to be in control at all times is what gets you into an anxious state to begin with. This is what is taught in Panic Away by Joe Barry, it’s a book which has sold over 27,000 copies and teaches the “One Move Technique”, a way of eliminating panic attacks before they can even start up. To learn more about how this all works, check out this link.

Want to know how to deal with anxiety or panic attacks? It’s a common problem that over 40 million Americans have to deal with and it can be a really frightful experience to deal with on a continual basis if you have no idea what to do about it. But with these tips in mind, you should be able to better manage if you find yourself in another panic attack:

1. Know When To Say NO!

One way to deal with anxiety or panic attacks is to not take too much onto your plate at any one time. What I mean by that is, a lot of anxiety is created by putting yourself in an extremely stressful situation where you feel you have to do too much work in too short a timeframe. This creates stress and anxiety which can be avoided if you don’t take on more than you can handle. If you don’t have time to take on certain obligations, don’t force them on yourself or it will hang over your head and cause you unnecessary anxiety.

2. Let It Out

Sometimes anxiety or panic comes about from a lot of repressed emotions and stresses. It’s for this reason it can be a good idea to keep a private journal where you can let out all those negative feelings you’re carrying around with you. It would also be helpful to join a gym and let some steam off through exercise.

3. Take Time Out For Yourself

So that you don’t wind up getting overwhelmed, make sure you give yourself some time each day to unwind and relax. You’ll be happier and healthier for it.
Now in dealing with anxiety or panic attacks, these tips will help balance you out a bit, but they won’t get to the root of the problem. To do that you’ll need a proven system to follow. One of the most successful techniques you can implement is the “One Move Technique” which can eliminate panic before it starts: Click here for more info

Want to know what causes panic attacks? It can be a scary experience, especially if it’s your first time. You suddenly get the feeling that your heart is beating out of your chest and you’re confused as to why it’s happening. The more you think about it, the worse it gets and you begin to wonder if you’re having a heart attack! It’s scary stuff, but lets dive into it and fully explore this thing:

So what causes panic attacks?

Well, the trigger is different for everyone. For some people it can be a fear of public speaking, for others it’s feeling a loss of control when stuck in a traffic jam and then there are those who can’t even identify what brought it on. The bottom line though is almost all of it is caused due to having excessive amounts of stress in ones life.

Here’s What’s Happening In Your Body:

When you get a panic attack, what’s happening is your sympathetic nervous system is activated and adrenalin is pumped throughout your body. You are put in the “Fight or Flight” mode as your body feels it is in danger. The truth is your body is not in danger and the fear is irrational and unjustified, but your body just doesn’t care. The situation ends up getting worse when you begin fearing your body’s response as it only feeds the panic attack and makes it worse!

How do you stop it?

Well eventually, your parasympathetic nervous system will kick in, which is responsible for bringing your body back into balance and restoring order to your body, it’s an inevitability. If you want to bring your body back into balance sooner rather than later though, it would help to have some tips and techniques to pull yourself out of the panic. So if you’re interested in investigating what causes panic attacks and how to deal with them further, I’d recommend you check out the “One Move Technique” which teaches you how to prevent anxiety before it starts up. Click on this link to figure out how to do it.
