Location is great, just less than 5 min. walk to Champs Elysees, 2 min. to the Arc de Triumph. There is a Metro station next to the Arc de Triumph so you can go anywhere like in Versailles via the RER. Room is small but modern, bathroom has a tub & shower. The room has AC which was great since we were there during the "heat wave" in Paris. Breakfast was included in the rate, has multiple selections on coffee, tea, chocolate, orange juice, etc., croissants, cheese, cereals, etc. Staff was very helpful.
