I don’t think that Denise Sharp has touched a piece of paper that she hasn’t transformed into something magical, and I love her use of unexpected elements like a vintage house number and a chipboard letter covered with glass glitter in this fantastic silver ensemble.

These new letterpress paper house kits from OneCanoeTwo look like so much fun. The first diorama kit in what will be a series (yay!) is called Chandler Lane, and it includes a background plus pieces for three houses, seven trees, and two corner tabs. I’m loving the attention to detail shown on each piece, including shingled rooftops, brick siding, and doorway and window detailing on the houses, and the landscaped grass, stone walkway, trees, and sky on the background piece. This kit would make a wonderful spring or Easter activity for both kids and adults.

* Business cards for Matteo Gastel by Cacao Design, printed on “pachica” paper, which becomes transparent when heated and embossed.
* A business card that works like a mini house plant, growing alfalfa or cress when dipped in water. Designed by Jamie Wieck.

* Ultra modern letterpress printed cards, designed by Peter Gaillard and printed by Fresh Impression.
* A fantastically cute branding concept by Tad Carpenter for Yummo.

* Intricate lace illustration and “embroidered” lettering on Marian Bantjes’ business cards.

* Love the charcoal and yellow palette and aspen illustration on these letterpressed business cards by Dingbat Press for Light + Love Photography.

I’m really digging these pretty paisley postcard printables from Yasmine at A Print a Day. She’s created postcards in three colorways, and patterned backgrounds are included in the download if you’d like for your postcards to have patterned backs. Thanks for sharing, Yasmine!

Psst … Yasmine also recently released Issue 6 of Parasol Magazine, and as always it’s a must see. The issue includes features on the ladies from Nice Package, Livy from A Field Journal, and Mollie from Royal Buffet, and that’s just a start!
