operate?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;If you live in Illinois, it should not matter if you live in the big city like Chicago, or in the suburbs like Aurora, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Naperville&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Schaumburg&lt;/span&gt; or further out like Rockford.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Since we're talking about the ideal &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;business&lt;/span&gt; for the ordinary busy person, it's obvious that this business must be east to start and operate &lt;strong&gt;FROM HOME&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;It must also be so SIMPLE that anyone can do it, yet it must still be PROFESSIONAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;And... it must be free of the complexities and hassles of other businesses. She's a doctor of chiropractor from &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Yorkville&lt;/span&gt;, Illinois. She wants to increase her income. So she hire another chiropractor she recruited from Rockford, Illinois to work for her. And now, as the business owner, he gets the entire amount of money his customers pay rather than an employee's wages. But don't forget - &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;he still has expenses&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;. He tries to find a job that pays a &lt;strong&gt;higher hourly rate or that also pays commission.&lt;/strong&gt;  He tries to make more &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;money&lt;/span&gt; from &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;the&lt;/span&gt; same amount of time and effort &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;he is&lt;/span&gt; already investing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;But there's still one problem:  No matter how high his hourly rate may get, his income will STILL be limited to the number of hours in each day - his income will still have a ceiling.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;And in most conventional jobs that pay commissions, the commissions themselves are limited, or the hourly base rate is lower.  What's more, if the product is not in great demand.. or if the product doesn't sell... the sales person will really be in trouble because his base pay alone could be&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; less&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; than his &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;previous&lt;/span&gt; no-&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;commission&lt;/span&gt; job.  Or, a sale he expects to close that week (to pay his bills) can fall through at the last minute.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;So, what does Brian do to try to make more money and gain a little more financial security? So, why is it that some people make a lot more money than others if everyone has the same 24 hours?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Listen closely now. I am going to talk to you about money. And probably like no one ever has before.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Years ago, when we looked at the different ways in which people earn money - we discovered the blindingly obvious fact that there are a number of key ways people put our &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Effort to Make Money&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;. Why Effort?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Effort&lt;/strong&gt; is defined in the Dictionary as:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;1. "The physical or mental energy to do something."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;2. "An attempt or struggle to do something."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;So most people use &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Effort to Make Money.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Now let's take a good close look at HOW most people use their &lt;strong&gt;time &lt;/strong&gt;and &lt;strong&gt;effort &lt;/strong&gt;to make money. Let's start with The #1 Effort and progress through. I will explain each as we go along:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;THE #1 EFFORT-TO-MAKE-MONEY:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;The Ordinary Job.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;The average employee with the average job works 40 hours a week at an hourly rate of approximately $8.00 to $12.00. Since this is not enough to survive on, he tries to &lt;strong&gt;increase his income by increasing the number of hours he works&lt;/strong&gt;. He tries to make more money by investing &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;The Result: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;He takes a second job, 20 hours a week part-time (or works overtime). So now he works 40 to 70 hours a week trying to make ends meet. But STILL, he doesn't have enough money. He's still behind on the bills, still trying to catch up. And now, he's also getting BURNED OUT working 2 jobs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;You see, he's trapped because there aren't enough hours for him to make the kind of money he really needs. Even if he worked 14 hours a day, he'd STILL be behind.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;If he takes his wife out to a nice dinner, chances are he'll have to work an entire day just to cover the cost. Think about it: He may have to work 8 or more hours just to make enough money to pay for one dinner - a bill that only took moments to create. He is just not able to make enough money to live a decent life.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;So, what is he to do? CCSVI is a chronic condition in which blood from the brain has difficulty returning to the heart. It is caused by a narrowing or "stenosis" in neck, chest, and spinal veins that drain the central nervous system. In some cases, there is a development of alternate veins in a attempt to facilitate additional drainage. The research suggests that because these compensatory blood vessels do not have the same wall integrity as larger veins, they leak cellular waste into the adjacent tissue, resulting in an accumulation of toxins and deposition of iron. This has significant application to Multiple Sclerosis and suggests that the vascular aspect may be as significant as the neurological component in the disease process.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;How does Sanoviv test for CCSVI?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;Using specialized diagnostic equipment, a Doppler Ultrasound scan of the jugular veins is taken in a supine and then upright position. If there is significant blood tIurbulence in the vein indicating a blockage, the patient may have an angiogram of the jugular and azygos veins. This will identify the exact location of t he blockage and determine the levels of stenosis. If the stenosis is significant enough to warrant it, balloon angioplasty will be performed.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What is Sanoviv's CCSVI Treatment?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;The procedure requires passing a small catheter through the femoral vein to the area of venous narrowing. If a significant blockage is confirmed and located during the angiogram, a routine balloon angioplasty (venoplasty) is used to open the narrowed veins. The recovery process from this treatment may be rapid, with many people recognizing positive results immediately following the procedure. A stent may be inserted if medically indicated and then only with the guest's explicit permission.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;font-size:85%;"&gt;The initial stay for diagnostics and treatment at Sanoviv will be for nine nights and includes a post-surgical Doppler scan, along with the full residential CCSVI program. Follow up assessments at Sanoviv two months and six months after the procedure are incorporated in the initial cost. He eats dinner... spends some time with his kids... watches a little TV... and suddenly it's 9:00 PM. Tired from the day that ended only 3 hours earlier, and at the thought of the same routine tomorrw, he goes to sleep, only to be awaken Tuesday morning's alarm clock, when the same fascinating ritual begins all over again.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Until Friday, "Thank God It's Friday!" He knows he has just traded 40+ hours of his valuable life to pay his mortgage, his care loan, auto insurance, health insurance, water, electric and gas bills, AOL membership, cable service, credit cards, groceries, and more.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;And after paying all the bills, &lt;strong&gt;HOW MUCH IS LEFT FOR BRIAN OF NAPERVILLE?&lt;/strong&gt; Very little, if any at all. Brian's smile fades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;But life must go on. Losers let life happen to them. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Winners&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; make it happen for themselves and others. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Losers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; engage in pleasurable activities, with no purpose or result in mind. &lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Losers&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;try to escape from their fears and drudgery with activities that are tension-relieving. &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Winners&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; are motivated by their desires toward activities that are goal-achieving. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;A number of research studies during the past decade indicate that the happiest, most well-adjusted individuals are those who believe they have a strong measure of control over their lives. They choose more appropriate responses to what occurs and they stand up to inevitable changes and daily setbacks with less apprehension. They learn from their past mistakes, rather than reinforce or repeat them. They spend time taking action in the present, rather than fearing what might happen in the future. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;The greatest risk in life &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;is to wait for and depend upon others for your own security. There are winners, who know what they want and understand their potential and the possibilities. They take life on. Next are losers, who don't have a clue as to who they are. They allow circumstances to shape their lives and their self-image. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I believe there is a third group as well. This consists of potential winners whose lives are just slightly out of alignment. I call them wayward winners. It may be that they just need to learn how to be real winners. Perhaps they've hit a bump or two that has knocked them off course and they are temporarily befuddled. A failed relationship, a lost job, financial problems, unformed goals, a lack of parental support, illness—many things can send us off course temporarily. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wayward winners are not lost souls; they just need some tweaking and coaching and nudging to get them back on course. A map might be nice. Many of these wayward winners are easily identifiable because they are always searching. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right now, there are many wayward winners out there braving rain, sleet and snow because they, too, still believe that they have untapped talents. They attend motivational seminars and listen to inspirational tapes and they plunge onward, believing that sooner or later they will find their way again. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other&lt;strong&gt; wayward&lt;/strong&gt; winners have temporarily given up. They are damaged and disoriented, their confidence badly eroded. They tend to drift through life numbly. The friends and relatives and loved ones of wayward winners see that they are out of sync and wonder why they can't be satisfied, why they don't settle down. They wonder how people who have such obvious abilities and great potential can be so disoriented and unsure. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is difficult for others to understand the rawness of a broken heart or the aching emptiness of an unguided spirit. You and I know. We have been there. Wayward winners know that there are possibilities out there, but too often they feel locked out from them. Some are afraid to risk any more because of what they have risked and lost already. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know now that as difficult as it may be for you wayward winners to do, it is necessary to continue to test yourselves. Even though you have been hurt before, it is the only way to grow. We all have the capacity to change, to lead meaningful and productive lives by awakening our consciousness.&lt;br /&gt;You know there are going to be tough times as you go about changing your life, so brace yourself and you will be able to handle them. When you get into your seat on an airplane, what is the first thing they tell you to do? Fasten your seat belt. Brace yourself for the turbulence. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you decide to move your life to the next level of accomplishment, you must fasten your mental and spiritual seat belts because it is going to be a while before you reach that comfortable level again. You will reach it, but you must endure the turbulence of change in order to grow. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Try this technique to help you through the difficult times of change and growth. &lt;strong&gt;Find four reasons why you cannot succumb to your fears and your troubles.&lt;/strong&gt; Find those deep sources of motivation that can lift you out of the turbulence and above the clouds. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;You must change your life because, for example:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;You have &lt;em&gt;not yet tapped the talents given you. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You want &lt;em&gt;to leave something more for your children&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You want &lt;em&gt;to live life rather than letting life live you. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You want &lt;em&gt;to do what makes YOU happy. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is in these rocky early moments of bringing change to your life that you discover who you are. In the prosperous times, you build what is in your pocket. In the tough times, you strengthen what is in your heart. You can only act where you&lt;br /&gt;are."&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These are amazingly profound words from "&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000066;"&gt;The Science of Getting&lt;br /&gt;Rich&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;," by Wallace Wattles. If we combine this idea with the&lt;br /&gt;statement that you can have anything in life that you want, as long&lt;br /&gt;as you help enough other people get what they want, you may begin&lt;br /&gt;to understand the dichotomy of this article's title. To get what&lt;br /&gt;you want, you must take action. However, your focus must be&lt;br /&gt;outwards.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's All About You: The results you are currently getting in your&lt;br /&gt;life are the result of the actions you have taken. If you don't&lt;br /&gt;like those results, your option is to take different action. Only&lt;br /&gt;the right actions get the right results. You always do get results&lt;br /&gt;and it is critical to understand that. Procrastination is an action&lt;br /&gt;because you had to choose to do it. What you may consider to be&lt;br /&gt;inaction is a form of action. It's simply an action that is&lt;br /&gt;probably leaving you frustrated with consequences you don't like.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the matter of any type of&lt;br /&gt;business, over 70% of your time should be spent talking to new&lt;br /&gt;people, finding out what they want, and helping them get it. Any&lt;br /&gt;other action, like preparing your work surface, programming your&lt;br /&gt;speed dial or selecting the perfect picture for your computer&lt;br /&gt;background, will not result in business growth. If you've been&lt;br /&gt;waiting to get started with a new business, what are you&lt;br /&gt;waiting for? You can only act where you are and where you are is&lt;br /&gt;here and now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If this sounds like you, simply choose to change and then change.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you want to make money, what are you waiting for?&lt;br /&gt;There's always some step that can be taken right now. This also&lt;br /&gt;applies to loosing weight, reading a book, visiting family and&lt;br /&gt;anything else you can think of. You can only act where you are and&lt;br /&gt;where you are is here and now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's Not About You: There is great value in study and in personal&lt;br /&gt;development as long as that knowledge is applied towards&lt;br /&gt;outward-focused action. Sitting alone in a cave, you can plan and&lt;br /&gt;self-develop all you want, but until you get "out there" and&lt;br /&gt;position yourself to interact with, and help others get what they&lt;br /&gt;want, you will not help other people get what they want and never&lt;br /&gt;be able to get what you want.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All businesses are, or at least should be, about people. People are&lt;br /&gt;using the products and/or services promoted by you or anyone else.&lt;br /&gt;People are spending the money. If your business solution does not&lt;br /&gt;match with that person's problem, point that person in the right&lt;br /&gt;direction. Help them get what they want. Your integrity will not&lt;br /&gt;only improve your confidence, but you will be rewarded for such&lt;br /&gt;action. Such rewards always have a way of "coming around."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To get what you want, your activities must be amongst the people&lt;br /&gt;who you can help. Go to where those people are.
