This week's weigh in...no change!  But I can see definition changes in my legs and they have shrunk (shrank?)! 

I am hoping it is one of those, muscles weigh more than fat type deals.

I went to the gym and worked out Sunday, ran a quick mile on the dreadmill and then hit the weights with my DH.  I was a lot of fun!  I am incredibly sore though!

I just had to share what I made, it just HIT THE SPOT.

It is Wednesday and my scale DID NOT move.  Want to know why I am totally fine with that?  Because I am into more pants that didn't fit! AND because I feel thinner this week no matter what the number on the scale said.  Usually that means I will be showing a loss towards the end of the week or a bigger than normal loss at the end of this week.
