Entrepreneur (software) needs an experienced legal assistant or paralegal to assist in the analysis and drafting of legal documents. Various documents need to be prepared, all need to be done with extreme accuracy, and be very nicely formatted. The subject matter isn’t all that interesting but of extreme importance.o

Frequent presence at my home office 5 miles from Boulder in the mountains is required in the mornings. A background check and references are required. The work can start asap.
