This is the start of the 3rd movement of my Winter quartet (the 2nd movement is actually the “Midnight” track from my first album.) I want this last movement to be as catchy and more intense than the 1st movement (which was used in The Maker). Congratulations to Alex who came up with the name “Wrath Of The Storm” for my latest composition. In addition to naming the track, he’ll be receiving a signed autographed copy of my music CD.

Listen to the full synthesized track below. I love its intense Cheap Oakleys Sunglasses energy and power. It will eventually be the last movement of a big 4 or 5 movement string quartet in c minor. For now though, it will be a stand-alone piece.

A director friend of mine Christopher Kezelos approached me to collaborate on a short film where he wanted to create a narrative inspired by my music.

The end result is the enchanting stop motion animation called “The Maker” where my composition ‘Winter‘ is used as the soundtrack. Check out the film below.

Ann Carr-Boyd, photographed here with me at my Bundanoon concert, is one of Australia’s most famous composers. Ann’s brilliant music has been an inspiration for myself and many other Australian and international composers. Ann thoroughly enjoyed the concert and writes:
