So my lack of updating has gotten to the point where I feel absolutely horrible about it. I guess after I went away for the summer for so long, I got overwhelmed when I got back with all the work I had to do to get this blog back on track. I finally decided to do something about it.

Hey guys! Seems like ages since I've last been here, but don't worry, I've been checking back on comments, reading, keeping up and stuff, don't you worry!

I really want to apologize right off the bat for being gone for so long, but I had the time of my life travelling, getting to know myself, and just experiencing so much. Definitely not the time to be cooped up on a computer. I stayed in Nice, France for quite a while, learning the language, meeting people (also took a nice trip to Monaco). After that I spent my summer relaxing on the beaches of Zante, Greece, catching up on some rays. Hitched a bus to Serbia for the end of my trip and finally went to Exit (a lovely music festival), and their annual Beerfest.

After all these experiences I came to the realization that as much as I love fashion, I have a wild passion for cinema, literature, and music. My best friend was the one who pushed me, told me I could always expand my blog to other topics. And so, as of now, I've decided to open this blog to much more than just fashion, and to get it up and running again, REGULARLY.

I'll leave you guys with one outfit post though, just since it's been too long ;)

It's that time of year again! I've been extremely busy with packing and haven't blogged in ages which can only mean one thing : I'm off to Europe. I'll try to be updating more than ever, keeping up with what I'm wearing, what everyone is wearing around me, it'll be great. So far the itinerary is to do some sort of volunteer work in France, see some family and friends in Serbia, lounge around on the beach in Greece, and maybe to some sightseeing in Amsterdam.

I hope you all have fabulous summers yourselves, thanks so much for still following, it means heaps since I haven't been active lately.

The weather is getting nicer, the sun is finally out, and I'm spending all my free time in it pretty much! Long 4 hour walks are the best :) Also only 15 more days until my departure to Europe! I'm super excited.

Oh my goodness, for the last couple of months I really have been THE WORST blogger. I guess I should explain myself, even though excuses don't really suffice :( Anyway, I was studying for finals, and then the minute that was over with I immediately started planning for my summer trip to Europe which is coming up in 4 weeks! Luckily though, I'll update with a new look in a week's time MAX, I promise.

For now, I'll leave you all with some music, an early Strokes demo of their song You Only live Once. I think they should have kept it on their album, it's so relaxing!

FINALLY back. I'm so sorry for the month's absence, but I had an intense peak of school work and exams. Thankfully, it's the final week and all that's left is studying for finals, and then summer! I'm very excited, and very happy to continue blogging, up until my departure once again on May 19th for the summer hols to Europe. I'm really hoping all of you have super summer plans too!

Hello all! Quick post in-between studying since I have to write an online exam soon. Anyhoots, story behind the shoes : I bought these shoes at a local thrift store, and literally moments after this picture was taken..they opened up at the front. I am now wondering whether or not to super glue them back together. If you have any ideas please let me know!

This week has been hectic, exams and catching up with old friends, and tons of hate-rain :( I absolutely despise the weather here. It's supposed to brighten up next week, and my mood along with it, so I'm looking forward to some sun! This weekend I just want to actually relax, maybe start to re-read the Lord of the Rings trilogy, since I haven't since I was a kid, and drink the most awesome tea invented (licorice spice, see photo below) Hope you all are gearing up for a nice weekend too!

Goodness! I haven't posted in ages! It's been due to lots of coursework and such, and my camera-woman has gone completely MIA (which is fine, considering all my friends have lives, haha). Anyhoots, I came across this outfit I put up on lookbook two weeks ago, and totally forgot to post it here! I'm forgetful, but here it is anyway.

quick little post before I go back to studying! The weather has been the same for days, gross and cold, I'm wishing for some warmth on a regular basis. Nonetheless, plans for warm and sunny Greece this summer are underway! Some friends and I are discussing raising enough money to head back to the same island in Greece I was at last year, so hopefully that goes down by July.

Haven't posted any music in a while, so I kind of thought it would be nice to do so today :) The song is Lolita by Throw Me the Statue. A twee-pop band from Seattle, I find their sound absolutely adorable! The usage of the glockenspiel really adds this sort of childish, playful vibe that I really like, and this song in particular has a cute music video too. I hope you guys like it as much as me!

I'm a little bit late for this, but I just heard Lykke Li's somewhat new single, "Get Some". I really dunno what to make of it, and it's super catchy, but just sounds nothing like her older work. Besides that though, she looks gorgeous! Her hair is lovely, and I quite enjoy what she's wearing, what with all the chains and metals and all, and the sort of metallic nail polish she has goin' on. I haven't done a music-related post in a while, so I thought this should do for a bit. Enjoy!

This is beyond amazing, I fell in love. I thought I loved the original by The XX, but the Gorillaz have outdone themselves this time. Sounds brilliant and eerie at the same time, just dazzling.

Anyway, I hope this keeps you guys busy for the next week or so, since I won't have time to update with an outfit or anything, besides replying to comments. It's finals season and I'm keeping my head above water only barely with french.
