I'm an engineering leader and entrepreneur based near Curitiba, Brazil. My career started in software development and evolved into building and leading engineering teams.
My first encounter with technology came early — drawn in by games, websites, and programming. Professionally, my career began at GVDASA, a large ERP focused on schools and universities in my hometown. I then co-founded Nuuvem, one of Latin America's largest digital game distribution platforms, and led it as CTO for over 7 years — scaling the business from zero to millions of users across the region. At VTEX, I joined as a Lead Engineer and grew into an Engineering Manager, helping scale and maintain the payments and logistics verticals. At isaac, a fintech within the Arco Educação group, I progressed from Engineering Manager to Senior Engineering Manager, building teams to make private school education more accessible in Brazil. Today, at Arco Educação, I lead a group of teams scaling our revenue generation solution to even more use cases.
