After finishing 3/4 part of Youth Camp, I followed my fellow friends to Genting to enjoy ourselves~

First day we reached, and to save some $$, we did not go for theme park. Instead, we played snooker and others for the first day. Then we went on to watch Narnia in the cinemas

Wasted money on that movie, I'm not sure whether I was worn out or the movie sucks, I fell asleep with Zhao Xuan =D

Second day was the theme park day~! Woots!

The 19 of us went together for some challenging rides, some chickened out, some were daredevils, especially Nicole Yie who challenged me and Winson to spin the cup! HA!

In the end she was outdone by us :DD

We waited for an average 30minutes on every ride! WTH??? So many people =.=

Next, somehow, we were split up into groups and went separate ways.

For your information, I honestly explain the truth here once and for all, especially the person whom I asked you to read this blog post first...

The 4 of us, planned to ride a boat as our last ride of the day... BUT

On our way to the ride, we walked past a few shops... and I was not sure why, something must have caught Alaric and Zhao Xuan's attention, they said they will catch up with me and Yin Xuan later...

And so, we went to line up... After 5 minutes, they came back.

Got 2 lao-yi, not sure they first time come Genting or what, refused to let Zhao Xuan and Alaric to line up with us as they were late..

I want to cari pasal, but somehow I managed to hold off... Peace is better. Fine.

And so I was paired with Yin Xuan to ride the boat... JUST A RIDE. JUST FOR FUN

I was in a bad mood

Kinda emo as I failed to do something I wished to do

Just as to cool myself down

I sat down and watched CSI Miami and typed "0.facebook.com" to online for FREE

Somehow the connection is not good... Its okay, I'll retry.

Just as it was buffering halfway, *beep*

I've received a message from DiGi.

Wondering what crap will it be this time, I was stunned as well as shocked when I saw that they had charged me RM4

And you know what???

They encouraged me to use another RM2 in order to stand a "fat" chance to win a Blackberry.

Yea DiGi you caught me at a right time.

Finally I found someone to release my anger.

I called the DiGi so-called customer "service"

And I got a disappointing service from a Malay guy

I kept my cool, wondering if I was at a fault, I closed the call and checked with the others

Xiao Hui also told me she faced the same problem. Nice.

I called again, this time also a Malay, but a lady.

I started off slowly... And when she thought that she had the control, I blasted everything at her.

The so-called SMARTER CHOICE?

She explained to me one sentence, I tembak back 5.

"We DiGi had decided to set rules and set that all must online using DiGiWAP to use 0.facebook.com for free."

"Oh okay sure. But did you notify us? Did you ever send me one single !@@#$%^&*() sms to even notify me?"

"If the government says 'from now on no one is allowed to wear spectacles' and you were fined RM100 for it just because you were not notified, how will you feel?"

She promised to give me an answer in the next 48 hours. I'm waiting for good news, or else I'll make myself at the front page of every newspaper company.

DiGi you suck. If not for the SuperSMS service, I'll surely be at Maxis by now.

And my hope to be able to get myself involved in the drill squad has finally achieved...

Skip the morning session straight to the DRILL COMPETITION

Just as we underwent the uniform checking session

I had a severe headache.. Not sure why, but my headache is getting worse as time goes by.

We're group number 16, there are total of 19 teams participating in the competition

Our target? Of course champion...

My company had not won a national champion title in 28 years of history, so all hopes are placed on us

I was dizzy and felt like sleeping while waiting for the other teams to compete

After 30 minutes I woke up, I felt even worse.

When its almost our turn, we had some warm ups, and I did VERY badly

I "tahan langkah" and "hentak" not according to the team's usual timing.

Was scolded of course... I asked for some medicine ( No idea what's it called in English )

Applied it on my neck... No effect too.

Adrian Lim gave me massage, but I felt just a little better...

Just then my breathing rate increases... And Hun Pin Sir prayed with me.

Realizing its our turn, I have no choice but to give it all in.

I looked at the so-called-crowd. So few people... They must have gone back to shower as the weather was superbly hot.

I understand.. And I need no crowd to spark myself out.

Our first step was like "BAM"

I don't know what happened next.. But the moment I marched in I felt so comfortable.. compared with just now.

We had nice dressing... Nice "hentak"... Nice "pacak"... And the moment when we were commanded to turn and face a direction

Wow... The crowd came back...

Why??

They were shocked... By our "hentak".

Too bad I don't have the video yet, or else I'll post them up here for you to watch :D

The drill is over, and my headache is back to haunt me =.=

I have to skip G.O.H to rest or I'll end up in hospital.

Just when the results were being announced..

"5th placing goes to 4th Kampar company!!"

They cheered... I don't know who, but we kept quiet.

"4th placing goes to 1st SIBU company!!"

We kept quiet again... Not interested at such placings. *hee*

"2nd runner-up goes to 3rd KL company!!"

Here comes... It is either 16th Penang... or 8th Penang... to clinch onto the champions title.

When everyone in the stadium kept quiet... Nervous to know who won the 1st runner-up....

"1st runner-up goes to 16th PENANG COMPANY!!"

Wow, practically the whole stadium cheered!

Who? Of course us la

8th Penang cheered, why not 16th???

Because we are aiming for the champion title... To me, 16th Penang is the only team who can compete with us

Frankly speaking la ha, no offense or whatever =)

Even I stood up and shouted at the top of my lungs... The deejay asked,

"WHO DO YOU THINK IS THE CHAMPION????"

We cheered, we roared, we shouted, the whole stadium can only hear one team.

"8th Penang!! 8th Penang!! 8th Penang!! 8th Penang!! 8th Penang!!"

"That's right!! Year 2010 PESTA Drill competition Champions title goes to 8th Penang Company!!!"

I can't believe it, but I have to accept the moment of truth.

Champion team leh... Champion... Not ordinary champion, but is national champion!!!!!

The trophy, TROPHY LEH!!

Was so happy that... I couldn't sleep that night. =)

7/5/2010 CLHS Sports Day

All Corporals had a rest and I led the juniors alongside childhood buddy, Adrian Eu for the Sports Day March Past.

We had done quite well, except for one part where my team members said they can't hear my voice very well, and had all the timing messed up. Other than that, we marched flawlessly.

After the march past, Stanley even grinned at me by saying, " I can fully confirm that we have clinched onto the 1st runner up spot."

I was delighted, and I went on to participate in the 4x100m run, in the end I got myself a bronze medal.

I thought that this would be the perfect day for me, knowing that before I graduate from Chung Ling, I had at least scored a medal in Sports Day, and knowing I had won the first runner up trophy for B07.

But my joy was only short-lived, as rumors start to spread around, saying ST JOHN had won the first runner up trophy.

I brushed that news aside, claiming it as a "joke"

But how would I know that, the rumors start to spread wildly, and in the end, its true, we did not win.

I went to the GERKO room with Ooi Jen Juang, trying to appeal for the results.

But in the end, their attitude disappoint me.

One of them ask me," Why are you here?"

"To appeal for the march past results."

"Why appeal?"

"Because I'm very sure my team would win the 1st runner up trophy."

He starts to whisper with the other teachers.

When I asked for results, they said that the results are classified.

I asked BB had lost how much against St John, I got this as a reply.

"A LOT."

I knew something was wrong, but they said outsiders are not allowed in the room. So I went out, with thousands of questions in my mind.

"Why did I lose"

"How come?"

"Where did I go wrong?"

"When did St John become better than us?"

"Who leads the St John squad?"

"What is going on?"

"Which part made us lose our marks?"

I start to wonder, and went on to the closing ceremony to see how St John could perform.

After seeing them marching, I was disgusted. Completely, disgusted.

"You call that 1st runner up?!" I screamed to Stanley when I got back to BB House.

"I'd rather lose our title and face to BOMBA team, rather than them."

Stanley was speechless, and I shouted at the top of my lungs, where nobody was around, as they are being entertained by Cadet Police's superb drill performance and St John's....

I threw my bronze medal, so what if I had won it, but to lose the title to St John?

We BB had lost to...

St John.

I could not believe it, but had to put it away and congrats them for defeating us.

Knowing PSC is just a day away, I tried to hide my despair and prepare for another competition.

8/5/2010- PSC Drill Competition

After a whole day's sweat, finally we had won it.

Won first runner up? No. We are officially the 2010 Penang's BB Drill Competition CHAMPION.

A dream? Nope. I'll show you proof :D

I woke up at 8.30am, and noticed that I'm sooooo late for my PCGHS Chess Open

I got everything prepared in 10 minutes and rushed to PCGHS

The registration is closed...But somehow Gavin managed to book a place for me in the competition =)

This is my very very first chess competition since you're gone

I've frozen out from the game for almost...3 years?

I had forgotten all of my openings...Please bless me though~

My total results was this..

First round - Win

Second round - Lose

Third round - Win

Fourth round - Win

Fifth round - Lose

Sixth round - Win

Seventh round - Lose

Eighth round - Draw

Total points - 4.5

There are only 5 prizes, and in the end I got the sixth placing.

What the hell??? I've calculated.

If I were to obtain 5 points, I will get the second placing for the U-18 Boys

But the last game, I should have won!!! Why did I draw and lost 0.5marks???

I did not see a FREE ROOK!!! You know?? FREE ROOK!!!!!

In the end, I drew with Gavin's little brother...!@#$%^&*()

Felt like choking him..Lol

Why didn't you teach me a strong opening... I lost two games just because of a weak opening

Sorry that I couldn't make you proud... The PCGHS Open is so damn quiet without you

Pumped up for the last year eh cross country competition

I've never got top 20 before, felt like hunting for a medal

Therefore I reached Youth Park early in the morning to do some warm ups + interacting with my friends

Never thought that still got lots of people reached earlier than I do (I reached at 6.30am)

*Felt depressed*

Oh well, just before the start of the race, I fooled around with my friends and the photographer Max Soon

After some warm ups, we've started the race.

The participants started running past the railing

Run for just 1km only, my stomach starts to hurt again.

Wth??? My stomach problems started again

Before this I used to jog for 3km non-stop

But now... Don't care, still kept on running

I pressed onto my stomach to reduce the pain, but when I let out I can almost felt like a knife stabbing my stomach

I slowed down my pace...Knowing I could not win anymore...

But further away I saw Eujin

Yeah!!! I thought I was in the top 20

He whimpered," My stomach pain..."

LOL I felt like taking a photo of him and post it on the net

His expression is so gay + cute

I kept on running... Left only about 200m towards the end point

I'm a man made of speed not stamina, and I kept on sprinting

I held onto my stomach

I was so dizzy that I actually ran towards the wrong direction =.=

Finally reached the end point, I think my position was 60++

Sad.. Last year at CLHS turned out to be my worst record in 5 years

What to do? Already tried my best

Just thankful to Him that I'm safe and alright~ ^^

Knowing that my very last year for this competition is coming soon

I had been training for months and prepared to fight for it

But unfortunately

Run until halfway and my stomach aches again

=.=

Last year already...Still sucked up

In the end got 60-70th placing only

My mum brought me to the hospital

The doctor said I'm okay d

But still insisted on taking my breath, urine and...BLOOD TEST!!

Walau...I'm not afraid of the results...I'm afraid of the process

BB did not teach me how to endure the pain also... (jkjk)

Felt like fainting.. @_@

Gonna skip today's activity, maybe will skip drill training also...

Depends on the doctor, hope the process will be "touch n go"

Gotta go... Stay tuned for my cross country post btw =)

My neighbour took me to see a doctor, and the doctor don't even know what's going on =.=

I rejected his "kind" offer to stay at the hospital, knowing I had an important camp

My mum invited me on a family trip to Genting and I rejected...

Why??

I answered,"I need to attend an important camp."

Owh no~ Got scolded for the whole day

And finally, now, my parents are on the way to Genting and I'm totally home alone~

Weee~ Nice isin't it, but had to pay a hefty price being scolded ==
