The skatepark at Friedensbrücke is the perfect starting point, because it already shows how active and lively this area is. From there, the path follows the water, and the artworks become larger and more detailed. I enjoyed stopping every now and then to look at the colors, shapes, and ideas behind the paintings. Some pieces are funny, others more serious, but together they create a unique and modern side of Vienna.

As I got closer to Schwedenbrücke, the canal became busier, with more people sitting by the water, listening to music, or just relaxing. The mix of street culture, the sound of the river, and the warm summer air created a special mood that I really liked.

These photos show the creative energy of Vienna that you don’t always see at first sight. The Donaukanal is a great place to discover this artistic spirit while enjoying a relaxed walk by the water.

What really surprised me about Vienna were the many free water dispensers around the city. Especially in summer, they are incredibly helpful. While walking through parks, busy streets, or sightseeing areas, I could always find fresh, cold drinking water. It made exploring the city much more comfortable, and it showed me how thoughtfully Vienna cares for locals and visitors.

These photos capture some of the best moments of my time in Vienna—from the elegant Belvedere gardens to simple breaks by a water fountain. It was a relaxed and enjoyable trip, and I’m already looking forward to returning someday.

I enjoyed exploring different parts of the city, from busy squares to quiet side streets. In the evenings, the city felt especially lively, with street musicians, small markets, and people enjoying the long summer nights.

These photos show some of my favorite moments from the trip. Prague is a city full of charm, and this summer holiday gave me many memories that I will not forget.

It was in the morning at about 4.30 o clock in early july that I went up to the Bastei in order to see the sunrise over the mountains. There was a lot of fog around the mountains and I really liked the atmosphere. O course there was the opportunity to walk up there but I went by car, parked nearby and that way I got at least a little bit of sleep. I must say getting up that early was worth it if I see the results.

I visited the Saxon Switzerland (Sächsische Schweiz) near Bad Schandau recently and there was this small spot called “Lichtenhainer Wasserfall”. I really liked the colors and the dynamics of this very small “waterfall”. So I decided to capture it for you.

Winter seems to be over now but I found this pic on one of my cameras and thought I should keep it here. I like the dynamic which is in the picture and the colors full of contrast. What do you think?
