            <description><![CDATA[By a 4-1 majority vote, the Paradise Town Council moved to monthly meetings at 6 p.m. 
The council will still meet Tuesday July 28 at 6 p.m. as previously scheduled.<br>
The new ordinance won't take affect until September when the town will go from two meetings a month to one. However the council could decide to cancel its second monthly meeting until then. <p>]]></description>

Now it's backing away.   It seems the so-called growing group of scientists in the environmental movement that the media claimed was unified in the belief the Earth is warming, does not exist.   <p>]]></description>
