Many times change brings a feeling of fright but it doesn't have to be that way. In this book pastor Scot gives great insight into how to lead a staff through changing structure and transition. The best part is how he encourages each leader to make difficult choices that keeps the staff and church moving forward with joy. If your looking for a great read then pick this one up. We are networking with Jackson Park Ministry and several other churches across the city to pull off a great summer.
