  <summary type="text">&lt;p&gt;As of 1st January 2011, all property owners - individuals and co-operatives alike - wanting to either sell a property or rent it out (furnished or non-furnished) for more than four months must include, as part of the property listing, the property's energy consumption. This is the case regardless of whether the listing is posted on the web, in the newspaper, or in an agency.But this mandate doesn't stop there - even the grade of the « étiquette énergie », or "energy label," is legislated. For a property listing in print, the title « CLASSE ENERGIE» (meaning "energy classification") must be in capital letters with a font size at least equal to the rest of the listing's text; For a listing posted in an agency's window or on a billboard, the energy label must be in colour and represent 5% of the total surface of the medium; For an internet listing, the size of the ad must be 180 pixels x 180 pixels!&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
