These Senators by voting for Cloture on the Motion to Proceed (Motion to Invoke Cloture on the Motion to Proceed to S.649 ) proved two things. ALL of these Senators, everyone of them proved:

1 They Want To TAKE Your Guns And Gun Rights Away.

2. They Don't Believe In The Bill Of Rights.







There is No Need for more Gun Control. What they are attempting to do will do NOTHING to prevent what they are CLAIMING to want to do. If they don't understand that then they aren't smart enough to be in charge of such decisions anyway. If they do understand then it just proves it is Their Attempt to AGAIN and MORE limit our rights.

If you live in a state where your Senator voted Yea on this you should contact them and state your displeasure with their vote. You should also promise yourself and Them that you WON'T forget and you WILL work to defeat them if they don't change their position.

If WE, (the people who love America and her promise of Freedom) don't come together and fight these so called elected officials and insist they do OUR bidding or we will work to remove them from their job of representing us, (because they aren't by voting this way} there will be a time, listen there will be a time we won't be able to do anything.

We don't have to have a lot of things in common except our LOVE for OUR Country and OUR Freedom and OUR GOD!

The Games Senators Are STILL Playing.

What are some of the GAMES our elected officials play? Isn't the Game Of Cloture that U.S. Senators play, a game of deceit? Deceit that would mean deception or deceive. Do Senators think that the people that elects them are that dumb and do not understand what they are doing?

The Senators play games again with the issue of John O. Brennan. Every Senator who votes FOR Cloture which means YEA and then votes AGAINST confirmation, which means NAY is, let me say again IS PLAYING GAMES! If you are going to vote against him then you should vote against Cloture. Voting FOR Cloture gives up ANY power you have of stopping this appointment.

On the Chuck Hagel vote for Secy. of Defense the Republicans had a way of stopping it. MANY said Hagel wasn't qualified to be Secy. Of Defense. Yet these same people decided to give up the power to stop it. Oh they voted against him when his nomination came up for a full vote of the senate. Here is where the deceit or deception comes into play. With the make up of the senate voting for cloture was the same as voting for Chuck Hagel. The only way they could have stopped this was to vote against cloture. So remember this American Citizens when your Senator says or campaigns he voted against Chuck Hagel's nomination but they voted FOR or YEA on CLOTURE they opened the door for Hagel's approval. If they really felt he shouldn't be put in as Secy. Of Defense then they should have voted NO or NAY on CLOTURE. PERIOD!!!

So are they attempting to mislead you? Are they actually lying to you by trying to mislead you?? It is such stunts like this that people with Common Sense can't understand how someone can do this and have integrity. Is it because they don't have integrity? It is the very stunts and language like this is the reason the country , OUR COUNTRY, is in such a big mess. For OUR Children and THEIR FUTURE we have to DEMAND INTEGRITY from our elected officials. Four years ago I posted a message to then President-Elect Obama. You can read it at this link: A Chance To Be A Great President! Mr. Obama you had a chance to be a GREAT President. You had a chance to be President of and for ALL the people. I didn't agree with you, I didn't vote for you and I didn't believe you or in you. I have watched you perform for four years. It hasn't been a good performance if you love this country and the principals it was founded on. Instead of taking that chance you were given to actually become a great president for our country you decided to be as partisan as a person could be and instead of bringing people together you have made the split larger. You decided you weren't going to work with anyone that didn't agree with you. And for two years you didn't have too and you didn't. You say things that surely you know aren't the truth, yet you still say them. It appears to me that the most important thing to you is to be re-elected. Even though that would be important a GREAT man and president would sometimes put politics aside with dealing with things that are important to America and her people. Too me the last straw was a comment you made the other day that I couldn't believe you would have made after the killing of 4 Americans in service of their country. Especially after what has come out about this and what will come out about this before it is over with. LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND Is this what AMERICA is now? Countries didn't respect or fear her. Our spirit and pride had been hurt by a man named Jimmy Carter. Ronald Reagan gave our country its pride back. We need someone to give us our pride back. Mr. Obama you aren't that person. You have been so busy the last four years telling the world what is wrong with America that many have forgotten what is right with this great country. I can only hope for our kids and grand kids sakes that the results of 2012 will be like the results of 1980 when a man who was a very bad president was sent home. I think the people of this country that loves this country and believes in the founding principals of this great country will speak on November 6, 2012. They will say NO to the last four years. Mr. Obama it is too bad you didn't take the chance you had to be a great president but the truth of it was you wasn't up to the job and you failed because of you and how you tried to govern. CALL TO ARMS - TEA PARTIES UNITE

Someone is calling to take up guns! I can hear it now. From the Progressive Socialist Democrats that have no problem saying what ever it takes to gain or stay in power, how will they spin (lie) about it?

The Democratic Party has been taken over in leadership by Progressive Socialist. People with beliefs and thought processes that most real Democrats wouldn't agree with. The Republican Party isn't much better. Mostly they are moving slower but there are still a lot of Progressive members of the Republican Party.

Both parties are afraid of the Tea Party Movement. The Democrats want to call members of the Tea Party Movement names and attempt to marginalize them. A lot of Republicans want to try and bring them in, but if they did that would the movement cease?

Many on the Republican side will say that a third party such as the Tea Party Movement would only take away from Republicans and put Democrats in office. Can either party be trusted? I think not and Washington D.C. needs a shock and make over.

It is important to take EGO out of the picture. Look at some of these elected officials that have been in office so long that they think the seat is THEIR seat. They think they know best and that we are too dumb to understand what needs to be done. Even though these same people vote for a bill they haven't even read.

I say to all Tea Parties get the EGO out and come together and wrap our arms together in a line that can't be broken. We need a true National third party that isn't beholden to the old way of life in DC. We need common men and women making the laws. People who won't write 10 pages to say something that can be said in 1 page. People who just want to go and try and get the country back to the way the founders intended then go home and live.

It is time we think out of the box and act outside of the box. It is time for all Patriots to come together and form a party that is for the people and the constitution of the United States. Where do we start? Getting our EGO's out of the way. We can't have this a a better Tea Party Group or that is a better Tea Party Group. We all have good intentions and desires for our country. We agree about so many things so if we can put the Ego in it's pen then we can and should work together.

Who will take the lead to start a National Tea Party? But with that we also need local Tea Parties. It is time and it is needed.

Juan McCain On The Border Issue

Here is a post I put on the blog during the election of 08. Since McCain is running to try and save his senate seat I thought maybe I should post it again. Even though he may be talking different now, don't believe it. He hasn't changed how he truly feels and his conservative talk of now is because of his fear of losing his bid for another 6 years in the senate.

Trust me, if he gets another 6 years you will start seeing him again not only reaching across the isle but pulling up a chair and sitting down. As Patrick Henry said:

HERNANDEZ: I don't think that we need to build walls to control immigration. We are the 21st century now and we're a country that has always broken down walls. He also, when he worked for this Mexican bureaucracy called the presidential office for Mexican abroad, what he did was he spent his time traveling all across our country lobbying local, state and federal officials for driver's license for illegal aliens. He defended his operators who were carrying illegal aliens to the country and who promoted extending banking privileges here in the United States to illegal aliens, lobbied to get lower rates for them so that they could send home billions of dollars in remittances back to their country. The guy does not believe in borders. He is a senior fellow at something called the Reform Institute which is a think tank that John McCain founded and it has come under scrutiny by the mainstream media because it underscores John McCain's hypocrisy not just on open borders but also on campaign finance because he's used his supposedly nonpartisan, nonprofit thinking to solicit donations from big donors who he then goes and crusades for while he's sitting on Senate committees. At this reform institute which is in part funded with George Soros money, Juan Hernandez was in charge of leading the lobbying campaign for John McCain's amnesty effort last year. And this reform institute also sponsored an art contest for students where they spent their time demonizing the border. And you can go and look. I linked this on my website, to all of the art that compares the walls our borders and our border fences to the Berlin wall which keeps people in instead of walling people out to prevent invasion, to prevent undermining our sovereignty, to prevent encroaching of our laws. And for McCain to have the gall to stand there and tell that voter in Florida who, by the way, learned about this Juan Hernandez thing by looking at our research on the Internet, for him to say that he supports securing the border first when he's got a guy outreaching to illegal aliens to persuade them to make John McCain President? It's more than nauseating.

A New Political Party Is Needed

Both Political Parties have failed the American people. They both have become so obsessed with power that they have lost complete sight of what their True duties are. They are more concerned about keeping their power then doing what is right for this country and the citizens of this country. With this mindset things that they do, bills that they pass, programs that they promote are mainly do with the thought of how it will help keep them in power.

There are numerous (3rd) third parties. The Republicans and Democrats have purposely made it hard for another party to have any influence if it is started. The difficulty of getting a candidate from a different party then the main two on a ballot is by design. That is wrong and it is something that should be changed.

It is truly time that a national 3rd party be started. The Republicans and Democrats have gotten so close about so many things that it doesn't make much difference who you vote for. Just hold your nose, close your eyes and vote. It is time to finally have a National Party that will represent the people and represent the foundation this country was built upon.

It will take many, many people to make this happen. People that have common sense and that TRULY love this country and the principals upon which it was founded. Many people with many ideas with a common goal of a true Patriot Party.

Do you feel like giving up yet? Are you tired? Do you just wish it would stop? GOOD! That is exactly how they are wanting you to feel. They figure if they throw enough stuff at you that in time you will just throw your hands up and say what the use?

If you fall into that trap then they win and everyone that loves freedom, the constitution and the reason this great country came into being will lose. Most important our children, grand children and great grand children will lose.

Congress has declared war on the American People and on the Constitution. These people doing some of this work are NOT Patriots. I would say some shouldn't even be called Americans. To ignore the Constitution like they are could be called an act of treason. They are attempting to destroy this country as it was founded.

What the people in congress are attempting to do to this country is nothing short of evil. It is time to call these people the names they deserve. They don't like it when someone questions them being a Patriot? Then let them start acting like American Patriots instead of the Progressive Socialist Democrats that they are proving to be by their actions.

Don't give up. I know you are tired but it it the True American Patriots who will save this country from the Radical Progressive Socialist Party in control in DC at this time. If we don't stand together against them, then they will win and Freedom and God will lose.

The Radical Progressive Socialist Congress has declared WAR on America and her people. They want us to be at each other. They don't want us to talk with common sense with each other. The more we are at each other the easier path they have to taking our freedom and country away from us.

How important is your opinion??

My fellow Patriot Americans,

I have for years been saying that we need too and must wake up and take our country and government back before it is too late. Sadly as I write this that call seems so ever more urgent. Things have passed and are in the process of attempting to pass that could forever change the face of our country. Not a good change for the Americans who believe in the constitution and the freedom it is suppose to bring to us.

I am sure most of you have seen the advertisements on TV for The Girls Gone Wild Video. Someone should make a "The Representatives Gone Wild" video. Most of them are doing anything but representing us, their bosses. Yes they do work for us, not that you could tell by the way they ignore our will and the way they talk about us when we dare stand up and express our will.

One of the first things we should do is join together and make sure something is put in effect to protect the Internet and access to it by Americans at a reasonable cost. Aside from the 2nd Amendment and our Right To Bear Arms, nothing may be more important in our fight and struggle to keep our freedom and our country as our founders intended. I think most would agree that the right to access to the Internet is something we should demand and expect.

I am sure that the people in DC who are trying to ram bills down our throats that no one has read including the people voting for them wishes right now that Al Gore hadn't of invented the Internet.

That aside this isn't about Democrats, this isn't about Republicans, it isn't about parties. It is about principal and what this country was founded on. both parties are more concerned about being or staying in power then they are about doing the right thing for the country. We must put our ego aside and realize that there is very little difference in the two main political parties today. The biggest difference is the way they spell their name.

It is time for a 3rd Main Party and maybe even a 4th. There is a reason that it is so difficult for another party to form and get traction. The two main parties have passed laws to make it so. Why? To make it easier for them to stay in power. There are numerous Third Parties in this country but we Americans really need a 3rd and maybe 4th party that can and will compete with the two parties in power.

I don't have the means, knowledge or know how to do something like this. But together we can and will have those means.

Remember in the fall of 2008 when the earth was going to stop spinning and the sun was going to stop shinning if they didn't pass the first bailout RIGHT NOW? Remember how it didn't pass for a few days and during those days the earth was still turning and the sun was still shinning? That was a mistake in passing and so is this other stuff that HAS to be passed right now. It is SO urgent there is no time to even read the bill or give the American people time to read the bill.

One of the saddest things about this is that the burden these white haired men and women (yes they dye their hair) have passed on to our Children and Grand Children, a lot of these people will be dead and buried BEFORE our Children are old enough to even vote. Yet these Children are still saddled with this debt given to them by people who won't be around to see them struggle with it.

It IS about our Children and our Grand Children and our Great Grand Children. We must stand up for them. We must unite for them, and we must protect their freedom that so many in DC is trying to take away from them.

We stand up to them and ask them questions and they (the elite) call us an angry mob. The people in DC don't care what we think or what we want. If they did then they would listen to us and stop this insanity they are doing in DC. They have forgotten and the ones who haven't don't care who they are working for. If we had an employee that wouldn't listen to how we wanted them to do their job that we gave them, we would fire them.

It is time we start doing some firing while we are still able to do so. In time if we wait too long, we won't be able to fire anyone, or say no to anything they may deem would be best for us.
