Changing Jump Link Text:

By default Jump Link Text is Read more but you can Change it whatever you like. To change go to Layout > Blog Post > Edit > Main Page Options and change the Post Page Link Text Read more as you wish.

Manually you can do this from Edit HTML option. Go to Template > Edit HTMLoption. Now search for jump-link and find out the following code.

Customzing Read more button to Match Template colour:

Go to the Template opton to edit Template and search for this part of the codes ]]></b:skin> pressing Ctrl+F button of your keyboard. If you have found out this codes, please do nothing. Now just look into the following CSS code that I have modified-

Here the above code has three sections First one is for Jump Link, Second one is for Jump option's Tex link and Third one is Hover option or Jump Link Text Link. Please Modify the above code. If you have the minimum CSS knowledge. If not, then just See the following CSS code that I have modified.

You can change the above red coloured value according to the colour and style of your template.Now if finish, paste the above code just before the

Now just simply save the template. You will see the Styled Read more option like the following image.

Search for the word jump-link and find the following code.

Removing Auto Jump:

When click on Read more option or Jump-Link, the whole page reloads and jumps after the lines of the Jump-break. This normally takes the few seconds to be re-load to the rest part. We can stop this function so that the whole post normally is loaded after clicking Read more. To do this do the following.
Search for jump-link and find the following codes.

Removing Default Read more or Jump break option from Blogger template!

He every body! welcome again from me, Today I am gonna tell you how you will remove blogger's default 'Read more' or Jump break link from it to stylize it with your own. Blogger Jump Break link gives much flexibility to the new bees in Blogger but it doesn't bear any sense when you are a professional blogger. Because as a professional one, you won't surely want a manual process of adding 'Read more' option in your blog. You would set up an automatic 'Read more option with Thumbnail' in your blog. In this case you must remove blogger's default 'Read more' option, otherwise it may creates some coding complex in your template.

So getting more customizing advantages from blogger you should remove blogger default 'Read more.... ' option. But how ? Let's see the process step by step do it.

Before changing or editing any codes at Blogger you should keep your whole template backed up so that you can use it, if any irregularities happen. So for this, Now go to your Blogger dashboard and click Template from drop down menu bellow.

Now you'll proceed to the next window. From there Select Backup/Restore from the right corner!

To keep back up of the whole template, Click on Download button to download the template so that you can use it later.

Now you can proceed to edit some changes Teplate coding! To do it now click on Edit HTML button bellow web version template.

You will be prompted to the template's coding area! Here to find any specific codes, press Ctrl+F button from the keyboard to make visible find option in Template coding!

AMP or the Accelerated mobile pages are a very important factor to skyrocket your organic traffic from mobile devices. It not only helps you to increase traffic to your Blogger blog but also makes your site load faster and that helps your visitors stay for a long time.

So, you might know that when you upgrade your blog’s theme to AMP version and while upgrading, this might affect your blog’s layout badly and sometimes you might have to reinstall another theme for your Blogger blog.

So, in order to create a separate AMP page on Blogger’s mobile URL (i.e. m-1), you need to have a valid AMP snippets codes added in your Blogger template and you just have to make minor changes for mobile devices URL (m-1)

Just follow the simple steps and you will be done within no time and have a responsive AMP page for your Blogger blog.

Step 1. Login to your Blogger blog and select Template and click on Edit HTML.

Step 2. When you are in your HTML editor, you will come up with the below code at the beginning of your Blogger template.

After a few months with AdSense, I received one of the recommendations from Google was shifting to auto ads. So far, I've been adhering to banner ads and staying away from native ads that I think would require a lot of things to do with the Blogger.

However, this new development has resuscitated my interest, and I've decided that I would try somewhat, especially given the fact that you just have to implement one code so that the ads show on all your pages.

It later turned out that I actually applied the code because it's the same code used for the AdSense review process. All I had to do was enable the kind of automatic ads that AdSense wanted to publish on my pages.

Auto Ads also provide the traditional text and display ads (banners), but since I implemented them manually, I focused on native ads.

Native In-Article Ads

The Native Ads come in two kinds - those that display on both desktop and mobile devices:

In-Article Ads
In-Feed Ads
Matched Content

And those that display on mobile only:

Anchor Ads
Vignette Ads

Seeing that a mention-able amount of my visitors comes from mobile, I decided to give the Anchor Ads a try. To my surprise, they displayed just fine after a couple of minutes. I took that as a go ahead to activate the In-Article Ads and Matched Content to capitalize on my desktop traffic as well. Unfortunately, these two didn't end up working out as I had hoped.

The In-Article Ads were not displayed even after days of waiting while the Matched Content did eventually show but in the oddest of places at the very tail end of the site. At that location it stood little chance of being seen so I ended up stopping both of them.

That got me wondering if I could perhaps implement the in-article ads manually as they would be a good fit for some of my rather long posts.

Turns out it's possible, however they come with one major drawback - they've to be implemented manually on the individual posts. I've since implemented them in a couple of my posts such as this one and being responsive, they do display quite well between the paragraphs.

Here's how to do it on your Blogger site.

Add In-Articles Ads Manually
1.Enter in to your AdSense account and from the menu choose 'My Ads' then 'Ad units'.

2. Choose the '+New Ad Unit' button to display the types of Ad to create.

In the Ad types page, Choose In-article Ads.

3. On the sidebar on the left give the Ad unit a unique name then edits the style of the Ads. For the style you can leave as it is but you may want to edit it to so that it blends well with you blogs colours and content.

When you're done, click on the SAVE AND GET CODE button. Save that code somewhere as you'll be using it quite regularly.

4. Now go to your Blogger dashboard and open a post which you'd like to display the in-article ads. In the post editor, switch to HTML view. Now it's time to decide where you'd want the ads to display.

Primary Education Project: Teachers' training in English given top priority

The government has taken up a massive programme for primary education with emphasis on teachers' training in English, so that students can better learn the language at an early stage.

Some 130,000 teachers and 1,144 trainers will be provided training in English at British Council under the "Fourth Primary Education Development Programme (PEDP-4)".

The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec) on Tuesday approved the Tk 44,654-crore programme, the biggest-ever project in the country's primary education sector after the Tk 22,196-crore PEDP-3 launched in 2011.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina approved the project, stressing the need for giving utmost priority to children's learning English proficiently at the primary level.

She said steps should be taken to teach students a third language after English.

The country's primary education has seen significant progress in terms of enrolment.

Now the PEDP-4, the five-year project to run till 2023, focuses mainly on quality education as a number of teachers will be appointed and provided training in different courses.

As many as 165,174 teachers will be recruited under the programme in the next five years. They will be posted in the primary schools where a vast number of posts are vacant. About Tk 2,923 crore will be spent on their salaries and allowances, according to project documents.

Besides, 139,174 teachers will be given diploma in education (Dip-in-Ed) training and all teachers will receive subject-based training. Some 20,000 teachers will also be given one-year-long ICT training and 65,000 teachers will get leadership training, the documents say.

"Except some exceptions, almost all students are being enrolled to receive primary education. But the low success rate in some subjects, lack of professional efficiency and responsibility of teachers, poor educational environment and absence of decentralisation of primary education still exist," reads the document.

The PEDP-4 is expected to be successful in solving the problems, the documents add.

Besides, 2,590 assistant upazila education officers, upazila education officers and teachers will be given training abroad. Similarly, 35,000 officials under the primary and mass education ministry will receive training abroad.

The cost for these two training programmes would be around Tk 4,000 crore.

Some 200 teachers and officials will be facilitated to obtain foreign master's degree, the documents say.

Currently, there are eight separate projects under implementation by the primary and mass education ministry.

Under the programme, new school buildings will be constructed, water supply set up, and computer and ICT equipment will be bought. Besides, around 40,000 additional classrooms will be built and a separate primary education board will be established. Fresh drinking water will be supplied to 15,000 schools.

As many as 71,805 laptops, multimedia projectors and speakers will be bought at a cost of Tk 1,759 crore.

Ten development partners have assured to provide soft loans and grants for the project. Discussion on $700 million has been completed with the World Bank, while talks are going on with the ADB for $450 million. Besides, JICA and UNICEF have also assured of funding another $45 million.

The social and political events in Europe convinced the Jews that they needed their own country, and their ancestral homeland seemed the right place to settle it. The Jewish residents accepted the deal. The Palestinians, who saw the plan as an extension of a long-standing Jewish attempt, drove them out of the country and fought against it. The Arab states of Egypt, Jordan, Iraq and Syria later declared war on Israel (although not in defense of the Palestinians).

Israeli forces defeated Palestinian militias and Arab armies in a brutal conflict that made 700,000 Palestinian civilians refugees. The UN distribution promised 56 percent of British Palestine for the Jewish state; At the end of the war, Israel had 77 percent, all except the West Bank and the eastern district of Jerusalem (controlled by Jordan) and the Gaza Strip (controlled by Egypt). He left the Israelis with a state, but not with the Palestinians.

Zionism is the national ideology of Israel. The Zionists believe that Judaism is both a nationality and a religion, and that Jews deserve their own status in their ancestral homeland of Israel, just as the French should earn France or the Chinese people should have China. It is what brought the Jews first and foremost to Israel, and also in the heart of what concerns Arabs and Palestinians about the State of Israel.

Jews often draw their nationality to the biblical kingdoms of David and Solomon around 950 BC. Back. Modern Zionism, based on the long-standing Jewish yearning for a "return to Zion", began in the 19th century, just as nationalism grew in Europe. A secular Austro-Jewish journalist, Theodor Herzl, was the first to turn the rumors of Jewish nationalism around 1896 into an international movement.

Herzl experienced the brutal European Antisemitism first-hand and was convinced that the Jewish people outside his own country could never survive. He wrote essays and organized meetings that promoted massive Jewish emigration from Europe to today's Israel / Palestine. Before Herzl there lived about 20,000 Jews; When Adolf Hitler came to power in Germany, the number was eight times greater.

Although all Zionists believe that Israel should exist, they have long disagreed on what their government should be like. In general, the Zionist left, which dominated the country's policies until the late 1970s, tends to market Israeli-controlled land for peace with Arab nations, wants more government intervention in the economy, and favors a secular government over a religious one. Zionist rights, which currently hold leading positions in the Israeli government and public opinion, tend to be more skeptical of "land for peace" agreements, more libertarian in the economy, and more comfortable between religion and politics.

Arabs and Palestinians are generally against Zionism, since the explicitly Jewish character of the Israeli state means that Jews have privileges that others do not have. For example, every Jew anywhere in the world can become an Israeli citizen, a right that does not extend to any other class of people. Arabs often see Zionism as a kind of colonialism and racism that aims to take over Palestinian land and systematically rob the Palestinians who still have their rights. The Arab states actually pushed for a UN General Assembly resolution that called Zionism "a form of racism and racial discrimination" in 1975, although it was overturned 16 years later.

Israel is the only Jewish state in the world east of the Mediterranean. Palestinians, the Arabs who come from the land that controls Israel now, call the area Palestine and want to build a state with that name in all or part of the same country. Although both Jews and Arab Muslims look back on their claims to the land for a few thousand years, the current political conflict began at the beginning of the 20th century. Jews fleeing the persecution in Europe wanted to establish a national homeland in what was then Arab and Muslim majority territory in the Ottoman Empire and later in the British Empire. The Arabs resisted and saw the country as their right. An early United Nations plan to give each group a part of the country failed, and Israel and the surrounding Arab nations waged several wars on the territory. The lines of today largely reflect the results of two of these wars, one in 1948 and one in 1967.

The 1967 war is particularly important for today's conflict, leaving Israel in control of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, two areas with large Palestinian populations:

Today, the West Bank is nominally controlled by the Palestinian Authority and is under Israeli occupation. This is done in the form of Israeli troops enforcing Israeli security restrictions on the Palestinian movement and activities, and Israeli "settlers," Jews who are building ever-growing communities in the West Bank that are effectively denying the Palestinians land. Gaza is under the control of fundamentalist Islamist Hamas and under Israeli blockade, but not by occupation of ground forces.

The main focus for today's resolution of the conflict is a so-called "two-state solution" that would establish Palestine as an independent state in Gaza and most of the West Bank and leave the rest of the country to Israel. Although the two-state plan is clear in theory, the two sides are still deeply divided as to how it should work in practice.

The alternative to a two-state solution is a "one-state solution" in which the whole earth becomes a big Israel or a big Palestine. Most observers think that this would cause more problems than it would solve, but this result becomes more and more likely over time for political and demographic reasons.

PSC exam Result 2017 is also known as Prathomik Somaponi (প্রাথমিক সমাপনী) Result 2017. PSC exam result Bangladesh will be published on 30th December 2017. The PSC examinations began on November 20. D-Link Modem Running problem in windows 10 solved permanently !

Hi guys! how are you every body? Today I'm gonna discuss with you a very very important thing. It's about D-Link Modem connection problem in Windows 10. Windows 10 now has made craze among all young generations for it's attractive user interface and speedy mode. Everyone is rushing to this new version of OS and suppose All of you have probably upgraded or updated your computer to this newer and latest version and being upset you have probably turn back to your previous version as as it creates many problem when you run any .exe files or program. I have a bitter experience on it while I upgraded my Windows to windows 10. Every time when I tried to install any program it showed me an error message saying " This app has been blocked for your protection" After googling and spending many valuable hours I found a solution that I have discussed in details in this post and please read this if you feel this kind of problem like me. But what about D-Link Modem? Every time when I try to run this app this shows me the above message. Finally I found two solution to this problems that I'm gonna tell you about this. One is Temporary solution and Other is Permanent . The choice is yours which you want to use. Ok let's start.

The cause of problem:

As far as I know Window 10 has a tight security that doesn't allow in no way to run any programs or softs whose data have been leaked or whose publisher is not trusted. A few days ago D-Link’s code signing keys were leaked. That's why Microsoft is blocking all software that uses the “leaked” data? In windows 10, Microsoft has created a built in Administrator Account in line with your own created User Account. You have to enable it to take permission from the " Administrator Account" by Microsoft. How to enable this? to know please read this. But you can solve this problem in an alternative way temporarily and permanenly. So let's start....

D-Lin Modem Installation Process:

It's very wise decision to install your D-Link Modem at first just after installing Windows 10 on PC from fresh CD/DVD. Because after installing motherboard driver, it will not let you install any .exe program soft come from un-trusted sources in this case it will display the following error message. But what will happen if you already have installed or updated/upgraded windows to windows 10 and have installed/updated your motherboard driver? In this case follow the following method-

Step 1: Connect D-Link Modem (You may try other Modem also) with your PC.
Step 2: Open it (Do not run) clicking right button of your Mouse as stated bellow. You will see InstallPackage.exe in it. Now do the next step.

Step-3: Open Command Prompt (Admin) from start button. Open it please clicking right button of your mouse as displayed below image.

Step 4: In command Prompt Window, write m:( Here m: means M drive in my PC after connecting modem with my computer please write your drive letter here) with no space as displayed bellow and hit Enter key.

Step 5: Now write InstallPackage.exe after M:\> and hit Enter key.

Now see the magic. Hope you have now already got your solution of installing D-Link modem.

Step 6: Now install your D-Link modem as usual. Although it will run at first after installation, but it would not run next time. So what will you do then? See bellow-

Temporary Solution:

This the temporary process to run D-Link modem from your PC. Because after closing D-link Modem it you will see the same message "The app has been blocked for your protection." again and you have to resolve it using this techniques again again.

So dear let's start......

Step 1: Click right button your mouse on D-link modem Icon from your desktop. Now select Open file location. See the image below.

Step 2: You will see the file location of D-link modem here. Click on WirelessModem. Now Copy location of your file from address bar as stated bellow.

Step 3: Now open Command prompt (Admin) following Step 3 in above Modem Installation Process

and cd\ after c:\windows\system32> as stated bellow and hit Enter key. And then write cls hit Enter key again.

Step 4: Now write cd and keep single space and paste here that you copied from address bar and edit this line as shown in image bellow(2) .

Step 5: Now write dir at the end of the following line(3) and hit the Enter key of the keyboard.

Step 5: Now write WirelessModem.exe or copy it from above(4) and hit Enter key. Your D-Link modem software will run. I hope that this will somewhat solve your problem . But you will need to do it every time while you run it. Now let' move on to the permanent solutions......

Permanent and easy solution:

Step 1: Open file location of your D-link modem following Step 1, Step 2 of Temporary Solution Copy the file location address from the address bar.

Step 2: Open default Notepad form your PC. Now write the following simple command in Notepad. Give a double quote or Quotation mark(".....") bellow the command. Paste the file location address you copied from the address bar and write the additional part at the end into the Quotation mark.(See the image bellow)

Step 3: Now open File and select it Save As from menu. Please save the file as D-Link Modem.bat in the d-link modem file location.

Step 4: Bring a short cut Icon to this bat file to your Desktop file location. Follow this to do it.

Step 5: Now go to the properties from the desktop Icon clicking right button of the mouse.

Step 6: Now from Properties option choose Advanced option to set Run as administrator and finally click on OK button to apply it.

Step 7: Now define an Icon so that you can easily recognize it. You can define it from Change Icon option. If you want to select original D-Link Icon then go icon location and select it and delete the earlier.

Step 8: At last double click on the Icon. You D-link modem will run smoothly without any trouble. Thanks for staying with us.

How to solve Brightness problem in windows 8, 8.1 or 10

Today, we will be having one of the most important topics that we will all be facing after the Windows 10 update. This will be a common problem among those using Windows 10 over their Intel processor-based laptop. The problem is the Brightness button, which does not work after installing Windows 10 or upgrading from an earlier version, such as Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1

Those who have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8 or 8.1 or 10 may already have experienced with this type of problem. That is why we dedicate this page to those who have no technical talent and those who face this problem for the first time.

Laptop' brightness button doesn't work after Windows 10 upgrade !! Why?

Before we go to the solution, we would all like to know the reason for this problem. The only reason of this brightness problem is due to the lack of related software drivers. Almost all Intel's latest processors have on-board graphics and graphics drivers that are destroyed during system upgrades. If you are upgrading from Windows 8 or 8.1 to Windows 10, so, this has removed all drivers and programs from the system. This leads to difficulties in the detection of graphics hardware after opening new windows 10.

For the brightness button to work in Windows 10, you must download and install the appropriate drivers. If you are a beginner to Windows platform, you can face the difficulties of installing the same driver. So we give you two easy way to push the brightness button back to window 10. Turn a look at how the drivers get.

Solution -1 : Brightness issue solved using Device Manager from Control panel

Step 1: Write Device manager in the search box and will notice Device manager above. Now click on this section.

Step 2: Now you will be promoted to the next sub-window named Device Manager. Here you can see display adapter. Now click on it to expand another menu under it. Now you may see many or a single adapter here.

If you notice only Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, Please click right button of you mouse and select Update driver software. I think in a maximum case your problem will be solved here. If it is still persisted then try the following step.

Step 3: Navigate to Other devices tab. There you can see many devices without corresponding drivers. Update them which are closely looking to your display drivers. For eg: “3D video controller” in my case.

Step 3: Sometimes you may require restart your PC/laptop again. Then you will see the result.

If you have a message of success, then you have finished instillation of the integrated graphical driver. In some case, the above method will not be able to download the appropriate software. You can check the device manager for the same drivers again. In my case, after updating the drivers, I get my choice of Intel HD graphics. This will solve the brightness problem on Intel-based laptops.

Solution-2: Brightness problem fixing with 3rd party software

There isn't any reason to be worried if you again fail to solve your brightness problem. Be patient There are many other 3rd party softs that will help you finding your appropriate driver to increase/decrease brightness. In that case try the following methods.

First 3rd party software is 3D chips software

Step 1: Download a famous and renowned 3rd party soft named 3D chip software and install it in your laptop (Internet connection is a must!)

Step 2: After installation, open it. Remember for this your internet should be connected.

Step 3: Now you will see the all the required drivers that are missing in your computer. You will see an alert mark at the right of every missing drivers.

Step 4: Press on Video card [or whatever resemble your graphics driver].

Step 5: Now you will redirect to a page from where you can download the corresponding drivers.

Step 6: Install the drivers after download get completed.

The Second tool is Drivermax

Step 1: Download and install the Drivermax software. This is an effective software to find your appropriate driver.

Step 2: Open the software and click on the “Scan for driver updates” option.

Step 3: Now you can see all the hardware components with missing or outdated drivers.

Step 4: Find out your graphics hardware component from the list and download the drivers.

Like 3D chip, you don’t need to install the downloaded drivers manually. Drivermax automatically install the downloaded drivers.

Here is my Display adapters after updating the Graphics drivers. This will make the Brightness button working fine in all Laptops running on all versions of windows including Windows 10.
