Well it finally happened, Paul Flynn shuffled off to the expenses form in the dark hot 🔥place.

Needless to say teh media are making the lying dead cunt out to be a respectable human being. No he was not, he was a liar and lost a libel case as well.

His anti Jewish comments didn't win him any friend's in that community either, compounded by his arrogant attitude after in failing to apologise.

He hated farmers, tories, anti eu people, anyone who disagreed with him found themselves blocked on Twitter -Facebook from his inane shite.

Then there was his graft, oh his loved his expenses. Money for thid, decorating a flat, furniture, you name it he blagged it. Even got his wife on the gravy train as well.

So Paul Flynn has been thrown out of the House of Commons for calling a minister a liar. Thus giving Mr Flynn the chance to huff and puff his aged heart out to the media about the evil Tories leading soldiers to their deaths in Afghanistan etc etc etc.

Flynn is a career politician and knows how to call a minister a liar without directly coming out and using what is termed unparlimentary language.

He will talk long and often about how he has the best interests of the troops in his heart and all that bullshit. Yes, bullshit as Flynn is using soldiers as a political tool and in his way is as bad as the minister he called a liar.

Lets wind the clock back a few years back to when Gurkha's wanted the right to settle in the UK and former PM Gordon "Bigot" Broon was was claiming it was going to cost billions and finally it got down to a vote. Now which way did champagne Flynn vote?

To support the Gurkha troops in allowing them to settle in their old age in the UK, not a chance. After all they are just tools to be used as far as Flynn is concerned.

Instead Flynn was elsewhere and never even bothered to vote.

Yes thats right, Mr Flynn who gets himself thrown out of work for a while(although I am sure he will still be claiming is £100K+ expenses each year and salary) could not be bothered to do his job an turn up and vote.

A backbench Labour MP has fuelled a row over political bias in the Olympic opening ceremony by claiming the event was used as a "Trojan horse" for socialist values.

Paul Flynn, expenses fiddler and part time MP for Newport West, praised Danny Boyle for highlighting the NHS, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and the futility of war. "Wonderfully progressive socialist sentiments and ideas were smuggled into the opening romp," he wrote during a weekend that saw Prime Minister David Cameron and Tory loyalists distance themselves from a tweet by Tory MP Aidan Burley, who called the event "leftie multicultural crap".

All they needed was a dig at Israel and the Jew hating MP Flynn would have cum in his pants, possibly for the first time in nearly 30 years.

Get this a "source", always a source. Wonder who's phone was hacked to get that info?

A source close to the prime minister said No10 disagreed with Burley's comments. Cameron tweeted that the ceremony had been a "great showcase for this country" and offered more proof that "Britain can deliver".

Burley, who lost his job as a ministerial aide after attending a Nazi-themed stag party last year, later insisted on Saturday his comments on multiculturalism been misunderstood but said he thought the second half of the opening ceremony was "overtly political".

Boris Johnson, the London mayor, said it was "nonsense" to suggest "it was all leftie stuff". He added: "I'm a Conservative and I had hot tears of patriotic pride from the beginning. I was blubbing like Andy Murray."

But Flynn claimed that Johnson and Cameron had no choice but defend the show's contents because he said both had hyped up the event beforehand.

And if anyone understand hype over substance its Mr Flynn, a man who claims everything on expenses and has the nerve to refer to himself as an "expenses angel."

The Labour MP said he echoed the sentiment of Labour colleague Carl Sargeant, minister for local government and communities in the Welsh assembly government, who had tweeted that the opening ceremony was "the best Labour party political broadcast I have seen in a while".

Flynn quipped on his blog on Saturday evening that Johnson wept not because he was moved by the show, but because he "could not take it".

Much like Flynn no doubt wept when he was sued and lost his libel case, then claimed a moral victory despite being shown to be a proven liar.

"Boris is strangled by his pre-event hyperbole," wrote Flynn on Saturday night. "He was at it again today spewing wild meaningless superlatives hoping to obliterate the eloquent messages of Danny Boyle on NHS, CND, war futility."

He went on: "Wonderfully progressive socialist sentiments and ideas were smuggled into the opening romp. The Tory Olympic twosome were tricked into praising the Trojan horse. Cameron and Boris could not condemn the wonders that [they]had praised to the skies 12 hours earlier."

How very like Flynn to try to make political gains out of the Olympics, much like he abused Shelter the charity claiming they were creating a sob in over homeless figures that differed from the labour party tractorstats.

His comments received short shrift from his own side. A Labour party source said: "The Olympic opening ceremony was a great event and a brilliant achievement that has united the whole country. It's not right for any politician to detract from that."

A No 10 source said: "We are not going to worry too much about noises off, like the odd stupid comment from a Tory MP on Twitter or an ill-informed blog by a Labour MP."

I shall correct that source here and say the ill-informed blog by a lying evil Labour MP.

Director Danny Boyle said on Friday that Lord Coe had protected his artistic vision from political interference on a project that began under a Labour government and continued under a Conservative-led one. He denied that the show was political but acknowledged some might have found it controversial.
Regarding the sequence that pay tribute to the National Health Service, Boyle said free universal healthcare was "an amazing thing to celebrate" and that he had no agenda "other than values we feel are true". Not everybody will love that but everyone will recognise it's true. There's no bullshit in it and there's no point-making either."

Flynn said on Sunday he stood by the comments on his blog "for good or ill", pointing to newspaper reports that Boyle and Coe had faced pressure from cabinet ministers to change elements opening ceremony.

On reports that some objections were raised by ministers at a cabinet meeting around the turn of the year when they were shown a 20-minute video of highlights of rehearsals, a No 10 source said while the government was not the creative director, it had been kept updated for months and would not have agreed to double the budget last year if it had not been fully behind the plans.

The prime minister thought the opening ceremony was "brilliant", the source added.

Why? Well he has flipped his home, thus avoiding stamp duty. A tax and one that many pay, well not Flynn but many people do pay it.

Is this really the sort of rubbish that we pay MPs 65K a year, plus 100K+ a year in fiddled expenses to do:

A symptom of the contagious infantilism of the Jubilee is the urge to garland anything that does not move with a royal title. The attempt to re-name Big Ben the Elizabeth Tower may be a sycophancy too far. Equally forlorn may be the campaign to rename the Jubilee Line the Elizabeth Jubilee Line. That will be stymied by the vast cost involved.

An intensive lobbying campaign by Tory MPs has failed to convince more than half the total of 650 MPs that the title Big Ben should be ditched. There have been extravagant claims that the matter is virtually settled. The Commons Commission who decides these weighty matters told me that they have yet to receive a formal request or evidence of support. They have had a request from me that St Stephens Tower (the correct name) should be re--named Democracy Tower.

The Palace of Westminster is divided into three segments, Royal, Lords and Commons. The massive Victoria Tower dominates the Royal West extremity of the building. The Commons East extremity of Big Ben deserves the Democracy title. That would achieve the elegant balance of Crown and Commons. It would also be happily consistent with parliament’s historic separation of the functions of the Commons and Crown. At the State Opening of Parliament, slamming the door in the Queen’s messenger’s face symbolises the Commons’ prized independence.

Democracy Tower would go some way to correct the long standing neglect of the heroes of British democracy. The Chartists and the Suffragette campaigned and sacrificed to extend the suffrage beyond the exclusive preserve of rich males. Their heroism is invisible in the Palace of Westminster. There are a thousand portraits, statues and mementoes of royalty. There is a suffragette memento. It is a small plaque in a cupboard.

Give me strength. Oh where to start on this one. Why rename something that has had the same name for donkeys years just for a few rabble rousing 19th century terrorists who should have been hung drawn and quartered, rather than sent on a holiday in the Antipodes.

Is royalty propping up charities or are charities shoring up royalty? The royal spin machine is in overdrive.

The Charities Aid Foundation claimed their ‘new research’ shows that “The Queen supports hundreds of British charities to raise £1.4bn a year for good causes”.

And the UK taxpayer shores up Paul Flynn to the tune of 65K a year + £100+K in expenses, for little if any real work.

Flynn, who was supposed as an MP to have taken an oath of loyalty to the Queen carries on:

The research was limited to adding up the total income of all the 510 charities that have the Queen’s imprimatur on their notepaper. No comparison was made with the income of charities that lack royal approval. The Foundation confesses that they know of no proven advantage of the royal seal of approval. No calculation was attempted on what amount of the £1.4bn was attributable to patronage. There is no causal link

The tenuous historic links between charities and royalty have increased to match the declining public approval of royalty in the past 30 years. The myth of the fairytale blue-blooded superbeings died. The newly minted myth of an ideal family disappeared under the triple stain of three royal divorces. Cosying up to charities was the new wheeze to spread to royals by osmosis the goodwill that charities enjoy. It also provided a new role to justify the income support that the nation donates to the under-employed minor royals. It appears to be working.

And what approval rating for the slitheryMr Flynn? The voter turnout declines and even then his share of the voters keeps going on down? Seriously he scrapes through when barely 39% of folk bother to get out and vote.

Still as per the last post, come the day the sheeple will wake up. They will realise their pockets have been picked of countless hundreds of thousands by this aged benefits claimant and throw him out on his aged ear.

Oh the irony of an aged claw handed expenses fiddler claiming that "Perople should have the right to hold their elected representative to account."

Maybe Mr Flynn could start by paying the local taxpayers back the profits made on his flat, the 10 grand in wasted legal fees on his libel case and so so much more.

Indeed if Mr Flynns bill was passed and the good voters of Newport told him to kindly piss off, it would in his own words "go a long way towards addressing peoples disillusionment with politics."....

Indeed our MP has claimed £7,052 for new kitchen, as well as work back in 2006 on his kitchen coming to £1580.

Not just kitchens Mr Flynn feels that you should also pay for his carpets, having claimed £1,153 on carpets and £1,200 decoration for his London property in 2005. A property later sold at a profit to himself, sadly the taxpayers did not get their money returned to them.

He also claimed £9,629 in stamp duty and fees, yet more money off of you and me.

Then we have £1000 deposit on kitchen equipment, and back in 2006 he charged the taxpayers £1201.90 on decorating his humble abode.

Plus he has claimed back mortgage interest as well, nice work if you can get it.

He also doesn't like paying his bills, he gets you to pay them instead: water, electricity, council Tax and even his television license all paid for by you.

Although I will correct the above, he no longer claims his tv license being of an age where he can claim it for free, well free as in no longer on expenses.

Then he also helped himself to a nice sofa £1745, yes you paid again folks'and a chair. Plus another £189 on a bathroom cabinet.

One ravel small sofa bed beige costing £750 quid and a vanilla pluto chair costing £995 quid.

Then we have one tv table £150, one side table £90, a dining table & four chairs both £150 quid.

One leather look manager chair coming to £64.98. Oh and £424 on a bed.

The 'Big Questions' show from Bristol this morning kindly gave me a chance to air some of my recipe for restoring trust. Two years ago the expenses scandal dragged faith in politicians down to rock bottom. Now it's worse. It's subteranean. I was asked to read the prayer that is said every day in parliament. If everyone believed this there would be no scandals.

It will take many years to rebuild trust in politics. All MPs are judged by many to be lying thieves. The details are forgotten but the mud still sticks. The sins of predecessors are visited on present MPs.

Right, rather than list all his many sins I shall just point out that this 64 grand a year wage earning MP, claims all his utility bills off of you.

In fact he only stopped claiming his tv license when he got to 75 and was able to get it for free, thats free as in not claiming it back on expenses.

Sins of the predecessors, hardly. Whilst the slug Flynn infests his high office the expenses fiddling will carry on.

Newport deserves better.

Looking at Typepad’s pricing structure, I can’t for the life of me understand why he is paying more than $50 for the service – so what is the other Â£180-ish being on?

Peter Black and Lynne Featherstone‘s blogs doesn’t cost them, or the taxpayer, a penny yet by all accounts is considerably more successful. Reason? They haven’t confused style for content. By arguing the toss over this, the only thing Flynn has achieved is to illustrate an example of the ‘sense of entitlement‘ that Sir Christopher Kelly was warning about last week.

You could ask Mr Flynn about that but come crying when he deletes your comments and blocks you on Twitter.

Few of the 4,000 civil servants in Newport are on high wages. They are already aggrieved at the threats to their pensions. Civil servants now get London wages at enhanced rates. Seems that my local MP the libelist is running his mouth off again. The following is from the blog of Peter Black AM, now to be fair I dont have a lot to say about the Assembly but in this case its nice to see an AM talking sense.

As the Western Mail points out, Mr Smith is a top lobbyist with the pharmaceutical firm Pfizer.

Mr Flynn said, "The lobbyists are a curse, a cancer in the system. It's insidious. One of my main interests in politics is areas in which lobbyists used their wicked wiles to get access to government. One example is the pharmaceutical industry, who are the most greedy and deceitful organisations we have to deal with."

Interviewer Patrick McGuinness then said, "Some of their lobbyists end up as candidates in Welsh Labour. Blaenau Gwent for instance."
Mr Flynn responded, "Indeed - I wasn't too pleased by the fact that we had a drug pusher as a candidate." - considering Mr Flynns liberal views on pushing the poison known as cannibis onto the public that is hardly a statement he should be making.

Mr Flynn also said, "The thing that made me angriest [about the Blaenau Gwent by-election campaign] was when one of my colleagues said that [independent candidate] Dai Davies lacked validity. Well he's got a hell of a lot more validity than Baroness Maggie Jones [the seat's defeated Labour candidate in last year's general election] has got. She's got no validity at all, and it seemed to turn democracy on its head to have a candidate who's been rejected by the people in the safest constituency in Britain and send her to the House of Lords."

I doubt if Mr. Flynn would have been much impressed with the Labour spin-doctor charged with the task of responding to his comments. That anonymous apparatchik claimed that Owen Smith's strong message on crime, antisocial behaviour and jobs struck a chord with local people, and that this led to an 8% swing back to Labour in the parliamentary by-election.

Perhaps, a more honest assessment would be that they got their arse kicked and that they are still smarting over it.

Even less acceptable is that the jobs are being exported to Vietnam. I have visited the plant in the recent past and it is disappointing that the firm failed to give advanced notice of the job losses to local MPs. There have been good relationships over a long period between the company and the city. They told me of their gratitude to the workforce in a crisis some years ago. The staff cooperated with some unpalatable cuts for the benefit of the company. They showed loyalty to Panasonic. It is a shame that they do not recognise that loyalty is a two-way process.
I am seeking talks with them.

When will we take money back from the millionaire scroungers?
There are 900 receiving an annual gift of more than £250,000 from the taxpayers. More than 47 pocket more than a £1,000,000. That is their rewards not for growing food or farming land. It's their rewards for OWNING land. The sums are not going down. They are increasing - the only welfare payments that are on the up.
The NFU put up a pathetic defence to the outrageous scam. The Government are out to reduce welfare payments to £26,000 per family. An idea worth spreading to the real scroungers.

As Paul Flynn calls for the nanny state to ban looped blind cords.

Breakfast TV Daybreak will broadcast another item on the death traps in our children's bedrooms tomorrow. I believe they will mention this EDM that will appear on tomorrow's order paper. Gordon Banks MP first raised this issue in 2008.

Paul Flynn Apologises for Comments

Following complaints made by the Board and the JLC, Paul Flynn MP has released this apology for the remarks that he made at a recent House of Commons Public Administration Committee Meeting. In those remarks he questioned Matthew Gould’s suitability for the role of UK Ambassador to Israel on the basis of his Jewish background and called into question the loyalty of British Jews to this country.

“Clumsily expressed remarks of mine have caused anger and upset. I greatly regret the interpretation that has been placed on them and I fully understand why offence was given. Some of the interpretations of these words were exaggerated suggesting malign intent that was never present or intended. Inference was built on inference.

All well so far...

My friend Robert Halfon absolved me of the charge of anti-semitism but said that my remarks could imply an unacceptable prejudice. On reflection, it is clear that Robert's criticism is fair. Other greatly respected friends have urged me to withdraw the remarks and apologise. This I am happy to do. There is no reason that anyone of any race or religion should be debarred from public office. That has always been my opinion.The comments were made in a heated exchange in a select committee discussion on probable warmongering. Other information received contradicts criticism I quoted on the conduct of our ambassador. I regret any offence caused. However, I will continue to press for a full legitimate inquiry by Sir Phillip Mawer into the Fox-Werritty conduct.

But now I shall move onto Tory bashing.

The issue raised is of supreme importance. The UK is stumbling towards a war in Iran that could have dreadful unforeseeable consequences. History proves that in the past the momentum of preparations for war frequently leads to war. I continue to urge the Government to seek to reduce tension, pursue conflict resolution and cease war preparations. The two greatest errors of my 25 years in parliament were joining Bush's war in Iraq and the incursion into Helmand. They resulted in 569 British deaths with little gained. Are we about to commit another blunder? A war in Iran could cost us dearly in blood and treasure.

No not a proper apology to the person he insulted, just another rant against war and Tories.

I have been an elected representative for the past 40 years and I do not have an atom of racism or anti-semitism in me. If there was someone would have noticed by now. Most of the comments received were polite and reasonable. Others sought to shoot the messenger. It's the message that's crucial. War must be avoided.”
