Works are under way to extend the parking facilities to St Peters Surgery, Walsall. The project will amend the existing parking layout to form 35 parking spaces. New external lighting, drainage, perimeter fencing and planting layouts compliment the scheme which is due for completion at the end of August 2011.

Extensions and Complete Renovation of a House on the Four Oaks Estate, Sutton Coldfield

Works are proceeding well with the refurbishment of this large house on the Four Oaks Estate. The works comprise of several extensions both front and rear, together with the complete renovation of the interior of the property, including a complete renovation of the internal layout. We are delighted to be back working on the Four Oaks Estate and look forward to handing over the new house to the client in May 2011.

Re-building Fire Damaged Property in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield

Following a devastating fire in 2010, Jarvis Eite have recently been employed to carry out the re-construction and re-building of the house. Having previously carried out the demolition strip out works, we have now been assigned the task of putting the house back together again! As you will see from the photos, not a lot of the house remains, with the whole of the roof and first floor being destroyed in the fire. We anticipate being on site for approximately six months and look forward to the client being able to move back into their property.

Jarvis Eite Construction, based in Shenstone is celebrating their successful application to join the prestigious Chartered Institute of Building’s (CIOB) Chartered Building Company Scheme.

Solihull Log Cabin...

Jarvis Eite has been awarded the contract to construct a new log cabin in Solihull which will provide sleeping accommodation, kitchens, wc and shower facilities and storage for local youth groups.

The building will replace an existing dilapidated cabin on greenbelt land and has been designed in such a way as to blend sympathetically with the surrounding environment.

RIBA Office Refurbishment

Jarvis Eite has exchanged contracts for the refurbishment of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) regional offices in Birmingham City Centre. The five week programme will involve the complete redecoration, new lighting scheme, new hardwood and carpet floor finishes throughout and display units for the RIBA offices and bookshop.
