While the person with this little boy looks more like an older brother than a parent it can be assumed that the adult is the one taking the picture. Even if it isn’t a parent taking a picture, whomever raised the older boy failed by raising a child that thinks it is OK to exploit the innocence of the young for entertainment.

Well there is some controversy whether it is the beer or pot that made this Mom so forgetful but really I could care less which substance she was on that made her forget her baby on the roof. It is an absolute fail and so is she. I vote her for worst Mom 2012.
