Starting with my base theme and plugins package, I developed a custom WordPress theme based on a supplied design in Photoshop. This site is planned to feature:

Story submission form, allowing visitors to submit historical stories and photos.
MP3 player, to feature historical radio broadcasts.
Video player, to feature both historical and even videos.
