FYI. Tom was Naval Reserve in the 80s. He served on the carrier USS America. He was an Aviation Machinist Mate, 2nd Class. I am very proud of him. Plus, he looked super cute in that uniform!

I got back from Seattle & Other Warshington Places on Sunday. The point of this visit was to see my family, most especially the newest member of it, my niece, Leira. She is perfect. And now I’m back. Mixed feelings.
