Only problem is, to create this kind of income, you need a very specialized skill or knowledge, and in many cases it also requires a very large investment. In addition, someone has to keep expending time and effort tying to find new customers all the time.

Bottom Line: With the Royalty Residual Income Flow, a time and effort are expended only once. BUT because it's a different customer who buys the artist's creative work each time - as one copy can last forever - it's still not that easy. Take Lisa from Yorkville, IL for example. She's a doctor of chiropractor from Yorkville, Illinois. She wants to increase her income. So she hire another chiropractor she recruited from Rockford, Illinois to work for her. If she charges her patients $50.00 an hour and pays her "employee chiropractor" only $30, she gets to keep the $20 an hour difference.

Did you see what happened here?

Dr. Lisa from Yorkville, IL keeps on working the same hours she always did, but now, she also gets paid on the 40 hours a week her employed chiropractor is working. By doing this, Dr. Lisa has just added more time to the limited time she herself has each week.

Now, to further increase her income, she adds even more time - she hires a few more chiropractors she recruited from Chicago, Schaumburg, Oswego, and Plano, IL. If we talk about making MONEY, we must also talk about TIME - because of the way most people make money, the two cannot be, separated.

Have you ever heard the saying, "time is money?" YOU have the same 24 hours as everyone else. So, why is it that some people make a lot more money than others if everyone has the same 24 hours?

Listen closely now. I am going to talk to you about money. And probably like no one ever has before.

Years ago, when we looked at the different ways in which people earn money - we discovered the blindingly obvious fact that there are a number of key ways people put our Effort to Make Money. Why Effort?

Effort is defined in the Dictionary as:

1. "The physical or mental energy to do something."

2. "An attempt or struggle to do something."

So most people use Effort to Make Money.

Now let's take a good close look at HOW most people use their time and effort to make money. Let's start with The #1 Effort and progress through. I will explain each as we go along:

THE #1 EFFORT-TO-MAKE-MONEY: The Ordinary Job.

The average employee with the average job works 40 hours a week at an hourly rate of approximately $8.00 to $12.00. Since this is not enough to survive on, he tries to increase his income by increasing the number of hours he works. He tries to make more money by investing

The Result: He takes a second job, 20 hours a week part-time (or works overtime). So now he works 40 to 70 hours a week trying to make ends meet. But STILL, he doesn't have enough money. He's still behind on the bills, still trying to catch up. And now, he's also getting BURNED OUT working 2 jobs.

You see, he's trapped because there aren't enough hours for him to make the kind of money he really needs. Even if he worked 14 hours a day, he'd STILL be behind.

If he takes his wife out to a nice dinner, chances are he'll have to work an entire day just to cover the cost. Think about it: He may have to work 8 or more hours just to make enough money to pay for one dinner - a bill that only took moments to create. He is just not able to make enough money to live a decent life.

If you have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), you may have Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency (CCSVI).

What is CCSVI?

Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency (CCSVI) and its treatment were pioneered by researcher, former vascular surgeon and professor Dr. Paulo Zamboni at the University of Ferrara in Italy. CCSVI is a chronic condition in which blood from the brain has difficulty returning to the heart. It is caused by a narrowing or "stenosis" in neck, chest, and spinal veins that drain the central nervous system. In some cases, there is a development of alternate veins in a attempt to facilitate additional drainage. The research suggests that because these compensatory blood vessels do not have the same wall integrity as larger veins, they leak cellular waste into the adjacent tissue, resulting in an accumulation of toxins and deposition of iron. This has significant application to Multiple Sclerosis and suggests that the vascular aspect may be as significant as the neurological component in the disease process.

How does Sanoviv test for CCSVI?

Using specialized diagnostic equipment, a Doppler Ultrasound scan of the jugular veins is taken in a supine and then upright position. If there is significant blood tIurbulence in the vein indicating a blockage, the patient may have an angiogram of the jugular and azygos veins. This will identify the exact location of t he blockage and determine the levels of stenosis. If the stenosis is significant enough to warrant it, balloon angioplasty will be performed.

What is Sanoviv's CCSVI Treatment?

The procedure requires passing a small catheter through the femoral vein to the area of venous narrowing. If a significant blockage is confirmed and located during the angiogram, a routine balloon angioplasty (venoplasty) is used to open the narrowed veins. The recovery process from this treatment may be rapid, with many people recognizing positive results immediately following the procedure. A stent may be inserted if medically indicated and then only with the guest's explicit permission.

Driving to the bank with a big smile, he entertains the illusion that the money is really his. But, in the back of his mind Brian knows very well that this money has ALREADY been spent. He knows he has just traded 40+ hours of his valuable life to pay his mortgage, his care loan, auto insurance, health insurance, water, electric and gas bills, AOL membership, cable service, credit cards, groceries, and more.

And after paying all the bills, HOW MUCH IS LEFT FOR BRIAN OF NAPERVILLE? Very little, if any at all. Brian's smile fades.

But life must go on. He wants to have a little fun. He needs to buy new clothes. He'd like to take the family to the movies or a decent restaurant every now and then. After all, shouldn't a working husband be able to do this for his family? So what does he do?

Plastic to the rescue! Brian whips out his credit card. And after a few months, when one card is maxed-out, guess what Brian does next? Exactly. He starts using another card. And when that one gets maxed-out... he uses yet another.

As a business consultant it has been part of my job to assist people to achieve their goals in life.

Here are 7 techniques to overcome procrastination that I've learn from one of the very best - Dr. Denis Waitley! Denis Waitley is one of America's most respected authors, keynote lecturers and productivity consultants on high performance human achievement.

1. Take five minutes to identify what you are putting off. On a blank sheet of paper, note several important activities that you realize you are delaying or have put on hold.

2. Look at your list of tasks, and do one of them right now. Put the energy you've been directing toward excuses into the activity you've been avoiding. You'll no doubt discover that action eliminates anxiety. Enjoy the satisfaction of a job completed, a chore done, a discussion held, a decision reached, a letter written, a project started.

3. If getting started is the hard part of you, set a designated time in the day to work on the list. For example, you may choose to mark your calendar for Tuesday at noon. Set aside 30 minutes of your lunch hour for work specifically on that one job, project, or personal goal (such as a physical work out) that you've been avoiding or find difficult to start. You'll be surprised at how much you can accomplish in one focused half-hour period each week.

4. Don't worry about perfection. What counts is quality of effort, not perfect results. Don't let yourself get bogged down with a preoccupation for perfectionism. Recognize that nothing in life is ever going to be perfect and that your concern for perfection may significantly slow you down in reaching goals you have set for yourselof. 6. If you fear the consequences associated with the action you've been avoiding, ask yourself, "What's the worst thing that could happen if I did this today?" The worst-case scenario most likely would be a minor inconvience or a temporary setback, not a collapse of an entire relationship, project or career.

7. Vividly picture how you'll feel once the task is done. You'll have a sense of relief. Freedom from anxiety. Freedom from nagging pressures. Freedom from self-doubt. Accomplishing put-off tasks usually gives a person a great boost of confidence and energy. Use that energy to pursue yet another chore or decision about which you have been procastinating!

Winners make it happen for themselves and others. Losers engage in pleasurable activities, with no purpose or result in mind. Losers try to escape from their fears and drudgery with activities that are tension-relieving. Winners are motivated by their desires toward activities that are goal-achieving.

A number of research studies during the past decade indicate that the happiest, most well-adjusted individuals are those who believe they have a strong measure of control over their lives. They choose more appropriate responses to what occurs and they stand up to inevitable changes and daily setbacks with less apprehension. I believe there are three kinds of people. There are winners, who know what they want and understand their potential and the possibilities. They take life on. Next are losers, who don't have a clue as to who they are. They allow circumstances to shape their lives and their self-image.

I believe there is a third group as well. This consists of potential winners whose lives are just slightly out of alignment. I call them wayward winners. It may be that they just need to learn how to be real winners. Perhaps they've hit a bump or two that has knocked them off course and they are temporarily befuddled. A failed relationship, a lost job, financial problems, unformed goals, a lack of parental support, illness—many things can send us off course temporarily.

Wayward winners are not lost souls; they just need some tweaking and coaching and nudging to get them back on course. A map might be nice. Many of these wayward winners are easily identifiable because they are always searching.

Right now, there are many wayward winners out there braving rain, sleet and snow because they, too, still believe that they have untapped talents. They attend motivational seminars and listen to inspirational tapes and they plunge onward, believing that sooner or later they will find their way again.

Other wayward winners have temporarily given up. They are damaged and disoriented, their confidence badly eroded. They tend to drift through life numbly. The friends and relatives and loved ones of wayward winners see that they are out of sync and wonder why they can't be satisfied, why they don't settle down. They wonder how people who have such obvious abilities and great potential can be so disoriented and unsure.

It is difficult for others to understand the rawness of a broken heart or the aching emptiness of an unguided spirit. You and I know. We have been there. Wayward winners know that there are possibilities out there, but too often they feel locked out from them. Some are afraid to risk any more because of what they have risked and lost already.

I know now that as difficult as it may be for you wayward winners to do, it is necessary to continue to test yourselves. Even though you have been hurt before, it is the only way to grow. We all have the capacity to change, to lead meaningful and productive lives by awakening our consciousness.
You know there are going to be tough times as you go about changing your life, so brace yourself and you will be able to handle them. When you get into your seat on an airplane, what is the first thing they tell you to do? Fasten your seat belt. Brace yourself for the turbulence.

When you decide to move your life to the next level of accomplishment, you must fasten your mental and spiritual seat belts because it is going to be a while before you reach that comfortable level again. You will reach it, but you must endure the turbulence of change in order to grow.

Try this technique to help you through the difficult times of change and growth. Find four reasons why you cannot succumb to your fears and your troubles. Find those deep sources of motivation that can lift you out of the turbulence and above the clouds.

You must change your life because, for example:
You have not yet tapped the talents given you.

You want to leave something more for your children.

You want to live life rather than letting life live you.

You want to do what makes YOU happy.

It is in these rocky early moments of bringing change to your life that you discover who you are. In the prosperous times, you build what is in your pocket. In the tough times, you strengthen what is in your heart. And that is when you gain insight into yourself, insight that leads to self-mastery and an expansion of your consciousness as a life-force in both your personal and professional lives.

These are amazingly profound words from "The Science of Getting
Rich," by Wallace Wattles. If we combine this idea with the
statement that you can have anything in life that you want, as long
as you help enough other people get what they want, you may begin
to understand the dichotomy of this article's title. To get what
you want, you must take action. However, your focus must be
outwards.

It's All About You: The results you are currently getting in your
life are the result of the actions you have taken. If you don't
like those results, your option is to take different action. Only
the right actions get the right results. You always do get results
and it is critical to understand that. Procrastination is an action
because you had to choose to do it. What you may consider to be
inaction is a form of action. It's simply an action that is
probably leaving you frustrated with consequences you don't like.

In the matter of any type of
business, over 70% of your time should be spent talking to new
people, finding out what they want, and helping them get it. Any
other action, like preparing your work surface, programming your
speed dial or selecting the perfect picture for your computer
background, will not result in business growth. If you've been

There's always some step that can be taken right now. This also
applies to loosing weight, reading a book, visiting family and
anything else you can think of. You can only act where you are and

It's Not About You: There is great value in study and in personal
development as long as that knowledge is applied towards
outward-focused action. Sitting alone in a cave, you can plan and
self-develop all you want, but until you get "out there" and
position yourself to interact with, and help others get what they
want, you will not help other people get what they want and never
be able to get what you want.

All businesses are, or at least should be, about people. People are
using the products and/or services promoted by you or anyone else.
People are spending the money. If your business solution does not
match with that person's problem, point that person in the right
direction. Help them get what they want. Your integrity will not
only improve your confidence, but you will be rewarded for such
action. Such rewards always have a way of "coming around."

who you can help. Go to where those people are. Be where you can
